I came in for a take out order of pasta and ceasar salad. The staff was polite and helpful. When I got home, I realized that my salad was not in the bag. I phoned the restaurant and they immediately knew that they had missed putting in my bag. The supervisor delivered it to my house. Any restaurant can make mistakes, but Boston Pizza remedied the issue quickly and professionally.

boston pizza used to be really good, especially the pasta...the prices are too high now and the food quality is low...i usually get delivery and always get chicken and mushroom fettucine alfredo....it now costs $18.95 and although the portion size is ok and the sauce is good, that's pretty much all you get...noodles and sauce....there is hardly any chicken and what you do find is tiny little pieces...for what you get, it probably only cost less than $2 to make...i think boston pizza needs to take a good hard look at their menu and what they consider good quality food...i think it could be a great place to eat again if they focus on in house made things and satisfying components to their meals like the proteins....there's potential to make it really good if they want to

Had an awful experience here with food coming out unseasoned and fish tasting "fishy". Sent an email to BPs about my family's experience and after a month passed I followed up to get a really empty reply about how: Someone tried to contact me but couldn't (this was 1 call I missed with no message left) The grilled chicken comes unseasoned (server didn't mention this, among many other issues we had with the server) The salmon tastes fishy because it was "fresh that day" wild ATLANTIC salmon... This is a super weak effort coming as an informal email from a GM, which I find deeply disappointing. Surprising that no one thought to just keep it simple and say sorry you had a bad experience, what can we do to have you come back for a better one... So bad. UPDATE: I have gone through the Boston Pizza website twice to be pushed aside by this store manager. Maybe it's that times re tough right now, but wow, management doesnt seem to care in the least bit.

Took 5 of us out for dinner last evening after boating all day. WORST FOOD EVER!!!! Cauliflower bites were greasy and virtually unrecognizable; "Bugs n Cheese" were flavorless - in fact our granddaughter didn't even want the desert that came with it. After the visit's duration is months apart, I always think to myself, "Damn, I could use some BP!" Then I get here and wonder why I feel that way. The place is mediocre at best. The beer selection is typical from a big box restaurant, the staff is hit or miss, and food is average.

No idea why I considered going here! Suppose because of young kids but never again. Worst chicken Caesar ever....ZERO taste to the chicken...don’t even think there was salt and pepper on it. Dressing was also very plain...anything in a bottle from the grocery store would have been much better! Wife had a salmon bowl and barely ate any of it. Terrible.... told the server and he could see how little she ate...she asked for a side of fries because she was so hungry,,, got the bill and he comped the fries but still charged for the much more expensive salmon bowl.... won’t ever go back to this one for sure...probably never any Boston Pizza! Surprised to get an email from Corp. said the restaurant would reach out...they did...basically said thanks for the feedback. So a chance to change the situation and possibly gain customers back but the GM didn’t really seem to care

I would usually rate them a 4 or 5 star rating but my last visit did not warrant it. The food was great for the type of establishment it is. It is solid food at a solid price but both the greeter and our server treated us an incovience. I thought it was just me but my dinner partner said the same thing also. Everyone has a bad day and this will not stop me from going back but it is not the first time over the years and if it happens to many more times that may change. Most of the people there are decent friendly people that make you feel welcome. I can afford to eat out so much and I would have liked to feel a little more appreciated for having chosen to spend my hard earned money there.

The food is always good at BP but I'm reviewing because the server Jen was absolutely amazing. If you're there, ask for her. She has a good sense of humour to her and great service, she even remembered us from a visit over a month past. Even busy, she makes time to check up on everybody. Plus the place is open late (even for kids) when pretty much nowhere else is.

We were on our way to Mount Washington and we stopped in Courtney for one night. We ordered two large Veggie Pizzas and fries to go from Boston Pizza. The Pizzas were tasteless and the tomato was sliced and placed on the top of the pizzas raw. For the first time in my life I had this type of tasteless pizzas . When asked about the fries, I was told that the oil they fry the fries with is used for frying all kind of things, chicken, pork, beef, fish ...etc. basically everything goes in the fryer, so in a nutshell, the fries are not vegetarian, all kind of animal fat mixed with them. As soon as I knew this, I refused to take the fries. Be careful vegetarians, Boston Pizza does not cater for vegetarians. Very disappointed.

