nothing special. had a drink from here, some pretty looking blue thing. it had absolutely no alcohol in it, was super small and over priced. the nachos were not properly layered, just a mountain of chips with topping dumped on top of them. lastly, no bottomless drinks, meaning you have to pay $3 for every pop/soda you drink! service was decent though.

Stopped by the for the first time for a quick bite , as I was starving. it would have been nice to know AHEAD of the order if you DO NOT have what is listed on the menu instead of getting us to still order all while knowing that you do not carry such items. The apps were mediocre and The soft drinks machine was out of order; yet I was still charged for watered down drinks that I didn't even consume. Food was mediocre but the service was the worst. The waitress was only paying attention to some old men who appear to have been frequent/regulars ;judging from how long she stayed seated at their booth rather than checking on her guests. I received sub-poor service for an over-priced menu of not so high quality of food. It was truly an Uncomfortbale atmosphere, didnt feel friendly and the hostesses and waitresses were inattentive to new guests, as the regulars received immediate and constant attention. Make matters worse, Upon leaving , the waitress and "regulars" were pointing at my car and it was apparent and obvious that they were talking about me . What for?? just felt like such a hostile environment. Despite her knowing HOW displeased I was, I still tipped her; in hopes to embarrass her , just so she realizes how pathetic her service was and she does better for the next guests. Definitely never returning or recommending

This is a Sports Bar that is a pure man-cave. Dark, dense furniture, booths and tables. We went there for a quick appetizer and drink. This Bar is definitely not scrimping on a full shot. It may have even been 1.5. We had the cauliflower bites. Think sweet and sour chicken balls, not so sweet. A little too much batter for my taste...Definitely not Keto. Service was good. All wait staff that we could see, were in their 20s (early) and female. Lots of business looking types and just regular hearty sports fans. We were there at about 1030-1130 pm.

Recently visited the patio at Arizona Grill Lounge and they did a great job making us feel safe. The server wore a plastic clear-type mask that allowed us to see her face (which is helpful for me since I lip read because of poor hearing) and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Kudos to Arizona's!!

If you like planes, you are right under an approach path. If you don't, be prepared to be interrupted by planes flying overhead every few minutes. Food is generous. Diverse selection of drinks also.

Great environment, good food. Only real draw back is the food portions are tiny. A child can finish their meals and still be hungry. And this is comming from a guy who's skinny as a twig.

Used to be great atmosphere and fun place with average pub grub. Lack of building maintenance and cleaning has left it a dirty, broken shadow of its' former self. The floors are sticky, the pool cues have no tips and the billiard balls do not have complete sets.

These two stars for awesome hospitality, three for fries and Zero for pizza. The base of the pizza is the one that you can buy frozen from any store/ don’t expect the proper fresh baked dough pizza. It is simply topped with more toppings and served. Absolute waste of money. Fries are way delicious than any other place. Staff is super nice.I won’t go again

I came to have lunch with coworker, to try the food at this restaurant, as we work at Marriott hotel we wanted to recommend to our guest, definitely not now. We ordered nachos and Arizona burger that came with bacon if you can call that bacon. I even said to the waiter I was coming from Marriott, I’m leaving this review to let you guys know we are not sending our guest over again, food and service was meh

Service seemed nice but got the fish tacos, which wasn't good. Fish was like chopped up fish sticks, and supposedly had some southwest sauce on it but I couldn't find any. Idk about anything else on the menu but wouldn't order that again.

Stopped by on Saturday night to unwind after a long work week and was blown away by this place. It was recommended by a co-worker and did not disappoint. Even though I was alone my server Julie was friendly, welcoming and made me feel at home. I felt like she really cared which I find is rare in today's restaurant industry. Food was average pub fare, but done very well. Convenient location close to the airport. I look forward to visiting again soon!!!!!

Accommodated a big work group in a great separate room with a pool table. Nicer inside than it looks on the outside. Great drink selection and ok food selection. Food was good though, just a bit of a mismatched menu. Recommend going Mexican here with burritos, quesadillas or nachos.

Love this place, the girls are really friendly and you can't get food at a better cost around the airport. Went here with a couple friends after work, they had half priced appetizers. Tried the new cauliflower bites, they are AMAZING! We also had the wings, they're super tasty and jumbo. We had so many appetizers because of the special, we were so full by the end of it. We decided to make this a regular spot! Looking forward to coming back!

