Hookah quality is adequate, I am not a frequent consumer so I cannot comment Good music and cozy set up. Clean seating area and bathrooms. Staff are not dressed In proper attire, difficult to distinguish between patrons and staff. I looked creepy looking at everyone trying to see if they worked there not while seeking service. Staff also spend too much time speaking to certain clients and neglect other patrons. I dropped my mouth piece on the floor and had to wait 25 minutes before I could get ones attention. And not to my surprise he forgot about it and needed to be reminded. The dim lighting is cool and provides a privacy from booth to booth. However, the poor seating plan and the awkward placement in the middle seems counter productive. (Covid restrictions seems to be the cause of this) Also important to mention that staff need to remind clients to not leave belongings in the walking isles as they are a trip hazard especially under such dimmed lighting. Staff should be trained to give consistent service, accuracy and attention to detail. I plan on a revisit in March. I hope I encounter a better experience. Improvements from here aren’t difficult.

Love Love Love this place. Inviting, exciting and entertaining. This place has it all. Best Hookah in town (Trust me). Great seating, super fast Wi-Fi and most importantly THE BEST STAFF EVER. They really know what they're doing and customer satisfaction is their priority and you can really see and feel that in their service. So call all your friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, exes and chill here.

Horrible experience . Took my friends here because of the google reviews and were refused to sit in the lounge without ordering 1 shishas per 2 people.Both my wife and my friend’s wife don’t smoke however they didn’t care about that . We offered to order drinks of the same amount as shisha but apparently that wasn’t enough. We had to leave and now are sitting at a shisha bar that accommodated our request. On a cold night , this was a last thing we expected from a restaurant . Will NOT recommend anyone to go here

Worst experience ever. There services and hookahs both sucks. I have been there yesterday just because of good reviews but one thing is for sure that don’t know how to make hookahs. There first shisha was not smooth and then we have to order another one and that was not smooth either. We paid $77 for half an hour for two hookahs which we can’t stand at all. Also, we called the guys working couple of times but they were too busy - terrible customer services. This place is double cross for me now.

Love this place. Incredible service, was a super pleasant experience visiting this location. Great flavors, love the combinations they have and there are so many flavors on the menu I'm eager to try the next time I visit. Ambience is really cool too, the place is set up really well (check out the awesome paintings they have up on the walls!) and I'd definitely bring more friends along to this lounge.

If you don’t know now you know, this is one of the best spots in BC. Vibes on vibes, great music, great crowd, and an even better atmosphere. Definitely one of a kind hookah lounges in Burnaby. Great places tend to get busy, especially when there’s a high demand for it and customer service is definitely one of their top priorities. Don’t let negative comments fool you, definitely worth the visit.

Premium hookah lounge I am a daily smoker and this is one of the best hookahs ive had in my 10years of smoking , staff is amazing and friendly not to mention the cleanliness is always on point would recommend this place to anybody you wont be disappointed . About 1h ago Humza Kahn and his wife Warda Mughal Walked in while i was sitting with my friends they where the ruddest people ive seen i cant belive people like this still existe they dont know how to be civilized if they dont want to spend money they should stay home.

I’d have given this place 10 stars if I could! This is by far the best hookah place in BC! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and they never disappoint. The staff are absolutely amazing!! Friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The hookah is ????????????!!! They have an amazing variety of flavours and they are also down to make specific ones that I request. This is a really fun hookah joint that observes proper health protocols. They require masks, check temperature and have social distancing. Great sounds, really nice ambiance. Opens 6PM. It's a really great place to have non alcoholic fun with friends. They also have a bitcoin machine that's open at 2AM!

This place is a sweet spot to just chill on the weekdays or party with a crew during the weekend. The owner and staff are very hospitable and treat everyone with the same level of respect. Horrible experience here. The waiter was extremely rude. They have this weird rule of ordering 2 shishas per person. We were 4 people and only 2 smoke. We offered to buy equivalent amount of drinks( 5 drinks would have cost the price as shisha) and not buy the shisha since it would have been a complete waste. However the waiter decided to not take our money, be stubborn about the stupid rule and let us leave. They potentially let go business because the waiter was too stuborn to understand that we would spend the minimum amount required to sit there. And gues what? The place was EMPTY and yet thet let go business. GOODLUCK running your business like this. I would have understood if they were busy but they had just one another customer and thats about it... Some people cant respect customers and their staff was exactly like that. If someone doesnt smoke they shouldnt be forced to just because they want to spend time with their partner. We werent all trying to smoke ONE shisha but only 2 out of the 4 smoke. Another hookah louge accomodated our request and we found a place ( Thank GOD).

This was only my second time every trying shisha. Nate, the owner, was very accommodating and guided me through the flavours that I should chose from as a beginner. The service is great, the ambience is great, and I’ll definitely be dropping by again.

A hidden gem for sure. Love how it's in its own area away from the nightlife in downtown. I believe they only serve herbal shisha and that's what drew me here since I'm not a smoker. Everyone was kind and music was great. Can't wait to show more friends this place and try other flavours.

The BEST hookah lounge. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is always a good vibe and one of my favourite places to hang out. The hookah is always A1 with lots of smoke and flavours. They also have a wide variety of specialty drinks that you don't normally find anywhere else. If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the plan. Sure it looks great and fancy inside for the aroma but staff aren’t the friendliest and honestly the flavour of the hookah dies after some time. I’ve been to other places where we’ve been able to enjoy the hookah for 2+ hours, but not so much here. Wouldn’t be returning here.