Today was a disappointing experience on many levels. I am not sure if it is because of staffing strains related to opening back up after covid or not. I have eaten at other restaurants since opening up after covid and have not been so disappointed. The food took more than 40 minutes. The mushroom pasta tasted like canned mushroom soup with noodles and had the same consistency. The calamari was doughy. I will give coodos for caulifliwer crust...it was decent. Coffee cold. I am not sure the dollar value is there. We all had water and there was one with coffee and it was about 25.00 per person.

Had dinner at Boston Pizza tonight (havent been since I moved away in January) and was super disappointed with my meal. My waiter Rylee was great, she checked up on things to make sure things going okay, did an incredible job. However, my food.. my poutine was ice cold, felt like it had been sitting for 10 minutes before it got to the table.. the normal cheese curds I guess don't exist on a poutine anymore at BP? Shredded cheese with some gravy on it, and I also got a quesadilla.. it wasn't what I have usually had before, 98% of it was tomato, it was sour, soggy and a complete mess. I am super disappointed in this meal as I am usually one to amp up BP to all my peers..

We only recently started returning to BP after years of bad service, long waits, and poor value meals. Last night reminded me why we have avoided the place........ Myself, my wife and our four adult children sat down for what we hoped was going to be a social outing over dinner. The female server took our orders, and drinks and appetizers arrived in short order........no issues here. Two entrees arrived, and my sons, who despite admitting to being famished, opted to wait until the rest of us were served before diving in. Approximately 10 minutes passed, and then two more entrees arrived. I then told the boys they better eat because their food was getting cold. Another ten minutes later the last two entrees arrived....minus the fries that were supposed to accompany the one entree. The server was oblivious to this and the fact the boys had finished their meals as the last two entrees arrived. She returned a few minutes later and asked how things were, flashing a "thumbs-up" accompanied with a smile. At that time we were able to draw to her attention that the fries missing from the last meal to appear. No apologies, just brought the fries another five minutes later, and then had the audacity to ask if we were interested in dessert as most of us had finished our meals. We politely declined, and someone at the table quipped we would have the fries that just arrived as our dessert. The server did not get this barb shot her way, and happily toddled off, only to return with our bill shortly after. The only reason I did not bring the matter up with her or the manager was the fact she knew my two sons who asked me NOT to say anything as to embarrass them. I begrudgingly agreed and paid the bill with the 15% tip included (normally I tip 20). The total cost of this fiasco: $206.93. This was the LAST time we will be passing through the doors of this or any other Boston Pizza, as we discussed on the drive home since we have experienced poor, slow service at other BP's as well.

When arriving I had a good feeling about this hustle and bustle restaurant. It had a sporty and coolll vibe, you know? The staff also seemed to have an edgy, sporty vibe. But they were very welcoming and reassuring. It’s very nice to see these kiddos working hard. My old pals ordered their food and said “it didn’t lack flavour or love”. I ordered the vegan power bowl. Hmm, well all I can say is that it did lack some flavour and love, but still enjoyable. And Unfortunately the food did take awhile to come. In all it was a pretty fun ride. Thank you Boston pizza.

My wife and I stopped here the other day as we were passing through. Virtually the only place open at that time. We were seated quickly, treated very well and had a great meal. I highly recommend their new dishes; my wife had the 3 cheese ravioli, and I LOVED the hungry carnivore pasta bowl ... my meal came with bacon crusted cheese bread that is absolutely to die for! Try these dishes, you won't be disappointed.

The server, Jasmine, was absolutely wonderful and friendly! Answered all of my questions, and then some. If you do go there, be aware they do the "Tip pool" thing, so bring cash if you want to reward your server for being a good host! All in all, a pleasant experience.

I don't know how they can justify charging just under $50 for a large pizza.. are you kidding me? We picked it up from an online order and they specifically told us to come 30 minutes later. When I grabbed it, it was clear it had been sitting as it was immediately ready and by the time I got the the car I could tell it was cold, but we were headed for a ferry so I didn't have time to go back to complain. Value for money is just not there at Boston Pizza.

