As you know, we don't usually bother to write reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club corresponds to the category of Night club.
This place charged me $25 for the entrance, $5 for ATM withdrawal fee, the bartender took my $20 and never gave me the change back, got my drink wrong ( I asked for vodka shot and she gave me tequila), they didnt allow me to keep my sunglasses (in my purse) for some reason and it took 3 people to find them after the party. Plus, the DJ just wouldnt shut up. Literally every five seconds that man was yelling something. I dont know how this place is popular, the experience was just awful.
DJ talked wayyyyy tooo much and they changed the song every 10 seconds
Place was litttt, partied like a million dollar rapper????????
Lighting system is perfect
Don’t waste your time with this club, way better clubs in downtown Toronto. Where it’s popping from the second it’s opened as opposed to 30 mins before closing. The booths are literally loveseats atop stairs, nothing fancy, you’re literally inches from the next “booth” not that special and the booths DO NOT FIT as many people as they claim, $590 for a couch or $540 for a table to stand at... doesn’t make senses bathroom is impecable although the bathroom attendant isn’t the greatest, she pulling “how much are you going to give me for the candy” I said a buck (which is more then it’s worth) and I got the rudest look. Gave her $5 and took 3 lollipops and a mint. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone to speak to. Security doesn’t care about guys who harass girls. Lost something there and can’t get a hold of anyone to retrieve it.
Loved the women and the beats, but pissed they don't accept SPC cards
Great music and venue. Their shisha is super low quality tho that comes with the booth packages. Other than that had a great time
Loved it was in VIP and it was the best time
Pathetic DJ and no one dance on floor.
The first time I went to luxy I really enjoyed it because they played SOCA AND DANCEHALL in the SOCA AND DANCEHALL ROOM. However last night they hired djs to play trap and hip hop music most of the night in the SOCA AND DANCEHALL Room?! (Not to mention that I've heard they've done this multiple times!!) I was so disappointed, I took my friend out to experience luxy thinking it was going to play more soca and they didn't so she was also disappointed for her first time there. I think if you say a room is soca/dancehall/reggae majority of the music should be that considering you have a whole other room the play hip hop and trap music....just an opinion that makes sense.
Great music
Booked a "booth" and got half a sofa for my money. Bouncers act tough I guess in attempt to intimidate people (really they're not fooling anyone). Bar tenders are ok, crowd fairly decent. Music in the small room could be better (songs were ok, mixing could be way better). In the big room music is not bad. But for ripping me off with my so called "booth" it's too bad they don't have a negative star on here because I'd choose that to rate this "club".
Trash. Literally trash. Don't bother go... just save your money and mental energy lol bunch of idiots
Overall good vibe, We signed up for guest list the morning of, so our cover was only $5 since we went before 11:30 PM (P.S you don't get a confirmation for the guest list, just sign up before the 9:30 PM deadline and you're pretty much on) The security at the front do a super thorough body check so at least your know the place is kept safe. Music was good, bathrooms were clean, but god damn, the reason for my 2/5 rating is because of the DJ. Let's just call him...10 second switch! Because that's right, 10 seconds after they start planning a song and you realize what the song is...BAM! Change of song! And while you might think that fast switches make for a solid variety of music, it ends up just giving you a headache. You can never really dance or sing to any of the songs because they kept switching so fast. Although the music was decent, this factor was kinda annoying and caused us head out early and just call it a night. I might return one day since everything else about the club was great, here's just hoping they have a new DJ by then...
Bare Caribbean music and a little hip-hop
Trash I've never been to a club where barely anyone is dancing and how there was 10 birthdays that night. And the dj kept talking and pausing the song to hear us sing, bruhh you want me to dance to silence. Overall wouldn't recommend and terrible service.
TWO TWOS THE MANDEM CAUGHT BARE BUBBLE SO SEEEN CATCH @ DAVID BUSTASSS FOR DEAGAZZZ, LOWE THE MANDEM TO GET WAVY BEFORE THEY PREE UPON THE CLUB JHEEEEZZZZZ
Great ambiance. The girls are nice and the dj plays very good songs.
Nice place but rude bouncers/security guys made it worst place to go there. Dear owner once reopened change the bouncers/security guys and direct them to respect your customers and don't be personal. This place could be the best one. Good luck
Relaxation centre. Full enjoyment
Crowd is really bad and the hype man needs to calm down
Crappy club., was empty and wouldn't let me bring in my captain blacks. Never going again
Not a frequent at clubs, but this one is definitely a favourite. Really good music, really nice aesthetic, and good energy.