The service sucks. Me and about 6 friends went to dinner on a Monday night at around 12:30am. The restaurant wasn’t crowded yet it took an hour for us to receive our food. To start it took the waitress 15 minutes to get us drinks. The waitress didn’t communicate why it took so long until I asked what was the hold up. She never took the initiative to say “Hey I’m sorry it taking so long but...” After asking to speak to the manager she lied and said the manager wasn’t there but that she called the manager to get us a 10% discount off the check because the food took so long. After discussing how poor our service was we found out that she was the acting manager and never called anyone. When we asked her name she didn’t give it and said to look at the receipt. When asked what’s the manager’s name for the following day she gave a fake name. Instead of apologizing about her lack of communication she placed all of the blame on the cook. We tried to explain that it was her job to communicate that there was long wait on the food instead of having us sit wondering why it’s taking so long. To make matters worse she brought out the wrong food so my friend never ate. She messed up a damn salad! This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We had our wedding here, we used 2 of the rooms that they provide, provided a buffet for our guests. The GM and managers did a great job at answering any questions we ha leading up to the day. The servers that were designated just to us were great, they were fast and attentive. The food was great too! Our guests were full and had a great time.

Came for after dinner drinks. Place wasn't particularly busy but it took our waitress about 15 min to come by and take our order which was some drinks and dessert. Our drinks came 20 min later, still no sign of the dessert. By the time we finished our drinks the food had still not arrived so we cancelled it and ended up leaving. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you are only interested in pitchers of beer and have hours to watch the game on the TV's.

Surprisingly delicious. Our family had the nachos ,teriyaki beef and the raspberry spring with blackened chicken..very tasty. Service was good and timely. Would come back when we are around the airport. Ambiance has a nice roadhouse feel without it being too skanky, despite being next to a strip club. Thanks for the food .

Good food. Disaster service, on Saturday's! They are seriously under-staffed. Waiters swarmed and manager just standing like a sitting duck doing nothing near the kitchen. Took us an hour to get our drinks. Then no cutlery and no glasses. Appetizers came out after the mains. Great place but definitely bad management.

I came in town and walked down from my hotel for lunch! It’s was a few people but the waitress was really pretty and friendly! She told me the place is packed at night and it’s a more party atmosphere! It’s big inside great music and patio seating! I could tell it was a cool place to come to a night for good drinks and music!

Our group of 5 sat outside on the patio. The table was dirty, very sticky, and there was visible bird poop on it. The laminated menus were also caked with dirt and again, sticky. When our server came to us we got our drinks and food quickly, but the time in between visits was long. The ladies bathroom looked like it hadn't been serviced in a while- clogged toilets and more than one stall without toilet paper. That being said, the food was pretty good and the portions were large.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive to my party and offered to help us set up and clean up at the end. The food was great and everyone loved it. The party rooms are huge. They have really high ceilings and lots of room to accommodate a lot of people. There was also an extra long table, which we used as the cake and sweets table. I had 17 people attend my party, but the owner was extremely rude and abrupt at the beginning, which upset a lot of people at my party and gave them a really bad impression, kind of setting the party off in a bad mood. I was also a bit disappointed by the cake fee. I was told that it would be waived since I was bringing it my own disposable paper plates and cutlery that would not need to be washed at the end, and which we took the liberty to throw out ourselves. However, I was still charged this fee. Overall, we had a good time.

Wednesday 08, December, 2021 night. The hostess lacked customer service. Did not greet me, instead, she looked at me from head to feet with an unwelcome look. Then, she approached me and ask me for my vaccination documents. I presented it to her. Then, she directed me to a table, left menu on the table and walked away. I waited for 20 minutes, and no one came to serve me. Three servers (including hostess) kept serving others around me and my buddy, and no one had the courtesy to approach us to ask us if we had been served. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and I agree with others who have commented before, on how terrible this place has become. I strongly suggest other places such as St. Louis Bar and Grill if you are looking to have some great food and drinks around the airport.

First time going here and it felt like a neighborhood bar/pub. Ordered a drink with friends and a pizza. Got the small Arizona Special, just no tomato and extra olives. For $13 it wasn't anything fancy but the mushrooms were huge and it tasted good for the price and size. Good selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Like my Jays mug glass as well. Music was awesome and mentioned it to our server Renea. Wish it was a little turned down, just a little. Not a fan of having to yell to talk is all. They need more clear signage for the bathrooms though. Totally walked into the Men's as there's nothing saying which is which. Found the woman's and there was just a piece of paper marking that one. Something a bit more noticeable would be helpful. Though I did makes some new friends as we laughed at my mistake.

The place looks and smells like it hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while and they’re trying to cover up the smell with bleach. The bar has no seating. My husband said his beer was sour. The glassware is very dirty - I could use my nail to scratch the grime. The bathrooms were decent though and the staff were definitely very friendly.

Came in a little after opening one Saturday day. Pitchers priced so that they cost the same as 3 glasses but don't even fill 3 glasses. Buy by the glass! Ordered $17 supreme nachos that took 45 minutes. 45 minutes for nachos (we were the only people in the place!)? Were told ovens have to warm up, which is lame. 45 minutes? When "supreme" nachos (on menu with chicken and chili) arrived, was a $17 bowl of chips with cheese and maybe some sort of veggies, but no meat!!! They seem to have the hotel/traveler/dive bar market cornered, and don't seem to care.

