The staff was very condescending. I went into the store thinking that I loved it (based on the window alone), but was incredibly disappointed. I can't imagine ever attempting to shop there again.

Terrible customer service. I have no idea how this business survives. I am not a competitor. I am a trainer and need a trustworthy place to buy/recommend the products I need. Every time I go in there Claire is nothing but rude and condescending. I once when in to find toy products for my clients and Claire began to tell me it's not my job to be recommending toys, even though chapter 6 was entirely about toys... It is my job. And it's not my client's responsibility to do the homework they pay me for. I expect service and answers inside a store. Not attitude and imposing opinions. I am sincerely appalled and insulted after my experience.

love it. the stuff is very friendly. my puppy has allergies on some of the food and they helped me to choose right food. Plus all balls and toys and treats they have is awesome!!! Love the $$

I almost didn't go to this store after reading so many bad reviews, however this is one of the very few that still sell the food I give my dog —which I found a few years ago, after weeks of research, to be one of the best quality at an affordable price— the company that produces this food will not translate their info to French and that (stupid reason from my point of view) is why most stores in this province won't sell it anymore. The three people at the store were super kind, and the owner told me this brand is in fact really good and they won't stop selling it even if it means they will have to personally print the info in French and paste it on the bags! Now, if that's not caring for your customers, I don't know what that is. I will most definitely return to this place!

I had an awful experience with someone who has to be the owner? I walked in at 10 am when they open, not realizing that she was disabling the alarm and she proceeds to rudely ask me to get out while she opens the store. I go back my car and wait. She walks up to the car which at first I thought was nicely to tell me to come in but instead she berates me again and tells me I caused her alarm to go off and now she has to call the alarm company. Who points that out to a customer? I tried to explain it was an emergency for dog food and she didn't care. Awful experience. This place apparently hates customers and has no tolerance or patience. Avoid at all costs. I ended up going to a small place down the street who were much kinder.

I read these `reviews`and have to wonder how many are written by competitors. Over the many years that I have been frequenting Club K-9 I have yet to be treated with anything other than decency and respect. These women are running a local small business, not Metro, or the Bay. There may be one or two people working there at a time, and if they are busy at the moment you need help, wait a minute. The wonderful thing about an open forum is anyone can post anything, so, read comments with caution, as the motivation for their being posted may not always be genuine. Nice store, good products, and great olives, (Yes, olives ask about the olives),

Owner is snobby and rude. She lacks people and customer skills. She thinks she knows it all and acts as she is superior. If you ask her a question and you don’t agree or like her response she will get irritated. I won't reward rudeness with my business, lots of better choices with excellent customer service around!. Never again!

claire and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and want only the best for the furry friends. they're always ready to give me great advice and won't ever rush me out. they're extremely personable. just wish the hours were a bit better when I have no dog food and it's an emergency!!

I used to find their customer service bad but over the past couple years I have noticed a marked difference... I have had very positive experiences since. Good customer service, good selection of products and decent prices.

Super friendly amazing staff amazing grooming and an amazing array of products for your cat or your dog toys beds raw food and excellent quality food I highly recommend