Number not in service when I called.
Nice place if really want to party, security are very rude at the entrance, beware.
Place is trash
Easily the word club in the GTA. I understand you have to security check but no need to grab my privates and search my girlfriends panty lining. They over charged $20 for cover and the place stinks and the DJ loves the sound of his own voice more than music. Worst club in the city by far. AVOID
The club itself is great but the staff is terrible security acted as if they can do what they wanted seem, to try and cause problems instead of making sure there wasn't any, my boy got punched in the face by security for absolutely no reason. So if you go to this club watch out for security.
Good music, very crowded, bathrooms need more upkeep.
LOL BS club it was the worst experience. COat lady needs a real job instead ripping people off.
Booked a "booth" and got half a sofa for my money. Bouncers act tough I guess in attempt to intimidate people (really they're not fooling anyone). Bar tenders are ok, crowd fairly decent. Terrible customer service, I don't feel safe going there. The security that work there are really messed up. I was physically attacked and abused by one of the boys working there. I had dropped my phone and I was trying to let the him know that but he kept pushing me. Tried one last time to let him know that I needed to grab my phone and he pushed me hard unto the ground. They do not have any manners or respect for women and that is why I would never go back there again ever.
Great open space, but DJ is always interrupting the music for announcements. Drinks are overpriced.
Where do I begin?? This was the worst experience I've ever had at any club in my life. I went there for my best friends Birthday Party on February 26th. One of my friends was sitting on the blocks they have on the dance floor and some girl came up and told her to move then my friend of course said no i am sitting here and what happens? MY friend gets kicked out and not the other girl (the other girl was black and so was the security guards) then one of the lady security guards attempted to hit my friend in the head with her bottle!! How unprofessional is that? my innocent friend did nothing wrong and gets treated this way.... because she is white??? This is unacceptable and not right this place should be shut down every employee in that building is racist all of the bartenders are rude and disrespectful and the place is way to over priced.I would NEVER recommend this club to anyone, especially if you are white, most mistreated we have ever been in our lives.
Proper dive. I've been to custy a** places and this never disappoints. Yup, it can be the only option sometimes. Not a white face to be seen here..why whats going on??
The staff are rude and disrespectful ...they treat the guest like cattle. FIRE YOUR DOOR PEOPLE..THEY NEED TO LEARN THIS: Friendly attitude brings repeat business...LIKE HOW IS ONE SUPPOSSED TO VIBE OUT AND HAVE A GOOD TIME WHEN THE ENERGY IS NEGATIVE AS SHIIIIIIIIIT AS SOON AS YOU ENTER....MARK MY WORDSSSSS...NO WAY IN HELL WILL I EVER RETURN AND I WILL MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD IN EVERY TTC TRAIN AND SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSS ASS. AND THE STINKIN DJS SUCK PLAY HORRIBLE SOCA ALL NIGHT!!! AND TALK ALL THE WAY THROUGH ..SO YOU GET 15 SECONDS SONG 15 SECONDS OF STUPID TALK AND BAM THEY SWITCH TO SOME NEXT SONG SO QUICK..CANT EVEN GET A PROPER GROOVE IN. SET FIRE TO LUXY (WITH NO ONE IN IT OF COURSE)
My first and last experience there was trash. There are two different party rooms that I felt are too close together. The djs play the same songs over and over. The atmosphere was no good. I've heard that when they have an event it's good but from my own experience going there without one is terrible. 20 dollars entry fee gone to waste.
Worst nightclub...bouncers are rude, unprofessional and aggressive, avoid this place..go party downtown instead...
My personal favorite night club. Very clean, entry fees are reasonable. Rarely any underage guest. Lots of big artists perform there. Perfect place to celebrate birthdays.
I have a love hate relationship with Luxy its always hype but its also way too packed takes you like an hour to get to your VIP...its time to open Luxy TWO
Went this night to Luxy (October 2nd) after many many years. Club used to be amazing but all I can say now it's horrendous. The dj was pathetic. Switching up the music every 30 seconds that no one was really dancing in the club. The security was laxed at best as there was a man that decided to be a peeping Tom and walked into the ladies room. Drinks were watered down (had a screwdriver). People honestly find an alternate place to go because this was just a waste of money ($20 cover) which is fine but not to waste it on an absolutely horrendous club. Luxy which was once amazing is just absolutely pathetic now.
