What a friendly and fun place! The person helping us setup was super friendly and inviting. Prices are reasonable, especially the all you can sing deal. We went for the all you can sing and there are over 30000 pages of songs. One star removed because this establishment asks people to review them before starting the karaoke session in exchange for a free pop or water.

I can not describe how me and my friend are feeling after finding this place, we have been to all the Korean Karaoke in Vancouver and this is our New Best! Very clean, modern, chic and to top it off, wonderful staff and great pricing!(5 hours all you can sing) for a great price. Also I am told by the staff they are currently under way to be able to sell liquor inside soon. This is a Chinese Karaoke and uses the Chinese language a lot in their machine, This does not stop foreigners, their machine is easy and great to use for people who speak English. As for us we wanted more options of songs in Korean and we were helped by the host and hostess who were very accommodating. They hooked us up with being able to find our own songs on YouTube through their machine and we enjoyed our time finding karaoke versions of our favorite songs, some we cant find even in Korean karaoke's. Overall fantastic experience and now the staff will see us almost every week. Hopefully their pricing, great deals and hospitality does not change too much over time like other places.

You can either order songs from the touchscreen OR download an app called "duochang", connect to the specified wifi network, scan the QR code, then order from your phone. Problem is that the selection isn't that great and searching isn't very intuitive. You have to sometimes type the whole word out while sometimes you type only the first letter of each word to find it. Sometimes you can't find the artist but you may be able to search by song or vice versa. For some English songs, it's literally just a stock video, the instrumental, and no lyrics on the screen. Or the lyrics are not synced with the music (much slower or faster) so it doesn't line up with the beat at all. Or the lyrics are incorrect. Not really their fault, but I've been to other karaoke places with similar systems that don't have as many issues. There's a delay between adding your songs and it showing up on your ordered songs. Or it gets stuck loading the song. It is nice that you can toggle the original song and karaoke version, though. Really hate 2 things: They charge $2 for water (they only have bottled water). They only take debit or cash. No credit cards. Their food menu is literally just a list of select items from Myst (which is a restaurant 2 min walk away) and adding like $4 to the price lol. Also sucks that they don't serve alcohol. Otherwise, the service was fine and the employees were friendly. Price wasn't terrible. About $100 for 3 people all you can sing, with a couple drinks and one snack.

our mics weren't working for over half of the time we were there because the battery had run out. i feel like it really took away from the experience and made the 40 dollars we spent for one hour not worth it. i hope that in the future, staff will make sure that mics are working before customers use them.

Over all wonderfully mediocre. First price was a litte over priced for the room and time spent. The Room itself was clean. Song selection was just ok. The main issue was many songs we could not find. (We discovered them later. They were English songs but they could only be found if you can read Chinese. Frustrating.) Simple things were not explained to us when they should have by the staff. Like the location of the microphone sanitary covers. So that was annoying. However the staff was nice. But very slow service. ???? il probably try a few other places before I try this one again and give it a 2nd chance.

Great place to karaoke with friends! Service was great and the guys working were super helpful with anything we needed. We had 2 mics for 4 people - they had a lot of feedback between them for a third of our time there (way more than other karaoke places) but oh well. Everything else was wonderful. Super clean, and there's free wifi.

I came here for my birthday last month and the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. This is my new favourite karaoke place because of the large variety of songs, the good sound system, the pretty lights/room decor, and it is SUPER cheap. The all you can sing deal is the best thing here, ($20 per person for a whole night of singing, $10 sometimes when they have a deal). I hope they don't get rid of the all you can sing because I am definitely coming back again with my friends!

Great times with great friends but system is really hard to use. You can only type in the first letter of an artist or song. Example “baby got back” you search “BGB”. Good luck finding a song with only word in the name like “ Landslide” or “Cher”. Take advantage of the promo of writing a review for a water or a coke. I like the red cat. Great drinks.

The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining how to navigate the karaoke system. The karaoke system is nice. While it didn't have all the song options my party and I were looking for on the system itself, the system lets you use YouTube and Soundcloud to find a greater range of songs. One downside, however: if you use YouTube and your song has an adult rating, it can't be played by the system because YouTube will block it. The room we were given was clean and comfortable. We were given the option to choose a longer room or a shorter, cozier room and we opted for the cozier room. Price-wise, Solo Karaoke is very affordable. My party and I were only looking to sing karaoke (we didn't purchase food/drinks) and we all bought the all-you-can-sing package ($20 per person), which let everyone sing for hours. Compared to other places that demand a minimum charge on food + drinks on top of the charge per person/room, this was an excellent deal. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be very willing to return to again.

after my friend recommended this nice fancy karaoke, I come here only. whenever I want to sing a lot. because of All YOU CAN SING is for about 5hours. it's JUST around $ 20. at first, I could't believe it. awesome!!!!! easy to order drinks and foods using monitor in the room. especially, their bubble tea is good. my recommending is lychee and mango green tea. also, you can connect with youtube your own phone. I usually do this :) their service and facilities are really nice and good.
