Had an unfortunate experience, I had called the previous day to book a date and time for Christmas Eve and got a reservation for 3:00pm - 4:30pm. I had travelled 45 minutes to get to the location when I was told I didn't have a reservation.They asked me and confirmed all the details over the phone when booking but didn't say I should be looking out for a email confirmation. When trying to solve the problem, the lady behind the counter just disregarded the situation and walked away when we were trying to figure out what happened. I was told me there was no males that worked there when I couldn't recall whether it was a male or female I spoke to over the phone. They assumed I came to the wrong location, but when I showed them my call history, it didn't mean anything. I even called the other location to confirm it wasn't there and they confirmed that. Definitely not the customer service I would expect, disappointed and won't be returning.

My friends and I showed up for the Sunday night Pint & Wings special. Wings and fries were good. Then we played 18 holes at Pebble Beach in 2 hours while watching the end of Sunday Night Football. Felt expensive for the first time out but if you remember it is golf .... Enough said.

Clean, fun, a bit expensive, however you do get high quality product (screens, projector, sensors, even the furniture) so still acceptable value. Serves pretty good food and drink. A really nice place to spend time with friends and family especially over the holidays! Will be back for sure

I've been coming to this place for 3 years now and quite enjoy it. The service is good, prices reasonable and food hits the spot. I love that there are several beer varieties to choose from, including local micro breweries right up to the major guys. The bays are spacious (with the exception of the small one) and the full swing shots are fairly accurate. It's nice to know club head speed and ball speed and knowing the angle of attack and launch. Wish I had these options on the real courses!! The golf course selections are very nice too. If you want to swing a club or watch sports or just simply grab a pint, this place is nice! Free Wifi means it can work as my office when needed!!

This is my second visit. The service and the experience were great! The simulator was a lot of fun and we generally had a great time. My issue is with the policies and misleading advertising. We were all putting on the 9th hole when the simulator was turned off. Why couldn't we all finishing putting to complete the round? After the round we wanted watch the leaf game and get the pitcher/wing deal that was advertised on your website. We were told we were not eligible because we golfed. I cant find anywhere on your website that states this. Again, the experience was great and we want to come back. I just wish your advertisement was a bit more clear.

We've played a number of golf simulators over the past 4 or 5 years, but I found this facility to be the best. Great selection of courses and tee boxes to compliment my (lack of) abilities. Yasmin and Jaylee have always made us most welcome and will make every effort to make our experience the best it can be. During this period of COVID-19 protocols, I'm impressed with the attention to detail in making this a safe environment for which to enjoy the game and the pub afterwards.

It was a great experience. The simulators have an awesome picture and are state-of-the-art. They provided every single statistic related to your swing, it's unbelievable...definitely a good swing teaching tool. I can see why the staff says they are the best available in the marketplace. The bar area with the huge flat screen is perfect just to sit, have a beer, a bite to eat and take in golf as it was meant to be watched after you complete your round!

Like golf? Hate losing balls? Enjoy drinking with friends? Hate the unpredictability of the weather? Work during the day and want to golf at night with decent lighting? If you have said yes to one, or all of these questions, Players is the place for you. They say variety is the spice of life, at Players you can achieve that variety without the pain and expense of actually travelling to different courses each time you want play a round. The wings are hot and the beer is cold. Jaylee keeps the wings coming and the beer flowing until you ask her to stop. Or you have reached your limit whichever comes first. She serves you responsibly after all. I am sure she wants to remain gainfully employed.

I play at the Brantford Indoor golf location several times a week through the winter with my friends to keep my swing in shape. The online reservations make it very easy to pick a time and day to play. The hardest part is deciding which of the 150 available courses to play. They also run a great league on Wednesday’s which keeps the competitive juices flowing with competition between the Brantford and Kitchener location teams. The simulators are bang on with the distance and accuracy from my outdoor game. Jess, Jaylee and the rest of the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable (because they golf) and always have a warm welcome for all who come in. They also have a good menu of both food and beverages with great service.

This is a great sports bar with big screens and great craft beers. Great food and entertainment for all. Jaylee and Jess are fantastic, all the waitresses are fabulous. The facility is always clean and fun to hang around. I come with my friends to play darts, and have some drinks and I am always amazed at how great the vibe and atmosphere of this place is. I have also tried out the golf - even though I wasn't the best at it. BUT I won the hockey shootout on the simulators during a Leafs game! So there is truly something for everyone here!

We just spent an evening at Players for the 2nd year in a row for our Annual Fall Meeting. The employees liked it so much in October 2018 that Players was voted the #1 place to book for this year's event. And we were NOT disappointed! The food (from Mercasa's) was excellent, the Players' employees were wonderful, & our employees' interactions were exactly what you hope to see when hosting a Company event. We already look forward to the Fall Meeting in 2020!!

Great place to kill a few hours hitting golf balls. Jay Lee and Yasmin are the best. They are friendly and jovial always which makes hitting balls a lot more fun. The hitting mats could stand to be replaced once in a while though. They develop low spots where everyone tends to hit and stand. Overall, I'd say it's a good value for the price.

Huge tv’s, great atmosphere, and amazing service. Went there yesterday and was taken care of by JayLee who is the greatest! Super friendly, attentive, and has a great memory! I highly recommend Players to anyone looking for a place to watch the game, golf, and be able to actually have a good conversation with who you’re with! There’s a reason why I’m a regular!