We were seated very quickly. We waited over 45 minutes to get our appetizers. We asked for cheese on the side the cheese came on the nachos and it was soggy. Then 1 hour for our meal. The chicken fingers were very chewy. Then the burger that also was not suppose to have cheese came with cheese. We waited another 30 mins for a burger without cheese. It was dry. Had no sauce. Then we asked for ketchup and this is what she brought us. Ill remember this and not come back again.

In my short lifespan growing up in Canada, never have I ever seen such irritable and uncaring front of staff. I can say with much pleasure and by god’s grace that I did not have to eat or drink at this garbage fire of an establishment. All jokes aside the people that work here really don’t give a hoot about whether you make a reservation ahead of time, as they’ll just give your seats away at the first chance. Nor will they provide accommodations for the fact that they took a reservation then turned our group away at the door citing that there were no more seats left. TLDR: this place really is the American Airlines of bar/pubs of Canada

Starting with the good parts. The bar looks good. Waitress was friendly. Food was semi decent but the draught beer was water and v expensive. They give a single sauce (two teaspoons worth of sauce) for 12 wings. They charged $1.50 for an extra sauce. Waitresses make a huge base salary (5x) compared to the U.S., but the tip expected is the same. Welcome to the rip off, sorry I meant to say Toronto.

We were turned away from Arizona Grilll tonight because we had a service therapy dog. We had proper documentation and simply treated terrible. We will never be back and hope many people see this and boycott. Side note just next door at Hooters they were more than happy and the staff loved our therapy dog.

My friend and I went to decompress, sat at the bar and actually had a great time. Our bartender Lorendana was incredible, she always snuck in to chat with us. It was refreshing that she took the time with us considering how busy it was. Great atmosphere. We are definitely coming back.

The waitress has no good customer service skills..I ordered calamari and veggie pizza .It took 50 minutes. The calamari came with small amount of dip. I requested for more dip the waitress walked around for 15 minutes before she can return to the table.she kept on looking at my table each time she walked by. Then another waitress came to the table..she said she will take over. I went right ahead n requested for the bill .I could not remain there anymore I was about to get really upset.. I think it's all about taking your and don't care about giving you great service..

Staff was on the ball, never had to wait long for anything. I was also quite surprised as I was there on a UFC night and it wasn't too busy. It was busy but not out of control busy. We shared the mixed fajitas (shrimp, chicken and beef) for a sports bar it was good. Drinks were brought out very fast. The only complaint I could say I have is that the patio is a great place to enjoy your night if you like the sounds of planes taking off and landing quite frequently. But I should have expected that considering you can see the airport from the patio. Lol

If you like ogling girls with fake eyelashes, this would seem to be a spot to go. If you like good service and food, then maybe go somewhere that cares. Food was meh... Annoyed at paying for a soda refill, especially when the refill was all ice (first round was ordered no ice) - didn't complain, but didn't drink it... then saw we were charged for the refill. Just seemed like a cheap move.

I've been coming here for years. If you're staying at one of the airport strip hotels, or want a relaxing drink or dinner after a flight, this place is a great choice. They have an impressive beer selection, and the bar staff will mix just about anything for you. I like the variety on the menu - wide selection of appetizers and plenty of main dish options from fish tacos to burgers, pasta, Mexican, and even a bit of german. Servings are pretty large so good for big appetites. Prices are reasonable so you don't have to have a travel allowance to come here, unlike some of the nearby steakhouses. Half price appetizers make for a cheap meal, but I've enjoyed the sausages, pasta dishes, fish and chips, and Mexican dishes. The meat lovers pizza we had on our last visit was meh, but the calamari was nice and tender. Service is always friendly and professional. Yes, the staff is predominately female, and they do cater to a mostly male crowd, but the servers are nothing but professional and I wouldn't hesitate to bring guests here.

Great place. Evenings on the weekend you can get half price apps. The apps are great and you can really fill up for cheap. Lots of pool tables and no cover. Lots of tvs showing all kinds of sports. Love this place. It's my go to for any big sporting event.

What a let down. I used to come here years back when staying overnight for work.This place has gone downhill. Service was ok but the decor is outdated, the floor had black mold, there were fruit flies around me while I swatted them away while I ate and my Ruben sandwich was not good at all. To add to that, they also charge for a pop refill but don't tell you there's a charge. Who this day in age charges for a pop refill. It costs a restaurant like $0.07 maybe a glass. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth. I will not be seeking this place out again while staying in the area. There's many others to choose from.

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the food took surprisingly long to arrive at the table. Whether it was a kitchen backlog or an understaffing problem, we could not be sure. I'm sure the staff were doing their best. Overall, it was an average experience.

The bar is a step up from its neighbours, The Landing Strip and Hooters, but that sets a pretty low hurdle. The food is average and the atmosphere is sports bar meets girlie bar. Still, it is one of the better options in the area if you want to drink and watch a game served by attractive waitresses.

