This is truly a track to come out and play. With the staff being very friendly and professional, it makes for a great experience. I've been playing here since 1999 and the course gets more beautiful every year I play it. For the best deal in town won't get much better than this place. Always a treat!!!

Steve Mayes

I play this course once a year in a Shriners tournament. Course is always in fantastic shape. Staff are friendly and the starters are respectful and a joy to talk with prior to teeing off. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of golf you get. Definitely going to make an effort to visit more frequently.

Brian Payne

Very nice golf course.

keo eldorado

Very pretty course! A lot of elevation changes.

Andrew Enter

In my own opinion, one of the better golf courses in our area. Greens, fairways and tee boxes are always in phenomenal shape. The course layout is fantastic. Can't say enough good things about it.

Don Oldford

Course was in excellent shape Greens were reasonably fast and had a great deal of roll which led to a lot of break on many of our putts. The staff were both helpful and very courteous. Only drawback was 38 degree heat. It was good that they had a cart to help out in that regard. It was a long drive but I enjoyed the round.

Tom Elgreco

Course was in good shape and would have enjoyed my round if the Marshall didn't try to rush our group through. We played a 4hr5min walking round and we're approached twice to speed up our play.

Lee Lockrey

Very nice golf course

Matthew Le Sage

Beautiful Golf Course. The nicest course in all of Cambridge.

Matt Ralston

Fast rolling greens, narrow fairways a good challenge. We enjoyed our round here and cant wait to play it again.

We were one of the 1st groups to play this picturesque golf course in May of 1998 when it first opened , it had a small trailer for a pro shop and a shorter layout , newly staked trees everywhere , and we were expecting an "executive" golf course feel. We were proven wrong , blown away by the elevations, the design of each hole, the condition of the course, and how tough but fair the course played . We drove from Niagara Falls 1-2 times a month for 5 years afterwards , always enjoying being tested and using every club in the bag. We very rarely tamed this course , and we were a group of 4 decent golfers with a +2 handicap to 8 handicap. We came back to play this week, nearly 15 years later , and were so impressed at how mature this course has become. Chris in the pro shop is a professional, very personable and welcoming. He started our day off as if we were playing TPC Sawgrass , and we've played there. The starter was on que , and everyone was diligently grooming and working the course , but not interfering in even one shot played or in plain sight. We were impressed from start to finish. They take pride in their golf course and how they seem to work it without affecting even one shot played. The conditions were flawless. Savannah is one of the highlights of golf in Ontario. Every hole has it's own story and will test you. Hole #15 is still one of our favourites in North America. Put this golf course on your list, you will be back. You will use every club in your bag, and use your camera more than expected. We will be back, this was the most enjoyable round we've played in 2020. Cheers , Brett and Phil.

Kayla McDonald

Beautiful course, well groomed, well kept. This is a hidden gem.

Joe D

I can 3 putt with the best of them on this track. Course is well kept, challenging, and plenty long from back tees. This is what …

carlo macaluso

Nice course. The people who work there are very friendly. I would go back in a heart beat.

Nick Gerus

All the holes were well kept up and were super nice to play on

Justin Kirke

Great course! It's very well maintained and not just straight holes.

Brandon Clark

Conditioning was great, overall maintenance of the facility was there and you could tell they are trying really hard. The first three hole stretch of the course are comparable to any top courses Ive played. The rest of the course is a bit quirky but overall I enjoyed the course and will be back.

Milt Everitt

Great course. You need precision not length. In good shape and super good onion rings with your beer on the 19th.

Brandon Sampogna

Beautifully kept, awesome landscape, and the greens are in great shape! The only complaint I have is that they don't serve any hot food (besides a hot dog) at the between-nines window. Don't have it on the menu if you don't wanna serve it, or better yet have people call in their orders at the start of the 9th hole.

Keith Thompson

New carts, good pace, course is in fabulous shape

NowLocal TV

Awesome condition especially after the downpour a few hours prior to playing.

