They don't serve sheesha anymore and still have the sign up. We checked in our jackets and as soon as they said they don't serve sheesha we decided to leave which was 2 mins but the lady still insisted on charging and putting her stamp. Feels like running a scam.

This club is over priced for entrance and empty . Crowd was 18-25 . Washroom was messy . Dance floor was sticky and they only had one bartender . I will never go back there

Long line ups for an empty place. They make you wait in line for so long and the place is empty. Poor service and it's expensive to get in. They only accept cash. They let females skip the line, I find that unprofessional and unethical. The washrooms are poorly maintained. The management needs to clean up their act. They make the line ups so long so people will think it's busy inside.

Best hip hop club in Ottawa. Great vibe, friendly people. Pricey to get in ($20 cover). Despite us getting bottles we didn't get any free entrance cover which is very different from Toronto. Helpful tip: There are actually two womens washrooms here but somehow everyone squeezes into the first one. Once we discovered the 2nd washroom further back, we used it and it was almost always empty. All the drunk people are using the first!

Horrible service. “Mandatory” coat check for select patrons only. drinks are expensive and as an avid club goer I can say with confidence the vibe actually sucks. Don’t waste your time with this place.

SO INSULTED BY THIS HENRY DUDE. POSTED THIS MARCH 11TH------>Been lookin for a club like this since the living room shut down. Great staff, service and ppl loved it so much definitely coming back. SEPTEMBER 17TH 2016 Waited in line to be turned away from this big tall Henry dude who just walked out looked at us and said you smell like booze??? Unprofessionally if I may say, no eye contact nor did he had a good reason. How can they smell my breath from 10 feet away and off two glasses of wine? I had more drinks the last time i was there and No problem then on there empty thursday night!!!!!? Rude for picking and choosing the ladies for your club and or event. This is what's gonna run you our of business people!!! You have gladly just lost many many people from my professional club owners. The word had gone out. Unprofessiona you are. I read that this seems to happen very often in your club again it's only a matter of time till you are out of business. Pls don't bother justifING yourself nothing changes that evening.

It's was really sad we reserved a booth and we literally got there at 12:22 and they said they gave our booth away.. so that ruined our night (strike #1) - they promised us that we'd still be able to get a bottle since it was a friends birthday we stayed there for 1:30 and the guy that promised us our bottle kept asking if we got it but did nothing .. (strike #2) -Why ask to reserve a booth if you're just going to give it away and not notify the customer? -Why did they falsely gave us hope that we'd be served and did nothing about it ? After that we just decided to leave that place seriously they need more communication between them cuz he kept asking the bartenders to give us our bottle and for that 1hour and a half we waited with NO SERVICE WHILE WE WERE RIGHT INFRONT OF ALL THE BARTENDERS! No wonder it's rated 3.3 stars

Nice physical layout of the place...great for young university crowd music for the same..have to keep the music to up beats to sell drinks. Hostesses were friendly. Great if they did last calls for the bar.

Im going to start by saying that the music was a lot of fun and we had a great time dancing. The cover on a sat night is $5, cost check is mandatory and $3, all expected in the market on a Saturday. I think the worst part is the stamp the give you at the door, it is massive and so wet with ink that I had to rub it with a napkin to get the excess ink off (posted pics). A single tequila and ginger ale is $8! So it’s going to be a very expensive night out. For the ladies I suggest you wear comfy shoes because the only seats are guarded by bouncers and only available to you if you buy bottle service. Which is served by three beautiful girls holding strobe lights and flares. I always take a look around the washrooms everywhere I go, and this one was disappointing. The toilet seats in the women’s washroom are either broken, covered in what I think is drywall putty, or both. The soap dispensers are broken yet they still fill them, leaving a very sharp edge exposed. Over all a fun place to go if you like rap/Afro/Caribbean/90’s RnB music, but I would pre-drink and wear runners next time.

Im from montreal and i went to this place once with my roommate, it wqs a great ambiance, music poppin and shisha on point. Probably about a year ago? And tbh since then it has never been the same. Way too overpriced for drinks .they dont take pride in their customers. I got a promoter to take care of my guest list like just last month and he was not helpful at all .This place is just horrible. Doesnt even deserve a star. This place needs new management and honestly just revamp the whole place. Its Its not fun anymore. Im disappointed. Just dont bother going, better places in ottawa to go.

Didn't know how to distribute their guest list tickets and bottle service tickets made people on bottle service list pay door cover. No respect for people getting bottle service. Much nicer clubs in the market such as tomo, cinema and kavali for bottle service.

Not safe place. One guy punched me in the eye for no reason. I complained to security and nothing happened. I was assaulted by a huge guy and nothing happened. Stay away from this place.

I wouldnt even rate them one star! Uber is a nightmare, worst service I've ever had. Rude drivers and i got double charged for one ride. Costume service is no help at all, I couldn't even get my money back.

The place in run down. Bathrooms are dingy. I wouldn’t even want to take a mirror selfie. The DJ last Friday night was horrible. The lighting is too high up and doesn’t set a good mood. I took a shot of Ciroc flavoured vodka and I usually can’t drink that and it tasted so watered down and very expensive for 9.50$ for a shot... for something premium?? I couldn’t dance to many songs and looking around to feel the crowds vibe - I could tell people weren’t impressed with the choice of music. Won’t be going back.

Ok music on a Saturday night, if you like hip-hop and some reggae. Not too busy compared to the others, very dingy-looking, and crowd is odd. Only 1 bartender working the night we went, so service was slow. Curtains covering another room behind the bar, where a group of girls kept running off to. I wouldn't suggest going here.

Only giving this place a two stars because the bouncer was super helpful. On the other hand getting into the club was a mess. I went last night Oct 30th and stood in line for way to long. We were there around 10:30 because the club opened at 11 and we weren’t inside of the club until 12 ish and we were really close to the front of the line. I had time to go to two other clubs before getting into this one. That shouldn’t happen. Nice club inside though.

The people who come there are not good, there are fights always inside. Totally not safe for the girls. Some gangs just wanna fight for no reason . The music is good, dance floor is nice but when you do not enjoy the people around, it’s waste.

J'exagère un peu car je n'est pas fait celles de toutes les villes????mais c'est la seule où j'ai vu autant de filles, se déchaîner sur la piste de dance. Des filles free et sympa qui vont jusqu'à proposer a dance aux mecs...mais juste pour le fun. Le Dj est magique et tout le monde trouve son compte ????????????
