The food and service are always good here so you won't be disappointed. It's definitely a place for adults, and not families. It can get kind of loud sometimes, so be ready to speak up so your companions can hear you. Edit to add: just visited again and the food and service was great. It's still a really noisy place, however, so don't expect a quiet romantic dinner with your sweetheart. Unless you are happy just staring in their beautiful eyes, then go for it. The staff will welcome you with a smile and will take good care of you!

Todd the general manager is always accommodating for my fluctuating number of people who are coming. While they don’t take reservations, they are more than amazing enough to make room for the 6-20 people who are coming. Would definitely recommend. Can’t remember the waitresses name who looked after us almost every time we went there but she was very nice and very good at dealing with slightly intoxicated Italians haha!

Every server/waitress was hospitable. I have never seen service where young waitresses open the door upon entrance & exit of the restaurant, especially for our elderly friend. The manager came out & asked how our food was. We could see him going around to other tables as well. Our food was yummy & they were very accommodating to our specific requests for our meals. They were always on top of asking how our food was & filling our water glasses. They even gave one of our friends a drink taster before her meal. If she didn’t like it, they wouldn’t charge us for it. Giving 4 stars because always room for improvement. A little bit of confusion about one of our friend’s meal. Didn’t end coming with walnuts on her salad when they said it would. Overall, very friendly environment & very yummy food. Would highly recommend.

Friendliest service I've had at a restaurant in a while. Our drinks were always topped, the food suggestions by the staff were on point. I love that the staff is always coming to make sure you're happy. The food came as advertized, and not only was it esthetically pleasing, it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere in that place is great, too. Best place in DC to grab a bite and a beer.

One of my all-time favorites in Dawson. The food is awesome and almost every plate has a veggie/vegan variety. Brunch on the weekends is a fun time with discounts on Caesars and mimosas. If you are into sushi you will love the spicy tuna roll. They have sandwiches, tacos and mains that go from steak to pasta and pad Thai. Pizzas are super gourmet but a bit pricey in my opinion. Is a great place to have a drink and get ready to party. It can get a bit loud on the weekends but always very very fun!

The customer service was great. Was asked five times at the reception if I was helped. Everyone was constantly smiling and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The wings were juicy and buffaloly. Thai chicken soup they have is hearty and delicious, would definitely recommend. Fish and chips were great...tartare sauce was okay. Beef noodle bowl gets a thumbs up...a lot of veggies, could use a bit more beef. Would definite go back to try the steak when I visit Dawson Creek again.

I got the smokehouse burger and poutine on the side. Sat on the patio. The patio was really nice, well shaded but still had a really nice outdoor feeling. The service was great, and efficient. Friendly staff and smiles all around. Burger was top notch and the poutine was probably the best tasting poutine I've had. Seriously, if you find yourself here, get the poutine! The only thing I would change is the portion size of the poutine, but maybe it was small because I got it on the side of my burger. All in all I 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a bite to eat.

Almost always excellent service! There is hardly ever a wait time to get a table. Great atmosphere, whether sitting at the bar, a table, or in a booth. Their patio is now open for the summer as well! Central location, very easy to get a cab home from Browns on a weekend night. Open late on weekends as well. Food is always amazing, lots of great options for people with dietary restrictions and picky eaters. Though it is a chain restaurant, this is definitely my favourite Browns out of 6+ that I have been to. If they took reservations it would be 5 stars!

What a fantastic experience , i was passing through town and stopped here. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with blacken cajun chicken. When the dish arrived it looked and smelled good. When i started to eat , the attentive staff came over to me and told me that they though that my chicken looked a little small ( i thought it was fine) So the kitchen made me another one on the house. 100% would go back again for the atmosphere, food and wonderful people

We are especially impressed with the cod dinners, either the Cod crusted bowl or the fish and chips-both spectacular. I give this place 4.5 stars.walking inside atmosphere was very modern mixed with old style which kinda didn't make sense to me. Is it modern or not. Was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. Started with cold in house beer which was very smooth and perfectly cold. Had the Italian pizza which was served with blue cheese dipping sauce. Pizza was a little greasy but none the less one of the best pizzas I've ever had.thin crispy crust cooked to perfection. Waitress was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my dinner experience here this week! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of people. I tried a summer peach ale which was delicious. It was Raptors final game night, very lively crowd, i was promply seated and my drink order was taken. My drink order arrived and my food order was taken, smokehouse burger and greens. The burger arrived and i ate a couple bites of salad when my wait staff returned to see "how the first couple bites tasted" The salad was ok.. nothing crazy, but then i took a couple bites of the burger. It was totally soggy, except the bacon, which was so over crispy that it was the only thing left intact after a bite. Then there was the "smokehouse bbq sauce, which had no flavor only heat, holly great balls of fire did it have heat! I gave up on trying to eat the burger with my hands and succumbed to fork and knife, but even with that the it would squish out on the plate as a pile of goo and the bacon held fast until shattering. Then the mouth was on fire, every bite, i did finish eating as i felt the $18 price of the dish required me to get a full feeling. I also finished my beer as a way of cooling my mouth. About 10 minutes after the meal was gone so was the beer, and it was a further 10 min until a server removed the empty plate. A further 15 min goes by before i was asked if i wanted another beer, to which i declined as i was out of time. There was only about 20 customers in the house and the staff was very busy stocking up for end of day, or socializing at the hostess station. They appeared busy but when the server walkes past my table 3 or 4 times without checking on me. I was not very happy with my experience.

Wow! What a lousy take out meal for 2 people. Ordered steak and fries, fish and chips and a side of garlic toast. VERY small portions! The steak literally was the size of a baseball. The fish was seriously over cooked and the fries weren't any better. Shorted us on an order of fries AND charged $50! Absolutely ridiculous! So needless to say it was barely enough food for one person. Will never order from them again.

I wouldn't bother going here for a Hockey game. They won't play the sound even during playoffs. I've also been refused seating while there were at least 5 empty tables and nobody wait listed ahead of us because "the kitchen was too busy and policy wouldn't allow them to seat us", so we had to stand and wait.
