Not sure how anyone can a Browns Social any rating under 5. We have visited many locations and always have great food and great service. This location was no exception to that rule. Food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive in checking on us. Will always recommend Browns Social to any I know or asks how they are

Mike the manager is beyond rude and the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. The way he spoke to my older mom was disgusting he not only yelled at her but he also discriminated against her medical condition.. so we asked for take out and he would not honour the Happy Hour price even though it clearly doesn’t state anywhere on the menu that the deal is for dine in only… i will NEVER go back, and I will make sure nobody I know will ever go there and get treated like that!!

My family and I went during happy hour, which is daily from 3-6pm. As the prices are quite high, it was worth it to go during this time. The calamari was very crisp and the dill tzatziki was delicious. The service was outstanding! The bartender, Mike, was so attentive and was always checking up on us to make sure we were good. We'd go back just for his service!

We eat here once a month or so. My wife, daughter, and me in different combinations and sometimes with friends. We have always had great food, drinks, service, etc. great spot in the Tsawwassen neighborhood. Anytime we have had an issue they have been there to solve it. Zero complaints here.

Absolutely loved it. Living in Point Roberts has its challenges but having Browns as a great upscale pub is such a treat. Last night we went there for the first time and loved the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. My wife is pregnant and they were happy to make her a fun mock tail with the hibiscus infusion. We finished every last bit of our food and even took home the Oreo cheesecake which just melted in my mouth. All the presentation of the food was great too. Cannot wait to go back to try some of the other options like nachos, wings, steak Alfredo etc.

Good food and service. Issue for me was when I entered the tip percentage into the handheld credit card machine, the system increased it and I ended up giving a larger tip than I intended to. I would review the tip carefully.

We got to sit by the fire pit, which I love. Browns is always too loud. It's a chain wide problem. It's hard to hear the people you're talking to over the music. Otherwise, food is great, and there are lots of options for special diets - including gluten free and low carb substitutions. Staff are very accommodating.

The staff were friendly/nice and the ambience was good, but food was poor for the price. I ordered their grilled steak (medium rare), which is comes with seasonal vegetables and crispy potato. The steak was extremely tough and very poor flavor, the potato was done in a neat way, but was very bland, and the seasonal vegetables was a pile of steamed broccoli with parmesan dumped on top. Very unimpressed with the quality of the food compared to the price. If we went to The Keg and spent the same the meal would have been much better. My wife got one of their sushi rolls and without going into too much detail, grocery store sushi is better. I honestly am not that fussy, but the quality of their food was very poor compared to their prices.

We were sat right next to the kitchen even though there were several open spots that were preferable with a view of the TVs. We moved to a better spot. Service was good. My brother's Steak Sandwich was $24.95, the steak was good but the size of a silver dollar with a lone onion ring on top (roughly the same size as the steak). We bought a Fish Sandwich to go, $17.45. When we got home the fish was barely visible in the bun. The building is beautiful, the service is good, but it will be tough to return with that kind of value equation.

Browns Tsawwassen has repeatedly discriminated against customers with medical conditions that prevent their use of a mask. Staff are extremely ignorant of the exemptions outlined in the Provincial Health Order and even appear to have a personal grudge against those with legitimate medical conditions. Shame on this establishment, I will never spend another dime here, nor will any of my friends and family. Disgusting!

Parking was confusing at first. But once we were inside everything was great. My dish was a chicken bowl with yogurt and red onions a and sauce to die for priced at $18.00 . Service was good. Wife had prawns and steak. I was very thirsty so we tried the Stanley park pilsner that was excellent. Decor was upscale and trendy.

Went for lunch on a Monday. Plenty of parking under the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our food came promptly from the kitchen and was excellent. If you are going to eat lunch in Tsawwassen Browns Social House is well worth a visit.

I frequently stop here for lunch if Im working in the area. The food is great. Although this time I tryed the dry ribs, my only complaint is there wasnt much rib lol. The service is top notch, the ladys are always lovely and helpfull. This is also one of my favourite patios to enjoy a cold one one.

