Well we arrived around 8:30, and we wait about ten minutes for our waitress to come , the first thing we see is a waitress dressed inappropriately and if you had children then you might be uncomfortable bringing them there and it took 15 minutes for us to get our drinks, the drinks were mediocre and they said that it was an ounce of alcohol but it was only like a half of an ounce. Then after we ordered or food it took about 45 minutes and my poutine was cold and it tasted like heated up plastic. my friends quesadilla was only half filled. My other friends fish tacos were very bland. Our experience ended around 9:50. Over all, an all around disappointing experience, wouldn't come back and would not recommend to a friend.

Had a great time at Shoeless Joe's the other night. Food was well prepared, drinks were great but the best part was the service. I had the absolute pleasure of being served by the most heavenly blessed beauty of a waitress. Her eyes were blue like the pacific ocean at a beach resort. Her smile was sweet and her voice was even sweeter. She had a body with more curves than a country backroad and legs that looked they could run a mile down one in no time at all. This absolutely amazing server was sweet, kind, but also efficient and so very helpful. Food is 5 stars, Drinks were 5 stars, but my angel of a server was more beautiful than all the stars in the sky. Would definitely visit again.

The food was pretty good and the drinks were cold but service was poor. I also had ordered the championship wing dinner and received only the single wing dinner of eight wings. Were as the championship dinner comes with a lot more and is more money. I have the receipt saying I was even charged the championship wing dinner. Overall an ok experience but could be improved. I'd like to add that my girlfriends chicken tenders were something a little kid would eat because how small they were.

Amazing experience. Our waitress was Paige, she was quick and so personable. I ordered the fish and chips, my boyfriend the flatbread and his mother the beet salad! Everything was cooked perfect and served hot. Only discouragement was peering into the kitchen and seeing a blonde haired lady with glasses with her mask down below her chin. If you’re going to work in a kitchen (especially near the tail end of a pandemic), please be a little more mindful of your actions. Overall though, I cannot complain! Thank you for having us, we will certainly be back soon :)

I ordered a pick up order through skip the dishes and when I went to pick it up I was 9 minutes early. I was faced with a manager (I am assuming) that was VERY displeased with me. He angrily informed me because I was early the restaurant gets a penalty and will loose out on some money. Apparently he had thought I was a driver for skip the dishes (even though I am dressed in business professional clothing). It was highly unprofessional and not a good first impression of a restaurant.

Unfortunately the manager is not a good person my food has been messed up so many times from this place it's been so inconsistent I went here about four times in the food was only good maybe once one of my orders was the wrong order when I called and complained about it they told me there was nothing they could do it's ridiculous if you're going to take an order from somebody make sure you give the right order to the right person I will never come back ever again

We have been here several times to watch UFC and hockey. Servers and bartenders are awesome and good atmosphere for watching sports. However the manager is very awkward and uncomfortable, and the food is not good. Have had many issues with the quality of food - for example, the "pretzel bites" are just deep fried pieces of pretzel bun with sauce on top, served with frozen fruit.

Placed an order to go then spotted friends who called me over. We ended up having a great visit and shared my calamari and then those little mini donuts and sauce. It was very busy and the wait staff were great. The hostesses that greet you at the door are super friendly and they contribute to the positive experience. Every time I have gone and had a meal for business purposes, I have had no issues.

We ordered two burgers and sweet potato fries with one Caesar salad with the other. Fries were soggy. Caesar salad had multiple pieces of lettuce that was so bad it was deep green and slimey. The salad dressing for a Caesar salad was disgusting. The price did not match a good food experience. Don't eat here.

We enjoy the buffalo chicken sandwich at this restaurant. The Buffalo Cauliflower is also good. Good variety of dinner options. There are lots of TV's if you want to watch a sports game. We visit here fairly often.

Recently had the Fried Chicken sandwich and they added way too much hot sauce and was not edible. The fried chicken was not crispy but was a soggy mess. I used all my napkins to soak up the sauce from my plate. Ended up ordering something else, and was never compensated for the horrible sandwich. $17. On a positive note the waitress was very nice.

There was a sign on the door when we showed up stating that the kitchen was closing early We let the hostess know that we were only coming in for a drink and they said that should be fine Then the manager refused to serve us stating that last call was at 6:30pm and we were there at 6:20pm A waitress and the hostess tried to let the manager know why we were there and she refused to listen to them The waitress asked us to wait so she could talk to the manager but we felt unwelcomed and left.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Out chicken was not cooked fully, fries were awful and the cauliflower bites were rotten! They were brown and sour tasting. When I called the manager to complain, looking for replacement, he blamed skip and stated the driver must have tampered with the food?!? Amazing experience. Got great quality food and still warm when it got here. Definitely recommend one of their Burgers with a Cesar salad. Bacon is perfectly cooked and sweet at the same time. Along with their spinach dip with goat cheese was amazing. Never liked goat cheese and they made it amazing!! Full 5 stars for me.

My daughter and I had an excellent lunch here, enjoying the food thoroughly and being served by a pleasant and attentive waitress. My maple peppercorn burger was delicious and my daughter's maple bacon salad was more than she bargained for: she had enough to take home for supper! She told me that she enjoyed the salad and I just may order it next time I go to Shoeless Joe's.

