I visited Elements when Black Label Society came to town - unforgettable show! The music was amazing, hence the 5 stars, but I have no idea what this place is like as a "night club", not my scene so I can't properly make an assessment. I can only assume that the flight of stairs to make it to the restroom, and all of the stairs on the main level make for some serious falls and trips.

Way over capacity as everyone else has stated. Small bars with long line ups. CASH ONLY was a big surprise. Okay over all venue and a wide stage. Be prepared to be bumped into a lot. Also dress light, very humid and muggy even for November.

One of the trashiest bars in town. If you're a woman, it's a 9/10 you will get molested here. Once, I had a problem with someone and a security guard chuckled heartily at me, shrugged and let it happen, didn't take me seriously. The problem then escalated, and the security guard watched it all happen, didn't bat an eyelash or lift a finger. People do cocaine in the bathrooms and in the club, and deal drugs. Moral of the story, avoid this place unless you're looking for hookers, underage girls or drugs.

Went to see a concert there, it was overcrowded, people packed in like sardines, constantly being bumped by patrons trying to get a "better" view. No air circulation, stuffy and hot, if you went to the washroom, you lose your spot. Never again.

Dinner with the chef is absolutely amazing! The food is outstanding and it's paired with an awesome experience hearing from the chef about how the courses were prepared and better yet, you can bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy! Highly recommend. Hidden treasure in dt Kitchener.

Travelled from Toronto to catch Pennywise here. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the venue. Nice and cozy space to see a band and get that up close and personal concert experience you lose at a big venue. The washrooms were a bit of a downside, very strong smell coming from them and not handicap accessible. Price for beers was a bit steep as well, at $6.25 for a standard size can of Budweiser, which is normally around the price of a tall can at most venues...which brings me to the next point, why are they not serving tall cans? Overall I had a great experience while visiting, the staff was respectful and the atmosphere was fun and friendly all night long. I will definitely make the trip out again if another show I'm interested in is put on here.

While the staff is great, the open room concept quickly fills to a point of absolute crushing levels making it impossible to dance. The crowed itself is often "girls" (Note I don't use the phrase women for a reason) and older men hoping to take what appears to be girls trying to pretend to be 16-17 home. Very unsavory.

I think elements is a fantastic concert venue that is criminally underutilized by promoters. I would absolutely love to see more shows booked here on a regular basis.

I'm trying to buy tickets in advance for tonights show. Ticket website says "unavailable" I'm not sure if that's because the doors are opening in 5 minutes and they cant handle all that technology, or, they're actually sold out! I checked their facebook, website, called them. I'm one step away from hunting down tour managers and calling them up. I'll change this review to a 5 star if you dudeslices get back to me in the next 25 minutes! *metal emoji*

It was dirty, gross and I would be surprised if they weren’t over the legal limit for the number of people in there. Fire Marshall should check them out sometime. It was very hot in there too -probably because of the number of people.

This is a must read. It does not deserve a star at all. Its been years. Terrible, just unprofessional. Was trying to celebrate my x death date, he wouldn't have wanted me to stay at home. B/c you go without anyone, you r stereotyped. I helped a disabled lady up the stairs to the washroom, u think the so called bouncer would have jumped on that. I'm that dying breed, that still opens doors and greets people with a smile or a hello. You will never see me or my friends at that bar. Miss you Mike Bowman, a real great guy/ bouncer. Cancer just terrible. This business sure knows not how to treat human beings, as all walks of life were there and security at the front, was also rude. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. This might be mentioned to a important Chief! That upset. It ruined my night. Also a lot of people on drugs; it's a terrible epidemic. I wrote an idea to maybe help with that; loosing to many icons and just people that need help. Thank you; I had to get it off my chest; also Ty for listening, no need for criticism or opinions to make better. Have respect as I give everyone mine. Enough is enough.

This place should be shut down. It is vile. The walls are crawling with STD's. Way over capacity of the amount of people around and it's uncomfortably hot. Bartenders serve underage girls, and the bouncers let them in when they bat their lashes. Drinks are watered down, the bathroom is disgusting and never cleaned (all stalls are always full of puke), laws are being broken, and you will leave feeling gross.
