Heard great things about this place but was very disappointed. The Manager, alongside his staff had no arrangements for when it rained, we essentially did not have a table to eat at. They expected us to sit and eat in the open air while it was raining. We cancelled our orders and left. Won't be coming back.

Fantastic restaurant that overlooks a beautifully kept golf course, their menu is fantastic and everything on it is delicious! The deals they also have ate fantastic and I cant reccomend them enough, their wine and beer menus are also superb. A hidden gem in the brampton area!

Currently under new ownership, they did try to maintain a few of the signature menu items. Fish choices have been reduced to just salmon and to fish of the day (Fridays only). Certain dishes are potatoes of the day as sides (which means you don't choose how you want your potatoes cooked, it depends on the day I.E. scalloped, sweet potatoes fries, mashed - when I went it was sweet potatoes fries only). It also means the former membership card for this restaurant is no longer valid. They often host events here so it is a roomy a great venue for a shower. (While it is a sort of a golf course).

Great food and nice view!!!Visited in July 2021. Service was amazing! Our server even moved us to another table when we requested it for the view. I was also very impressed with the food! The portions were good and it was very tasty. The food did take long however (at least 30 min) hence the 4 star review. Overall I would visit again and recommend this place to others.

I went inside to inquire if I could use it and they said their system is currently not accepting their own gift cards. I called now to inquire if I would be able to visit tomorrow and use my gift and they said the machine is down again. Don't get or get your friends to get you gift cards from here???

Food was good. Service was not. The waitress seemed to have few tables to tend to, the food did take some time, more than average. Now, we asked for 1L of sparkling water. We had to ask for a glass. Napkins, we asked for. Normally staff provides either 4 glasses of water or even an empty glass so we could all share the water was fine. But, No, request a glass for each was what we had to do. Food came out, then we waited, got up and she finally came with cutlery. The food arrived, cutlery after. My FIL had ordered a Pint of beer, that was something we had to ask for as well. Five of us were seated on the patio, I had made indoor reservations in case. Five of us were seated at a table for four with 4 chairs. We got our own chair, no worries, this is self serve by this point. We had to wait a long time before she came back. We then asked two other waitress to help us with take out and to get the bill. I am not going back. They e-mailed me 10% off, which doesn't even cover the bill. Do not spend over $200.00 at this place, or hey, just get the food yourself, don't expect someone to bring you water or utensils. I am okay with taking care of myself. We did tip because she's human, but maybe, just maybe train your staff to at least show customers where they can help themselves. I do not want 10% off my next bill to throw more money away. If you have a party of 5, specify very clearly that you need a table for 5, and a chair. Also ensure that you move your own plates away, because 5 people on a 4 seated table means they'll leave the dishes there at least 30 minutes after you finished eating. SO it's okay, get up and move them yourself. I am more than okay helping to do a few things, just please, tell customers---serve yourself.

Went on a Thursday, we had a 7:00pm reservation. Took 20mins to get a server to ask for our drinks. Took another 30mins to get our drinks. Then we ordered our appetizers $30 after (cheese and ham board - dont know what its called. It was very basic. Then i ordered my meal the buttersquash raviolli which i was SO EXCITED FOR. We waited for an HOUR, only to have the server come to us and say our order had been lost lol. So we reordered, got my pasta. It wasnt good. And we went home, paying full price, no accommodation for their inconvenience. I'm giving it a 3 star because i loved the scenery, I love being amongst nature and I was able to see the sunset, which was my favourite part. I'M SURE this place is a good place, maybe I was just unlucky but I dont see myself going back. (Oh yeah - I had a mojito there - not good) sorry and thank you

Superb choice of venue (with an awesome view of the golf greens), good food (our compliments to the chef) and excellent service (thanks Megan). Been there multiple times, have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the pizzas, butternut squash ravioli, mushroom risotto and vegan power bowl. Just a word of caution, make sure you're seated close to a heater, since patio seating outdoors is the norm these days and we are heading into chilly weather.

A most enjoyable evening in a relaxed atmosphere for us! We started with calamari, then ordered the chicken parmesan (with penne) and the penne with rose sauce - add on grilled chicken. Enormous portions had us wondering if we'd be able to finish our meals, never mind any space for dessert! (We'll have it next time ...) Service from Jordan was outstanding - even while serving a large party at the same time, he didn't make us feel overlooked or rushed. Definitely looking forward to our next visit here.