Ron G

Good course nice greens very well kept

John Hayden

Savannah Golf Links is a picturesque course located just on the South East corner of Cambridge. Named after the Savannah tree it is a par 71 course with plenty of challenging holes. Now that I know the course, I should enjoy it even more. …

Aaron O'Keefe

We have found slow play

Phil Louwerse

Savannah is by far the BEST golf course around! We try to play once a week, although I would like to go more. Such a beautiful course that is very well maintained. Love seeing all of the turtles, swans, geese, etc. ALL of the staff are amazing and so nice unlike many other course we’ve been to. I don’t know why anyone would give this course anything less than 5 stars. Thank you.

Tracy Harding

Course in great shape. Greens were airated a month ago and now smooth and fast for this time of year. Nice course. Will be back. A hidden gem in Cambridge.

Joe Pecaric

Five Star Plus+. A tremendous public golf experience... notable critics say one of the very best in Ontario. AND on Wacky Wednesday's play Premium Golf all day long for one low price.

Joe Lopes

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the help Chris the manager has always given myself and my friends. Excellent customer service Chris and great course!

Ben

Completely disgusted with the way this course operates. I am posting this review that is well within my rights Me and a friend went on our day off and we’re the only ones on the course. Yet the power tripping Marshall was telling us to hurry up constantly, with no one else on the course. I just didn’t understand his theory behind this matter. Not to mention the GM thinks it’s a course close to pebble beach, yet it clearly isn’t. Please guys, let’s try to learn some customer service skills and keep up with that pace! Pun intended! Cheers

John Earley

Nice challenging course. You need a power card. Or a strong heart to walk this coursr

Peter McFarlane

This is one of my favorite courses . Great shape Greens were rolling nice a must play !!!

Charles Bond

Amazing course, had a great time. I felt like playing a round of golf by myself and ended up pairing up with two and had a great experience. I will definitely be back. Keep doing what you're doing!

Greg Banks

I’m not one to write bad reviews. I work in the customer service industry. I was very much looking forward to coming to your golf course. However before we even got to the first Tee my friend and I were being harassed because of our inexperience. Saying “try harder” from the staff after we said we would try our best to keep up. The staff were babysitting us and watching us the whole time we were golfing, while we actually did keep up. Paying 45.00 each making us feel unwelcome because we were inexperienced. It’s a beautiful course but I did not enjoy my time because of the pressure. Unfortunately I would not recommend any young female beginner to golf at this course.

Jeremy Attwell

Great golf course, lots of character and almost all the holes are truly unique. Shorter course than most, it makes up for it with tight fairways and small greens. In my experience, from the back tees, it is tougher than most of the public courses in the area, rewarding those who are straight off the tee, make accurate approach shots and a solid chipping game. That said, beginners and intermediatea playing from the whites and blues will find the course is still very manageable and will not be punished for mishits. This is the course where I enjoyed it at a 25 HCP and still enjoy it at an 8 HCP. The course is very well maintained and always in excellent condition. The tees and fairways are almost always in well above my expectations and the bunkers are usually well kept, but typical for a public golf course. Although I find the greens are slower than other courses public courses in the area, they are significantly more consistent, an extremely underrated quality in golf greens, and are almost always in great condition, rarely finding old unattended ball marks. The owner and superintendent work tirelessly to keep the course it great shape. It will be one of the few courses where you'll see the owner on the course working alongside his staff in the morning. Unfortunately, the course only has a small putting green and two small hitting bays to warm up on, but the practice is in great condition and has lots of variety to get a good feel for the greens before your round. For those interested, there is a driving range just south of the 401 if your coming from that direction. The course is usually not very busy, except for the odd peak times (i.e. weekend mornings), but even then, the course plays just under 4 hours; at the very most, less than 4.5 hours, although I can't remember the last time it took me that long to play a round during a busy time. Otherwise, I can sail around the course in 3.5 hours if there is no one in front of me. Saturday and Sunday late afternoon I find are the best times if you're looking to get a quick round in. The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. Chris Rusk, the head pro, is one of the best customer representatives I have encountered and an all around nice guy. Julia, the owners daughter, is very friendly and welcoming, and is often working the bar or beer cart on hot summer days. Joanne in the kitchen can cook up a storm and has been very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. To conclude, I've played almost all the public courses in the area and I can say, by far, it is one of the best all around public courses in the tri-city area. Savannah has truly put together a one-of-a-kind golf course. PS. They have swans on their golf course, and even had babies the last two years. See the photos attached!

