Had a really bad experience with the bouncers. They mock you behind your back, are really unprofessional for 30/40 year old grown men and they physically threw my friend to the curb for asking to go back in the club to get his cellphone (which he lost while dancing). also Really strict dress code.

My least favourite club on King West! I live in the area and I wanted to like it so I gave it a few chances, but I really wouldn’t bother. Every time I’ve gone it’s been with bottle service and the service is still awful. They make people wait ages to give the appearance of being busy when there is barely anyone there. As a girl I get treated pretty well, but I’ve seen the bouncers be incredibly rude and racist. Once you get in, the place is tiny, super dark and poorly decorated. The entire space is taken up by the booths, and you more or less have to dance standing on top of your booth. You may as well not come if you don’t have one, because there is no true “dance floor” and you’ll be left dancing awkwardly in what little space is between the booths. I will say that it has very pretty girls, especially the staff!

The bouncers and all staff at the entrance are extremely rude and act as if they are on a power trip. I watched them get in fights with many different people who were being polite and did not deserve the treatment they were given. I understand that it can be a tough job dealing with drunk people and it is important that the club remains a safe place, however just because you control who goes in and out of the club doesn't give you the right to be rude to people. I watched one person smile and ask "how are you" as they approached the doorman and they received "have your ID ready" back. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to get felt up at the front door and treated like you are a drug dealer or criminal.

If you're not getting bottle service, don't bother. After being shuffled around in line ups (we were on guest list which means nothing btw) & still paying $15 cover on a Thurs, we walked in wondering where the club was. SO TINY & the entire bar is 100% dedicated to bottle service. Good luck awkwardly dancing in between bottle service tables & having everyone ignore you. Also no one in there over 25 & guys were obviously thirsty. We left & went to the Crawford. WAY better!

The physionnonists are the worst because they put you on the line, let you wait during half and your, and then tell you, you can get in because you are not in the guest list. They even don't let you in for a little service. This place give a very bad image of Toronto to tourist. City of Toronto should do something because it's really a bad image for the Canadian ideal. So if you read my comment, I suggest you To go To an other place than this one for really enjoying your night with your friends.

1. We waited in line for 1 hour 2. The room was super small and dancing was awkward where you basically dance between tables and you have to excuse every 30 seconds when people coming out from their tables 3. The doormen were horrible. The minute we walked out the club my friend found she lost her glove so we kindly asked them if we could go back and find it; only got a "no". Then another doormen or whoever shutting at us "get away from the door" where there were nobody passing by. I'll never go back there again.

This place plays my type of music and I'm a fan of OVO's Dj Charlie B, but the joint is a bit douchie. The bouncer outside were pretty nice guys, but you can see they treat and hand pick their clients in a way. Thank god my friends are famous, or I would still be standing outside trying to get in. Inside the staff is a bit pretentious.

Went with other girls and the only good things were we got in for free and there wasn't much of a line. However, bouncers are pretty rude and they have weird policies. I had a belt bag on and they threatened me that I wasn't allowed to wear it or else I would be kicked out and banned for life, but my other friends had larger purses than me and were fine. I asked why that was their policy and why larger purses were allowed but my tiny belt bag wasn't allowed and I never got a straight answer. Coat check also was not open which was weird considering it was -2 degrees outside and everyone had coats. My friend brought her boyfriend and the bouncers told him that they may not let him in unless he bought bottle service.

I’m a bartender. I came to lost and found tonight unexpectedly after being let off early from my bar shift. When my purse was searched, 2 wine cranks were confiscated. I carry these only because they are necessary for my job. I completely understand the security concern with having someone bring something sharp into the club, but what I cannot understand is why everyone’s $1 lighters were held in a box to be repossessed by their owners, but my $20 (x2) corkscrews ended up “in the garbage” according to the rude female security guard. I had no bad intentions. I did not contest the confiscation. I merely asked if I could retrieve them on the way out and was practically laughed at for even suggesting it. I’m happy the club takes safety seriously bit given the fact that cheap Bic lighters can be retrieved but my corkscrews could not, I can’t help but feel that certain security were on a power high. Very disappointed by the lack of common decency here, especially towards fellow industry people.

