I've been coming to 2 Cats for years now! It's my go to spot for awesome music, friendly patrons and the nicest staff. Hands down the kindest doormen in the city. There is absolutely no pretentiousness, just a good crowd wanting to have fun! Saturday's get busy so arrive early!

My favourite place to go to at on a night out in Toronto! If you're looking for a place that's not generic and has a good variety of people, go here! Atmosphere is great; music is fantastic if you're into anything other than top 40, especially older music; people are friendly and not pushy like many other bars/clubs in the city, staff if ok. Do yourself a favour and go there! It's always a good time!

I love the music at this bar. It’s so fun. HOWEVER, I ordered a round which cost $28 and then the exact same round somehow cost me $63 .... Thanks for taking advantage of a drunk person lol. You’re a beast.

My friend and I came here after a long absence from this hangout. Coat check for $3 and let’s go... Asked for 2 vodka and sodas from one of many bartenders. What? $15? We were served premium brand and not the $4 bar rail brand...very dishonest customer service! We weren't told about the option. Got hosed so I'm not happy. That aside, great music and party atmosphere so 4 stars for that part. Party on!!!!

I am not a person to review places however this place upset me. Watch out people, bartenders.. well on particular one bartender will try to take advantage of you. For my experience I ordered 2 rye and gingers and two Corona. She said it would be 35 so I give her a 50 dollar bill.. I get 5 dollars change. I was like ummm.. you said 35. She said you ordered doubles... Nope.. she said . Taste them. I watched her pour the drink.. they were singles. Helen Kellar could see this. So she stole 10 bucks from me cause she thought I was not sober. Imagine how many others she is taken advantage of!!! Becareful!

The only positive here are that the bar staff were friendly and quick with drinks. I always thought it's a nice place to get a nightcap or to hangout for a few drinks after a meal at restaurant nearby. I've been a few times, and I had an ok time. HOWEVER, I don't think the place is well managed. There was an incident the last time I was there, where the bouncer used excessive force against a non-aggressive friend, merely because my friend stepped outside the establishment with a drink in hand to say bye to a friend. Next thing he was placed in a chokehold. I understand my friend was in the wrong to bring his drink outside the bar in the first place, but I think there would be a better way to handle the situation then to use violence. Personally, I think there are a lot of other better establishments to go. I will not be returning and don't reccomend it.

Some of the bouncers there are violent and rude. Their job is to harass you, but not to protect you .Some of the bouncers should not be working there. They provoke clients and harass women. If you get drunk, they will definitely take advantage of you. Be vigilant when you go there and keep an eye on your objects. To be safe, please avoid this place. The place is great,but the bouncers are nightmare. Read other clients' reviews here and you will have a better understanding of what I am taking about

Be aware of the thieving bartenders that work here. Despite signs that show $4 drinks before 11pm, many of the bartenders will charge you FULL PRICE for drinks here, then pocket the difference (they did this to me and my friend. ) If you question them, they deny it and threaten to have the bar staff throw you out. Avoid this place, too shady...

Hidden gem. Older crowd. Everyone is there to have a good time. Very social and friendly crowd. Drinks are cheap and aren't week. Music gets loud. More like a 4.5. I wish the place was bigger though.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. Bartenders were very rude, and the male patrons that visit here are very aggressive. Its a very dirty place, and the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Will not be back.

Extremely Rude bouncers! Nice staff and good music. The bouncers are Unnecessary bullies even when there is no situation. Misuse of powers and frankly create situations when there isn’t one! I hope someone atleast has the courtesy in management to contact me. Because of the bouncers attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place at all as it’s unnecessary for someone in my late 40’s to deal with this nonsense! Even there own staff said there was no situation but the bouncer created one!

Great music but terrible service. This bar offers really great drink specials but the bartenders will charge you full price, and if you question why you were not given the special prices, they lie and say what you ordered did not qualify. The bathrooms here are also disgusting. If the owners hired honest bartenders and made an effort to clean the bathrooms, I would upgrade this place to 3 or 4 stars.