Zero. The only reason this place gets a three is because of the Wait staff. This is not a sports bar. They can’t even play all CDN NHL games on all screens (or if they can, they’re not high def, or don’t care). Food is below average. I had chicken wings, clearly GMO (what chicken grows that big?), and I also had a chicken salad...the chicken was all fat/cartilage. I guess if you are a leafs fan, you might get better quality. It’s not right. Average at best.

Food was mediocre. We waited an hour for our food and had to sit halfway through waiting for something to drink before finishing. Ordered a Ceaser and waitress came back with a beer. Reminded her that I wanted a Ceasar and she came back saying that they didn't have that kind of beer. Try somewhere else.

Looks like your average local sports bar, lots of friendly waitresses, big screen tv's, good music. I ordered a organic beef burger, not expecting to be able to order anything organic at a bar which surprised me but it exceeded my exceptions ten folds. The bread was really soft and the meat was delicious. I ordered french fries with it, they were crispy. Definitely coming back.

I have been coming to Arizona's for the past three years, very often i should say. is one of those places where you can't be sure what to expect... sometimes they service is awesome and sometimes is awful. Must of the time I go Tuesday or Wednesday after work, I enjoy the oyster because i love it, I have tried other plates and sometimes is good , sometimes is ok, Anyway i know how the place is so I don't set high expectations. i would come back.

Server was great. The beer we were served was not coors lite. It was awful whatever it was. They replaced it. I ordered a taco salad. It had zero taco seasoning. Just lettuce, cheese and tasteless chicken. We had no utensils to eat with. We did get some eventually, but my food was cold by the time I got a fork. The fruit fly that flew out of my salad really grossed me out. And the constant swatting of fruit flies was a bit much.

Had lunch today at Arizona Bar & Grill and was quite happily surprised by the excellent service and quality. My frozen margarita was tasty with just the right amount of salt on the rim, but I do wished they had a proper margarita glass. Our mains were good but the sampler was delicious - perfect for sharing. Much nicer inside than out - noise level was fun but quite enough to have a conversation and the service was excellent and fast, which matters when you are on lunch hours. If nearby and hungry - this is a great place to stop and eat.

Went to this restaurant for my son’s birthday and had a very bad experience. The food was horrible. They don’t even have straws, and the service was not up to standard. Called the manager to complain about the dirty dishes, and she tried to tell us about their double washing system. Very disappointed by the way the Manager handled the situation. Very poor service. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

Worst dining/bar experience Iv ever had. This place cannot handle the pressure of a busy night such as tonight (Game 6 Raptors v Bucks). They got my friend and my order wrong, TWICE. My iced tea came with no ice, no lemon and tasted funny. My friends cup was disgustingly dirty. They poured alcohol in a drink that was supposed to be non alcoholic. Didnt end up getting what I asked for at the end of the night. My raptors experience was almost ruined. I looked forward to having that specific meal all day long and can’t even find the right words to express my frustration and disappointment. Definatly the last time my friends or I attend this incompetent establishment. There should be a 0 stars option for times like these.

This is a well-known Watering Hole near highways and the airport. If you want to mention the name of the place that most people will recognize, know where to find and agree to meet up at, this is a good option. The outdoor patio is deafening every minute or so as an aircraft takes off roaring overhead. Great if you're an airplane watcher but not good if you want to have a conversation. Indoors has various areas with a lot of sports TV monitors, bar, pool tables. Waitresses are all eye candy and I can't remember ever seen a male waiter here.

Manager (Ola) needs to be retrained in hospitality and treat customers with respect. This lady obviously has no respect for customers she approaches people with aggression and has no respect towards customers. She is the worst manager I've ever encountered. Me and my friends have been going to Arizona's for a long time and OLA has made the place horrible for customers who have any issues.

Horrible experience. The waitress kept forgetting the drinks. We didn't have enough menus on the table. We kept us asking for it. It took a while to get our orders. After a 45min wait, the girl notified us that there is no dressing that comes with the salad. Not enough vegetarian options. When asked for coffee it was brought semi-warm and had a weird smell. Stir-fry dish was more like a soup. Hard veggies and chewy meat. The girl never asked for re-fills or water. A cake was brought in to celebrate a birthday and was not cut. We didn't have enough dishes or cutlery. Horrible experience. Not worth the money. Very disorganized.

This establishment has great bar food, I mean really good, while being hot and fresh all while being served by pleasant friendly staff. Great place for parties or after work beer and wings... Great ambience. The main event sports is played on the big speakers and is enough to keep you indulged every moment. The place is huge and hence the waiting times are less. We went in a group of 12 and were easily accommodated inside by joining 2 tables. The service was pretty quick and the portions were good. The place was filled with mixed age group people and that made it a really good place to hang out with friends. We went here for a bachelor party and we saw there was group who had come for a bachelorette party as well. Good , lively Vibes all around.