Safe, Good Song.
Music is okay. Its time you bring better Dj's to this place. Make people feel more at home.
Nice venue. The crowd is not my speed.
Staff was super rude and when got there the club was practically empty
This place has the most resist staff I have ever encounter. Me and my 3 friends (all black) got there and was told that we couldn't stand inside to wait for the rest of our party and was frown out in a 1 degree weather. After paying $800 for our booth. Wish I should have given 0 stars and am standing outside writing this.
Dont know, if its a club or zumba class. Dj on the mike is so irritating. Not a go-to place
Fun fun fun the crowd is a but young tho
Great nite club very crowded.
Great place...but DJ could skip less often between the songs.
The vibe was good
They only post photos of whenever or whoever they feel like.. Too pictures ony birthday from oct 8 a month after and nothing..
Took in a Dexter Daps concert, it was amazing. A female bouncer was overly thorough with my partner, hands down his pants twice, feeling up his crotch, went through his wallet...
Ok
This club is always packed with sweaty guys trying to hump you.
A complete dump. Terrible service, staff and venue.
Somewhat ok
Use to like the club, however, not a fan anymore. DJ keeps talking and never shuts up! i looked around one night and no one was dancing, just staring at each other. How can anyone dance when there is more talking than music!
One of my favourite night clubs no complaints here
20 dollars cover for both men and women, even before 11 o'clock, the DJ was not good,I didn't like the music,he kept talking every 15 seconds and changed the music every 10 seconds, didn't have a good time, and the dancing area is very small,it's more like a sitting place for people who have reserved beforehand,my drink was too much cran and I think no vodka at all, the crowd are mostly 25 and up , bouncers are polite, I didn't have a bad experience with any of the bouncers at all, in fact they were very polite and friendly, the washrooms was very clean ,had very nice mirrors, the sound system was not good at all, it was only loud ,no base ,nothing, mostly reggae music
Sweet music, fun time
Not really a fan anymore as they closed half of thier club so now its smaller and the dance floor is filled with boothes so theres barely room for anyone to dance because everyone is crowded all around your boothes.
Love this club, whenever my friend and I go we always have a good time. I've never had problems with security/workers, they've always been good to us. People there are always hype, and good to dance with. There's always a few weird guys - but you can always laugh it off with someone if you don't wanna dance with them. Music is always good the DJ's talk a lil too much but you can overlook it, and the interior with all the neon lights is always so pretty. The price of shots are a little pricier than downtown Toronto but it won't kill you - but if you're having fun people will take notice and usually give you drinks from their booth too!!
The bouncers are rude and the music they play is not exactly the type of music I like. Not their problem tho, it is short of a Caribbean club.
Although it may seem that my 1 star is perhaps from a minor inconvenience and the motivation for the negative feedback. Without further delay here are simply a few reasons as to why my response is in fact warranted and legitimate. As soon as I walked in the security women was busy chatting away with another person, I tried to go towards the counter to pay for cover. To my surprise the security lady grabbed me by my arms to do a search. I stayed calm despite feeling slightly assaulted and felt that i had maintained an "Indian burn", nonetheless I obliged. She spent 30 seconds nearly cavity searching me, I then turn my upper half of my body slightly 30 degrees left to look over at my friend, all the while maintaining my centered position. The security lady then proceeds to yell at me and give me a tremendous amount unwarranted attitude. She loudly states that she is not finished searching me, I try to explain and say, "I understand, but I did not move so please proceed". She took my response as a "challenge" of some sorts and threatened to not let me in. I once again repeat by saying "ma'am i'm not moving, please continue". This response was not good for her, and said I needed to leave. As you can imagine I'm perplexed as to what is going on and simply at a loss for words and actions. My friends says to her, "Please ma'am, she's not moving, can you continue so we can pay and go in". The security lady says nothing and continues to search me for another 2 mins, at this point it seemed like it was out of spite. I had no purse, no pockets, and simply put, my clothes did not look like they could conceal anything not even my phone as I I was holding it. We go into coat check, my friend had her coat and a light sweater accompanying her coat much like a scarf would. The coat check girl charges her for 2 items, despite being hung and utilized by only 1 hanger. This has never ever been my experience nor anyone else's in all the years of going through coat check. In the process of this 2 other girls overhear our encounter with the security lady and they too share a