Cozy little hookah place. Service is good. Though over the weekend 1 hookah between two people is mandatory which was a bummer for us as not all from our group smoked hookah. They have a live DJ and he played awesome music. Overall a fun place.

Couldn't go to the usual spot so we found this place. Atmosphere relaxed, relaxed. The hookah was good and the smaller sections were cozy. The owner im assuming is who we spoke to, he was super friendly and nice. Would definitely go back.

Its a nice place but having a bit small for me. I did like the staff and them paying attention to their customers properly and in a timely fashion the coals were changed. THE ONLY THING I didn't like was the rule that 1 Hookah for every 2 people. We were 3 and the 3rd person doesn't even do Hookah. He was literally there to have tea and we even requested but we had to buy two Hookas for that reason. Just feel like it's a extra expense for the customer even though the 3rd person is order tea or Redbull or other stuff. 2nd Hookah was a waste for us for no reason. Hence I will only go ifnur in pairs or if you do want one to yourself. Didn't know that was the rule until we already ordered some stuff.

Garbage hookah. Bad service. Rather give it zero star. Don't waste your time here. Told the guy the hookah is too strong and it's hurting throat and the guy say this is how it is. And after 3rd time calling him as I can't smoke at all he showed his frustrated face and walked away.. totally not worth it. Never will come back here.. for those who thinking to come here. Please reconsider it. If u are a person who can keep quiet and smoke coal then feel free to go..

Been there thrice and was disappointed twice. They don't know how to mix hookah flavours. Had to change hookah two times because the flavour was not at all smooth. Maybe the best time to go is in the evening around 6 or 7.

Only getting 1 star for the decent shisha. 5 people sitting and only 4 smoking and they demand you to get a 3rd hookah even though no one was going to smoke it. These people need to learn how to treat customers and welcome their company. Do not recommend at all unless it's a even number of people.

Both our waiter and the owner both came over many times to check on us as well as socialize.. 1st time hookahing.. definitely will return.. this place and atmosphere is amazing.. great music too.. thanks again for a amazing night

Hookah is excellent . I would say as good as the hookah in pure and bliss . I have heard a lot of stuff from my friends that the owner is creepy to girls but he’s always been very respectful to me and my group of friends . So nothing to complain .

I felt really uncomfortable in this place and when I asked them to fix my hookah because it was burnt, the owner said "that's how it's supposed to be" , and we had to get 3 hookahs for 5 people he said it was 1 hookah for 2 people the third hookah we ordered got wasted we barely smoked it.

Terrible customer service. The manager, Rheem, does not respect his customers at all. On top of that he forces customers to take more hookahs than what they want to take. The hookah there is so bad, and the place is not clean at all. I definitely DON'T recommend it.

I would certainly comment and verify post checking almost all sheesha lounges in the burnavy/Vanc area, that arwaz is indeed the best place for good quality sheesha. The ambience is LIT & Dark and the music adds up to the vibe. The place is managed by a very friendly team and they are always very warm & Welcoming. Im sure that this is THE SPOT for my sheesha cravings whenever im in Vanc. Dont forget to try the Persian Black Tea they serve. A must have.

Went there late night, and glad to know they stay open late on weekends. Nice staff, packed in shisha tightly. Would give another star if they played better music. I know, subjective, but they were blaring dub step-hip hop mixes. Also lost one star for unkept bathrooms.
