We just walked by this place. The staff were super friendly. They have good hooka, not the best Hooka I've had but good enough. We liked everything about this place but some rules that they have for ordering the Hooka, every two people must order at least one Hooka, and you can't just go with a friend and drink a coffee or tea.

Very surprised i did not know of this place earlier. The service was impeccable. timely and polite. The hookah was the best i've had in a while! Very Smooth and flavourful. This place has more of a nightclub vibe with louder music at times so if you're looking for a quieter place this might not be for you. Although personally i found it just fine to have conversations. i would definitely recommend this place!

We were excited to try this place out as it is closer to us than other places in Port moody. Overall the service was good and the shisha was smooth. Prices were higher than usual. Decent place but the music was so loud that we couldn't talk to each other. They also had menu items which many were not available. Probably won't return as the music was deafening.

Poor service they dont ask what you want unless you get their attention . Taking long time to bring your service . Sat for 45 minutes and they just show up with tea !!!!!

Awful place and disrespectful personnel. The music was extremely loud, I could not even hear myself. Asked staff to make it less loud, which he did... Just to increase the volume even further a few minutes later. That is a clear sign of disrespect. The hookah was so so, in compassion with other places there was less taste. If you live in Burquitlam area, don't be lazy to spend 20 more minutes to go somewhere else.

I've visited this place a couple of times , the music is definitely too loud , the variety of Hookas are good, but the hookas won't last as long as they should and Prices are a tad bit high. If you are looking for better places I'd recommend the hooka lounges in port Moody.

Good Vibes, club-like feeling & volume. Music played is Pop usually. Though do Note- When going with a group; 3 people per Hookah like every other lounge. Prices are about the same as every other Lounge as well. Parking is the only worrisome thing on arrival.

I love the club vibe you get when you come to PMC, nothing else like this in the city. Your paying premium price but you get quality hookah that lasts up to 4 hours. I dont know who works back there but his hookah making skills are amazing(Aamin). They even got a D.J now. Staff is friendly but may or may not forget what you asked of them but that's okay. I would recommend this to my friends, but not family.

If I could do no star I would. At first walking in this place seemed pretty decent. The set up was clean and modern. My friend and I were sat down in the middle since there were no other sofa seats available at the moment. We ordered our hookah and then we saw a sofa seat available - we then asked to be moved there and the server said yes. Then another group of two from another table asked to be sit in the same sofa seat we had asked - the server then let them move there (the women had put her bags down already). The server then told us we can go sit in sofa seated with other people instead without any explanation. Horrible experience as we were new customers to this place so we went to bloos hookah lounge instead (better service and cheaper price). We really wanted this new hookah place to be a new staple place to go but unfortunately the customer service wasn’t up to par.

Such a nice atmosphere with amazing costumer service, music, and warm hostility aside from great hookah. I loved it so much with even one experience and My friends love it too because they come to Burnaby all the way from North Vancouver because of this place. :D

If you’re looking for a spot to go with your friends with a great environment and great hookahs look no further. They’re very warm and welcoming and the service is exceptional. They play good music, the service is quick and the staff are super friendly. Ample parking space as well which is a plus. Def go and check this place out its a hidden gem!

Its most prolly the worst hookah lounge in vancity. If you are a persian fob you will love it. Hookah is herbal and the music is terrible. Go to pure or bloo. These two are the the only 2 lounges worth visiting in the lower mainland. The only ones giving it a 5 star rating is the owner and his emoloyees.

There is a lady who works there who is so rude. And the enviornment is mainly catered for persian people. Also you know you are desperate when you have to buy instagram followers , all their instagram following is fake. Its pretty sad. Never goinf back. Go to bloo its 100 times better.

Went there a few times when it was fairly new. Music was decent; however the hookahs and service was not the best. The hookahs burned out fairly fast (like within 20 minutes or so). The few times I went, we complained it had completely burned out... the staff agreed to remake/change it for us but that they had to charge us $5 for the change. Pretty dumb in my opinion considering it wasn’t our fault it burned out so fast. Pretty slow service too.

Hookah’s are great. The staff they had 4-5 months ago was super nice. But now it’s not great. They close without any notice or atleast they can post it on their ig page. Sometimes they don’t open according to their hours.
