One word......DISCUSTING. This location is stuck in the 80s. There's shingles lose ready to fall in the drive thru. Inside is dirty and old. Their grease trap smells like rotten fish and the bathrooms are unusable. They never have anything to drink besides pop. The health board needs to be contacted.

Multiple employees wearing masks under their mouth. When asked to put on correctly they complied. However 10 seconds later is was falling under their nose again. Asked again and told them they need to sanitize after touching their mask. Employee raised their voice at us. Asked for manager and he immediately raised his voice and banned us. The back door to the inside nearly knocked me off my feet. The bathroom/every door has no automatic door button. For a place directed at seniors, it's not disability friendly. Also, the highchair was not clean and didn't have the usual cover on it with a bib or anything. They are so cheap they change extra for sauces and their fries are never cooked consistently. The staff is so so and I always get an unwelcome feeling from here.

Create your taste experience was a perfect execution. The burgers were done exactly the way we wanted. The fries were packaged separately from the burgers and so was the salad. Staff was quick and professional. Never thought I would be rating a McDonald's but best Mc D's service EVER!

Clean restaurant. Great service. Usually fairly quick. But I highly recommend checking your bag before going home. On more than one occasion I have received the completely wrong items. One time I paid for a double big Mac.. which came in a double big Mac box. But was just a single. Or asked and paid for a quarter pounder but received a mcdouble.

Location is clean and service is fast but... I no longer leave with my carry out orders until I've inspected the lot of it because I'm used to %80 of the time having the wrong food given to me. It matters not what I say to the cashier because on the chance that they type the order in properly it is likely the staff in back are not paying attention. It doesn't matter how many times the cashier presses extra mustard there will only be a small dot of it (an issue I have had with every McDonald's in northern Ontario, and yes I've been to every McDonald's in northern Ontario). Almost every time I order a hamburger here I'm given a cheeseburger, I can say no mayo but they'll put on extra mayo as if to spite me, a colleague of mine will often order mcnuggets and be given fries, it's really been quite frustrating over the last two decades.

Aside from the urine soaked restroom floor (due to clogged urinal) and the trademarked Mcsticky tables paired with room temperature iceless fountain pop the food was ordinary and on time. For an optimal experience I would recommend drive thru only.

Worst service I've ever received. I ordered two different mcwraps, a bacon and chicken with extra bacon and a ceaser wrap with no chicken. My ceaser came with chicken, which wasn't a big deal, but the chicken and bacon wrap was an unfolded mess of lettuce and mayo with a piece of chicken in the middle - no bacon. When I returned to the restaurant to get my meal fixed, I was given the most hostile greeting in which a woman aggressively assured me that my wrap had bacon because "she made it, she would know" and then was told to check the sandwich and look with my eyes. I've let a lot slide at this place, but the instant hostility to an error made by the employee is definitely the last straw for me. The constant mistakes, headache and attitude that come out of this place isn't worth my time or money, ill be going elsewhere.

Who has their delivery truck come to bring supplies at lunch time and shut down the drive thru? Then after waiting a good 20 minutes inside for a quick order (a couple mcdoubles, fries and cokes) I get to the truck and double check everything... They have charged me $2.19 each for my drinks when it is dollar days and should only have been a dollar. By the time I went back in for my money back and got the food home it was cold. Not a very good experience

Value has seriously gone downhill. This is no longer a cheap and fast option for a meal. A family if 4 costs $50 to feed. For an extra $3-4 per person you can go to a real restaurant and eat a much better meal that doesn't leave you hungry 30 minutes later.

