Bittersweet is great in that it fills a much needed space in the upscale, live music lounge scene that is missing from Buffalo. Elegantly decorated, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a great lineup of vocalists and pianists to entertain.

Amazing new piano bar. Has a Art Deco feel and amazing staff. Something different than the same old Buffalo bar.

Though I admire the efforts of the owner and have faith that he might get it there, this place is not yet worthy of a 5 star rating. The night I went there, had it NOT been for the efforts of the owner, my rating would be much less than the 3 I"m giving it. My concerns are twofold. One is staffing and the owner is aware of what transpired that I will not go into here, second and more troubling is the announcement of a show that didn't transpire and it took an hour for us to even know it had been cancelled I have faith that the owner will right the ship and when he does, I'll happily replace my 3 with more stars.