Visited today with my family ( 7 kids under 10 years - so you could imagine the excitement) and 5 adults. The service was good, food portions really big ….. I ordered a kids cheese pizza - for my 1 year old and it literally had like 8 slices ( or maybe 6 slices ) it was so big. Food tasted okay. Unfortunately… no picture of the food. We do plan on revisiting again in the near future.

We had our daughter's baptism at Restaurant Nine18 this past weekend and everything from the food down to the service was phenomenal. Both managers Laura and Terryn went above and beyond to make sure our event looked both beautiful and ran smoothly. The venue is classy and requires minimum decor and you cannot beat the beauty of the golf course. The food was outstanding and presentation meticulous. We had a few picky eaters in our party and even they commented on how great the food was. I highly recommend Restaurant Nine18 for any function. We definitely will be returning!

Went here for a work event. The food items I sampled were calamari, margarita pizza, another type of pizza, and a lava cake like dessert and a carrot cake slice also. The food tasted great. There was this small ball item that was on a stick which was good but i don't know what it was called. The staff member assigned to us was nice, polite and friendly. There was a large tent set up so we could enjoy the outdoors. I drank the merlot which was also good and I'm not a wine drinker.

The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. Their COVID-19 practices are top notch while still being respectful. I can recommend everything we had ordered, it was all good. The steak was cooked perfectly, as was the burger, sweet potato fries were great, carrot cake was beautiful (no raisins). It was just all around a wonderful experience. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved the outdoor patio area. Had a very lovely lunch. I would recommend it, especially if your looking for a tranquil spot to enjoy a meal within Brampton, without feeling like your in Brampton. Went for dinner Friday night with a small group of 5. The service was atrociously slow - it took over two and a half hours for everyone to have one beverage, dinner rolls and an entree (no appetizers or salads) and we had to chase down our waitress more than once. Nice view of the golf course and my entree was tasty - halibut with roasted chickpeas, Brussels sprouts and tomatoes, although burgers/sandwiches that others got looked uninspiring.

Really good crab cakes and a wonderful view of the golf grass fields.. nice lowkey spot, especially if youre brining a date. Entrees aren't anything special, but their apps are great. I've seen other people order burgers here, they look massive and juicy af. Wouldn't try the wraps though. Rating my experience purely on how great the views was (as long as you sit outside) and the amazing crab cakes

Made reservations for 4:30pm yesterday. Great view of the golf course. Waiter immediately came over and took our drinks and appetizers order. Happy hour didn't start until 5 but the waiter decided to honor the price at 4:45 for us. Ordered the appetizers. Took about 30 minutes for it to come out. Ordered the mains. Same thing took about 30-40 minutes to come out. The chicken wings were not oily at all and nachos were delicious. The Chicken Parmigiana was ok. The Mediterranean Penne was great. When it came to dessert, it took the longest to come out. It took almost 50 minutes to come out. The waiter apologized. Overall okay experience, service was good, wait time for food was long but if you're looking for a view with your dinner this is definitely a place to go.

The food was bland and expensive. No flavoring and the servers don't come to your table when you need them. Servers are slow and unresponsive. Took 15 minutes to get the pay machine after asking for a bill, it was not even busy.

Just left the restaurant after attending a Ladies Night golf event and I have nothing negative to say about the golf course or the Ladies Night itself. However, this restaurant is a complete waste of time. When you sign up to play golf, they ask you what your choice of entree will be - so before guests even arrive, they know what they will need to prepare. We waited an hour for our main course! We watched several other walk-in patrons receive food and attention, while we sat and waited without being approached at any time to ask if our drinks needed topping up, or to offer any kind of an explanation on the long wait time. I should mention that this wasn't gourmet fare that we were waiting on, it was chicken wings and fish and chips. When I was finally able to get the attention of the manager on duty, she was very dismissive saying that they had received a "ton of walk-ins" and the kitchen was overwhelmed stating, "there's not much we can do about it". Overwhelmed is one thing, but there are ways to handle the situation without making your customers feel like an inconvenience. I would have let it pass had it been the first time I've had a negative experience here, but it's been an ongoing issue all summer, which tells me they simply do not care enough to learn from their mistakes. Avoid this place if you're in any kind of a hurry, or plan to show up an hour before you expect to be hungry.