Extremely discriminating especially for the dress code. Girls can’t wear a fanny pack because it’s not allowed unless it’s a purse. So my friends had to coat check it elsewhere and paid a fee. They didn’t even allow you to coat check at the venue. Guys can’t wear shorts unless we’re buying bottle service. They have a strict “upscale chic” dress code but yet the place is a dark, dingy basement with Christmas lights that you can buy from amazon. Bouncers were extremely rude and aggressive when we simply questioned about the dress code. Still gave the place the benefit of the doubt and we got in and literally left within 30 seconds.

The bouncers were on an absolute power trip. We bought tickets for a halloween event a week before and got tot he club at 11 PM. However, when we got there the bouncers said we wouldn't be getting in and refused to give us a reason why. They said we could get a refund but on the ticket it said it was non-refundable. Upon confronting them, they kicked us out of the line, hit us with and umbrella and then multiple bouncers jumped out of the line and threw our friend to the floor and starting punching him. This club really needs new bouncers, I saw them being rude with everyone that night. Worst club in downtown.

Giving this establishment one star is beyond generous. Please don't waste your time. The majority of the bouncers at this club are atrocious, degrading and extremely hostile. We were told they were just doing their job, if there job is to make people never want to come back then yes they are doing a perfect job. Don't be like my friends and I giving this club a chance even after reading all the reviews, it truly isn't worth it. Last night was my first time at Lost and Found and the quality of this club is so poor and unprofessional it isn't even laughable. There are so many other clubs nearby, go to any other club because Lost and Found shouldn't even be considered one. There were maybe two out of the eight workers in the front who were actually decent people but don't even risk it. The club itself is small, damp and absolutely disgusting too. You aren't missing out on anything, trust me.

I haven't even been here but have had the experience of dealing with their rude bouncer who was guarding the entire alleyway because some cars were coming. I didn't know you could shut down streets for your 'VIPs', there was also no need for him to be so rude and he made me uncomfortable coming to my car in the night when I was in there alone and asking me to roll down my window when I was trying to drive through the alley, park for a moment then leave.

This place is awful. The entrance is a pizzeria door and the bouncers are horribly rude. Cover was outrageous. The bathrooms were, by and large, the worst part of the night. Hilariously, there is a bathroom attendant there looking to take your money in exchange for a paper towel. These bathrooms smelled like urine, the doors didn’t lock, and they were so small that my arm touched the sink when I was sitting on the toilet. I can only imagine the trouble girls that frequent this place go through when wearing tight dresses and high heels. Speaking of which: if you dare to come to this club wearing any other attire, the staff will treat you poorly. Want bottle service? Expect the bartenders to ask who you’re with. Want a photo? Even though the photographer will literally grab your hips to angle them ~just right~ and physically tilt your chin, don’t expect that photo to end up on their page if you don’t fit the look. Of course, if this is your scene, and you’re down to spend ungodly amounts of cash at a dirty, claustrophobic hole in the wall, you just might fit in!

Was hoping to get in somewhere for free with their website saying "ladies free before 12". we had small, barely noticeable bags but bouncers told us we could leave it at the burger place next door if we paid them $10, which is VERY sketchy.

Incredibly small. Bought $40 tickets for New Year’s Eve and the tickets said doors open at 9:30. We get here at 9:30 and the bouncers tell us the doors don’t open until 10. After waiting for 30 minutes we get in, none of the bathrooms have locks, the club is so small and we get YELLED at for even being CLOSE to the reserved bottle service booths even though we are being pushed into the booths by the waitresses? Then, one of my friends has an anxiety attack because of the packed incredibly small space and the bouncers won’t let ANY of us outside for a smoke and says that if we go outside we can’t come back. Hands down the worst club i’ve ever been to. Disgusting.

Bouncers didn’t allow me into the club when I showed them my real ID and a backup ID. Im 20, but my friend who was younger than me was allowed in. My ID’s went through 3 bouncers and they still didn’t believe my IDs. There was no means of telling if my ID was fake, they solely based it on a 4 year old picture of me when I got my permit picture taken at 16. They also wouldn’t accept my photos of my 2 passports (American and Canadian). For any tourists, I wouldn’t recommend this club. Insane, will never be returning and will tell all my friends to never return to this establishment / pizza shop cover up . If I could give 0 stars if I would.

