Just OK, it's a weird layout and pretty dead early in the night. The music could be better but mostly your typical trap music. Drinks are average price and bouncers a nice and friendly.There are better places in Vancouver if you're seeking for fun night life.

We went out this past weekend (Sunday which was the long weekend) Cabana was hosting an event. The club was packed and the apparently the air conditioner broke down. The club was so hot felt like people were passing out in the club. At one point it seemed like the club hit capacity but more and more people were coming in..you can imagine how uncomfortable everyone was. We paid for bottle service spent a lot of cash and asked the owner "what's up with the A/C?" His response was it's "broken can't do anything" we asked at that point at least give us some bottle waters were spending so much on alcohol. His response was " I can't do anything". Wow talk about service it was so pathetic don't ever see myself going back.

Best high energy Lounge for adults over 25 in Vancouver. Staff is amazing, venue is beautiful and you cant have any more fun than this! Feels like Vegas or Miami with fantastic VIP booths and beautiful people.

The guy who gave us the table told us what the price of two bottles will cost INCLUDING tip and taxes. When we where paying the server did as she didnt know the tip was included which obviously she knew because the guy had told her and almost made us pay more tip. I noticed and told my friend that it was already included. We drank vodka and the next day all of my friends where throwing up and feeling bad even the ones that didnt drink a lot. Never coming back. Who knows what they put into our bottles.

The doorman and some staff members were great. The waitress told me to "decide what I wanted" when I asking her what they had..very rude. When asking for water, we first got offered bottle water for 8$, then had to ask for "free water" that they gave us reluctantly.

Cramped room, small dancefloor, no style, theme, or rhythm to the music, and the whole place was just plain boring. The tree in the centre is a nice idea but it doesn't enhance the experience in anyway.

I would grade this place with 10 star if I could! To start at the entrance I was assisted immediately by who appeared to be the manager a blond tall guy, I said I was bringing less people therefore needed a smaller table, he said no problem set me up for another table right away. Security and covid protocols on point, waiters are gorgeous and so commited to service they always came around the table to see if everything was ok, gave recommendations and one of then even spoke spanish! I wish I could thank all of them but I was too drunk to remember their names sorry. Also another short guy with funny hair blond too also assisted with kicking some other guys that we did know and sat at our tables away, will definitely coming back with more to spend.

It was a terrific experience for de New Year Party 2020!!! It will be nice if the organicers think in the security and wellfare of their families, friends and relatives inside this place until permit to full it with "people" like they did!! Inside there were moments that was imposible to dance even to move!!! It was not a save places...the authorities must oversees that kind of places inside for not allowed to fill them like this!! A very irresponsable organization...and unsafe place!!!

Went for a friends birthday here, actually a nice club! Nice staff, friendly bartenders. I like that the bathrooms are downstairs too so you can chat in there. Overall a cool club!

ZERO STARS! Saw multiple videos posted on social media of this place PACKED on halloween night while COVID cases continue to rise in B.C. Shame on Cabana for allowing this to happen during a pandemic and putting so many at risk.

This place is known as a brown people Lounge. It has a lot of very comfortable seating, three bars one of which is a total different bar that's connected it's kind of strange. bathrooms are down two flights of stairs. the women's washroom door is always open and Men perv there. The drinks are stupidly expensive than any other club. The thing I like about Cabana is that it has a lot of seats and it's kind of weird because there's a tree in the middle of the Dance Floor and the Dance Floor ain't that big but it looks nice

Security guards were touchy and even ended up punching one of my friends leaving him laying on the pavement in the rain. Bad music, weird layout, disgusting bathrooms, staff were friendly inside but the guards outside were making extremley rude comments yelling and swearing at us for doing nothing.

We went on the Halloween club crawl on Friday the 27th. Didn't know we would end up here. Pretty sad that we did. Never in my life have I been to a bar where the staff was so unbelievably rude. Or bad at their jobs. I got a rum and coke...which cost me 8.50. I saw her type the price into the till. I couldn't believe that was actually the price considering I saw her pour it and it was literally a bottle of Bacardi. So I asked her how much it was. And she said oh maybe like 8.75 or 9 I'm not sure. Then I got home and realized she gave me the wrong change. I don't know if it was intentional or not. It seems as though your level of service is based on your nationality. The dance floor is to small. Hella people crammed into a little space with a bad DJ who played the same song multiple times. At least I know what bar to avoid thanks to the club crawl. But it really ruined our night. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else I highly recommend it.

A promoter slapped my ass while I was there tonight. I told him this wasn't okay so he apologized. I explained that I don't think this is a fair way to treat any woman whether it is a part of the 'club culture ' or not. This same guy had his hand around someone's neck who I happened to be friends with. When I pulled her away (as she was pinned to a wall) and we walked away, he slapped my ass. He kept apologizing but I told him it didn't matter and I was tired of women being treated this way. I told a manager who just got this guy to apologize to me again. I asked them how they would feel if a woman they care about was treated this way. They didn't seem to think this was that big of a deal but I am appalled and disappointed. I asked various staff members for a card so that I could find an email for a manager and was told to just look online. No one asked me why, or if there was something they could do. I will never go back and I would suggest that other women approach this place with caution as well.