Very disappointed. Went for Mother's Day Brunch last year and it was great. This year (2018) they changed the menu, doubled the price and the food was not good. Buffet was delayed by 20 minutes for some unknown reason. Selection was very limited. No food was labeled. Had to guess what you were putting on your plate. Zucchini's were not seasoned. Sausage was super spicy. Breaded pork cutlets (I think it was pork) was very dry and tough. Dessert doughnuts were good but the melted chocolate was completely burned and yet, still being served. One employee was rather rude and dismissive to my sister in law when dealing with a food allergy request. And to top it all off, they charged my 18 month nephew $20 for his "meal" when it clearly said on the website that children under 3 were free. I don't know what happened this year but we won't be back next Mother's Day. :(

The place is gorgeous for the views. Would recommend going out to golf. Food was mediocre. The Margherita pizza was pretty bland, it was really just eating the crust. The agnolotti was slightly thick to digest. However we liked our drinks and the nachos were very good! Service was nice, our server was great. Wait time wasn’t too long. Definitely would come back in the future.

We give 10 stars!!! Turnberry is a hidden gem. The chef here is superb! Our compliments to the Chef Luigi & Jr.- exquisite work. Talk about getting a bang for your buck, Turnberry was the perfect place to take my parents for their 48th Wedding Anniversary. The soup!! Steak, lobster, shrimp, butternut squash ravioli... mmmmm! To die for. The best coffee and deserts. Meagan, our server was absolutely lovely and attentive. Thank you, Turnberry for making our night so delicious and memorable. Xo

Great food and excellent service. Being apart of a golf course you would figure it would priced out of range, but that could be further from the truth. Everything is reasonably priced with different specials during the week from drinks to food. Definitely a good place to bring a date and impress them without breaking the bank. The only thing I could complain about which is really nitpicking at this point is just the menu can be somewhat limited in choices. With that said you can be assured that each dish is delicious. I personally recommend their calamari, their mushroom ravioli, chicken parm.

Nice place with good views but the worst possible service. Had a large party but were only given 1 bottle of water and no glasses. Had to ask multiple times to get glasses. When we booked our reservation we asked if we could be seated outside and were told if there is available seating they could accommodate. When we arrived there were empty tables that could accommodate our party but were told they cannot seat any group larger than 10 outside. The food took more than an hour to arrive and in that time no one checked in on our table. Not a well managed place and the food is nothing special. Would definitely avoid.

Herd a lot about this place! Been wanting to come here prior to covid but never Had a chance. So finally came to this place and the view is nice and cool atmosphere. The server was nice! The food on the other hand was alright can't say the best. Had the Diavola and the club house chicken! Do check them out if you haven't already! Definitely something new with some scenery aside from other restaurants.

You had me at Pizza. NINE18 is a hidden gem with their authentic wood oven pizzas. My son and I enjoyed a classic Margherita and Quattro Stagioni. The dough is cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients, just like Nonna makes. You will not be disappointed and at incredibly competitive pricing. Oh and did I mention the scenic view?! We can't wait to come back. Bon Appetit!

My husband and I went for Valentines Day dinner and decided to eat off the prefixed Valentine's Day menu. We both decided to get the surf and turf option and we were not disappointed. The presentation of all the food was beautiful, the taste matched and all the food portions were a hefty size. Two thumbs up to the chef! Our server was Jordan he was personable and attentive overall wonderful service. Would recommend this place for private functions and would happily return again.

I went to NINE 18 for an early dinner at 6:30 PM this Saturday. There was absolutely no dinner rush but there were a-lot of reserved tables that were not available. The waitress asked us if we'd prefer the patio or if we were ok with a high table. We let her know that a high table was ok, and we got seated. Upon being seated, the waitress did not care to welcome or greet us, she seated us, gave us menus, and walked away. There was another couple that came after us, who were also given a high table. After we were seated, we waited 30 minutes and no waiter came to even offer us water, let alone ask us what we wanted to order to drink or eat. The other couple (even though they came after us) were assigned a waiter, given water, and a food order was made. Very disappointed and do not understand why you would ignore your customers. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were extremely upset and decided to just walk out and leave. Will not be going back and do not recommend this restaurant to others.

I've lived in Brampton for a while and went for the first time back in July. Can't believe I've only discovered this place now. Had the burger and the pecan tarte. Both were yummy. The view - spectacular! The best part is feeling like you're not in Brampton. Lol. Want to go back before summer ends!

