Don’t bother placing a delivery order from this place.. Made a phone call for a delivery order at 7:40 on a Sunday night for two items , both being appetizers. Was told that it would be around an hour wait, which I was fine with. Called back at 9:00 wondering where the food was , to be told it was on the way , *note* I live 3 minutes away from Boston Pizza. Waited till 9:40, still haven’t seen the food, called back again to be told by the manager that they never wrote my address down and they would take off money and send it out asap. Finally 10:10 comes around, two and a half hours after making the initial call, to get only a measly $4 off the order total, and on top of that after the whole wait the whole order was incorrect. Nice job BP ????????

We just moved to the area, and the sign out front appeared to look like kids meals were 5$/each, so we order kids meals all around; thirty five dollars later... ???? Initially were refused entry to the restaurant despite there being just one table of 3 people and we could've been seated far from them, on the other / opposite side of the dining room, in order to follow social distancing rules. I'm in the process of finding out if I'm eligible for a medical exemption, am awaiting to see my Doc for her to confirm this and children under 12 are also exempt as well. Very disappointing ???? I felt like "a Dr. Seuss Sneetches character who couldn't get a star on my tummy". I won't be back anytime soon.

Stopped here for a meal on my way back to Winnipeg. Tried the new thin crust Skinny Carnivore and Fresh Onion soup. The soup was very good and the pizza was excellent. I thought the server was polite and knowledgeable and I never had to ask for something. Would stop in again when I’m in the area.

Recently I went to this place an ordered a sandwich. Mustard always makes me gag and it is absolutely disgusting so I always pick things without mustard or I ask for them to take it off. The sandwich I picked out had no mustard, instead it had "Secret Sauce" so I expected the sauce to me an original sauce created by Boston Pizza. When I got my food and tried the sandwich, the sauce thst they called "Secret Sauce" was actually mustard. I expected a refund after telling the waitress that the sandwich contained things that was not on the menu but she did not care. I still had to pay $19 for something i couldn't eat and contained stuff on it that was not said on the menu. I'd reccomend going to this place if you want to be lied to.

Ate here while on a business trip by myself. Restaurant was clean. I had the medium, breaded wings and the bbq pizza. Food was good. It's typical Boston Pizza food. No complaints. The best part of my visit was the service though. The waitress that served me was wonderful. She always had a smile, replaced my drink multiple times with no wait, brought my food out in a reasonable time frame, and was very attentive (without being overbearing). While paying my bill, she mentioned that it was her first shift ever. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming back.

It tastes like the food was unthawed and precooked in Toronto, frozen overnight before it was shipped to Winnipeg's provincial head kitchen as it unthawed in the back of a pickup for its journey to swampy Manitoba, covered with crystal clear budget brand cling wrap the industrial microwaves buzzed with delight producing an invisible spectrum of uranium strength hot zaps heating my veggie burger's insides well above room temperature while the broken refrigerated box truck sputtered through the scenic Riding Mountains the once freshly preserved food froze at the top of each rolling hill before rewarming in oven safe fireproof pockets under the hood before landing on my plate inbetween a bun that wished it was an onion bagel tucked away in a cozy corner of Dauphin's Marketplace mall's parking lot. Best part was close proximity to the once luxurious Highland Motel.

Very good place to eat in Dauphin. I find the food is overpriced (BP in general) but there are specials on all the time to kinda make up for it. Menu has a wide selection. Food consistency is hit and miss but usually very fresh so that's a plus. Staff are very great to deal with. Very well trained and helpful. Shout out Ernie Mendoza on always being on the top of his game and doing everything to insure the customer is happy. Very happy to deal with BP in Dauphin in the future.

The first day we went, our waitress was a little slack. It took a long time to receive a cup of coffee, and then when we asked for the bill and a box she proceeded to walk off to another table to take their order. Our second night there was much better. Excellent service, our waitress was superb and checked in on us often.

The service staff were friendly and prompt. Parking was plentiful. Washrooms were clean. But... I had to knock two stars down because of the food. We paid almost $30 for an appetizer sampler that was 2/3 bread and potatoes. Kind of disappointing, the pizza is usually pretty good. Will likely stick to that next time.

