After spending a Wednesday night in Mash , I was unfortunately to lose my wallet . I tried to call but received no answer so I left a voicemail and I still have not received any response. I then contacted them on Facebook messenger and still have not received any answer .

Cheap drinks, friendly staff, and a great range of events. I couldn't reccomend Mash more. Plus you can get tickets online in advance! Such a bonus!

I was so excited to be going clubbing again, trying out a new club and MASH definitely did not disappoint! The music, the drinks and the staff were all great, the vibes were on point all throughout the night, no doubt I'll be going back!

So, I'm updating my 1-star review after my 2nd visit at MASH. On my initial review, I wrote that the music was bad, the DJ wasn't any good, and it was way too hot inside. I am happy to report that all my complaints from last time are gone. I went with my friends again, this time on "Fresh Tuesdays" (Aug 31st). Starting with the bar, staff were great just like my first visit, and my usual drink price was only £5, same drink at Revolution I was paying £10.40. Not sure if there was some Tuesday deal, but I am happy with the price! Heat problem, yeah, that's been mostly resolved. Not as toasty as before, although it was a little less crowded, it was easier to get to the AC units and cool off. The stage area next to the DJ was still getting hot as there is no AC nearby, however I could stay up there way longer than before as well. Music was heaps better, first time out felt like music was pulled from a royalty free site and only recognized a couple of songs in 3 hours. This time out, all music was good, no generic music, recognized pretty much all the songs and obviously that made it more fun! (Made me stay for much longer, getting drinks more often and spening more money on alcohol, wink wink business people :D) After my first visit and reading another review about the speakers, I was paying more attention to them. Yes, they were not the best, however they were not horrible, heard way worse before and have to nitpick, I am not an audiophile so my opinion here may be highly flawed, it felt like the bass was overpowering the mids and losing clarity, maybe just dial the bass down a touch in the mean while (mostly noticed it next to the stage opposite side of where the DJ is located, so maybe its just a case of replacing a speaker or 2). Honestly once you are in the zone and alcohol kicks in, it does not really matter. It could be improved in the future though. There was even a photographer taking photos. Uploaded on the MASH Facebook page the next day. Was pleasantly surprised with my 2nd visit and definitely will come back now knowing MASH has improved in my eyes.

Sound usually, have been before but I was recently refused entry because the only ID I had to hand was a CitizenCard which is supposed to be accepted at any venue, it has a PASS hologram and a QR code for authentication, mildly frustrating but no bearing on the club itself - it is what it is, went to a nearby club and they accepted it after scanning the QR card. Again, no real complaints about the club itself (I actually wasn’t ID’d at all the last time I went) but it’s a shame when I’ve sent all my other identification off to the DVSA and we know how useless they are, so this is likely to be all I have for a while but anyway, sound music, bit hot when I first went but allegedly they’ve fixed this (wouldn’t know, wasn’t let in), major potential.

Had the absolute best night here last night, the club is absolutely amazing & the MASH pints are so good!! Loved the music and the sound was incredible.

This clubs staff was HORRENDOUS, me and my friend where lining up for the toilet (only one small bathroom in the whole venue by the way so we waiting about 30 mins to pee) and the security came in and started peering at girls UNDER the TOILET DOORS! IT NEEDS A lawsuit for an egregious invasion of privacy. People expect privacy in a bathroom stall. one girl opened the door actually crying Can someone let me know if this is even legal? Some Staff have no identification, are also very rude and very quick to anger towards customers

THIS CLUB IS IN A DIFFERENT LEAGUE!! I have never written a review in my life but I just had to let the world know how absolutely amazing this club is ! In all my years of night clubbing I have never seen a team so dedicated to giving people the best time ! The drinks are amazing and the people or absolutely lovely ! One night in MASH and you will never see Cambridge nightlife the same. There is absolutely no competition in Cambridge!

£8 entry to listen to generic chart songs from yesteryear. They played some songs at least 3 times in the 4 hours that I was there. Plus they make you que for about 30 mins for a smoke. Won't go again

Door staff are rude! I went with my husband and our friend who they searched his bag and asked him to turn over his hand!?! With that they told him he wasn't allowed in?? Never in my life have I experienced anything like it? Strange!! As we was stood there they where happy letting all the 18 year old girls go through!!

Came here last week and what a great night out and fantastic vibe. It felt amazing to be back out clubbing and all the team were friendly and so happy to be there. Cambridge is pretty lacking in choice for nights out but 100% this place should be your first pick.

I was here on Saturday and had the best night, we had VIP for my birthday and the waitresses were lovely. It was a great playlist too. Have already booked for my friends birthday next month.

Had one of the best nights in years at this place! Was treat like royalty the whole night and the environment was amazing???? Fantastic upgrade to its predecessor fez and will be showing up for more nights in the future, well done on the opening guys :)

Off the back of an incredible event on Saturday 7th Aug, I felt to share my experience at Mash Nightclub in Cambridge, recently refurbished with careful attention to detail. This club is now more than just a cocktail bar destination, but a fully fledged music-lover experience placing emphasis on visual and sound above all else. Additional great touches are their own brand of Mash Pilsner on draught, making pints available on the dancefloor (something I am a huge advocate of), great lighting package, phenomenal sound and friendly, empathetic door staff who have been trained to be understanding and non-aggressive (something every club needs to implement imo!). I will be organising more events here and very happy to call it our home.

Rude manager ! Glad they have good music and nice bartenders cause the blonde manager treats everyone rudely. It looks she doesn’t like her job . We go there to dance, drink and enjoy!! We don’t like her disgusting look and the way she talks to people
