Typically love The Factory, but tonight honestly has left me floored! I ordered pizza and garlic fingers. In the pizza description the sauce that was listed was Alfredo gravy. I was frustrated opening the pizza box to discover the pizza was topped heavily with BBQ sauce (something that we are unable to eat). I immediately contacted the factory and spoke with the manager. I was wanting to relay that we received the wrong order and how could the situation be rectified. I was not looking for a “freebie” rather then a new pizza issued. I was appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I was met with. The manager refused to validate what I was saying & proceeded to imply that I was “lying”.

Server are amazing but order a Texas burger here it was almost burned and tasteless I think chef cannot handle kitchen very well when gets crowded, music as usual for Saturday afternoon was great (got blues).

This is THE Go-To spot in Charlottetown. There's always some sort of amazing event going on here, whether it be Karaoke during the week, or on Friday and Saturday when downstairs (in 'The Cave') has a night club with DJ Method. The food here is some of the best food I've had the privilege of indulging in on PEI and I regularly eat here. The ribs are very tender and well proportioned sizes make it a must for anyone visiting the island. As well, they have amazing burgers on their menu (my personal favourite is the pulled pork) and, speaking from experience, this burger is always loaded up with Pulled Pork on top of a deliciously seasoned patty. Add some of their in-house BBQ sauce to that, and it's enough to make anyone's taste buds beg for more. Staff are always friendly and very conscious of patrons as they come through the door.

What can I say, TACO TUESDAY! Tacos were good, waitress was excellent! Did not get too busy till later in the evening. Will definitely be going back. Note that their website states $3 Tacos start at 16:00 but don't actually start until 20:00. That said, show the waitress the website time of 16:00 and they will honor it.

Holly molly I LOVE this restaurant so much! Their happy hours with good deal of food were AMAZING!! I’m a sport fan and they have TVs everywhere (big plus) super nice to go there for my first day in PEI!! Def will go back again soon! (Love their quesadilla and fish and chips! Courteous welcome, charming and helpful waitress. We had the Stacked Burger- it was a tower of flavour. Fries were hot, crisp and the potato flavor was definitely there, just a little too salty ( encourages people to drink) . Washroo.s are modern, fresh and clean. Not our style of place, but we were hungry, the door was open, the welcome was warm. Glad we went in, and would happily go back.

Recently came here with 6 other family members. I suppose this restaurant is inspired by American western BBQ houses, though they don't quite pull it off. The menu is simple and relatively small. There's about 7 meat dishes you can choose from each coming with two sides. I got the 6oz steak cooked medium and it came out as advertised. The side Caesar salad was very decent. Prices aren't terrible for middle of the high summer season in downtown Charlottetown. The service was iffy.. The waitress seemed like she was very fresh and inexperienced. The food took a LONG time to arrive. Around half an hour, even though there were only 3 or so other tables going in the whole place. Irritatingly enough, the kids Mac and cheese arrived a good 5 minutes after all the adults food showed up. Makes no sense. The food tasted fine. Nothing to write home about. Would probably go back... If someone else is paying ;-)

I'm rather critical with my restaurant reviews and I was honestly not expecting very much here but, WOW, I was wrong. I had the pulled pork hamburger with a side of sweet potato fries and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had and by far the best sweet potato fries I have ever had! THE SERVINGS ARE HUGE. The rest of my group had fish and chips with regular fries and were satisfied. Servers are quite accommodating and the food was served quite fast. Would not recommend eating on the patio, the street is very loud. Highly recommended to tourists who don't want any seafood (none served here I believe)

Not great service. Went for drinks this weekend with friends. It was a pay as you go kind of thing and our waitress seemed pretty distracted. All of us except for one gave her a small tip anyway. When that one friend tried to order drinks for the table the waitress said NO because she didn’t get a tip from her! We were all shocked. We are not obligated to give a tip especially if the service was not upro par. Will not be going back.

I went out Friday night with my girls, we don't go out often and it was our first time at the factory. There was a DJ downstairs playing some pretty decent music. It wasn't as busy as we expected but we still had an amazing time! The coat check girl (I don't remember her name) was one of the sweetest girls and completely made our night. We kept asking for our coats back to go and smoke and she would always do it with no complaints. I'm pretty sure we disturbed her at least 10 times. She was very busy at times but would see us in line and would grab our coats and hand them to us! A beautiful girl like this who cares so much about customer service at a 'coat check' job should be making her way up! We can't wait to come back and have another great experience!
