We are from niagara falls where most of our hip hop clubs have died the past 2 years. We are in our 30's and just wanted to dance. We drove up last night for the first time leaving our city to find a good girls night. Never have I been to Hess village. To make it quick, it was an unreal night for us! The 2 gentle men working the door were so nice and gave us Info on the club and area. When we left (closed the place down) they were so nice and asked us how we liked it etc. No self entitled bouncer attitude like you find most clubs. Cover was reasonable, the tiny blonde bartender on the main bar was super sweet and remembered our drinks, even found me a hair tie. She gave correct change which sounds simple but hard to find in some clubs. The DJ was amazing!! A mix of OG hits and new school and the hype man on the Mike killed it. The crowd of younger people got a little rowdy and security came twice backing them out of our way. I felt safe. It was the perfect night! I sincerely thankyou all for a well rounded club atmosphere! You have a great team and wish we had a good hip hop club like that! We will be back for sure.

My girls and I went last night. We booked a VIP booth , great staff, good drinks, bad set up. The booth were mixed in with the crowd naturally the drinks spilled on our area 3 times.it was not worth the money to rent one. Very terrible music, drake playlist, rap and not a good mix of music.very young crowd. Very young. Good club just not for us

It’s is a great place to visit - 3 floors of dance floor - drinks are fairly priced. There are always security near you for everyone’s safety. Good place to hang out and to be a regular.

We were All drest up in costumes IT took 2 1/2 hour to put a Halloween costume together, we called for bottle service And reserved a buth paged $300 dollers for a bottle , got there, we ASK some Oriental Guy at The door to give us wrist banda. To GET in he refused U.S. in. I told him to give me my money back $ 300 dollars. And he refused. So we were outside raining with costumes without our money back nor did we GET into The club. Do not go there they will take you steal you money.

Nice club with good lighting and modern music. Came here for a friend's birthday and got a booth at a reasonable price. Only downside was that there were a few fights but the Brawler's took good care of it. Also the day I went it was a sausage fest they letting too many guys in in.

Dont try calling or emailing them they dont answer, lost my phone and ID the other night and their phone doesn't work to even ask if its been found. Just make sure you dont bring your phone there lmaoo people there are sneaky i learned my lesson

This place sucks ! I went there at their opening ceremony. We had bottle servise and they were supposed to have dollar money gun about 1000$ . I think at most they shoot 50$:)) and after that fire alarm started and they start to make everyone leave the place the stuff did not know what to do they were really rude. I wanted my jacket which was in coat check but they kicked me out and push me out side while i spend lots of money there . If the opening ceremony is like that, what will happen to other night ?they really cannot control the club. Me and my friends will never ever go there again.

One of the worst club experiences. Paid for an event before hand and the security was awful except for one of the women (she was blonde and very polite and professional). Everyone else was incredibly unprofessional and unorganized. The security decided to yell at the people at the front of the line and told us that they wouldn’t let us in until we got everyone in order as if people were going to listen to us. As a result of them yelling, more people kept pushing and people were getting pushed into the rails and the security could not care less. They are the security for a reason and their job is crowd control. We waited in line for 1 hour and 30 mins for a PRE PAID EVENT!!! And by the time we got in we only had 2 hours. All because the security didn’t know how to organize the crowd and expected us to get everyone in order. Terrible service and terrible customer service. They need to have a serious meeting on how to control a crowd and how to deal with an event like this. I hope they figure their stuff out because as of right now many people that paid for that event are very upset and are expecting their money back. If this was not pre-paid it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal, however people paid money weeks in advance to enjoy the night and were denied access, essentially wasting their money, due to their poor planning and poor security.

Usually always a great time, great music and ambiance. The new renovations are really nice and its generally clean. Bottle service is prompt and booths are comfortable. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is because they charge $4 for water when other clubs give tap water for free.

Seriously the best place in Hamilton ( since Hess is the only place you can party) music selection is on par to Toronto's but the space is a little awkward to maneuver

Worst club ever i have visited i felt insulted when girls inside tell us no ewww and such kind off words that makes us feel insulted and also the photographer clicks the pictures of ours and never uploads on instagram or Facebook just because we are Indians and middle eastern. Its not one time i have visited this club i have visit many times but never saw my pictures on facebook or instagram. I would neither give one star but for the review purpose i give one star. I won’t suggest this club because nobody respects you because you are indians or middle eastern.

Went on a Friday Night for a Soca Party. Absolutely incredible. Love the sounds, the bar was great, the floors were packed but were so fun! Would highly recommend for a fun night with friends.

Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. At the end of the night, bartender refused to give my friends and I water, stating that it was now “$4 a glass”..thanks but no thanks, that’s illegal. Tried getting anyone else who works there’s attention- security, men standing behind the bar on their phones, nobody listened. Then the security proceeded to not allow my friend back inside to get her stuff or return to us because “they closed” so you’re going to leave a young women on the street by herself? Then, they proceeded to call her derogatory and nasty names. Will not be returning, this was my first time there, and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there as well because there are DOZENS of other places in Hamilton with just as good if not better drink deals, and you don’t have to pay for tap water or get told “you should have been aborted” (direct quote from bouncer).
