We received friendly, genuine, and up to par service from the employees there but Joe’s service was specifically outstanding and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place. I've never enjoyed herbal shisha this much, usually get dry-mouth after but they know what they're doing. Excellent wait staff and others. If you haven't been, you must! AAA+.

This is such a modern style hookah lounge. Mike was very engaging when we first arrived. I tried the peach and blueberry flavour and it's super smooth with the ice hose. The food taste amazing and its definitely worth the price!! Now one of my favourite hookah lounges will most definitely be back!!

I have been there with my sister once. We called to make a reservation for 2, they said no need reservation for 2 people just come by. We ordered two hookahs and after total of 45 mins server said you need to leave because you cannot stay more than an hour. Well he insisted we must leave that is the owners words! I have never seen any place who is that rude! We paid over $70 by doing nothing! I am so not happy! I have been all places around here and never been treated ridiculously and tragically funny way plus paid high price for the hookah I couldn’t smoke. So thank you and no thank you not coming back.

Went there with some friends got a table right away without reservation, after one hour two other friends came they just ordered hookah,after half an hour they came and kicked us out cuz max time is one and half an hour, we paid more than 150$ whole our table for one and half hour!! The hookah burned after one hour looks like they put tines on it! Never recommended

We were 5 people who wanted to end our night with some hookah. Out of 5 only 4 of us smoke. We were not aware of the 2 person per hookah rule which is very odd to begin with. We ordered 2 hookah and food and drink for one person, while ordering the server didn't tell us that our order was not enough for 5 people. When the hookahs and food arrived she was like we are sorry the person who is not smoking should leave. I guess their mentality is if we charge premium and provide a good environment every customer will be satisfied but little do they know that customer service is important. At the end the guy who takes care of the reservation apologized and said that we can stay. I ordered a sandwich and belive me the pita was toasted to a hard cracker. I will suggest the owner to enroll their server in a customer service course. Instead of the 2 person per hookah they can start charging fees for table.

Great experience. It’s a very modern hookah lounge with comfortable sofas and beautiful lights. They have a great menu for hookahs, teas and food. We tried their mint-watermelon and orange-peach hookahs. Both were good, especially with an ice hose. We also really liked their sweet coconut tea. Highly recommend this palace

The decor, the service, the shisha it was all great. No complaints at all. We were only there for about an hour but we got seated right away in the VIP lounge lol which was great. The service was extremely bad. The waitress lied to us multiple times. Asked to get the coal replaced multiple times to no avail. We were a group of 6 and the gratuity(service tip) was already charged however the waitress diny wanted to show us a detail bill. I tipped 20% which was totally undeserving but considering the pandemic, i felt obliged however when the bill was not shown(only a total was told) even after multiple request rang a bell later on. Needless to say we will not be returning and whoever is rating good over here may had better waitress/experience.

*SCAMMERS* Came here from out of town with lots of friends and they tried scamming us. Avoid this place, there's plenty of other good hookah bars in Vancouver and they are all in the same area. Plus their hookah taste horrible but the indoor seating is nice. Anyway waste of money they tried charging $50. As if this was Miami. Do not pay more than $20-30 for hookah people.

The Living Room is located centrally in metro Van which makes it convenient for anyone in the greater Van area to get there in a reasonable amount of time. It is a favourite hangout spot for me! The décor is stunning- it is both modern and classy and offers gorgeous views of the city with its large, bright windows. It has great ventilation and is extremely clean, so you never feel like you are in a smoking environment. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. The staff are all amazing- everyone is genuine, the service is very fast, the food is good, and by far has the city’s best hookah! It’s rare to find a place where the owner goes above and beyond for his customer’s as much as Mike does. I would suggest this place to anyone- the hookah is always as good as the vibe!

A bottle of water (bottled tap water, mind you) is $10 and a rum and coke with a double shot is $30. The servers aggressively told me to put on a mask while I was standing aside for my friend to leave her booth. (I am not anti-mask, this just seemed overzealous). The fire alarm went off while we were there and no one was evacuated despite the servers voicing that it smelled of smoke. Their solution was to close the blinds. I went outside because I wasn't sure what was going on only to see the manager arguing outside with some neighbours. The whole scene was quite frankly totally pathetic and embarrassing.

I've never really been "crazy" for similar places, but this one is a pure gem! It can be the perfect spot for a party, as much as the best place to just chill. The food is really good, honestly much better than the average in similar bars. And, obviously, I can't avoid mentioning the incredible (and not too expensive) selection of hookah. Special mention also to the waitress that served us, Gabriela (Gabby!!) Very professional and at the same time easygoing, she made us feel super welcome and she literally went out of her way to make sure we'd have an amazing time! :)

I came here about 2 weeks or so. I really liked the ambience and I thought the service was good as well as the hookah. The table I got with my friend was a bit small and I ended up moving my chair a little but closer to another table without noticing. I don’t know if this was the manager or the owner, but he literally came and pushed my chair while I was in it and said that because of Covid there has to be a 6 foot distance between tables. I 100% agree with that and understand that but I felt that it was very very disrespectful for him to just move me while I was on the chair like that. If he had asked me I would have been more than willing to get up and move the chair myself rather than him having to physically touch me. I did not like that one bit and it is very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back here.

This was one of the nicest atmosphere for a hookah lounge I’ve ever experienced. The only down side was that the speakers seemed to have some issues when playing music, but after letting the employees know the issue was eventually fixed. Our waitress Gabriela was very attentive and made sure our group was happy and taken care of.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. *Poor or I must say pathetic service. *We waited for almost 20 min for our coal to be changed *After 20 min when she finally attended us, we were told that the hukka time is over and they wont change our cosl. So I asked her for new hukka, to which the response was sorry the table is already reserved for later so cant take anyfurther orders on this table. *We ordered Nachos which was again tasteless *We asked for some extra filters she refused for them too Pathetic service and treatment. Just not recommended

Very spacious area. Love the lay out and the aroma. Having said that, I have been here once not too long ago and did not have the best experience. I have been to many hookah lounges but was disappointed here. I came with a very good friend of mine and we were meeting up with three of his friends here. We didn’t know that this lounge had a ‘1 hookah for every 2 people rule’ because my good friend and I were not planning to smoke as we were only going to be here for a short time. We were basically forced to order two more hookahs and pay for them. Just the overall experience wasn’t the greatest and the hookah I got wasn’t even that good anyways. We basically paid for it to just sit there and no one smoke it.

The hookah is really good one of the rarest youll find in North America! Definitely would recommend to everyone if your new to town or even a local :)

Let me tell you that this lounge is second to none. Covid measures are in place, Mike & the staff made me feel so welcome they went above and beyond and gave the best service to make our time as enjoyable as possible. The place was very organized and clean, the shisha & tea was top notch. Mike knew how to make me feel like I was lounging back home. It had an uplifting vibe, positive energy, and professional service. I liked the taste of music and it was not obnoxiously loud and you can actually have a conversation with your friends. This is my go to lounge from now onwards and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have a great time.
