Clean starbucks. Friendly staff and tons of parking on-site. Right off the highway, so as good a location as any to grab a drink before rolling back out on the highway.

It was really busy when I went, I made a mobile order and could see my order sitting on the shelf, I asked the staff about it twice and they said it was coming, finally the third time they actually handed it to me and told me “next time tell us you’re here so we know”….I had done that twice. A little unorganized but the order was made correctly (though melted as I waited 20 minutes in the store when it had already been made)and ended up being late for work, I’d go again but definitely won’t order mobile!

Smallish store, but the best I have been in on the Island so far. I am there weekly to get my markout. The older staff are friendly and chatty, and 2 of the baristas know how to make a great flat white ???? This is my go-to store.

I just went in to this location. And got Lauren at the cash register and did not have a good experience. Starbucks is supposed to be known for their excellent customer service and satisfaction and with Lauren at the till that is not what I got. I'm sorry to give one star but a little more friendliness would be greatly appreciated.

The people here are super friendly. The might want to look at sweeping the floor more often it was quite messy. Otherwise a typical Starbucks. Can be pretty busy.

Love this place SO much, I can have a completely sugar free Matcha (or powdered green tea which is Matcha lol) with no sugar! I simply ask for a Green Tea or Matcha Frappuccino with no sugar! And either one pump of the base mix (that allows it to have that nice drinkable consistency kind of comparable to a smooth ice cap but you know, a little thicker :p instead of 3 pumps of the very sugary base. So there's 1/3 of the sugar, then I ask them to replace the other two missing pumps of the base with cream (because this also helps with the consistency. And then, even though I did just put dairy in there, I try to die it down a little with choosing Coconut milk as the milk choice after that (because remember the heavy cream is to replace the base ;) ). Then! Lastly I ask for no whipped cream and to have my drink double blended so the consistency is drinkable =) Now the version where it's completely sugar free, I simple ask for no base and get them to replace it all with heavy cream. Plus for sweetness I get 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla =) ) But for you guys out there that are ok with a little sugar from one pump then that's fine =) Once in a blue moon I use one pump of the base as like a treat for a person like myself who can barely have any sugar XD

I normally like this location but today was not a good experience at all. The music was so loud that I actually felt assaulted and when I mentioned it to the girl I got zero reaction or understanding. My 2nd issue with this server is she absolutely was doing her job but service was not there. It is so rude to make customers reach accross the entire counter for their change or their item. Its plain bad service...show your customer respect by meeting 1/2 way or all the way to the customer's side. Its a small thing but it really peeves me...especially when the server now turns her back on you as you have to retrieve from across the counter. Besides being rude I have a sore shoulder which actually hurts making that motion
