Everything was going fine I ordered a sandwich with no onion because I'm allergic. I get my order there are onions no big deal I flag down the waitress and inform her that there are onions. Dose she say sorry or I miss heard you? no. She responds "you said no mushrooms." nope I love mushrooms I said no onion. If she had said I heard mushrooms I wouldn't be so upset but she basicly called me a liar. We sorted it out she took my sandwich and fries away and told me it would be a while. No problem I was there with friends we could take our time. About 20 minutes later my food comes back well just the sandwich comes back, no fires. I had eaten maybe 5 fries before noticing the onion. I didn't want to make a fuss because I have worked customer service and can relate it a mistake, but really? Call me a lier then don't give me my full order. The resterant is nice and my friends enjoyed their food. Next time I guess I just will avoid that watriess. She also said my friend couldn't pay with her visa debit card. But it's a visa so i ended up paying for the both of us just so we could leave. I didn't want to argue with her, maybe she's new.

Great time! Wings were awesome. But if you can handle hot wings don't get the hot...they area little spicy at best. We should have gotten the suicide or homicide. If you can handle spicy then the hot wings won't be enough. Karaoke on Saturdays is so much fun! We arrived at 11:30 and karaoke ended at 2. We were only able to sing 2 songs. So if you want to do more I recommend getting there earlier. Great ambiance and the crowd was awesome...people are so nice there! Looking forward to visiting again :).

Went here for lunch there was two of us and we both ordered wings and for what ever reason they put both orders on the same plate and divided it with carrot sticks. The wings were great and the beer was fresh but they had such a laid-back attitude getting the bill and paying for it took a very long time.

I’ve been here a few times with friends for their open mic. Just went to their karaoke for the first time over the weekend. Had a surprisingly fun time with my friends, prices aren’t bad, beer is good, service is good. Only 4 stars because of the lack of veg options but hey, it’s a good place worth checking out if you’re in brampton and wanna do some karaoke at a place that isn’t jam packed.

I don't drink, and I still liked this place. Staff is fun and friendly, it's not too dark (as some verminous holes in this city like to be) and the food is really good. As it's not directly downtown, you can easily dodge the crackheads from downtown late at night. They have a stage for events but I have not been there while it's been in use.

Have not been to this place in a few years unfortunately the food is not any better. We ordered Hoagies the steak was not properly cooked and had a lot of sinew. I had steak on one side cheese on the other side no balance, one sandwich the onions were burnt the other sandwich the onions were raw there was no love or care put into the food, just slapped together, fries were made in old oil. Service was okay. The place is really nothing special, starting to look run down. I'm not going to rush to go back.

apparently the only bar in the known universe that doesn't have interact but you can use the ATM at a $3 charge ..lol bartender was rude when I asked how on earth they don't have interact. I asked if I would get a $3 discount since I would be charged this to get my own money out to pay them. I didn't tip of course. Best Burgers in Town - well not anymore!! I've lived in Brampton longer than I can remember and this WAS the best place and our "go-to" for a quick, fresh, juicy, delicious hamburger, although Magnums is well-known for their wings!! I can say that I am (along with several of my neighbours, friends and coworkers) extremely disappointed that they removed the double burger option from their menu recently. This is actually quite ridiculous!! The burgers are about $10 and you could "Magnum-Size" it for $3.00 adding a second patty. All of a sudden they decided that if you wanted a double burger you now have to order 2 separate complete hamburger meals at $10 each which would both come with the bun, fries and the fixings, and then throw everything out just to add a second patty to your burger. We don't understand the logic behind this. If cost is an issue, they ought to have simply increased the charge of the second patty to $5.00 or so. There is no good reason why you can't go to any restaurant and order a double burger or have the option to add a second patty - Even Kelsey's $16 hamburgers are all double patties by default, you have to specifically tell them you want a single when ordering or else you get two patties at not extra charge. Chucks Roadhouse offers a double burger for $15.99, Sonny's on Queen/Kennedy does the same and so on. For this reason a lot of us have returned less frequently and moved on to other restaurants. **The menu is limited when it comes to accommodating Gluten allergies, and in fact, there are only 3 "safe" options: a bunless hamburger called the Diet Burger (hence the need for 2 patties) a steak or a salad with a tiny piece of chicken - not at all filling or satisfying. (fries are cooked in the same oil as their breaded wings). Aside from this hamburger issue, they have a great selection of their daily specials, friendly staff, great quality food, good portions and affordable prices in general. TV's to watch sports and a stage for weekend entertainment. Unfortunately they do not have a designated smoking area and for those who do not smoke, you are bombarded with a thick cloud of stinky smoke (now the added smell of weed) and a crowd of people right at the entrance puffing away blocking the door which smells horrible before and after your meal. Management should focus on making an effort to prohibit smoking near the door and on the walkway to the entrance, and instead, designate a smoking area along the windows by the parking lot or somewhere else away from the entrance and patio. If you want a good burger, Magnums is not the place; however if you are looking for anything else, this is where you want to be!