Haha, no. When I went, it was $20 cover, $10 mandatory coat check - no hoodies allowed, either. I mean, If you're going to screw me, at least buy me a drink first. Anyways, friends are waiting inside, whatever. It's already on my "nope" list for the future, so it's been a productive night already. Let's see why this place charges so much! Right. It's because it's empty and they actually need that money really, really badly. I bought a $7 beer, roamed around for about half an hour, and cut my losses. Decor is whatever, music is all electronic, has a stuck up vibe, not my scene. They'll be out of business after the summer, so uhhh if you're interested, check it out while you can, I guess.

Out of all the clubs in Vancouver I would honestly say Cabana is my favourite. Started off the mangers, bouncers, DJs, Bartenders and Waitresses are very respectful, nice and treat all their guests as family! Being a female, I feel very safe attending this club. The music is AMAZING AND SERVICE IS THE BEST. If you want to be treated like royalty I suggest you attend Cabana.

You have to book to enter - it is 100$ for each persons. Once inside you cannot stand and dance & the music is awfully loud with the DJ stopping every 10 minutes to tell you to seat on your chair - with no possibly to hold a conversation due to way too loud bad music.

Shittest place of all over Vancouver. Just to get started, the doorman and receptionist are not friendly at all. They are stupid with guests and definitely don`t carry about you. The bartenders looks dead. Service is really slow and drinks are ultra expensive, even for downtown for Vancouver. That`s not even the worst, the overall club atmosphere is terrible. Mainly due to the poor DJ and lighting, music gets repetitive (they played the same music 3 times just on the 2 hours that I was there) and the overall layout don`t let you dance nor sit. You would be much better off spending your money in any other club of Vancouver.

I really liked this place. Good design, people and music. Parties are really good as ell as lounge very comfortable. The only concern, is the price. If you are going to spend a good night, be ready to have at least $100 only for yourself. Overall, it is really good place to have fun.

Worst place in Vancouver. Overcharged drinks; $600 for a couple bottles of mediocre liquor. Rude and racist staff, when asked direct questions, they can't think on their feet and you can see their body fidget to produce lies on the spot. Terrible "DJ" as well, a random Spotify mix playlist does it better. Go to your next choice (it's already better) and save yourself from a terrible night. Cheers!

Had my first and last time at Cabana Last Night. Waitresses were rude and one of them assaulted my friend while she was in the bathroom for no reason and tried to lie and say she attacked the bathroom attendant when witnesses said that wasn't true. Staff was not approachable nor friendly and i will be vocally sharing my experience with everyone i know. Do not waste your time and money at this club, it was empty at 12am on a Friday.

We spent over $1100 at cabana and we got the worst service possible the waitresses were rude and had no respect and did not know how to speak to customers at all and when we finally spoke to a manger and the bouncers they were the same way they wanted to over charge us for a bottle that no one at our table had ordered obviously if we were spending money all night we wouldn't have a problem paying for it but we didn't order it. This place is like a junior club don't waste your time or your money, they don't know how to run a business or how to treat there customers.

The more I go, the less interesting it is. I got my jacket stolen last week, it's a first in Vancouver (not that great of a jacket, not worth spending the coat check for). I guess the night crowd in Vancouver is getting shadier, it does reflect on the night club as well.

The worst nightclub in Vancouver! I made a guest list with them through email (October 2015) and they told me there would be no cover for my friends until 11pm. My friends arrived at 10:50pm, still a good 10 mins before 11pm, but were charged $10 each plus a mandatory coat check fee (even though they preferred to keep their jackets/cover ups with them). It got even worse once they entered the club. There werent many people inside (even though it was 11pm), there were a few 70 year olds, several people in traditional indian attire, and the music was weird and nothing like you'd expect. When I got there and realized what happened, I asked to speak the manager as I wanted to show him the emails they had sent. I was directed to this guy who looked reasonable enough, until I tried talking to him. He wouldnt even look at me while I was speaking and said there was nothing he could do about it even though it was my BIRTHDAY. This club has THE worst everything. Dont frequent this place. Yes it has a long lineup, but its all hype and once people get inside, they quickly leave. Any good reviews about this place are probably written by management=(

We just happened to stumble by the club because the music seemed to be good. We went in and the cover charge was $20 and the coat check was $4 each piece. The crowd was mostly brown people which is fine. The crowd seemed alright except there was this one white chick who was flailing her hair around.. Now for the drinks I went to get a shot of goose and the bartender who looked Asian or First Nations (I couldn't tell in the dark.. Sorry) said they did not serve any. I asked what kind of vodka she had and she said something which I couldn't hear and poured me two shots of vodka and charged me $20 dollars for each shot! I was shocked and asked her what they were and she said they are "very high end shots". The drinks were already poured and I was buying them for a friend so we did drink and it was so disgusting. Anyways we are past the clubbing scene and out of the loop and it seemed like I was scammed or something. If it was indeed the "high end shot" I want to know what was the exact name of the drink. If not, I was scammed and would never come here again and let others know about my experience.