This was my first time i went to this restaurant, everyone seems to be nice,good menu. But they didn't clean the table which server offered me to sit on.The food was alright. Food which i ordered was so smoky. I was very disappointed with the service though. Our wasn’t interested in our table at all. It was almost like she had forgotten about us or something. Was it because there were not too many orders from table? Not sure, One thing for sure, she was definitely happy paying extra attention to the people at this other table she was waiting on where she was also doing shots. Three of us ordered steak and lamb chops from blue rare to medium rare. It was brought over cooked. Turned out to be dry and gritty. The wings are great... The servers were helpful and kind.... A place I frequent whenever I'm in the city or in that side of town. Besides its awkward location the venue is very spacious and attracts a wide variety of individuals. The staff is usually very friendly and cheerful displaying a genuine level of job enjoyment especially for their regulars. prices are fair given it is close to the airport. The front doors are a bit straining at first as it is misleading exactly how heavy they are, I did not notice wheelchair accessibility. The venue itself is usually very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and their meals are tasty nonetheless. Been visiting on random over the years and I am yet to have a bad experience.

This is a great place to watch sports and have a great lunch or dinner. I visited this and ordered Lamb Chops. It’s not cheap but the taste is so delicious. It’s worth every penny spent. The servers are great ladies. I enjoyed my dinner and watching sports in so many TV monitors. I had fun and will definitely come back.

We ordered an appetizer and after about 10 minutes the waitress finally took our order for our main food. My wife and I both ordered fish and chips. After waiting about another 10 minutes we were informed they were out of it. I ordered a hamburg and my wife had wings. The wings were really tough. The waitress never once asked how our meal was or came around. I had to flag her down to ask for water which never came.

I was just there with friends last week and I've never had such awful service in my life! Our waitress wasn't friendly whatsoever... there was no greeting, a grumpy face and attitude from the start. One person's drink came out, but not the other, the order was punched in wrong, she never came back to check in... nothing. We are all frustrated so when another waitress walked by, we asked her to speak to the manager. The "manager" Sonia came out and didn't offer us any help. She apologized and said she'd speak to this waitress who is apparently named Jenn. After this manager walks away, we now have Jenn constantly glaring at us from across the room and talking to the other waitresses like little schoolgirls in the corner. Now, we are simply uncomfortable. Who can eat dinner in an awkward setting like this? The new waitress, Carly or Carla came back to our table after having a little chat with others and began giving us her Arizona attitude too. Let's just say this was our last time at this place.

Owner makes himself known by disrespectfully telling guests to remove their hats. service was moderate however if you're not attending with a larger group of people .. chances are you will not be attended in a timely manner and will lose priority for "reserved" pool tables because servers want fatter tips from big groups. Hostess was constantly providing wrong information about specials and didn't even know what beers were on tap. I have attended this bar since I was in college and the customer experience has constantly depreciated over the years. Better off going to Cannon Creek or Jack Astors up the road.

Before going I read the reviews about this place and I wasn't very impressed but I still went there for a birthday. I thought maybe it wasn't as bad as people were saying. Nooo!! Don’t waste your time eating here. Service was horrible and slow. Our blonde waitress came up to our table after 10 minutes of waiting. She seemed very intoxicated. We witnessed her taking shots with other customers while we waited to be greeted. When we finally met our waitress, she wasn’t paying attention to what we were ordering but instead making eye contact and smiling at the customers she was taking shots with. When we paid our bill she was not happy with her tip (even though the service was the worst we’ve ever witnessed). We ended up giving her 15%, she was not happy and just gave us back the receipt and left to the table she was drinking with. We will not be returning to this bar, and don’t suggest it to anyone who is looking for decent service.

The Arizona Grill Lounge lies at a short distance from Pearson airport. So while on my way to the airport, I choose to stop there for a bit to eat something as I was hungry. The bar had some delicious appetizers which are available at half the price during a majority of time. One of my friends suggested me this place, and I am glad that I choose to explore their food. We are here with a party of 20. They have lots of space and could accommodate us easily. There were some issues: 1. Some people asked for water in addition to drinks. The waters came with only one or two small ice cubes, and in plastic cups. 2. Food came very disjointed. Some people had finished watching by the time others had only started. One meal came as everybody else had finished. 3. About 6 orders were wrong. 4. My fish and chips tasted kind of plain and the chips were not hot. 5. The place didn't seem very clean. Glass walls were all smeared. 6. The big screen protector had lost its color and was almost black and white.

The staff was SO SO friendly! When I first got there I asked the waitress where the hand sanitizer stations were ( I had just opened the door) she said there were none then brought me her own personal bottle! She insisted, it was so sweet. We got skewers and bruschetta and both were delish. Atmosphere was great, we sat outside where you could still hear the music and talk, and they had big screens for sports. The menu is HUGE! I'll be back!

Came here on a Monday night got seated right away. Ordered chicken bites on the menu, the meat was not the same texture it almost resembled fish’s consistency. I then proceeded to order a Cesar salad to make up for the chicken bites, got it and there was literally 5 croutons in it. Beside where I was sitting there were rock designs into the wall and there was huge chunks of dust in it.. probably won’t eat here again. Nice pool table area.