My wife and I came here a few years ago when it first opened and were very disappointed. I haven't been back until tonight. I wont be back again. I want allowed to get the nightly special because of a "technicality" - I didnt order the correct drink. How ridiculous!! Hope they realize they just lost business forever over a $3 pop. Second time and last time we'll ever go here. Dining room for both visits and in short; The service here is just simply so bad it's not worth your time or money. Waitress/hostess/other staff ignored us (sat for almost 20 min and no drink order), service was extremely slow despite it being not busy at all. There is a reason the parking lot here is always empty. How the management does nothing about this is a mystery. Simply put; go elsewhere.

Food was good, however everything else was bad. Being sat and waiting 15 minutes before server coming to ask for drinks. Blamed it on other staff. Then they ran out of the app we wanted, ordered French onion soup and waiting over 30 mins from then (already 10 mins after ordering) to get it, then at least another 15 for fish and chips and chicken fingers and fries. Pretty simple order, yet took over an hour to get food from getting there. And no discount offered. Very disappointed.

Two of us went 11am on Sunday. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 salads.All the customers consisted of two people at the bar, and 2 people eating at a table next to us. No one else. Service was prompt but 40 min later we pondered leaving waitress saw we getting antsy so she filled our waters and said not much longer. 10 minutes later she brought condiments for burgers we then said this is taking too long to her. She said "yeah I know, It's not as though there is a lot of people here!" The waitress then went and came back and said "They are plating your food now!" She came back with our food. Order was not complete. We ended up walking out.

Overwhelmingly mediocre. Had chicken parm, rubbery chicken bland pasta. Other meal was chicken sandwich on a rock of a bun and undercooked fries served with cold gravy. Most restaurants in this town are lined up to get in on a Saturday night. This one is not. It's no wonder why.

So slow. My hockey came to this place before there championship game. We came 20 minutes before anyone else. We order are food and drinks at the same time. We got are drinks 30 minutes later. The problem was are food it took 2 hours to get our food, but then when they brought my dad's food the waiter rudely took my dad's food away and brought it to the back.

We showed up. The wheel chair button did not work. Let the waitress know. She let me know they new. No thank you tho . The waitress took and brought our drinks. Tho talked extremely quiet in the very loud setting. Came back took our order. 3 more different groups showed up possibly more... all 3 that I counted got their meals before us. Not one check in to see how our meal or drinks where. The.meal had never even arrived. Nor did the extra napkins I asked for. An hour of waiting for our food had gone by I told the waitress that we didn't want our.meal and that we wanted to talk to the manager. The manager looked at our table shortly after then preceded to make a phone call. We left money for the drinks at the table and walked up to the manager and told him what happened. He didn't say a word to us not a sorry nothing! The waitress apologized and said the order hadn't went into the computer! What terrible terrible service! I will never return! Nor refer anyone infact I will let everyone know how rude and inconsiderate the owner was. Not even an apology! The date we went was August 28 2021 @6ish

Lucky to get a table on a busy Saturday night when the restaurant across the parking lot had too long of a wait. Very impressed with the food and the service. Our drinks and food came quickly even though it was packed. All the staff were super friendly and really seemed to enjoy working there. The spinach dip and calamari were amazing!! Personally, I don't mind having to wear a mask when you first walk through the restaurant, or having to write your name and number down. I know this helps with contact tracing if there is someone who had covid visit. BUT I do feel like if you visit this restaurant, you are more at risk of covid from their lack of cleaning, than being in close proximity to others. We ordered an appetizer to start last night, and asked for two side plates. Pictured below is one of the two dirty plates we were given. They were equally dirty. Regardless of a pandemic, you don't properly clean your dishes that several people are eating off of? Wouldn't the pandemic make you even more strict with how you clean to prevent the spread? The waitress seemed overwhelmed last night so that is partly why I am putting this here, since I didn't want to put her in a mood. But also, people should see this so they know what they are walking into.

We went here on Thanksgiving Monday and it was pretty slow, came from Swiss Chalet where the wait was crazy etc. (read my review). This was my second time at this location as I live in Michigan but was visiting family. Both times the food was great and the service was great too. They give you tons of fries, enough to share and still had some left. You'll find great burgers, and some unique choices here. I would definitely recommend. I'm giving it a 4 only because I'd only rate a 5 for fine dining but this is great for a chain restaurant.

Went for lunch. Had fish tacos and buddy had nachos. Tacos were good. Food came quickly and servers were chill. Nachos were a lot of food. Cons Would have liked a lunch drink special Nachos had both real cheese and fake/nacho cheese together.

Food was fine. Service was exceptionally slow. Tried to make a reservation and was told that the didn't make reservations only to be asked why we didn't make reservations when we arrived with a large group. Apparently you need to argue with the person in the phone and you will get a manager who will relent and let you make the reservation. Seems like a flawed system.