Great clean coarse! Fun to play.

Inde Zone

Great course. Have played there for years.

peter little

Ok course in good shape a bit pricey for what it is but not bad.. Unfortunately won't be coming back here due to the club house manager/pro being extremely rude.. I go out to golf to relax and enjoy the day not to have the day ruined by someone who is a angry and rude. Hopefully that changes. The starter lady was lovely though.

adam jankowski

Great course but my mistake was playing on a Saturday behind too many 30+handicappers playing the back tees without a Marshal

IncarceratedPanda

Great stop for a drink half way of our cycling trip

Joanne VanDeursen

Great shape..greens a little off line.. otherwise really nice layout..

Brett Reis

Came from London to play this course and am quite glad I did. It was worth the drive. The course is well manicured and quite scenic. Greens are in great shape and make for some very challenging putts. The layout of the course is such that every hole has a unique challenge and can be played in a variety of different ways. You have to really think about shot placement. Club house, proshop, and all course amenities were really nice too. Back deck overlooking a couple of the holes make it a nice spot for a cool beverage after your round. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I had one negative ( and I only had the one ) it would be that the 7th green is close to the practice green. We almost got hit by someone that overshot his approach. Other than that, I would highly recommend this course and look forward to playing it again.

Anthony Kannampuzha

Course is unbeatable for the prices, always at a decent pace. Impossible to ask for more.

Jeff Newstead

This was an excellent course. Although half the day was in the rain the back nine was under beautiful conditions allowing my first golf experience at this course the ultimate exposure to its natural beauty. Would fully recommend anyone who's never played Savannah to get out there for the splendor this course offers. Keep it up Savannah.

Kristine McGee

The course is in Amazing shape. Challenging and beautiful. We had a wonderful time, and didn't feel pressured. Was awesome. Clean and courteous. Can't wait to go again!

Horrid. Go golfing with my partner all the time to watch in 30+ courses no problem. They end up telling me to go home then proceeded to tell me to come back if I want to spend 20$ to watch. Will never be coming here again and will be telling our golfing group of friends the same! SCAM

Jordan Arrow

Great condition and very interesting layout. A great combination of long holes, tight holes and elevation changes. Definitely a course worth playing again and again.

irena Kim

Great time at Savannah. Course and staff are tops

Robert Lindley

Great course, value and course conditions are excellent!

Brett Booth

Great golf course we'll maintained grounds

Brian Keys

Good shape for the time of year, charged summer rates, however it was during covid and demand was still high

Shaun R

I was driving to the course when I recieved a call asking if we were still coming. We were running behind, but would make it for the tee off time. When we arrived, the clubhouse was totally understanding. We mentioned we could let a group go before us if necessary, but there was no one behind us for the next two openings, as described by the clubhouse. We walked up the the to the starter and approach the tee blocks when we hear, "you can't play hole 1, you're already 4 minutes behind.. walk up and play hole 2.." When we refused as there was no one behind us and the clubhouse mentioned we were okay, the starter screamed at us and said they'd give us our money back and to leave. We ended up walking to the second tee block and were HOUNDED the rest of the day to hurry the pace of play... We were a twosome that finished our round in under 4 hours walking... Good tight course, nice clubhouse (and staff), TERRIBLE starters and Marshall's.

Elaine Mccarron

Haven't been in a longtime and had a great experience, 4 tee blocks for the Pro experience. Very challenging where at times should lay up, great for using clubs that you normally wouldn't use. Awesome scenery of old cobblestone still lying around. Make it an experience for yourself!!⛳????️‍♂️????️‍♀️

Robert Hawes

One of the better courses around with unique holes.

victoria hunter

Would like to mention a few things about this wonderful course. Firstly the group of buddies that I play here with usually play around 20 to 25 rounds a season some seasons more. We drive in from different areas in the GTA. Secondly the course is always in great condition. The course is not extremely long but enough to challenge every type of golfer. The staff are wonderful special thanks to Chris the club pro what a joy. Finally to everyone you must try savannah you will not be disappointed.