Really good chicken wings here. The waitress said that the wings are the best thing on the menu and I agree. Although I thought the nachos could have been a bigger portion to share among 4 people and the mozzarella sticks were just ordinary and served with salsa, not marinara sauce. Play it safe and go with the chicken wings.

Went on a Saturday night (11pm), naturally the place was packed and myself and my friend ended up grabbing a seat at the bar. 3 lbs of wings are only $20 and they were delicious (we got 3 lbs each, why not?). Karaoke was loud so don't go there if you want to talk. The crowd was okay but the bartender was great!

We live in Erin Mills and most of the pubs there are getting over-priced or don't let you take home your leftover wings on a wing night (Coopers, Pump, etc.). Not a problem at Magnum's. There is no "wing night", just great food, especially the wings and you take your leftovers home...no problem. Staff are polite. Bloody Caesar's are excellent....not all ice & vodka like most places....they actually add Clamato juice. Even though it's a bit of a drive, it is worth it. I highly recommend this establishment.

Order few things couple days ago from this place. Arrived 5 minutes over to pick up my order the women cashing gave me so much attitude and was very ignorant. Order suicide wings they were the grossest wings I ever had! It was drenched in a very thick paste like tomatoe paste with chili flakes or something on top. My bill was over 40$. All I order were wings wedges and onion rings. Instead of onion rings I received fries. She did mess up my order. Would not go there again definitely would not recommend it.! You want saucey tasty wings go to wing machine!

Was a regular here for YEARS! Went in one day as we usually do to grab wings and pints. The place was dead, yet it still took 20 minutes to get a drink. These are not new staff by the way, same ones we always saw. After an hour of feeling completely ignored we wanted to leave. Asked for the bill. My buddy left to go for a smoke and figured by the time he came back we'd be ready to leave. 20 minutes later we're still waiting while the girls are having their chats at the bar. I went up to pay the bill as we were sick of waiting and the waitress comes behind me and slams a tray on the counter. The absolute ignorance of these silly little girls. I'm quite certain their business has declined. The "manager" or "owner" as her scumbag boyfriend calls her, hasn't a clue. When the old "manager" was their (all the owners daughters) She was the most incredible person. Now you couldn't pay me to go in after getting treated with such disrepsect. Been going there for YEARS and this is how I get treated (with no form of apology ever given). If this is how they treat someone who had been going there regularly, for over a decade, imagine how you will be treated. Additonally the guy that did the karaoke there was one of the best guys ever. He passed away and I never had a chance to see him again. I will never forgive these spoiled little brats for this. R.I.P. Pretty Ricky, and R.I.P. Magnums, you're trash now.

What happened to your excellent food. Came in last night with my family and was very disappointed. Two of us ordered the French onion soup and it tasted like dishwater and we sent it back. The apps we ordered were great though. When the dinner came I ordered fish and chips, my fish was small and the fries were rubbery dry and cold. My granddaughter chicken fingers were hard and over fried the chips were the same. My husband ordered the quesadilla was good. My daughter and grandson ordered the wings which were good but their fries were the same as the rest of the tables, dry overcooked and cold. We’ve been coming here for over 15 years and this was terrible food but the service was great.

We searched Google for Best wings in Bramption. My husbands a wing guy and he was pleased. Overall a fun night and we'll be back. Renee's Blue Cheese would be a great dipping sauce instead of the same ranch/blue cheese every wing place has.

Went there last night with my husband for dinner. We ordered Mac and cheese notes as an app. They were frozen in the middle still My entree was the chicken crunch sandwich. I was disappointed to find the chicken was a mass produced and then frozen patty that was deep fried and also still a bit frozen in the middle. This place use to be great. With fresh food and meats. That were world class and a cheap price. They use to care. I won't be back after 15 yrs of being a customer.

We always have taken care of your staff giving over the top tips! Really bad customer service I won't return! That's why im successful and she is a poor bartender! I wonder if they will miss the 600.00 a month we spent there ?

Atmosphere was very nice, service was excellent, and was good and in large portions. Draft Beer was nice and cold. The only thing i would change would be the processed chicken they use for their Cajun chicken crunch. Other than that, they will see me again.

Excellent food at great prices. The servers are all friendly, attentive and helpful. Their wings are second to none- big and meaty with a good choice of sauces. I haven't ever had a bad meal there. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

Went for a birthday party and group of 25. Excellent service by a bunch of fun gals. Really great food! Big portions. Wings were way above average. Huge shrimp were delicious and I found prices quite a bit less than restaurants in Toronto. Long drive for me but I will definitely go again
