First thing, I tried calling into the number listed on the branch, it takes me to the mainline and I can’t even talk to a rep. So I start driving out from Humber bay because the RBC bank app said it was open. RBC “the experience” I want to do regular banking! It’s their core business and I can’t even experience that because they have no teller services! What a disappointing experience!

This branch is their best one. The interiors are that of a showroom and the customer service is second to none. I have interacted with Ivan and he is very humble and knowledgeable!