DIRTY, MISLEADING and NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY - DO NOT GO HERE - LOOK AT OTHER RECENT REVIEWS - They advertise 1/2 off wings with a purchase of a drink (as it says on the menu) on Mondays but they don’t tell you it MUST be a alcoholic drink. The menu only says a ‘drink’. This is incredibly misleading for non drinkers and people who want to bring their family here. - Wings start at $15 and alcoholic drinks start at $10. It isn’t even a deal when wings are 1/2 off, alcohol is more overly priced than The Keg, Lone Star and Moxies down the street. - Tables were not wiped down or cleaned. Still sticky and had cup marks. - Cheesy bread tasted like it was microwaved, the bread was soft and cheese barely melted - Server didn’t care to be nice or kind, just looked at the tip amount on the receipt and left, didn’t clean the table or fill up our drinks ever. - Wings were okay, not good or great. - Manager does not belong in this industry, lacks ability to deal with people. He was approaching tables that ordered wings and a pop, explained to them they don’t get the deal and ‘talked down’ to the customers. Made several tables feel unwelcome and upset. It’s evident the owners don’t care as they have yet to respond to any reviews posted on google.

We first came here 3 years ago when we were staying the night at a local hotel before leaving for our vacation. We all recall the food being delicious and the service to be excellent. It was a great start to our vacation. I recall contacting the restaurant and telling them so. Last year we returned given the first experience. We found the food that visit to be fair and the service to be ok. Nothing to write home about. Nothing to write to the restaurant and commend them on. Tonight was one more step away from our first experience. One dinner was very poor...one could tell the food had been cooked on a dirty grill from the taste and smell of the food. Two of the dishes that had rice were found to be partially hot and partially cold. The server was attentive and friendly. She was apologetic about the grilled dinner. The manager comped one dinner with out question. That was good. It would have meant more had the manager come to speak to us and get more details and engage us in our experience. One other thing that we noticed...and not to sound like whiners: we noticed some of the servers running their hands through their hair, then serving meals. A little unappealing to see. As we walked back to the hotel we agreed maybe it is time to try the dining room in the hotel.

I came here for a quick bite & something to drink. I asked the waitress a few questions about the menu, which she unapologetically couldn’t answer. I ended up getting wings. They were cooked well but I’m pretty sure I had gotten the wrong sauce. Told the waitress & she just shrugged. I ended up eating them anyway. She also never came over to check on me & I had to request napkins half way through my meal. So, the food was very good but the service was absolutely terrible. THEN I found out that you’re automatically charged 20% for tip!

The worst experience ever. Very disappointed with the service. The server that served us was very slow and felt like she was least intsrested in doing her job. She was so distracted. All the other servers includinv the manager were busy doing their own thing and didn't bother to come check up on us. Had to draw their attention even after which we were ignored most of the time. The dishes that we were served in was not clean. Had to wait 15 minutes to get it changed.

It's a good place to hang out on the weekends. The pool tables are going bad now but some are still good. Really like the cauliflower bites and nachos. They often have half price apps which are not valid on game nights, so you might want to check on that before going.

Went with friends who were visiting from out of town. My husband ordered the hamburger and after taking a couple bites realized that it was completely red and uncooked on the inside. We brought this to the waitresses attention and she took it away and returned a few minutes later with the very same burger with the bites taken out but now cooked all the way through. My husband laughed and refused to eat it. The waitress tried to explain that this was "how we do it here". After my husband again refused to eat it. She took it away and took it off the bill. Was not impressed. Decided to give it another shot a few months later and service and food quality had definitely improved. I think this place is pretty hit and miss.

The servers are good but the management sucks, if the food is given back the manger takes it out of the servers paycheck and charges them for every meal. He takes the pitcher without asking and pours the remaining alcohol in the closest cup without consent. Overall he shouldn't own a business and should be seen by the labor board.

Went last night for the first time, ordered the beef burritos which were pretty good. The reason I'm rating 1 star is because our first time there we saw a cockroach crawling up the wall! We notified the waitress and they are aware that they have them. Being in Toronto its not surprising that they have cockroaches but the fact that we saw one on our first visit...won't be going there again!

First review I have ever sent about a server period. My business partner and I travel daily across North America. Eating out probably 10 times a week and I just wanted to say our server ‘Tanya’ was the best server we have ever had. She provided us all with a level of care that is beyond industry standard and never fell short to fulfil our needs. I am the CEO of a drunk staff tonight and was shocked to see the level of detail she went into with each member of my group (8+ scattered in her section). Remembering every detail about each individual and never letting a drink sit empty. She was honestly amazing and my entire group commented on the quality of service we received. Pleasant experience. Nice, quiet and fun place. We were 10 people and had a separated room with our own pool table. It was so nice! The service was good and fast! The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because 5 of us got sick and had stomach issues that night and the following day. What a shame!