Don't Do It. I should have heeded the other poor reviews they were spot on! If you are looking for somewhere to eat or celebrate a milestone or birthday I implore you to keep looking. Was part of a B-Day group. 4 people got there meals 30+ mins after the rest of us, we had to flag a waiter down several times just to get drinks ordered for people and would often take 10-15 mins for it to come back. We never got offered desert. The Executive Chef came out and told us for the poor performance he would take our drinks off the bill. When the checks came he only took off 1 drink for each person that waited 30+ mins for their dinner after the rest of us had our entrees. Not what he promised and no way to fix a problem that affected everyone at the table. The reviews on google are correct, food ok, service poor, management inexperienced in hospitality. I can only suggest you pick another place.

The WORST service I have ever received! My drink got spilled on another patron, food was cold and awful. Then they proceeded to call the police on a party that evening after their server didn’t give a patron a steak knife for his steak meal after being asked repeatedly. I would never recommend this place. Waited 2hours after ordering our main course to be served our food. Horrible customer service and the manger needs to retake her hospitality course. I gave this place a 3 star but it most definitely would get ZERO STARS in my honest and humble opinion. Disgusting behaviour

The patio was nice with it overlooking the golf course but other than that, I expected much more from a restaurant within a golf course. The dinner menu was on two white sheets of printer paper stapled together that had a lot of grease stains! Our server was very slow. The dining room was fairly empty so I was confused when it took 15 minutes to get 3 fountain drinks. After dinner, we asked for to-go containers which took 10 minutes to get, and then our server disappeared when we asked for the bill. It was very poor service. I'd be more sympathetic if the restaurant was busy, but there were only 3 other tables dining and another server was attending to them. The food was just alright. Everything was bland and not seasoned. You could probably cook it better at home, it was nothing special. Free dessert on your birthday was a nice touch but they only had 3 desserts to choose from and no dessert/ after dinner menu.

I've been to Nine 18 over the years. I have always enjoyed the meals, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has left me disheartened to return any time soon. I visited on a late Sunday night. There was one large group on the patio and two couples (myself and husband being one of them). Eventually when the waitress made it to our table she was friendly, she admitted to being short staffed and apologized. We ordered the appetizers and beverages she had recommend, only to be told on her next visit to our table (which was very long between visits) that the proper bread wasn't available and the bread they were substituting wasn't good, as well there was no Stella on tap. Considering that her and 2 other waitstaff were waiting on a group of 20 out on the patio, my husband and I placed our order for the appetizers and main all at once. I kept checking my watch. I told my husband if the food doesnt come out soon we'd leave. We waited over 35mins for a plate of nachos, 1 beer and 1 cocktail. That's ridiculous. Our waitress came to check on us once about 40mins later asking us if she should put our order through for the main course. We were annoyed and frustrated. We'd have to wait again while they prepared our main course. We couldn't believe that she didn't put the order through for the main. We were starving. Seeing that the restaurant was going to close in 40mins we opted to leave. Considering that the restaurant was short staff and the 3 waitstaff were tied up with the group on the patio, they should have turned us away rather than wasting our time by seating us. I won't be returning any time soon. That's unfortunate because I've always enjoyed going there. If you do plan on going, just ask if they're short staff before sitting down, also pack your patience.

Seriously yummy. This place is wonderful. They take covid safety seriously. It's clean. There was no wait. Our server Emily was amazing. She didn't rush us but was super fast with the service. She made thoughtful suggestions in regards to the menu. The food was fresh, served at the perfect temperature and prepared the way I love it. I can't wait to go back.

So terrible. Can't even understand how this place is in business. Not one employee over 20 years old. No one cares about service. Half hour after ordering drinks a young waiter comes to tell us they "don't know where the bartender went" and no one else can prepare drinks. This place is a joke!!

Great food, great view, and great customer service. We had the Chicken supreme, the Diavola (may have misspelt) pizza, and chicken wings. I initially had the mango habanero but that was way too spicy, then i had the jerk but i was too full by then. Not too big a fan of the batter for the wings but still good. Highly recommend.

Food, venue, views are outstanding. Following amazing covid 19 regulations. Staff were constantly cleaning tables properly, masks were worn HOWEVER it took almost a hour 50 minutes to recieve a appetizer, service is exceptionally slow. I'd like to say I'd come back for the esthetics and drinks but nothing more than that unless i have time to kill and a warm day to just drink and enjoy the view.... originally left a 3 star until my main course came ICE COLD FOOD steak was properly cooked vegetables were like they were in a fridge! So disappointed ????

I had my Bridal Shower at Nine 18 back in October. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our requests and the food was absoluelty delicious! This venue is stunning and needed very little in decor to dress it up for the occasion! Will be back for sure!