Went with friends and had a lousy time! Service was stupid slow! I ordered a gluten free burger, after 30 minutes the manager came out and said they had no gluten free buns. She did not come out with a menu. Asked if I wanted to order anything else? How would I know without a menu! Off the top of my head I remember they had a good taco salad...it has changed! The salad came slathered in ranch and chipotle dressing, gobs of it, a swamp of dressing. The only thing edible was the chucken. The server never came by to ask how the meal was. It took an hour and a half to get lousy food! It will be a long time before I go back to this Sjoeless Joe's or any Shoeless Joe's! AWFUL!

Food is pretty good, always changing their menu up. Service was okay, the hostesses were very immature and decided to finish their personal stories and laughing loudly before welcoming us. Waitress was decent, paid lots of attention to us in the beginning but when we were ready to get take home containers and the bill she ignored us for about 15 minutes. We did not go at a busy time either. This shoeless is a hit and miss.

My son decided to treat me and his grandfather out to a lunch, I was blown away by the service we had from the server we had. I think her name was Brooklyn. Very kind and knew the menu well. The owner was the one to greet us which is rare to see and owner want to do things outside of making money. Keep it up shoeless.

Well I'd like to say they need to change their name to "Homeless Joe's" because if the food got any worse then it would have to have been out of the trash! Let me elaborate a little. Soggy frys that's just to start! How about my brown lettuce that looked like they took it out of the trash and put it on my chicken sandwich also brown lettuce on a burger at our table.. had to send back food twice! It was a horrible experience and I will not be a return customer.. and before you say I'm just and a**hole after all this i still tipped $10 on $34 bill. Brantford location!

We were three adults arriving for Wing Night. The wings were awesome and we also had Caesar salad as well ...excellent. the service was excellent for being so busy and very accommodating to us as well. The restaurant is clean and food is extremely fresh. Excellent value for the meals and they also make excellent Caesar's as well. Will we go back??..in a heartbeat.!!

5 of us came here for dinner and all 5 of our orders were messed up. They served 2 of us the completely wrong meals and did not receive their orders until after everyone else had finished eating. 2 of us didn't get our starter until well after our mains came out. All of us had items missing from our meals. We were not offered any refill and only got a second drink upon requesting them after our plates were cleared. Do not recommend.

I had a big christmas party here yesterday and I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience. Our server was wonderful and was attentive considering how many of us there were. Food was delicious and all staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends. I will be back !!

I ordered fish and chips a hamburger and fries ,wings a salad and large poutine, buffalo chicken wrap wth fries and and 4 cans of pop u also get a small side salads wth each order it's all came to 117.00 $ it was quick and the wings were good my large ceaser and poutine came the same size as the side salad and they forgot the fries that come wth the fish and my daughters fries the salads were going Brown wth nite of brown carrots and mushy old tomatoes in it ,it was the same qth my daughters buffalo wrap old vegetables and mushy chicken the whole wrap was wet ,when I tried to contact them about the fries noone would get back to me I do not suggest ordering from here thier food is not worth the price and the quality quantity is very bad.

You know when you order Uber/Skip etc your expectations are not high. We had wings, pickle spears and nachos delivered for Halloween night and they sat for over an hour as we were busy with trick or treaters. When we finally got around to warming them up they were FANTASTIC! Reasonably priced as well even with the inflated delivery costs. Everything we had was perfect! Good job Shoeless, we will definitely return.

The worse place ever. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take our order then another 20 minutes to get our pop. Still no food or silverware. Continued to wait and asked the cook when she came out to deliver food to a table if our food was coming soon. Her answer was that it would be coming soon. Still continued to wait and finally after more than an hour with still no food we got up and left. There was only 8 people plus the 2 of us and 2 sitting at the bar in the whole restaurant. This place just doesn't seem to want customers. I wonder if they realize that it is the customers that pay their wages. Will never ever go again.

Ordered on skip, the food was horrible. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was small it was probably about half the size you’d usually get at any other restaurant and the fries weren’t cooked and cold. I also ordered hamburgers and the lettuce on the burgers were brown. total waste of money.

Bland and overpriced is a bad combination. Pasta was nothing more than unseasoned hamburger over noodles with cheese on top. My suggestion is go to Zanders, you'll have a MUCH better meal and experience

I really tried to resist the urge to do this but I couldn’t. I want to share the awfulexperience that my Family I had this location on Friday . My family and I arrived for dinner on Friday evening to as many reviews has said , a very busy restaurant. My party included, my wife and I , my brother in law and my handicapped grandparents . Upon our arrival , I parked the vehicle and entered myself to inquire about wait times. Having disabled persons in the vehicle, it made no sense for us all to enter if we weren’t staying because of a long wait time . The hostess informed me that my party could be seated right away with no wait. I then went and got my party, thinking we found a place to enjoy a nice family meal . Upon re-entry we were told by another host that it would be a 30 minute wait. Naturally confused , I stated that I was just that had a table , the original hostess whispered under her breath to the host that I was talking to that someone gave our table away by accident . Frustrated I asked if anything could be done I was told I had to wait the wait time . This is just simply a horrible experience. I wouldn’t have brought everyone in if we didn’t have a spot and the fact that they couldn’t own their mistake and apologize for it makes it even worse. Horrible customer service , beyond frustrating.