Had a fun time watching the Raptors game with the locals. I was staying at a nearby hotel on a business trip and was looking for a place to unwind. Service at the bar was excellent. The place was slammed due to all of the patrons watching the game. An extra call out (kudos) to Loredana who kept the drinks flowing and was very friendly to all of the patrons that entered. She never stopped moving the entire time I was there! Also, thanks to Miko, a friendly local, for picking up the tab! I've been to many bars/restaurants on business trips. This place was fun and friendly. Full disclosure, I didn't try the food.

Took forever to take our order. By the time they did, it was incorrect & they couldn't correct the mistake because kitchen was closing. Servers lack customer service & they all seem drunk or tipsy. Table was dirty our drinks took 20mins to get served. Just an overall horrible experience. I will not go back there.

Came here on a Saturday after long day of walking around downtown Toronto in August to chill out with friends, have some food and drinks. Called ahead of time to see if it was busy or reservations needed and it was a slow Saturday. We came at around 1am, it used to be so live but due to covid restrictions there is outdoor seating, few indoor seating and no dance floor or pool allowed. Ordered chicken souvlaki dinner, it was amazing and Pina colada's were on point ! All in all a good end to a wonderful evening despite restrictions.

Pre covid, this place was my wing spot, especially on wing night Monday's. Food has all been very decent, and reasonably priced. Don't expect any decent service, absolutely nothing to comment about the servers (I actually do, but i'll just keep it to myself). This could be easily a 5 star rating, but service is that brutal

I have been to Arizona Grill Lounge and my experience has been amazing. It is one of the best places to go and enjoy with your friends while cheering for your favorite team. We ordered chicken wings along with beer. It was a perfect combination to spend some relaxing moments after a hectic day at work.

Our server was ok. She seemed nice. It was a slow night but we didn't see her too often. Which we usually like. Unless we need something. Wings were good, nachos were pretty awesome as well but dont order steaks here. Worst steak I've ever had. Tough and overcooked. I ordered medium and it was over well done. So tough it actually hurt my teeth to chew & I didn't bother eating it. Mashed potatoes were delicious though. Cocktails werent prepared the way they were supposed to, & watered down i swear but you can't go wrong with bottled beer. Or water lol.

Tables, chairs and the menu's were very sticky. Beer was obviously watered down and just tasted very odd. Apps were below average but the mains were down right disgusting. I could make better pasta at home and I barely cook. Not a single person from our group enjoyed their food. Only the fries were decent. Giving two stars because we got expired beer and the owner/manager was understanding about it. Won't be visiting again.

Went here last night for dinner. We were sat in the “older” part of the patio where you sit on worn down booth benches and the table was filthy with what looked like saw dust. We were brought out napkins and forks and the waitress said they didn’t have any knives available lol. My son ordered half rack of ribs. When the food was brought out he was given 1/3 rack and some wings. When I said something to the waitress she said I don’t know what happened I inputted 1/2 rack in the system. So I asked if she could bring out what we ordered. She went in and the kitchen staff said they only had 1/3 of a rack left which is why they gave us the wings too. So instead of asking the customer if they would like to change their food option, the kitchen staff made the executive decision that even though they didn’t have what we ordered that we will take whatever they give us. I ordered wings and a Caesar salad. I actually didn’t see how much the Caesar salad was until I got the bill. $11 for the salad and it didn’t even have bacon crumble on it. With so many other options around the area I would recommend going somewhere else. I will not be returning here.

Food quality is not followed, kitchen is disgusting and smells horrible. The bathrooms could use a good scrub, staff members are made to use to public washroom bringing filth back into the kitchen Safe food handling is not a thing in this place. Moldy cauliflower was still told to cut up and mix in with half rotten day veg. Worked here for one day because the manager refused to call me back or accept mine regarding scheduling and pay. Staff gets treated horribly here I think the owner forgets he’s just an average person as well. I would not eat here, coming from someone who’s been in the kitchen. There’s plenty of other, more up to date joints around the strip.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere with a friendly and professional staff. Also, DJs offer a great variety of Dance Music on special nights. Visited Arizonas yesterday for a going away party that was planned. We had the party room with over 30+ people. Our server Val was amazing, she went out of her way to make sure each guest was taken care off. Food and drinks were all brought out in a timely manner. I was there on the weekend and I had a great time.The staff were handing out free raptors and leafs jerseys for the playoff games. The appetizers were half price which was a bonus. I can't remember our server's name but she was really friendly and quick. We didn't have to wait for anything and she was always smiling. The staff all look like movie stars, all smiling and pretty. Overall I had a great night, and it seemed like everyone in the restaurant were enjoying the free jerseys too!

Soft drinks not bottomless. Fries were coated if you like that, I prefer natural fries. The waitress didn't know the difference, which is why I ordered the fries. My Rubens bottom slice of toast was very soggy. Besides the above, my meal was OK. ???? The rest of the foursome enjoyed theirs.

