Love this town. ELRL really take excellent care of their buildings, don't overcharge & so far do snow removal & grass cutting in senior areas. When maintenance requests are made, they quickly resolve all issues. The staff are friendly and great to deal with. We are very happy to live in one of their buildings.

Have been living here since November 2015, the area we are in is great the down side is trying to get retirement living to do maintain things that need to be done. My husband became ill and asked for a ramp so he could get in and out of the house and was told No so if you are retired and move here don't get sick! Unfortunately my husband passed away. I'm also still waiting for some repairs that need to be done going on for six months now still not done.Other than that living in Elliot Lake is wonderful.
