I stayed at this hotel as part of a long journey. Meant it to be a simple open the door go to sleep and leave location. The air conditioner in the room was very loud. Sounded like the engine brake retarder on a semi truck. Worst sleep I have had in a hotel. To make it worse the “hot breakfast “. Not hot!!! Would never stay here again

Comfortable accommodations, with a warm greeting via phone call to our room to confirm everything was in order. Large parking lot and wide turning areas to allow for easy maneuvering. Conveniently located on the Crowsnest Pass Highway 3.

Classic hospitality. Love this place.

The hotel was empty yet they had to put people above us so got woken up at 4:00 in the morning as the people above needed to shower. Makes no sense in terms of guest satisfaction.

The manager was super helpful, the staff seems pleasent and our kids loved being in the pool. The room was clean, overall super happy with our stay.

Bathroom was atrocious, all around Front desk was amazing about it. However ,when I returned, it was worse. This time black runner stains on floor and dirty Water all around toilet seat.. . Sad because whomever the disgruntled employee was.. Your day will come when you are staying someplace substandard. Restaurant was great staff, awesome service

Go there regularly during Friday pasta night and it's always delicious! Food on the regular menu is also awesome, staff quiet friendly. Just wish they had more on tap.

Th inn is very nice for the price it is at. The pool is warm and clean. The staff seemed nice and was not pushing any sales. All the people stay in get the time I went were quit and minded their own business, which was nice. The complementary breakfast was nice to with good variety. The abundance of parking was also nice to have. The surrounding area is mostly clean. My only complaint was my room was facing a place where construction was taking place, but beyond it was a nice small hill side which slightly made up for the ruined view. Being an American (and not wanting to spend more money to use data in Canada) it was nice that they had free WiFi. All in all it was a memorable trip and would recommend staying at Heritage Inn Hotel if your passing through and looking for a place to stay.

After a long drive , the hot tub and pool was a welcomed bonus. Treated very well in lounge while watching Calgary Stampede highlights and chuckwagon races on the big screen.

Door leading to outside did not close each time I left the hotel. It was left ajar and I had to push it closed each time. My room was located at the very end of the hall, on the main floor. This was helpful as I had an elderly dog with me …

Very sad! The room I was given run yellow water for a morning shower! When I approach reception all I was given was that the water had to run for 10 minutes! If this was known why was I even this room? The hotel parking lot was basically empty! I guess this was a sign of what to expect! Can’t even give a single star!

Food was horrible for Father's Day brunch buffet!!! And grumpy terrible service other then the omlette girl. Took my hubby out for what i thought would be a great treat and it was not good. Food tasted like it had been stored in the fridge for a few days without a cover. Terrible fridge taste. Only thing that was descent was the omlettes.

Waitress was Super slow waited forever for her to come to the table...waited forever for our food then when it came to the table it was cold no one was impressed and I don't recomend it and ill never go back ...and this wasn't the first time that its happened