Been here three times and have not been treated poorly by the Managers until today. I originally made a reservation for 15 people. I then called on Friday to update them that I would now have 27 people come, the girl just said thanks and hung up on me. I assumed it would be fine. A manager named Michelle called me Sunday afternoon 6 hours before the event to tell me that after 25 people they cut the menu to a reduce menu and all meals would be on one bill. I asked if they could at least make an exception since they didn't tell me this originally when I called to up the number of guest and her response was she could have the evening manager call me at 4pm but until then that's the restaurant policy. I informed her that I would reduce the numbers to 15 again. I had another guest call to book another 15 and they flat said no, my friend told them specifically that they were associated with me and they should try to accommodate for giving us last minute notice about the bill, we were very willing to have a reduced menu. The manager's response was the computer system doesn't allow it. Then after 12 minutes of being on hold they agreed to have our other half seated if we had the group come either 30 minutes before or after. We chose after. When I arrived I wanted to ask the manager if they would like to keep the reduced menu seeing that both groups make up 30 at this point. She told me that the policy is that when there is 15 people it's a full menu. She also questioned why we staggered the group and why we didn't tell the restaurant that we were together and she said her assistant didn't say that. They arranged the second group on the other side of the restaurant even though we specifically told the manager on the phone that we were together. Then when the guests were complaining the evening manager told the guests that we misinformed them and we never said we were together. It's bad customer service when the manager embrasses you and accuses you of misinforming them when you were clear and honest and willing to accommodate with the menu. Our guests are aware and all 30 of them including myself will not be returning to this restaurant. The Lionhead golf course on Mississauga Rd. have staff that are kind, they don't have policies and their menu is awesome, healthy, and fresh.

I really wanted to try this place after seeing their instragram page. I went on a thursday evening for dinner and was really disappointed. The food wasnt cooked properly and had to be sent back in the kitchen twice. The experience was the same for everyone in our table.The food was pretty average , similar to swiss chalet or nados and priced like moxies. I would avoid this location and save that money for somewhere nice.

1 star is even too much for this place. We attended for a birthday party with 20 people. Not only did we have to wait for drinks, as well as find the waiter to order, the food came out an hour after we ordered. 16 of the people were finished with their dinner before the remaining 4 received their food. We didn't complain, however were told that the mix up was due to a new menu. The Executive Chef came to the table and stated that the 4 dishes that came out late went to another table by accident. They refired the dishes as soon as they figured it out, but they were going to take care of the drinks on the bill. The bill came and only 4 drinks were removed. When we questioned it, we were told that they never meant that all of the drinks would be taken care of. Needless to say .when we tried to talk to a manager, she just yelled at the birthday girl. Food - 2, service - 1, management - 0. Things I again if want to book here for the restaurant. Oh, and the kicker is that they added auto gratuity.

They were not accomodating for a party of about 25ppl for a retirement gathering on their patio. We were asked to come inside to dine even though there was not many people in the vicinity. They couldn't provide a valid reason as to why our party could not enjoy the beautiful weather out on the patio. We were buying drinks and not just lingering around. Staff had a bit of an attitude towards us and would not consider working with us so we all just left.

Came here recently with my family to try their new pizzas I saw advertised. They were delicious! We had an amazing server and a beautiful seat on their patio. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dinner spot in Brampton!!

Rude Manager. Puttting her hand in my face. Telling me i am chirping like a bird and adding ad ons. Ad ons meaning she said she has been in the business for many years and complaint was over exaggerated and for complaining about nachos which took 45 mins to come to the table and were cold and burnt. She is very rude and overweight and has no shame on how to talk to a customer.

Been here many times over the years, recently made reservations in their private room for an important lunch meeting. Good thing I took the initiative to follow up on the reservation, as I was then informed that they don’t do lunch. Well, maybe I should have been informed that 2 weeks ago when it was booked. Most likely would have shown up with my party and found it closed. More upsetting was the care free attitude I received. Gladly will take my business elsewhere to the tune of 12-15 times a year.

I went there last Sunday afternoon with my Husband for a late brunch. The patio was very nice. The service however was very very slow. It took 3 hours to order drinks, appetizer and lunch and the restaurant wasn't even that full. I ordered the dirty martini and I would not recommend that to anyone. Cheaping out on the number of olives and the drink tasted like water. The bruschetta was yummy and the pasta I ordered was good.

Food was okay! They use frozen veg burger patties and claims that they were made in house. Replacement of any toppings are also chargeable. We had reservation still they gave a bad seating arrangement though they had good place to seat.
