Was ok until the owner or whomever he was decided he had the right to reach over and grab my change sitting infront of me on the bar rail....ahhh excuse me sir...this is not yours to touch...try to explain to an uneducated person about bar manners is totally painful...like nobody said you can have the change...well when I said that...I was now refused service...LMFAO...guess who's not going back into that rude environment....a big thumbs down for Jack Rollers...

Went with a friend one night, security and staff at the door ignored us. They were busy laughing with friends. Rude attitude and unprofessional. Over priced on week nights. But that was probably because of covid. We were told to use the ATM inside to pay $20 to get in this joint, but some other staff member wouldn't let us lol it became a weird childish argument between staff and security. We didn't bother going in.

This place has a lot of potential to be a great spot. Awesome location to play pool and have some drinks. Tacos were really good. Service is ok. Owners are sooo sweet and nice!

I went there on the weekend, very posh place, drinks however needs to be in larger cups, beautiful place.Dj on the weekends, a reall fun place to go out with friends . Has a great potential for Brampton . !!!

Man this place looks amazing. I was going to grab something quick to go but I had to stick around and watch the game. Chill vibe beautiful scenery and wicked service. The owners and staff treat you like family. Going to have my party here next year.

The best spot in Brampton now hands down. As soon as you walk in, it feels like downtown Toronto or Mississauga. There are food and drink specials everyday (different ones) and in general the place looks really high end but they don't charge high end prices which everyone will appreciate. Would recommend this place for any function or occasion as it has private rooms and booths all around along with a live DJ and open concept environment.

I see underage people carrying on very uncivilized. Djs need to play more music that makes sense and stop cursing on the mike. Couldn't enter house with all the smoke scent on my clothing and I wasn't smoking. But the place looks real fine and top class. I was trying to get some drinks and I was told that the rum was $8 and the beers was $10. I honestly thought beers were cheaper than rum or mixed drinks.. Not a good first time experience. But there's alwys room for improvement. I'll come back again soon.

I went there last night to try their Wednesday wings deal with my boyfriend and my best friend. Our server Brenda was nice but she seems not know how to be a good server. We ordered our drinks,I asked for a mango mojito which cost $10 and it didn’t even taste like there’s mango in it.All I tasted was melted ice cubes and lime and the peppermint leaves.My boyfriend asked for a watermelon wheat and believe me,it just tasted like strong wheat beer.Their calamari was $15 with bad presentation and tasted like frozen fried calamari but the mango chipotle sauce was good pair with it.She didn’t provide us with cutleries and napkins till I asked for them and by the time she did, we almost finished our foods.The chicken wings plating was boring like they just piled the 10 wings in a pyramid form lol. She just gave me one napkin and one for my boyfriend (that's how cheap they were with the napkins).My friend arrived after 30 minutes and all the staff were just hanging around at the bartender area on their phones.My friend has to go to them to tell them that she needs service and they all went to her quickly...we found that funny.Brenda as our server attended to the table and gave her a special treatment right away.. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.. Ambiance: 8/10 Service: 5/10 Price: 5/10 This place is pretty expensive and I think they charge the alcohol and some food on their menu way higher than your normal to go restaurants like jack astor’s or kelsey..This place doesn’t met our expectations at all.

Overall experience was positive. I loved the atmosphere and decor. Staff are very friendly and the owner/manager is very nice. I loved the fact that he personally introduced himself to me as soon as I walked in. The food was good. My only critique is that my fries came with a spicy seasoning that I would have preferred to have on the side and the dessert spoon was missing. I'm told that the restaurant is very new and that they are still waiting for certain items to arrive. I'm definitely going back with either my family or friends.

Omg the best party place I've been in Brampton. Had a great time with friends there. Party started with slow music and thn it paced up the real heat. Bar staff was very good. But they ran out of lemon slices. Something bar manager should keep an eye on, coz tequilas wont taste as good without lemon.

Love this place.The food is great, servers are so nice and always delivery the food quicky and the bartender's are very friendly. The place also looks amazing with a bunch of couches for people to sit and a VIP area for a group of friends to watch sports and order food.

The food was incredible! Lamb tacos a MUST try!!!!! Coconut shrimp absolutely delicious ... staff is great, super friendly. I had the cutest waitress. Really, really loved this place will absolutly go back again, I'm already craving lamb tacos and it's only been a few hours since I ate them.

Ordered on ubereats and this was the worst experience we've ever had. The reviews on here must be friends trying to support a friend's business which I can appreciate but would like to leave an honest review so others can make an informed decision before eating here. We ordered spaghetti, a chicken sandwich and a slice of cheesecake. The driver had to wait ages to pick up the order even though the entire order was cold - the driver got here within minutes of picking it up so we know it wasn't based on the drive over as it's a short drive. Not only was the food cold but the spaghetti which is supposed to come in a "rich bolognese sauce" came with NO sauce, some veggies and cheese and the chicken burger was burnt but somehow cold? Lastly the cheesecake was a tiny little slice and didn't come with icecream and was absolutely disgusting - like a frozen cheesecake that's been in the fridge for a couple of weeks. After reading all the reviews I was looking forward to the food, but was greatly disappointed and would have recieved better food ordering from McDonalds. If the food had been good, we would have gone to the restaurant given that it looks nice and others liked the food but unfortunately we won't be eating from here again and definitely wouldn't suggest anyone ordering delivery from here. It was a big waste of $45 - threw everything away other then a few bites of the sandwich

Terrible restaurant. Went there for my cousins birthday and we were there for 3 hours and got no entrees. Me personally, I didnt even get to order an entree while the rest of the party ordered and didnt even get their food. Took extremely long to get appetizers(like an hour) and was pretty expensive for what we got(I ordered the cajun shrimp and got 5 pieces of shrimp which cost me 20 dollars after the large party gratuity). No shots or mixed drinks were made and only beers were able to get brought out. would not recommend and will never go to again. Almost forgot to mention, for most of the time that our party was there we were the only group of people in the restaurant and still didnt get our food. Horribly unprepared.

On a Friday night wasn't the best experience.we first walked in noone payed any attention to us.took quite a while to get bartenders attenrion. This place has so much potential for a Friday night place. It's a beautiful place inside but no dj and someone playing their songs on a phone and everyone fighting over the music... Not letting song play through.changing and playing mostly rap misic. If u want ppl to return I would say have a dj and not have your so called friends as they said running everything. Didn't get offered a menu. Hopefully you can advertise this place and make it a fun place for everyone to go to. Brampton doesn't offer much it would be nice to see a nice place where everyone can go

Service here was horrible. Waited at the bar for 15mins and not one of the 3 female bartenders served me. What i noticed is that since i was a female they felt as though they would go and serve the male customers way before even acknowledging my presence and we all know why... Just came here lastnight for a birthday party and will not be going back.