OMG! I was in last week. Terrible, terrible service. And I cannot believe the incredibly high prices (and how busy it was in there...lots of suckers, I guess). The hostess was really rude. My friend took me here for take out for my bday and I COULDN'T BELIEVE the prices. Not only are the prices ridiculous, the hostess over charged for my little pizza (should have been $15 for the baby pizza, but she charged $21. $21 for a tiny 6 inch pizza. REALLY? So my friend asked her to double check, she said we were wrong, so we just left instead of fighting with her. What a terrible place. My god. People are such suckers.

I think it might be time to stop pretending they have delivery. They got every item wrong or left something out like the sauce. Wrong dressing. Regular pop for a diabetic after i specified that. Sit up at the bar, and watch the huge big screen. Draft Beer nice and cold. Some items are same for lunch and dinner. Just a different price for size. So if you go for lunch make sure you say lunch size, or they will give you the dinner size and charge for dinner size. Overall pricing on the expensive side.

They say they're eco friendly, even going as far as saying they are environmentally sustainable in the back of the menu. It also says that they will only give straws at request. My whole table of 8 ordered waters and every glass came with a straw, although no one requested one. Incredibly disappointed in this restaurant. Shame on them.

Well for a slow Tuesday Sept 25/18 evening approx 7:30 pm, my date and I were greeted by a semi friendly staff, obviously sharing conflicting attitudes between hostess and server! Then ordered a simple Cajun chicken Cesar salad and dry ribs to be shared between the two of us. No garlic toast, and when we asked we were told if u want to pay an addition $$$ ???? since when does Cesar salad not come with garlic toast. We were not offered fresh ground pepper or even if our food was ok?!!! Our drinks were never refilled until we asked! We shared the choc cheesecake explosion but had to ask for whip cream as it was dry???? And had to ask when it was coming as 15 minutes later and we still had not received it???? Again, we had to ask for our bill and waited and waited, then we got up from our booth, oh my goodness, the server finally noticed us???? Wow, Jim ???? are you aware how terrible the service is at your Boston Pizza ????

This specific location should not be at 4 stars for the complete failure of food safe procedures and mismanagement of service. My friend and I ordered calamari and some other appetizers during dinner service, the bartender mentioned it was a slow night. My friend and I waited for our food and chatted, it all came out at once and instantly the plate looked off. In the very dim light I could tell it was white and undercooked as the breading had yet to even show a sign of color. I touched a piece with my finger, the breading was paste like and greasy. I left the plate on the side of our little table. We ate our other food as it was to the best of my knowledge the standard quality from BP. The server came up with her hands full and asked if everything was fine. I simply stated the calamari looked deplorable hoping she would see the complete failure at cooking it properly. When she came back out with the reorder, I instantly jumped into the first bite of the new crispy golden brown calamari. The bland mundane tzatziki and the texture of a crusty shoelace threw me off on the first bite. My friend and I persevered and had another just incase. It was at that exact moment the second flat rubber crunch stopped, there was a familiar looking piece on the plate. Instantly grabbing the piece, checking if it was the piece I earlier touched with my hand I saw it. The same spot where I wiped the greasy breading off with my finger not 5 minutes earlier. I left the plate on the table for a second time now and as we came to our last bites of the meal our server came. Politely I mentioned that the same food I touched with my hand, was Infact the same one brought back out to me. Understandably the calamari was removed off the bill. That was about all the mention that happened of the horrid misfortune of a simple order of calamari. Disclaimer I totally understand you shouldn't expect quality calamari anywhere for the most part, but it should at least be cooked the first time.Never a second time after it touches the table.

Typical Boston pizza food. Nothing over the top, just the other side of mediocre. The place was busy. Our server was super. The bathrooms could use attending. I'd like to go in and not pay 3.50 for club soda and lime (asked for lemon, but the server asked if lime was okay and it would be if the limes weren't all dried out, so I got a dried out lime), after paying 5.65 each for domestic beer and 4.45 for a virgin Caesar. Truly, we all know what food we are getting when we eat there.
