Never had such a good experience in my entire life of traveling through various hotels Marlyin the receptionist is amazing at providing exceptional services. When we asked for a different room due to our toddler we were well respected! Thank you!!!!

Excellent service..interior & decor can be improved a lot...just a suggestion ..and restaurant should be open :(

Should have been warned at times of booking there is nothing available at the hotel all closed due to renovation.

Couldn't sleep the bed is full of spings. My dad, daughter and I didn't sleep a wink. All of us the next day is in brutal pain.Never will I ever stay again.

The hotel is undergoing reconstruction. The restaurant is closed. The internet service is very slow and unreliable. This used to be a very good hotel, and perhaps it will be again when the construction is finished.

Disappointed. 1. I booked 2 weeks in advance for 3 rooms to be on the same floor and close to each other, the lady said okay that shouldn’t be a problem, when I got there I asked for my keycards and I saw that all the rooms were on different floors after I asked for them to be on the SAME floor and also being told that, that wouldn’t be an issue. So I let it go cause I didn’t want to make a scene, I go into the first room to check it out and It was so hot so I went to turn the Ac on only to find that the Ac does NOT work, so I went downstairs and complained and the lady said we can have a different room to stay in and check and be at 12 so I was like ok thank you. Now when I called to book before I asked if they had any fridges in the room and they said yes, when I checked my room there was NO fridge. So I just let it go cause I was tired I went into the bathroom to check if there were toothpaste, soap etc provided there was only a bar of soap and lotion nothing else other then the towels and toilet paper, and once again I left it. When my friends came and went to check the other 2 rooms the same thing happened no toothpaste or even conditioner. Lastly their staff, some seem like they didn’t even want to be There! Only 1 staff member was nice to us throughout the weekend. The hotel was completely outdated. In conclusion do NOT come here and the same money your gonna waste coming here just go to Niagara you’ll get a cheaper price and have more stuff trust me.

Nice large rooms. Lovely staff and a great pool. Would definitely stay here again. My only issue is having no fridge in the room but besides that it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel, during our stay, was handcuffed by COVID-19 precautions, and thus limited the full range of the hospitality features. The hospitality staff that we encountered were warm, welcoming and were truly regretful that they couldn’t do more.

I ended up calling the front desk for reservations and I was blown away by how friendly and quick my needs were addressed. I will definitely be back every year!

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, but the rooms and amenities are dated. The TVs were still analog and the wifi is an open network and very slow.

Been here several times and always good. Great place to stay away from all the crowd and noise. Only 15 mins from the Falls.

Room not 100% clean. Lots of dirty areas in the room. Bed not comfortable and could feel springs pop when moving in bed. Wifi and front desk was great

The hotel staff were great and we enjoyed our stay. Had some minor issues in the room, but overall, all was great. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we are staying in the area, Good value for the money.

Too many problems from no microwaves,etc. Keys not working. Not food facilities.

Okay, not as advertised. Staff should have announced that it was under Reno’s and that restaurant was closed. They need more experienced staff on front desk. Service was very slow.

Hotel is easy to spot and find with a lot of parking space. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was not cleaned when we checked in, but they cleaned it very quickly (and it was very clean after). Had pasta at the hotel restaurant, which was very good. Priced very reasonably. Restaurant staff was very nice too. Hotel was nice and quiet in general, though the room walls were not very sound proof.

Well, no restaurant in there, closed. We ordered from Barrels Italian restaurant. Its Pet friendly, and you have to pay $30 per day. Inside, carpet, washroom and walls are outdated.

Deep pool and the temp was just right. Large parking lot with no addition fee. Last time we stayed there the heater was not working for the pool and was too cold, this time it was great. Hot tub felt great too

This hotel has great staff at the reception . We went inside the room and the AC was not working . The washroom doors are old style and rusted. Needs renovation . As well furniture was old style .

To bad there were no food choices. Going through a renovation shouldn't stop top service being provided.

Overall, clean room and spaceous. Free wifi and free parking was essential.

Decent place to stay for a night or two, but there are better options . While the room was clean and in good shape, the bed was not very comfortable, and the climate control was unable to cool the room. Also, when I booked the room online, there was a microwave and mini fridge pictured and listed in the amenities. Both were missing in my king room. Keeping covid restrictions in mind, the pool was open but the bar/restaurant were closed when other hotels in the region have opened them. This might be a decision made at the corporate level, but it was inconvenient nonetheless. All in all, for $100, this was a decent stay and once covid passes and everything is open again, I would stay again.
