Love the chicken Thursdays. This is a very busy bar even on weekdays. Still, I go here for chicken which is well done with no batter. Flavourful. Some dip selections available too. Friendly staff but be prepared to wait as all tables are usually occupied. Bathroom needs more attention though as soap and paper towels can run out often enough. Good selection of beers but ask first as they can be out of stock of a favourite.

Kennedy's has been around for a while and with good reason! The good is a notch or two above your standard "pub fare" and reasonably priced as well. The staff are friendly and curtious , with great sense of humour! You can book reservations for parties and you can pretty much always find an extra chair. The dance floor isn't huge but hey, that's part of the fun and the various bands that come to play pack it more times than not. We do all our B-Day parties with crowds of twenty or more and never have any complaints. Parking is no problem in you show up reasonably early otherwise it's a wee walk,lol, it's well lit so nobodies hiding in the shadows. All the taxis no Kennedy's so if you're planing on having a few, do like we do and grab a cab!

Went for drinks on a Friday not expecting much from how hidden this gem is but the food was delicious, the wait staff were on top of everyone's order and very efficient in checking for refills or new orders plus the live band that played was a happy surprise! Would visit again!

OLD SCHOOL SPORTS BAR - TOTALLY AWESOME. This place is older than hell. Most people love the flashy Cactus Club places.. but this is a little neighbourhood gem. The food is good! Prices are decent! TIP - Make sure you're seen when you walk in as the staff can be kinda lax.

We just went in for a quick drink and appies before heading to a movie. I think the appies were great. Tuesday they have taco Tuesday, Mexican specials. We got nachos and calamari for appies and I tried a margarita but the margarita was pretty gross. They were having trivia night which would have been cool if we weren't just there to eat and run. Service was pretty quick and food was cheap. Will go again but will stick to beer for drinks.

There's a particular, small-town neighbourhood aesthetic to this place which is broadly being lost around Vancouver. Not 'special occasion' pub dining, but rather a cheerful everyday place with decent prices. I also came with a Groupon, and I had a pleasant experience there with good service (although purely as an observational statement I've never gone into a pub and not had at least someone in the group order a drink).

Our Ride to Conquer Cancer team held a fundraiser at the Kennedy Pub and I found the staff and patrons so welcoming to our group! There was lots of space for our team and guests and the servers were excellent. The chicken fingers and fries were delicious and the have many beerd on tap.

Good food at a reasonable price. If you're a smoker you can no longer smoke on any of the outside patio and you have to go to a little tent outside of the front of the pub. I got up beside my table to stretch for a bit and was quickly informed that I am not allowed to stand up. Seems a little over zealous to me as I wasn't visiting another table.

Ordered okanagan 1516 red, Beer tasted old, low carbonation. Ordered stuffed yorkies, were decent, but yorkies were dry same with beef and onions weren't caramelized just sauteed slightly, still had to cut with knife. Also got rice pilaf. I honestly dont know what to say, tasted like the smell of gym socks, tried to mix with yorkies leftovers, could only handle one bite... very good service! Very nice staff! Good environment. Would return, but order something more pub style. Like burger and fries and stick to more popular beers like the house special.

Came in for a beer on a Saturday afternoon...bar tender seemed absolutely disinterested in serving us and the place wasn't even busy. Sat Down outside and in a 45 minute period not a single waitress came to check if we needed anything. Don't recommend, won't go here again. This seems like the kind of estalishment that had it's 'regulars' and only gives a damn about them

This place is my favorite pub in town. I love the cozy atmosphere, friendly and fun staff, and all of the regulars!! They have phenomenal specials and food! The patio is so calming and refreshing to sit back and enjoy your company and drinks. They have a great football league and super prizes, boards, and specials. Entertainment every weekend. Fajitas were very bland. Chicken, peppers and onions came out sizzling on a dry cast iron skillet. No oil,no fajita sauce used to cook the hot stuff. Could of come with guacamole too but didn't. Went back few days later and tried chicken cordon bleu burger. All I could taste was honey. Probably won't go back.

Everything was great, except for the server was a bit confused. We had to call her for every drink we ordered. To my observation she was serving one table at a time not scanning as she passed to grab another order. When she came to our table I suggested she should scan around before going back to the bar. Sevice did improve and I still tipped her as I understand people have to train.

I went here for the first time for takeout last night. The worst wings we ever had. They were dry and sauce was on the side, which is unusual. Chicken tenders were ok, fries were dry and tasteless. Won't be back.

I was in this place for the first time with several retired friends. I am retired and it was my birthday. There is a male waiter there...I can't quite recall his name. M was the first letter. I have never met a more arrogant person in my life and I am 67. Anyway I cant even imagine ever going back there. There were 6 of us and he was serving our table and was rude condescending and arrogant to all of us. I asked him for the manager and he said that she never comes in and he is the acting manager. I left saddened for a ruined birthday.

I went into the pub to use my Groupon. We didn't order any alcohol but only wanted to eat. They kicked us out of the restaurant and refused to serve us even though we only just arrived. I'm extremely unhappy with the service and the waitress was very rude. She asked me for 2 pieces of ID even though I'm already 42 years old and I told her we're not even here to drink. She should check the law first before she kicked us out. It's such a bad first impression and not only will I not come back again but I'll even tell my friends too about the bad experience. I'm going to ask Groupon to refund me.

We will NEVER go here again. My husband and I decided to go here for dinner one night. When the food came to our table, it looked horrible. My burger looked like it was made by someone who was blind folded. Could only finish half of the meal, then decided to head home. Later that night my husband and I were both so sick, vomiting and diarrhea, the whole nine yards. This was literally the only place we'd went to eat that day so I'm pretty sure it was the culprit. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service, bad food with numerous hairs... long and short :s (don’t know how they managed that). Been here for wings and they have been pretty good but after trying their other menu items I won’t be coming back.

Pub is awesome great food except for a guy named Dave claiming he works there stay away he will try to borrow money from you and bum cigarettes and ask to borrow more money every time he see you and never pays you back he approached me a day after I was at pub when I was getting gas claiming he worked there asking to borrow money giving a sob story and then again when I was buying cigarettes at the corner store asking for smokes I think hes homeless and watches who goes there