similar experience. To which I came to the conclusion that perhaps I had done nothing wrong. We go inside and the music seems to be tolerable, but we do notice the DJ being a little too involved. We go towards the bar to order drinks and are told they ONLY accept cash, this should be a red flag since it's no longer 1999, and clubs are well advanced to accept more methods of payment. We then go the 1 ATM, that's right *1* ATM with a lineup that took 20 minutes to overcome. We finally get to the bar and order 3 vodka/cran for $26... The bartender pours the cranberry juice, and that's it. She gives it to us and disappears into the other crowd of people wanting drinks. We took the drink and perhaps thought maybe the Vodka is pre-mixed. We were wrong, it was ONLY juice. We waited line for 20 mins to get cash so that we could pay $26 to drink half a cup of cranberry juice. We went to the bartender who now completely ignored us, we waited 10 minutes to try and bring this to her attention, feeling hustled we said let's just cut our losses and dance. We went to the dance floor and we realized we couldn't dance, why? because the DJ would play a song for no more than 4-8 seconds (I kept count) and then either stop the music, and/or speak, or simply change the song. It was beyond irritating. It seemed that he enjoyed the sound of his own voice more than the music. We then proceed to get a beer at the second bar since that's a bit hard to mess up. We then go to dance again...the DJ somehow manages to play less and less music and interrupt more and more. He would constantly say "happy birthday to all the people having birthday" over and over again. Between the bad attitude, ripoff and the interrupting DJ this Club is not worthy of any stars. I'm baffled as to how this place has managed to keep it's doors open. With only option of payment and clearly an incompetent bartender(s?), and DJ. These reasons alone would be enough to shut any bar/club down.
Wouldn't let me in even though I was sober and paid for a booth. Worst club ever.
Ok
The atmosphere is definitely the best thing about this place. It's. Overall vibe gets you in a partying mood and keeps you going. The space is large and free for dance.
Good club
Not even one star
Had a great time at the club. Celine the Hot Bartender took great care of me and very personable. Reasonable pricing considering it is a night club and no issues parking there!
Very nice looking club, fun place if you want to party and have fun .
best place ive been to alot of dimarcos

Better than al the club's downtown Toronto. Location and parking is a plus
Had a blast until being pushed out of the club by one of the bouncers at the end of the night
One huge downside is the price of cover. If you get there at 11:31 it goes from $5 to $20. Also for some reason drinks at one side of the club came to $16 for two and on the other side came to $12 for two. For the exact same drinks. Other than that they have both dance rooms open which is great if you aren’t feeling the music in one room. The security is great and the selection of music is decent as well if you’re into soca, reggae, trap, etc.
Good Vibes.
Worst club experience ever. VIP and had a Premium Ultra booth. In the club for a decent amount of time before the security saw how my friends were dancing and tried to call them out. I saw him being disrespectful to my boyfriend so I politely said "Hello, what's the problem?". He said "they're dancing like a bunch of high school kids" and I responded "they're only dancing like that because they enjoy the music and are having a good time." He then got carried away and started saying how that can't be going on at Luxy. (they were literally just dancing and having a good time lol.). We did not do a single thing, nor did we have drugs. NOTHING! He started getting personally disrespectful with me (I'm a female he's a white male security) he started saying offensive things and I asked him that there's no way he's speaking to me like this. He was being extremely rude. He got fed up of me and kicked me out. FOR NO REASON!! I got kicked out because the guy wanted to pick fights with myself aswell as my group. EXTREME lack of professionalism whatsoever, he was an absolute total complete dick. Ive never been so confused in my life because I was nowhere near drunk! The security at Luxy look for reasons to kick people out opposed to actually "securing" the place! If there were a replica of Satan it would definitely be this person. They slammed the double doors on my hand (painful) and I was left outside alone until the rest of my party came out soon after. They are ruthless and we spent tones of money on bottles! ALSO when my party ended up coming outside after me, a bunch of police officers tried to arrest them for absolutely nothing, just because they're stereo types and how they dressed. No one ended up getting in trouble or sent to the police station because none of us did a single thing. Extremely wild night to remember. Never again will I go there and neither should anyone else!!!! Extremely disrespectful and judgemental staff. I've never seen nothing like this in my entire life. -100000 stars if I could

Came for konsehens concert ,had a great time no troubles
Very bad experience. No words.
