The selection has gone downhill. The service was crap, at least on my last visit. I'm going to stop going here because it's a waist of my time to drive in from Toronto. Edit* I am more satisfied with the service. They had an idiot working there, recently fired, and when they heard my complaint they, essentially, refunded a purchase by providing a couple of bottles of juice. This one act has saved them this customer. Their selection of mods, drippers, and tanks is still lacking.

Have been coming here for nearly two years, the staff have always been fantastic, kind of has that 'cheers' atmosphere where they remember your name. The products they have offered are usually excellent and they have a full range of products from beginner kits to mechanical mods. Flavour selection is incredible and the sales on house brand e-juices are great.

I quit smoking over a year ago now thanks to the staff at Vapemeet. They are mostly ex smokers themselves, so they are both passionate and knowledgeable on their product. I had tried literally everything else on the market, including prescription drugs with awful side effects, and all else failed. If you actually want to quit smoking, this is worth trying. You must be 19 years of age to even set foot in the door, let alone purchase anything containing nicotine, so don't expect service if you are underage.

From the testers, the amazing sales, great prices for premium products, the no hassle return policy (ask shop for details) The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, and genuinely seem like they enjoy their job, which lets face it, is hard to find. Their "house brand" juices are always great tasting. Plus they have contests, great monthly sales on 140ml bottles. Always up to date on devices, mods, tanks, cotton and drip tips. Personally I'm a life time customer. I'll never go anywhere else. Not to mention that one employee Adam, who goes above and beyond in all ways possible. Do yourself a favor and just go here. Best vape shop in the GTA! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is a very large selection of e-juices to choose from, including made in house. If you are just starting out rebuilding they will sit down with you and walk you through how to do it. The store is spacious with plenty of seating as well as tables to use to build on right there, or just relax and have a vape. Highly recommended!

Great store to start your vaping experience! I recently decided to quit smoking and they were very helpful with getting me started and answering all the questions I had. They have a huge selection of flavours that you can try out in store! That definitely helped with deciding a flavour before buying it. They have a great deal on Thursday when you bring a friend with you looking to quit smoking, they give your fiend and yourself a bottle of e-juice for free! They have a great area where you can just sit inside and vape with a friend or 2.

Vaper to vaper, these people have your back. Instead of sending me on my way when the specific coils I came for weren’t available, Adam told me he was looking into getting a shipment of them soon, implying they would ideally be available to me by the time I want them again, but then even took it upon himself to find me a pack in stock at a nearby shop, so I could still buy them right away, because connecting me with exactly what I wanted was more important to him than selling me what he had. He offered, but when he realized I was set on what I came asking for, he did all but type the address of a shop he found them at into my maps app for me. I’ve been coming here for a long time, with good reason.

I've dealt with Adam basically since I started shopping here. He knows his stuff and is really cool and patient with me asking him 10000 questions. He has gone way above and beyond for me more than once and hos customer service is beyond amazing from any other vape shop I've been too. Used to really like this shop. It was close, convenient, and to say the least... a step up from the flea market. Unfortunately, Vape Meet is losing the race compared to other local shops which seem to be popping up everywhere. They seem to rarely have any of their best sellers in stock, and don't often upgrade their inventory. Same old stuff, nothing new and exciting and their house brands are way over priced. The staff seems ill educated and unwelcoming at best with the exception of a few of the original employees. I'd recommend going elsewhere... Dash Vapes or Wicks & Wires are both excellent.

Went in tonight to replace the glass tank on my swag vape, because it's an older version they didn't have any as expected. I tried other vape stores and none had any in stock either. The very second I walked in the store the blonde young girl looked like she wss done wit life. She was impatient, clearly didn't want to answer any questions easily agitated and had an attitude the entire time I tried to ask any question. To the point I was almost scared just to ask the price of the vape I wanted cause the prices weren't on display. I'm fairly new to vaping myself and don't smoke cigarettes at all. Disappointing customer service this time, used to be my favourite vape store in Brampton but this time they gave worst response to my problem, Got a mod on 26/05/2018 and very second day had issue with the main power button,went yesterday(03/06/2018) to the store,they agreed that mod has defect and one guy agreed to replace it as they have 30 days manufacturing warranty, there is no physical damage,no breakage to the mod just little color from base got off,and later another guy gave a useless excuse that color went off from bottom so we can’t replace it! Which is not even a reason or related to the problem I am having with my mod.