Security is violent towards women. After a mediocre experience I tried to leave the establishment and the security by the base of the stairs grabbed my hard aggressively and would not let me leave. Brutal club. Don't go in the winter especially or you might catch hypothermia waiting to get in, even with bottle service. We had reserved 2 tables with 1000$ of bottle service and the wait was still a full hour in the cold. Be prepared to pay the bouncers to get in.

Bouncers are absolutely horrible at their jobs. We had a 1000$ table reserved inside for us with 3 other friends waiting there already. We were told by the bouncer to wait on the sidewalk for "5 minutes" and that he would come get us. We waited 20 minutes before we went to see him again, he admitted having forgotten about us and asked us to go stand in another spot on the sidewalk for "2 minutes". He then proceeded to forget about us again, we went to see him 2-3 times for the remaining 30 minutes and he would always answer "Yes, you're next, give me a minute I'll come get you". After a total of an hour of waiting we were finally allowed to go WAIT IN LINE where people were cutting and bringing their whole group of friends right in front of us. After complaining that it was really cold outside and we'd been waiting for over an hour the bouncer said "if you're not happy you can just go home, otherwise just keep waiting". That's when we left. If you run a club and people are WAITING an hour to give you their money, you need to seriously reconsider your priority and employee selection process. We went and took our money to a better place.

What could have been accomplished with a simple exercise me, was replaced with get outta the way and when I tried to address the issue which Behooves me as to what I did wrong other than try to pay for coatcheck, he refused to even acknowledge his rudeness or admit he was in the wrong. Maybe some communication skill development other than acting like they are tough would allow you to service and do your job effectively. The owner needs to reconsider the type of security they hire. I'm on the street car going home right now. A friend and I planned on going here on a Monday night. After waiting 20 minutes in line, we were asked if we had reservations for a table. We stated we were on guest list, however, we were still denied entry. Security told us they were only accepting people with table reservations. Others in line were declined as well. Prior to coming, i checked their website (as well as club crawlers), and there was no mention of only table reservations being accepted. We won't be ever coming back and tbh I wouldn't recommend this place either. Very unprofessional establishment.

Too bad there's no option for negative stars as even 1 star is way too generous for this place. Paid for booth/bottles but my group and I were treated poorly from the get go. If you don't know the doormen or management personally, then forget about this place as you'll be treated like a second class citizen (regardless of how much you spend). Pay no attention to the dress code posted on the website. They were letting goons walk in right off the street with gym attire while people who had paid for booths waited in line for nearly half hour.

Went in the summer as apart of some concert afterparty. The bouncers really could careless if your on the guest list or how long you've been waiting, me and my friend were able to go in before lines of people because we were girls and have light skin. So if your a visible minority I would avoid this place. Overall overly hyped and overly crowded, truly not worth the rat race required to get in.

It really isn't worth the checking. The amount of effort the door staff (more than 10) put in to getting the right crowd would make any big market club goer gag. Somebody needs to tell the guy with piercings in his face that he will never be more than a sidekick to a doorman. And don't bother going with your girlfriend, cuz they get mad when their regulars can't get laid. Hospitality starts at the door. Oops. Can't wait to get back to Miami. Sorry. Not sorry.

My group and I were at the front of the line AND on the guest list. Yet, we waited for about 45 minutes and we still couldn't get in because they insisted that they JUST HAD TO get the bottle service guests inside the club first. Sometimes the bottle service line completely died down and we were still ignored. When we asked when they will allow non-bottle service guests in, they couldn't even give us an estimate. We just left and went to a different club, probably for the better. The bouncer was also a huge dickhead (think: ugly version of John Travolta from Pulp Fiction, complete with the douchey pony tail and chunky build).

The WORST club i have EVER been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The bouncers are horrendous! They are rude and unprofessional and on a power trip! They are very aggressive and racist, even with females and they told my friend who is gay that he was not allowed to go back to the smoking area because he was too loud, yet there were other people who were just as loud as he was but because they were females or straight they were not banned from the smoking area. when i asked the bouncer by the smoking door line named KAYSHAWN, why he was kicked out and others weren't, he became aggressive and kicked me and my friends out, but when he talked to me earlier in the night he kept making advances at me and asked me to dance with him or let him take me out for dinner, i declined and left, cause he clearly used this as motive to kick me and my friends out because, when i asked him what i did to get kicked out he said i was rude and confrontational and "went dancing up in booth and on guys like i'm entitled" , which clearly has nothing to do with him since i don't owe him a dance. AND when the bouncer aggressively kicked us out i dropped my phone inside and they WOULD NOT let me go back in to find it, when i did NOTHING wrong. This place is trash, horrible customer service and DISGUSTING bouncers.

