Friendly staff. My first time here. Expected less chaos. They should designate drinking and smoking areas. Not very happy with having to breath in second hand smoke plus vapes and what about tripping over other people's alcohol beverage cans. A bit disappointed with that. The acts have been great thus far & the volunteers are kind. Just not pleased with the inconsiderate; inebriated and smoke chimney guests. For a tenth year anniversary I'm surprised it was so 'lax

Really enjoyed Zac Brown Band and High Valley. Thought the Saturday night line up weak. The Sun Roof is expensive and should offer more. Tables and high stools a must as who wants to pay that $$ and stand. More covering to protect from the heat. The staff on the Sun Roof could not have been better and added to the enjoyment. Billy Ray Cyrus should have been on main stage. Maybe fitting bracelets on all over 19 and opening up all the concert space. Similar to Kissimmee Florida Concert. Someone should be selling Ribs and beans as a must for Country Music Fans. Rascal Flatts and Carrie Underwood next year

We go every year this was our 7th in a row. In the last few years the quality of acts has gone down as well they announce them only a few months before. Besides that. Its a very friendly festival with lots of samples, merchandise, 3 stages, microbrew beer. Room for standing and sitting. We bring camping chairs and sit in the middle. Sound is also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Went a couple years ago, Hurricane Arthur caused the 2-3 main acts not to show up. Was a big let down. The only thing we got in return was a discount for next year's Festival.

Went for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was a great time with great music, crowd and staff. Sunday was atrocious. My friend and I were almost immediately scoped out by security who demanded he confiscate the full drinks we had just purchased. We asked why and he pulled a badge out from under his shirt that said "liquor inspector" and then tucked it back in as fast as possible. He proceeded to say my friend was too drunk and we inquired how he had come to this conclusion. He evaded answering, then said if we continue to argue he would have us arrested. I asked if we were being detained to which he answered no but that we still must come with him. When we argued that he had no legal cause to detain us he called over more event security, surrounded us and "escorted" us to the police tent. We were obviously being detained without lawful cause, I asked for identification and badge number to which he shrugged off and asked where my law degree was from. When I responded that I do not have a law degree but I know my rights he threatened to have me arrested for pretending to be legal counsel. When we arrived at the police tent, I further asked why we were being detained and to be shown identification from officers (all 4 refused) saying they were not involved in this matter. He escorted us out threateningly without any just cause, so we re entered briefly after. After re entry he followed us around the festival until I used the washroom and then again detained my female friend, made sure I wouldn't be around to remind her of her legal rights and took her into a "RCMP tent" where they surrounded her with 7 men making it impossible to leave. After unlawfully searching and questioning her, they continued to mention that she was just making everything worse by asking for a female officer and reason for detention. They threatened to have her arrested if she continued to ask for reasons or badge numbers or a female officer. After coming up with nothing they continued to escort her out and on the way out the same "liquor inspector" told her if she showed him her breasts this whole thing could go away. Honestly disgusting behavior, we are currently pressing charges to ensure no one else can be exploited like this again by such human scum. I would greatly like to thank all of the event staff and actual police who took our statements after leaving and comforted us as we made our way out of the festival. I am truly sadened and ashamed that we were not able to see our favourite performers and more so that anyone could violate human rights and try to take advantage of scared women. I don't know how you sleep at night Mr. Scumbag "liquor inspector".

Love the show but there are ways to improve

This music festival was an absolutely amazing experience that had our entire group of 10 people itching to go back this year. The grounds are a great size that limits walking time between stages but offers so many other fun activities in the down time while waiting for your favorite artist. The cider and drinks are excellent and the vibe of the masses of fans in incomparable to any typical indoor venue. The food did not impress me that much and was quite over priced. I wish they would have had atleast a few healthy options as you are there for 3 whole days. Overall if you are a fan or country music this is where you need to be this summer. The beautiful Prince Edward Island views and the amazing music and sounds of the concerts are something that I will not soon forget. Tickets are affordable but be warned accommodations need to be book pretty much in January to find anything even remotely close to walking distance from the festival. Also the accommodations are quite pricey. I suggest making sure you find your accommodations before buying your tickets to the festival.