Everywhere else in the civilized world you get free refills on sodas especially when you pay $3.50 for a glass. I drank two glasses and got charged twice. Was hoping to try the wings but they want $2 per wing which is a really steep price. I got two appetizers during happy hour. The chicken quesadilla was mediocre and the steak bites which were claimed to be really good just weren't. Didn't have any flavor besides the cup of steak sauce it came with. Would not come again.

They should make a temporary menu with items they actually have. I chose a wine 3x until I finally asked the waitress to tell me what they have, she showed me a pic on her phone with 5 of the several on the list. I asked if they no longer serve calamari. She said they do but it's not on the menu???? I asked how much and she said she'd find out. I declined and just ordered nachos. Nachos. They came cold AND soggy. How is that even possible??? I sent it back and picked at my husband's fajita toppings. Luckily, I checked the bill because the waitress charged me for the disgusting nachos that I DIDN'T eat!!! I have no idea why this has such a low overall rating. I went in on a whim while on a business trip. Great selection of beers on draft. I had the wings, which I planned to be an appetizer...but once I finished I was so full I couldn't eat anything else. I am picky about wings. These were great: big size, well-cooked, great sauce. I will go back if I'm here again!

It's a good sports bar to watch the game have a few beers and have some fish and chips. A group of us guys get together once a month to talk about sports, work, travel and just get up-to-date. It's a good centrally located Sports Bar.

Waited 25 min for an extra side of sauce for wings. They had new staff on which is understandable but the manager should have been working the floor to compensate for the large table they had. The manager kept telling me I should just eat my food instead of him refunding me for my (uneaten) wings. Came all the way from Niagara for this, disappointing.

Not a great place to go since covid. They were out of large pizza doughs so I was told I could just get 2 smalls instead, when I got the bill I was charged for 2 small pizzas, when questioned the server said "well I gave you the option to get something else". Also during.my visit many servers were seen on their phones and I could hear them complaining about both, the establishment and the fact that they were let go early. Won't be going back here... Food isn't good enough to make up for the lack of professionalism from the servers

We visited this restaurant and were greeted by a wonderful hostess which turned out to be our server. (EMMA) She was very courteous and professional. She quickly cleaned off our table and offered the menus. We came especially for the half price appetizers and were looking forward to our meal. We had the online menu downloaded and ordered our meal. Emma served us in a timely manner and took great care of us. Very happy with her service. However our experience was ruined by the owner Frank. We received our bill and found that one of the appetizers wasn't honoured with the 1/2 priced promotion. The owner made excuses and refused to reduce the pricing, blaming our wonderful server. This wasn't the maturity or the professionalism expected from an owner. We paid our bill and assured our server Emma that her service was amazing and our frustration was not caused by her. We will never return to this restaurant. We wish Emma all the best in her future endeavors

One of my favorite places to go. But my last experience was a little disappointing as the management is not very smart. I had an order at full price and another at their discounted price. We had some left over from the discounted order and wanted to take it home. I was told that one order was only dine in and they do not want people to take advantage of the half price deal and do a take take out. But we had gone for a dinner and ordered a full price dish and wanted to take home parts of both orders home that were left over. Although this rule was not mentioned anywhere in the menu. I feel that it is a fair rule but the management should be diligent enough to figure out if someone is taking advantage of the deal unfairly.

One of the best services I have had in a long time. Our waitress Tanya was super prepared and prob the best server I’ve seen in Toronto at a bar setting ever. The wings are phenomenal and I highly recommend them over hooters if you like a roaster size wing with some very nice house made sauces. Fries were crispy and my guest loved them. The nachos were excellent as well. Very spacious and even with covid protocols in place there is enough room for you to get a decent table. I will definitely be back. Kudos to management for having such a great and well trained staff.

Visit this place with a group of 14. This place is massive, lots of TV and projectors showing various sports games. We got moved to private pool room to accommodate us all. Food: Food here is good and average for what you would expect from a sports bar and grill. Atmosphere: atmosphere here was top notch with pool tables available to kill time while waiting for food to come. Service: Service is okay, only one waitress was serving a group of 14 and even though she did her best, it took quite some time to get us our drinks.

Consistent.. Me and my work friends have been visiting this restaurant for ten years or more. Great place, the service is good, and the food is pretty good too. Summer patio is great and the actual venue is huge, with pool tables and lots of seating room. We have had work parties here, and often visit for lunches. Never really been here for a party evening, so I can only comment about the before 5pm venue etc. :-)

Went on a Sunday night and service was terrible. The patio is REALLY nice but the waitresses barely came there to take orders/check on guests. Food was good in taste, portion size, and cost. Drinks were not so great. Got a couple rounds of cocktails and every time it was like they were making the same cocktail differently. Some of my friends got their drinks super strong and some who ordered the same drink got it super light. Don't know if it's because it was a Sunday night and they weren't very busy so they got lazy but regardless that's not an excuse for bad service. Might go again during the day to see if there's a difference but otherwise the place had good vibes.

I will say, the wings are tasty and great, however a situation where I literally had a drink dropped on me and little done to rectify situation has resulted in me not recommending this place.