Unless you're an attractive female or a dude ordering bottle service, don't bother with this place. Put a group of 5 on the guest list days in advance, 2 girls 3 guys. Showed up around 1030, waited 30 minutes in line for them to let the 2 girls in and tell us it'd be another 30 minute wait, so we left after the girls got in. Was informed afterwards, the place was mostly empty and our friends were pushed out of the way by wait staff, on more than one occasion, while on the dance floor, in order to serve drinks.

Really bad staff in general, but the bar team is the worse one. Also, if you are a smoker you have not freedom to go to smoke whenever you want to. There is a line that never ends because people that is not on line pay to get there before everyone that is on the line. If you want to be treated with respect do not go there ever.

If I could give this place zero I would. We paid over $1000 for bottle service but they still would not allow 4 of my party of 12 into the club "because they were at capacity" but still allowed other white people into the club. They only allow a certain number of black people into the club at a time. Security was disregarded. The manager Arthur was no help. If you're a minority DO NOT GO HERE!

WORST CLUB EVER! I had never been and came from out of town. Paid the 20 dollars cover...as soon as i walked in i was disgusted on how small it and grubby it was, like being in someones basement. The staff there was not friendly at all, couldn't even crack a joke with any of them or even a smile. I was maybe there for 15 minutes and left right away. Totally not worth your money or time.

The notion of 'exclusivity' of this place is artificially created by the management in order to justify their bedroom sized club. Don't waste your time and money here, go to somewhere where you will get a true clubbing experience, because this place feels like a basement party

Arrived at 11pm, was on guestlist... nobody paid any attention to those who were waiting in line, not to mention blistering cold weather. Their top priority is those who are getting bottle service. So my friends and I waited for about 45 mins and decided to leave because NO ONE but those getting bottleservice were granted entrance. Asked the bouncer when they will focus on guest list/general admission and he said after ALL the bottleservice guests arrive. Decided to leave after 45 mins. So word of advice DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING BOTTLESERVICE, UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT THE WHOLE NIGHT IN LINE. ---

A group of about 20 of us went to lost and found last night for a friends birthday. He had reserved two tables for our group. The bouncer was saying that there was too many guys in our group and that it was a problem. We told them that the guys wouldn’t mind paying and he responded saying “money is not the issue here”. Our group was all black people and during this process of standing outside for 50 minutes in the cold we watched multiple groups of white MEN go into the club. When I asked him what the problem was and whether it was something that could be worked out or if we should leave, he responded to me saying that “the promoter you guys went through knows not to do THIS” and signals to our entire group and then says “This is a problem”. We ended up taking our group of 20 to a different club and buying our bottles at an establishment that actually welcomes their guests regardless of race. Needless to say, I 100% will never go to this place again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I’m heavily involved in the Toronto night life scene and this was one of the most disgusting behaviours ever displayed by a bouncer and club.

Very difficult to even get into club if you're a tourist, due to the fact that it's only by reservation or apparently knowing someon named Ace. Basically if you are just looking to walk on in and enjoy yourself without previously knowing everybody in the line already or walking around with multiple women they deem beautiful, then you're not getting in. P.s. apparently the bouncers don't speak English unless it's time to ask if you have reservation. Don't waste your time.

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a terrible over all experience. We made reservations for bottle service weeks in advance and when we got there we actually waited in line for 30minutes only to be told that there was a 4 bottle minimum. There were 3 of us. 3 females. 3 females, 4 bottles? That's actually illegal...just saying. Needless to say we left, went to The Dime and had a ridiculously good time.

If you aren't on the guest list with bottles or a female, there's no point in even coming here. Waited in line for over 2 hours and they kept on telling me it was full and that I was last priority. Mind you I came before the club was even open. One of the bouncers kept on laughing at the fact that the side that weren't on guest list would never get in. Never did get in and no one should waste their time here anyway on how poorly they treat customers. I don't want to blatantly call it discrimination of race/sex, but it is unfortunately. Would give 0 stars if possible. Management needs change.