RE: Brampton location. I went to vapemeet with my husband and mother to get a few coils and juices. We spent a hundred and fifty dollars in there. The man who served us was helpful. But would not smile. We went to the car to change our coils and I noticed my moms unit could use a new tip. So I went back in to buy her one. Now there was a red headed woman with glasses behind the counter. I showed her my tip and asked if they had similar ones. She says NO. So I asked what she meant. Would any tip fit in any tank? She says (with major attitude) I have tips but not that shape. I asked her to show them to me. She gets the tray out and gives an attitude side glance to her coworker like I had asked her to move heaven and earth. I will not be spending my money in this place ever again if that's the way customers are treated!!!

Got my first Vape from here and will recommend anyone that wants to get into vaping to come here. The customer service is really good. You are able to test every flavor for free before actually buying it. You also get a points card so every time you purchase you get points that can save you money in the future. The employees also help you put your tank together and can also come in here to get it cleaned also which is also free of charge. The people that go to vapemeet are also cool, I usually talk to random people about what there favorite flavors are. They also have tables to sit down and chill and just vape around other Vapers. Definitely a cool spot

Went here originally for my husbands anniversary present! Been going here since, whether myself or husband go in it’s always a great and insightful time! They truly know their inventory and helped him pick out more flavours to try and another vape! He loves it there! The only downfall is the location can be hard to access off of queen and Kennedy. It’s a little tucked away but great place none the less!

I walked into this place Oct 2 with the intention of quitting smoking. I knew nothing about vaping only that people have been able to quit smoking cigarettes with the aid of a vape. I thought I'd be spending a fortune on Stuff to buy just to start out. Turns out 49.95 for a starter vape pen and some juice was all i needed. I have been buying my ejuice from vapemeet on a weekly basis for the past 2 years now. Helpful staff. Quality of ejuice is excellent and the prices are fair. I have been to other vape shops around the town and a vast majority of them have crappy juice with fancy labels and a $44+ price tag (for a 60ml bottle).

Austin Piche has the absolute worst customer service of all time. Maybe he was having a bad day but he hung up twice on me trying to place an order, said the phone wasn’t working on the call back so when it dropped again I tried to talk to him at the door, closed it on me twice. Finally got the order to the door, then he had all sorts of attitude and when I tried to tell him he’s acting terribly, he said he won’t serve me because he didn’t like me. Me and my girlfriend spend hundreds there every 3-4 weeks so this came as a shock. Would definitely want this resolved. Never want to deal with that kid again.

This the first time I come to the shop, and I drove hours away from home, just to get to this shop. The service was so bad, and they did not serve me. I wanted to buy freeze, but they did not let me buy it. I am 24 years old, and I showed them my ID through the phone, since I did not have it with me. And also my mom was with me, how will my mom allow me to buy it? I told him many times that I am 24 years old and showed him, he was over the top rude towards us. Since we came into the store, he was talking to us in a rude way, saying “what do you want?” In a rude way, in which I did not appreciate it at all. I have never experienced something as bad as this in my life. Also my mom wanted to buy one too, but he would not sell it to her at all. He kept on saying that she would give it to me, and that we were playing with him. I do not encourage anyone to come to this store at all, the staff were extra rude like I have said before.

This review isn’t meant to bash the place. The shop itself looked pretty cool and seemed very legit with a lot of variety. It was just the experience I had with one specific worker. My first time here was the worst experience ever. So me and my friend walk in and as soon as we walk in this guy (brown guy glasses) asks us for ID. No hello or anything. I show mine, and my friend just so happens to not have his on him. The worker says just to be in the store you have to be 19 and since he doesn’t know if he’s 19 he has to wait outside. Are you serious? You’re a vape shop not a strip club. That was a serious let down because we were supposed to choose a flavour together. I chose a flavour but left my cash in my car. I tell him I’ll be back in a second with the money and when I come back, (now this is the part that really ensured that we would never return here.) this worker (same guy) whispers to me with a smirk are you buying for your friend? I was so confused. I asked him what he meant and he was like You’re buying for him right? With another laugh. He was suspicious about my friend being underage and was making it look like he’s okay with it. I said he knows he doesn’t have his ID so no. Then he tells me he thinks my friend is underage and I’m buying it for him so he can’t sell me anything. He goes as far as saying that for all he knows I’M an undercover officer. This was so unprofessional and we would’ve left a complaint about him but did not want to waste anymore time at this store. It seemed like he was desperate to get a feel of authority or something. There was no reason for doing that “act” at all. If he felt like he shouldn’t sell to us then he should have just said so. There was another worker (Asian guy) who saw how confused I was and told me in a professional and friendly way.

Large selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Normal prices but with decent promotions plus a rewards program. The store is bigger than most and is my favorite out of a dozen I have been to across 5 cities in Ontario. I have already recommended them to about 20 people.
