The Wave is a great spot in the Mississauga Square One area. They have a lovely patio with adequate seating and lots of TVs to catch games. I ordered the burger, and it did not disappoint, lots of flavours! The parking situation is not the best; you'll need to find parking along the street or in the neighbourhoods.

We recently had my dad’s 50th surprise party at Wave Bar & Lounge and it was a huge success! We reserved the entire back area of the restaurant for our party of 40 people. Both the food and the drinks were up to standard - everyone was very impressed. The event ran super smoothly and the staff's hospitality was impeccable. A special shoutout to one of our waitresses, Ashley, as she was very friendly and attentive to the guests and our many requests. This was the second event we hosted at Wave and we are extremely pleased with our experiences and will definitely be going back in the future.

I went on Saturday night to check the place out with some friends. Really a step up from the previous establishment that was there. The decor was more upscale and very nice. The food was reasonably priced and incredible. I had the calamari to start and it was great. For the main I had the lobster mac & cheese. That was amazing and there were big chunks of lobster. For dessert I had the mango berry cheesecake that is something different than I the usual, very enjoyable. The service was great, our server Manuela was very outgoing and positive. It's great to have a wonderful place like this close by and I will definitely be going again. I recommend checking it out.

Great place with great food and exceptional service. The access button on the outer front door doesn't work and the space inside is to narrow for a power wheelchair. Although I didnt use it I suspect the wheelchair washroom is not big enough either.

Solid spot for food and drinks. The interior and overall quality is a massive upgrade over the previous bars that have attempted to make something of this spot. Having lived in the area for a long time, I'd like to see the place succeed because it deserves it. The effort in service, pricing and entertainment is there. Large TVs throughout (showing daily sports) make it a good spot for game nights, although it has a more upscale feel making it a cross between resto-lounge and sports bar. Meanwhile they're pumping tunes most of the time, not sports audio, although I remember they had game audio during the Raps playoffs which filled every seat in the place. Can't argue with "Happy Hour" from 9PM to close every day. $3 bar rail, $5 pints, wines, cocktails etc. Seriously, that's the best. I receive good service, no entitled attitudes or carelessness that I can see. The serving staff is good looking, but doesn't substitute appearance for service, which is courteous and appropriate. This draws a better crowd than previous places did (i.e. less creepy dudes). I think what hurts the area in general is the lack of obvious parking. There are a handful of metered spots on the street. There IS validated underground parking directly across from the nightclub next door (on Enfield Place), most people don't know about it. The restaurant should advertise this as clearly as their other billboards out front. Long story short, it's a nice joint!

The fish and chips were great, considering the price and location. We moved tables in between service causing a tip issue amongst the waitresses. Unfortunately, this caused some friction.. eventually we were being rushed out. Under normal circumstances I'm sure the service would be better

Over all it's a nice club, enjoy the oldies music, but after a while a I got bored because they were playing too much house music, I went their around 12:30am and end up leaving at about 2am I ended up was falling a sleep that's how bored I started getting but that's just me, maybe for other who are into house music vibes more would enjoy it. But for me I wouldn't go back and I spent a lot of money on drinks and didn't even finish them because the vibes wasn't for me and my friends them that I was with feel the same way was just a waste of time and money for us.

They served us the worst mexi nachos at this place. They served it with grated cheese instead of cheese sauce. Cheese got dry in about 5-7 minutes, we had to ask them to re-heat them but that was of no use. Food otherwise was also okay. They kind of looked under staffed.

Terrible lounge! Save yourself and don't visit!!! I cannot imagine how any other lounge could be worse. Let's start with the food and drinks: we ordered wings and beer. The wings were overdone and the beer was flat. Our waitress did nothing when we pointed it out to her. Now to the ambiance: I was here with some friends to catch up after months of not seeing them due to the pandemic. As we were chatting, the hip hop music started blaring. For a moment, I thought the place turned into a nightclub before I realized we were in covid times. Turns out they just like blaring hiphop after 10. This is my second time being here because some friends suggested it, and I thought I'd give them another chance. I am sad to say it was even worse!! Please find yourself another lounge and give this one a pass. You will definitely thank me! Postscript: If I could give zero stars I would. Look through my reviews, it's really rare that I feel this poorly about a place.

Not professional at all! Horrible service and the servers are very rude. A fancy interior doesn't change the fact that there is a lack of professionalism. Even the management has no formal training and was unapologetic. They are unaware of the the demographic in the area. Their prices for food are ridiculously high-including drinks-compared to other established restaurants in the vicinity. Lol, they just copied the menu from other establishments. Overall, avoid this location. Head to Moxies, Earls, Bier Market or even Boston Pizza. Plenty of other options to spend your hard earned money which are much more contemporary and less judgemental. The staff here needs more training in server etiquette! If you're into careless attitude and childish vitriol, then I recommend this location. If this is your thing, then I suggest you drown in the wave....which is more like a ripple! #Pathetic

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. Ordered a full chicken meal on 15th November, the rice was soaked in oil, the bottom of the box was literally floating in oil. I don't know if she favoured the table of guys behind us because she thought they would drink(tip) more, but the server went to their table 4 times while we waited half an hour for our first drink order. My boyfriend and I live within walking distance and were ready to burn through a paycheck for a fun night out. There are so many places around City Centre with good food and good service, let this one disappear like the 3 in its spot before it.

Was there last night. Ordered vodka soda for the happy hour. The bartender name Danielle tried to charge us for 4 extra drinks that we didn't have. Her excuse was the other server probably used the machine and double punched in our order. Well I did not see the other girl go behind the bar at all. When she first brought the bill. I told her we did not have 11 drinks. She went back and took 2 off. Then presented me a bill with 9 drinks on there, which still had 2 extra. So I had to correct her again. Then she came back with the right bill. I didn't leave a tip on there for her because of how she handled the situation. Then she turned around told the other bartender who also works there but came in for drinks last night about me not tipping. If you are going to bad mouth your customers. At least wait till they leave. Also her boyfriend or friend was sitting at the bar for drinks. So makes me wonder did you put his drinks "accidentally" on our bill? Lmao. So he can stay and chill with you and enjoy the paid free drinks??? Ridiculous. And I think the management should know about this. So should all the customers. Check ur bill before you pay. Don't just think it's happy hour and it's cheap so you don't look at it.

It's a really low key bar, I think it deserves to be recognized more than it is. Food is good, drinks menu is solid, drink prices are Great. Happy hour is full of great deals. Store itself is clean refurbished and really nice. An Abundance of TVs which are capable of splitting so there are several games on for guests. Service is quick and friendly.