Great music and okay area
Luxy Night Club is a decent club, at best. The bouncers and security could definitely brush up on their mannerisms. They can sometimes be rude and callous to the guests. The bathrooms are reasonably well taken care of. My big pet peeve with this location are those cheap bartenders. These ladies have like no manners at all, and are always stealing money from guests, not giving back proper change, and being stingy with the amount of alcohol they put in the mixed drinks. These women should be ashamed of themselves. You chose to be a bartender. An ideal bartender should be attentive, warm, professional, honest and respectful. These women prance around with low-cut tops, thinking they are hot stuff, and in the end, they sometimes rip you off. Be very careful. Also I find alcohol in general is expensive at this club. My boyfriend and I have been to Luxy's 3 times. The next time we go, we definitely will have to pre-drink, to save on money we'd be spending inside of the club. I personally really like the music that they play. I've never seen any fights or extremely rowdy behaviour at this club. I recommend this club if you want a low-key type of experience.
Terrible service.
A definite return, If you reside in Toronto or the GTA, this place may be notorious for being not up to par, however, I believe that's because of others experiences in this club. What I mean by that is, I've heard not so good things by a few people, but these people tend out to be notorious themselves and always encounter others that may cause each other to have a bad time. So do not listen to any negative sayings unless you go there and experience it yourself. Because that's exactly what has happened to me. Also, their bottle service is amazing, no mistakes or rudeness, or pressuring for tips from the servers, they understand it's noisy and they do not get frustrated with you for your taking time to order your fourth bottle. In addition, you can feel pretty safe because they security team does a thorough check of people entering. And I am most satisfied by how they treat everyone equally, where as other night venues treat you like a minority if your not up to par by either buying bottles, or the way you're dressed. They also returned my friends jacket which is a phenomenal job from the lost and found crew. The only thing I would suggest is having a better phone line service and also, better and louder speakers.
I went saturday so this is based on that: The Dj plays the first 10 seconds of a song then mixes it so your always wondering wtf is playing. The crowd was aright, Attractive ladies. Word of advice if theres not booths and you are offered bottle service with standing room only, make sure is not the table in front of the washroom hallway or you gonna be letting people through all night.
Best club for VIP service.
i wish i could give less then one star, the music was great, the venue was horrid , they took my lighter and smokes(they went around outside telling people they couldn't bring in vapes and what not but said nothing about smokes and im 24) and watered down 16 dollar drinks. will never go back. Sleezy establishment with no excuse for their actions.
Always a great time at Luxy!
Horribly rude staff - confiscated prescription meds from my bag, charged me full cover to get into the club with only an hour left before they closed, then kept my driver's licence when I decided I didn't want to enter the club after being treated like dirt at the door. Still trying to get my license back and am being given the run around by the owner. Don't waste your time with this establishment unless you want to deal with identity theft and scam artists - professionalism isn't a word they comprehend. Luxy would have a zero star rating, if that was possible to give. Any positive reviews here were anonymously left by Luxy staff members years ago.

Look nice but not best energy
A very well managed club with a good lighting effects and nice people working on it. Sound system was a little noisy and distored. Bar crew were very amazing and friendly. Amazing vibe and fantastic atmosphere for partying.
Nice eye candy
Good busy Club drinks are okay priced around $6
Best club in Canada for a mix crowd it remind mi of club back in Jamaica
If I could leave a 0 star I would Coach check people were rude as hell No one cares about the people who attend their club
Only 2 good djs I've heard.. And I'm been there 5 times in 3 months
Crowded Nice Caribbean atmosphere. Lots of guys from west coast. Not many girls.
Pretty Nice place if your are interested in Dancehall Reggae and Soca in Vaughan, a change from the downtown scene. They also occasionally have reggae artist fly in from Jamaica to preform.
I don't like this place as much anymore. It used to be awesome.

Great music but horrible staff. Coat check lost my jacket after i paid 6$! Not happy about the reasoning they gave me after either. "We cannot watch it for 6 hours straight, stuff happens"! So disappoinnted!