Service is second to none here, food is reliably good - wings were great. It's a little too chilly (a/c) is our only complaint. Left our coats on the whole time and were still cold. Perhaps the management would save some $ by turning it off?

Food is okay, sometimes overpriced. Staff are usually friendly however we witnessed a gentleman get bullied out of the establishment for not wearing a mask (with a medical exemption). This is not right and we probably won’t ever return with that behavior. My family and friends will be dining elsewhere where medical exemptions are honored.

There were 14 of us out for a family dinner. The waitress was excellent and the place was nice with easy parking. I had fish and yam fries, portions I thought were small and fish was greasy but tasted okay. One nephew had a spicy tuna roll, it had very little tuna and rice was not fresh. Another had a pizza and said it was the worst they ever had. Kids grilled cheese had very little cheese. My sister had some kind of prawn, pesto Fettuccini which she said was just okay. On the whole food was so so but expensive for what it was.

Went for birthday lunch with my wife and 3 kids. Took an hour to get our food in a half full restaurant. Better to tell me before I come in that food will be slow, then I can make the decision if I have the time. Worst was fries were cold after all that! Lots of other choices in tsawwassen.

Just wanted to say how impressed my wife and I were with our recent dining experience at Brown's. We were delightfully relieved to see this establishment take COVID-19 so seriously. We felt completely safe at all times, and were happy to see staff quickly remind anyone entering the restaurant without a mask that one was required. I saw another post on this site from someone who resented staff asking someone to leave who had earlier refused to put a mask on. To me, that is not something to be condemned but rather applauded. It shows how seriously this restaurant takes its COVID responsibilities, even if it means offending a long-time customer. There can be no exceptions. Thanks, Browns, for doing your duty. We will definitely be back.

We just did a pick up of a couple of Pub Burgers and Fries, oh my goodness! They were amazing! Fresh hot burgers, the fries were nice and crispy and plentiful. We definitely recommend going there for takeout during this pandemic time!

We stayed at the Coast Twassassen so coming to this restaurant for dinner was very convienet. Both my dinner mate and I quite enjoyed our meal. We started things off with some calamari which was excellent! I had the chicken parm which was very good, very creamy sauce. My diner mate had the steak and sushi rolls. We both quite enioyed our meals. I would definitely come back here again and likely will try and go to other Browns locations because of my experience here.

Picked up my order. The front door guy said to go inside and Makayla would grab my order that was sitting on the counter. Unfortunately she was too busy chatting up the cook to notice me and do her job. The guy at the front had to come and do it for her. This location offers two dining areas, the first of which feels like open-air because of its brightness but is comfortably enclosed. The second area is the restaurant and bar which offers televised sports. Our servers were friendly, prompt and attentive, making for an enjoyable meal!

Tonight I ordered fettuccini alfredo through skip the dishes and was told my order was declined. I assumed that perhaps they didn’t have what I wanted or that they were busy and chose to order a tofu #28 dragon bowl instead. Checked the app not much later and saw that it said I had two outgoing orders from Browns Social House. I called the restaurant and was told that my first order was ready to go and had been completed, but that they had not accepted the money from skip the dishes for my second order yet, nor made my second order. The person I spoke with informed me that she could let the kitchen know and that my second order would be cancelled. About half an hour to an hour later I get a notification saying my second order had arrived. I called and was told that skip the dishes handles that and that the restaurant is not responsible. I was essentially told that I should have known better and that I should have contacted skip the dishes instead, despite being told the complete opposite on the phone earlier. I was not even apologized to for the inconvenience. I understand that these are trying times and we all make mistakes but I’m really disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability.

Like Earl's, like cactus club, like milestones, you know what your getting when you go to a Browns... Consistency. Good food, a little pricey, good options, good atmosphere, and generally and enjoyable dinner. Some good Gluten 'wise' choices available... But the gf Pizza crust was 5/10... Chewy, soggy, and mostly tasteless... But still.. So many other options.. It's worth going back for something else.