Great food and customer service as any BP should have but they make a lot of mistakes. I regularly order delivery and many times has a sauce or two been forgotten. We've also had an issue where we got something different than what we ordered. One time a ceasar salad was made with ranch. Sometimes food is cold when it gets to my door. However if you call to make a complaint, you'll be treated well and compensated fairly. It's just annoying to complain every time it happens. Until the mistakes stop happening so frequently, this particular location gets 3 stars.

They delivered to me twice in GP for $10 delivery and the third time said delivery would be $40. I asked to speak with the manager, who was RUDE and dismissive, told me he didn't need my $. So I complained on Twitter, got a call from BC who said he'd look into it. Today I received a call from the same RUDE "manager" who again told me his drivers wouldn't drive out here, and my $100+ order doesn't matter. Alright....I can go elsewhere and take my $$ with me

The pastas at this location are amazing...really impressed given the experiences we had at other restaurants in Fort Frances. Highly recommend.

Good food! Nice to have this establishment in town. We were slightly disappointed that there was no local beers (Kenora&Tbay) on tap. As our visit was to sample the area craft beers, we were disappointed that server didnt have clear knowledge of beer offerings. However manament was quick to address our concerns, turns out they do have a good selection of canned craft beer.

Worst dining experience ever. Management is pathetic. I pity their servers. We went in for an early lunch with our small hockey team. Only filled about 1/3 of the place. Waited two hours for a meal and then we had to pay. That was like pulling teeth. Mass confusion like no one had ever seen a till before. Picture a bunch of polite Canadian hockey parents sitting around a till waiting over a half hour to pay and getting angrier by the second. I was just going to walk out but my wife couldn’t leave it alone and threw them 40 bucks and told them we had to leave and we walked out. Everyone else stayed long enough to get their bills and pay. No discounts for anyone. Judging by the other comments since it’s reopening, THIS BOSTON PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. By the way, this review is actually 0 out of 1 million stars.

I took out my two grandchildren for a celebration supper and Unfortunately we had a bad experience. After my grandson drank some of his chocolate milk there was 3 Lil bugs in his cup. Good place. All Boston pizzas adhere to the same service principles and for the most part, do not differ from restaurant to restaurant. Service in the lounge is generally prompt and friendly. The drinks and food menu is quite large, however the drinks are more expensive in general than what you'd pay at other similar restaurants.

Overall disappointing experience. Our waiter was obviously new and didnt seem to be getting any training or assistance from the other staff. Our starter came out at the same time as our meal... sort of. They served my partner his burger, and said the fries would be along shortly. He couldn't even finish 1/2 the burger, said the sauce tasted spoiled. My fettuccini was just unappealing. The pasta tasted old and bits of it looked dried out. The chicken was bland. The only good part was the mushrooms. The spinach dip was really tasty though and had just the right dip to bread ratio.

Food was great! My husband and I had wings and salt and pepper ribs as an appetizer. They were juicy and delicious. For mains hubby had a new pizza that was a small but large enough for 2 people, it had just the right amount of sauce and toppings. I had the steak sandwhich (without the bun) the steak was cooked the way I like it perfectly seasoned, and they added extra veggies to replace my bun. Beers were gret! Our waitress was super friendly and remembered us from last summer, and knew the type of beer hubby drinks.

The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

My family and I are highly impressed with the quality of both food and customer service. We placed an order for delivery and received our food before the ETA. Upon arrival we noticed a mistake was made which resulted in us not getting our chicken that we had ordered. Without hesitation our delivery lady phoned us bad apologizing profusely for the mistake and immediately drove back (across town) with our chicken. We appreciate such honesty and high quality customer care that we gave her an extra tip for all the trouble that she went through to make sure her customers were fully taken care of and satisfied. With such caring staff it’s a shame other restaurants can’t keep up with the quality of this establishments employees. Thanks again for the staff who make this restaurant great, we will be returning shortly with our business????

This is my first time in Dauphin and was happy to see a BP, the excitement was short lived however. The service was non existent and it took forever to get it, when it came it was wrong. The salads were hot and the food was tepid at best. There were flies everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting. I will not be back.

We came in to Ft Francis from the US to visit family. We are Canadians working and living in Texas. We went to the restaurant because it was pet friendly on their patio. Restaurants who are not should reconsider since COVID has changed how we live our lives and many people have adopted dogs since it’s inception for companions during seclusion. The staff at this location were amazing. They truly loved our dog and gave him water with ice when we sat down. There paid him the attention he loves while taking our order no their service was overall amazing!!! The hostess was also very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this location to anyone!