Went through drive thru and ordered chicken wrap. Got to the window and was told to pull aside to wait for fresh chicken. 15minutes later a kid brings me a filet o fish meal. I tell him it wasn't what i ordered, he stares at me dumbfounded and says he can't take the fish meal back. I ended up having to turn around, come back into the parking lot and park, go inside, explain everything that had happened, wait for them to make me a new meal, and was treated rudely and like a nuisance the entire time, despite being very polite

There is the rare staff member that at least knows how bad the service is and will make an effort to help you and fix things. But rare. I placed an order for a small fry and an iced coffee. Waited 10 minutes and I asked why it was taking so long as other people with full meals had gotten their order. They told me that they forgot. From big city lights to small town joys... What can I say. I've never tasted food so fresh. Honestly I'm from out of town. From a city of 550k I frequent mcds more than I like to admit (especially with the all day bfast and working nights). My experience was greeted with a friendly and genuine (I might add) experience. I see a few complaints here. Listen guys. Voice your concerns... And they will I assure you turn your experience upside down. This community wants to please and satisfy every costumer from every walk of life. I will be back... I will frequent. And I will not complain that my thermostat in my car isn't working to which results in room temperature food from a DRIVE thru. Go figure that my meat (which holds in a holding tray in presume (yes I worked in fast food) is room temperature by the time I get home. I'm sorry but if they wrapped it in foil you'd complain that the food was soggy... Honestly come eat here and enjoy some mcds the way it's meant to be. Fast fresh and delish. Where else are you going to go? Go cook yourselves a meal if you want to complain... Or better yet speak up and they will right there wrongs (as the costumers always Right!!!....right?) This location aims to please.

Terrible service was a 15 minute wait in drive trough the guy on the speaker was short and rude plus we then had to wait an additional 7 minutes in spot 1. It seems to be the same every time I went there. SOON GONNA STOP.

I definitely would not recommend the place to anybody.My son and I both had stomach issues and the service stunk. They don't serve salads in the winter, they didn't have orange juice, fish and I truly believe our food was precooked and it was cold. We had issues getting vinegar and my mother asked to get vegetables on her hamburger and they gave her 1 pickle. If I could give less than 1 star I would.It was a terrible experience. I will never go back!

This is store 16388 and is one of the dirtiest McDonalds in Canada. The health department should pay it a visit. I saw a staff person go to a car without a mask a deliver a order and the go back to the food area. Never did any other clean anything. The sink does not drain properly. My shoe suck to the floor as I must have stepped were someone spilt a drink. Food on the floor, on the tables, and even on the chairs.

This McDonald's is OLD, and sometimes not very well maintained. There's been a big, awful pothole at the very entrance to the drive-through for YEARS, and if you hit it, it could potentially damage your car. Be careful! (The folks working there are great, though! Guess they could be incentive to go in to the restaurant to see them, and avoid the Pothole of Doom altogether that way)

Haven’t been to a fast food joint for some time as the food is terrible and prices even worse. Decided to try the spicy chicken they are advertising lately. Got home to find it a disgusting mess. The patty barely covered the bun, ( the commercial shows the patty bigger than the bun and 3 times thicker than the real thing), most of the “sandwich” was filled with lettuce. Will never visit a fast food “restaurant”, and I use that term very loosely”, again. My wallet and my overall health deserves better anyway.

The staff was friendly, my meal was really great, but the dine in area is disgusting. Every single table had a mess. I know it was busy at the time, although it was past 2pm. I had a long drive from the Valley on my way home. I wanted to stop by to grab something to eat. I was so disgusted, I ate my meal in my car in the parking lot. There should be someone wiping the tables down more frequently.

It is a good place to go to, when you are hungry for Filet of Fish, that is the only place in town, you can get it, and there is a place for the children to Play inside, I would love to go there again, but I need my own wheels to get around, put I need someone to help me on the bus, with my new Power wheelchair, nobody has done it yet, so I have to go with my other chair, that is no good.. Make sure you check your orders. I just ordered a crispy onion burger and got a regular quarter pounder. This mcd is really bad for orders. Just never seem to get my order right in drive-through. My son and I ordered the Ghost Pepper McChicken combo. It was definitely spicy but I wouldn't order it again because I'd rather have a tasty Big Mac or cheese burger. I was wishing I had saved the fries until after eating the sandwich to help quench the flames. But thankfully I still had some of my drink. I suggest having a box of tissue handy to deal with the runny nose caused by the spiciness...or just wipe your nose on your sleeve :o)
