System is good, place is clean, but it is on the pricey side; all you can sing on weekdays is 22/person from 2-7pm, or 26/person on holidays and weekends; but each person has to spend at least 7 for food and there is an enforced 12%tip+ 5%tax. They did tell us it is subject to change though.(there is also a per room per hour price that I didnt note down) if you have wechat, you can link to the system and do your song choosing from your phone.

It is a nice karaoke although I can't read the simplified Chinese on the screen sometimes. It is hard to do a search if you don't know simplified Chinese. The only thing I have to say is the tips part. The cashier handed me the bill for $141 but then he showed me his calculator and told me $163 is what you paid with tips included. I don't mind paying tips but it is my discretion. Since when it becomes a compulsory charge?

V-Show Kareoke . Its too expensive, even for an hour is $78. The place might be great buts deceiving. The songs/artist search they dont have many options,its utterly difficult to search, drinks/foods prices its much (but ones enough). They dont evev allow you to bring your own water bottle because theyd demand to spend on their plastic ones . I think thats human-rights being stolen. I dont recomment this place. Am never going back

Overall atmosphere is good. Their song search system is a bit of a mess though, everytime I tried to punch in a name after the 2nd letter it said no items found. Hard to search for songs but overall ambient is good. BEWARE: they do charge onto your bills set tips of 12%,15% and 18% depending on the size of rooms.

Song collection was decent, the price is NOT! Went in for 2 hours and ordered a $15 pitcher of ice tea (that alone is ridiculous), and came out to find that our bill for 1.5 hours was $130!!!!! There is a mandatory gratuity charge depending on your time (ours was 12%), and you cannot pay with card if your total is under $200. Might I add that they charge $35 for a bottle of Soju! I had an awesome time with friends but was truly disappointed when I left learning of the price. There was no warning of the cash only policy and the mandatory gratuity. There are other great places for karaoke on Kingsway that give better service and food. Do not recommend.

Worst - Way overpriced. The music search and reserve function are not suitable for Karaoke. You need to go to the wall to search and reserve your song, which blocks the view of the others. They did not serve us, there was just no service at all, and when we were there to check out, they said under $200 must pay with Cash, and under x amount of people, there is a mandatory 18% Okay, so I get the paying Cash one, but this was never communicated. We could have brought our Cash from somewhere else, not from an ATM on-site with a 3.50 charge. 3.50 is not a big deal, but they should communicate this beforehand. And ATM was really slow in connecting with the host - at least get a better one. Also, for 18% gratuity, they did not even serve us, and what gratuity are you expecting from us? Gratuity should be added to a bill if they ordered food, or a drink, not to a group of people who were there just to sing. Plus, this should have been communicated to us beforehand, not right at the checkout. The counter girl was pointing to the grauitity rule on the counter, but she never brought us to the counter. I complained to her, and she did not say anything, apology, or ever. I will never use them and will never recommend them to anyone ever.

Very nice rooms and high tech. Expensive though. No complaints about the karaoke rooms. The only reason I give 1 star is they have a mandatory 12% gratuity for 6 or less people and the percentage goes up as you have more people, I think it’s up to 20%. We never used a service once, we went and got our own beverages, you can’t even bring water. they didn’t offer to serve us and still they demanded tip. They make the rooms hot on purpose so you buy water. The rates show tip in fine print but it’s hard to see in dark room. Kinda a scam. It’s also cash only under $200 and it’s not said anywhere our group noticed. If you don’t care about money then this is your place.

Overall a good karaoke experience. Rooms were clean and spacious with good lighting. Sound and video system were also top notch, I didn't have to fight the sound system to sound decent and the on screen lyrics were solid. Having said that their English search engine. Woof. Whoever designed that search engine should be brought up on charges. It took a good 15 minutes to figure out how to even find the songs we wanted. To save you all some pain the trick was you have to search initials. So for example if you're looking up Kanye West don't type in his name, put in KW, same goes for songs. Seriously, who designed this?!? When we finally figured out their system their library of English songs was good but some big artists like Eminem and Lizzo were missing. Overall I would go back but I hope they expand their English library and fix that atrocious search engine.

Love the vibe here! It's clean, aesthetically pleasing and the service was friendly. They didn't have all the English songs we wanted to sing but they still had a fairly wide variety of songs to choose from. Edit: lowered the rating as I went back again recently and ordered drinks this time. Soju bottles were around $30 each when they're only $10 - $15 at the liquor store.

nice service, wouldn’t do it again as it’s too expensive. Was told it’s $78 for the first hour and then we would be charged by the minute after that. We stayed for an hour and 35 mins and we somehow ended up being charged for 2 hours ????????‍♀️

The lady at the front desk is rude and they’re not clear about their rates! They told us it was 48$ for an hour in a room for four people BUT they didn’t informed us that there’s an automatic gratuity of 20%, a service charge, and a $10 charge for an additional person coz we’re five. I wouldn’t mind about the gratuity IF the service was good! But it wasn’t!!! When I ordered our snacks and drinks, I had to reorder it because the drinks didn’t came and the snacks are incomplete! PLUSSS they didn’t told us that we have to pay cash if our bill is less than $200. We’ll NEVER go back here again.
