Worker and manager wouldn’t let someone who is turning 18 in two months go see Halloween kills with his girlfriend without an adult then leaving a 14 year old to go see a movie by herself. Even though the adult was giving them permission, the adult didn’t want to leave the 14 year old. Oh well, saved $100

Had a great experience. Theatre was clean and staff was very friendly. Had an issue when the kids were playing in the arcade with the tokens not registering. Manager replaced the tokens without question which was great. Will be back for more movies.

We live right in between Kingston and Brockville, so we go to either city to catch our movies. For a Cineplex facility it really needs to catch up to Kingston's theatres. Brockville location does not offer reclining seats, no option to select seats when purchasing tickets at the theatre,and worst of all no freestyle drink machines, you are forced to select from 4 basic soft drink choices a cashier gills for you. This may seem not picked, but when I can drive the same amount of time to get a movie in Kingston that does offer the extras, we often do.

The staff in Brockville is incredible but there are too many children, fantastic and historic movies... not enough comedies and not enough action movies targetting people aged 25-55 years old. Unfortunately, we only hit a movie that suits us once every 3 to 6 weeks... I wish we could go more often!

I don't know why I keep going back to this theatre, its worth the extra time and go into Ottawa. Went to watch a big release (Avengers 2) and sound wasn't working (this has happened more than once), left theatre to inform employees of the problem when I tried to return to my seat someone had taken them. Had the choice of sitting front row or wait hours till next showing. If you're like me front row isn't an option, so we wasted our money getting a drink and popcorn. No one once apologize or offered refunds. Pretty much every other time I order the nachos the cheese is cold. They also don't always get movies or you go to see a movie and they have already removed it but the children movies stay playing for months.

The selection of movies is brutal and rarely includes horror/suspenceful Movies. But constantly has children's movies for months on end. It's better off just driving to Kingston/Ottawa to see the movies you want to see.

Nice to be back. The entire theatre was clean everyone was polite and the staff welcoming. They asked everyone to take seats that were separated but once inside guests moved in the dark. Kinda hard to police that. But otherwise so great to feel normal again. Thanks

It felt weird trying to goto a movie during COVID-19, but Brockville certainly knew how to do it I am glad that they added traffic cones to separate people from sitting in certain chairs.

I took the grandkids to an animated film. Social distancing rules were in effect and we felt very safe inside the cinema. The seats are comfortable but well worn. It's not a newer theater like the upgraded ones with fancy electric reclining seats that you find in Ottawa however price is not as expensive either.

We have a great experience every time we go to a movie at Cineplex Brockville. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the place is very clean. Our visit today, though, is the reason for me writing this review. I took my daughter to see a movie. She had hip surgery and is in a body cast. I ordered the tickets and my snacks. I explained that I would need to come back for my order since I couldn't carry my daughter and the snacks at the same time. They were very understanding and ensured me it was no problem. That was great service as it was. But then, after I got my daughter settled into our seats, I looked up and saw the manager (Stephanie L.) walking towards us with my popcorn and pop. She got me napkins, a straw and brought it all in for me. It was so nice of her to take time to do that. It was beyond appreciated. Thanks ladies, that kind of service is rare and it made my day.

This place is one of the worst places I've been in a while the employees harass you to make sure you're following rules that you might be exempt from due to health reasons: don't bother bringing any water to help you breathe better and stay hydrated due to the mask that you're wearing for a long time it's nice to be able to not have a dry mouth but they rather you spread more germs with a dry mouth

Took my 6 yr old to see new space jam. She was excited. Paid at concession and went into 30 degree room both air. I was told they could refund my money if I wanted to leave. How do I tell that to a 6 yr old who is already sitting eating popcorn. They should advise you before you pay. Not one fan on. Very uncomfortable to sit through. Staff was busy playing basketball game when we left to even apologize or anything

Clean, high tech, staff friendly. Only exception is the high price of popcorn & drinks, but I know that's the same in all theatres now. If u wait for a week or two after a movie comes out it is not as crowded for the seating.

I have to admit I was very frustrated trying to call the theater to ask if they found something that I had fall out while watching the show. I did return to the theater to ask about it and they had already brought it to the office. To me this shows that this group does the jobs they are tasked with as they must have gone aisle by aisle after our show to clean. The Saturday November 6 shift needs to be commented, job well done and thank you

The manager here is amazing! As well as staff. I took my kids to see the movie paw patrol, the manager let me know right away that I probably mixed up my seating choice (I put us right at the very front) she noticed and moved us to the very back. Very friendly staff at the concession as well the young man who served us had excellent people skills. The theatre was very clean and it was an overall very enjoyable experience for my family.

I prefer Landmark Cinemas but this seems to he the only option in Brockville. Landmark has better seating and free refills still. Galaxy has reduced the sizes and has taken away refills on drinks and popcorn. The staff was friendly and the theatre was clean.

It's a good place to go to spend time with your family and friends. It has great service. Good food. Has a party room. But it does have one problem, they say the movie starts at like 4:00 pm yet the start like and 4:15- 4:30 for example. Other than that they are fun to go to.

I payed $30 dollars for $3 worth of pop corn and pop. Then they charged me extra to pump the same butter on that pop corn that was over by the straws. If you have no choice and want to see a film out of your house , it'll do. Driving to Ottawa seems like your best choice.

I love the movie theatre! It is one of the only places to go in Brockville that doesn't revolve around eating food. Staff are always warm and friendly and the popcorn is so good! Never crazy busy and always high quality films featured. 10/10 would recommend

So my earlier review was 4 stars. I've been here quite a bit over the last couple months. Today, Dec 19, I went in to see a Christmas movie, hot chocolate in hand, like I have with every other Xmas movie here....and was told no outside drinks. Well, I could see if they sold cocoa, fine. But they don't. So, instead of getting my usual popcorn, candy etc with the girlfriend, I got nothing, and seriously consider sever going back

This is a nice theater. We were here for a birthday party and were treated well. The menu here is smaller than at some other theaters but it was ok. The arcade sucked a bit. The party Mom had purchased tokens for the kids but the machines each required 4 or 5 tokens which seemed ridiculous. Some of the machines didn't accept tokens and some of the others were broken.

The size is perfect you can find the theatre and bathroom easily!!! The service is wonderful they're really sweet, helpful and caring to everyone they also keep there calm if something is not going right. The one thing that you can't deal with obviously is that the kids are let loose to run around the building I was in a movie and a kid dumped his orange juice all over me so I decided to complain and they said that they couldn't take part in it?! I was not happy about that at all!