Cool spot
James is the best one :D Love this club <3
Parking always available
I attended Luxy for the new years 2017 party. Unfortunately all the poor reviews on here are 100% true. The staff are disrespectful and they think they own the place. A short ghetto looking white coat check girl will rip you off by keeping your change if you don't pay the exact amount. Lol hunny if u have to steal $2 from people to make ends meat then by all means do you. That's pathetic :) security goes around causing trouble instead of ensuring safety for the bar patrons. To bad because the venue is nice but all the staff completely ruin the vibe.
Charges $20, which is super overpriced for what it was. They've closed half of it so that it is super small with booths taking up almost the whole dance floor. Drinks are overpriced, and security is rude and extremely aggressive with their search. Dj sucks, talks the whole time, and plays 5 seconds of a good song before changing it to something terrible again. Its a huge waste of money and I will not be going back.
Too much black crowd
Good music , but the bouncers like to think they are THE POLICE smh
Good times. Only issue is the bartenders keep some of my change as tip. Girl if I wanna tip you I'd tip you!
Went there for the first time lastnight. Bouncers are super disrespectful and aggressive. It's almost like the owner hired a gang to secure the club. Was searched coming in and the female security was fully grabbing my crotch. The layout seems rediculous, couches everywhere it's hard not to feel like sardines in a can. But it looks nice inside and music was good. So I still have it 2 stars.
They only play songs for 5 seconds at a time, and switch to another song. The bartender is sexist, towards females, she wouldn’t take cash from me however she did with another male at the bar several times. The drink she made was a 2/5 star drink however it was costly. Several random people were walking around with bottles of liquor offering it to everyone on the dance floor, which was pretty sketchy. I definitely do not recommend going, it was not a great first time experience. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, thank you :)
Went on a friday The music was so dated i never do guestlist thank god i went early an only spent 5 bucks to get in
Better club options downtown!! Although parking is free, the cover and drinks are overpriced. Hardly anyone drinking or dancing. DJ doesn't help changing the song every 5 seconds (mashup much?) people standing and staring like some kind of zombie festival. What really bursts my bubble is the fact that the bouncers threw away my Cuban cigar but there are guys on the dancefloor smoking joints. Never going back.
Could complain about cover and expensive drinks but honestly it's nothing compared to anywhere downtown. Try paying frikin 100 bucks for gas, parking and one cover and being treated like garbage downtown. But can complain about the rude bartenders
Too much rap/hip hop music, needs more soca.
Went there for new years because the venue looked very attractive and spacious in comparison to the crowded small nightclubs in downtown. Once i came, i was one of the first people there to enter and although the night had only begun the personnel were already giving everyone attitude and yelling at people like dogs to hurry up down the line. Once proceeding to the coat check i submitted my bag, coat and shoes (it was -30 outiside), i was completely shocked when the lady gestured that i owed her 15$ for coat check! Aside from the bad attitude of the personnel that work there, the music was alright except for the fact the dj kept interrupting between every song and switching songs very quickly. The soundsystem also was very fuzzy in my opinion. Overall, would not recommend going here.
Music is ok crowd is a little young if your over 30
I got beated by two men in here tonight because they thought I was standing in their spot. They attacked me and the security dropped ME out. I think because they were regulars. Not safe, not recommended.
The place is good and all. The DJs were awesome but some of the staff there have bad customer service skills especially the coat check booth. This one lady in coat check gyps people of money. If you don't pay exact price she'll rip you off around $2 or so. Twice she tried to do this to me both seperate days. I don't mind tipping them but at least give me the exact change back and let me offer it instead of assuming.
You guys totally misunderstand the concept of bouncers. The bouncers are supposed to protect people from injuries and accidents during clubbing, not create injuries and harass people. The club owner doesn't have single idea to train their employees and run their business. They are racist and eject people out without any reason. WORST CLUB EVER IN MY LIFE.
Bare gyal
Horrible bouncers and venue. Don’t bother coming.
Most basic club. The same faces the same music it’s one of those clubs young people frequent. If you like to be in a booth don’t go here it’s not worth it usually a cheap crown everyone will end up in your booth because they can’t afford your own and security does nothing. If you’re going just to stand and listen to the music this is the place for you
The owners of this place are disreputable. They often take advantage of their employees and this translates into a poor customer service experience for all of their patrons.
Nice place to relax with good music. At times the hype from the dj booth was interrupting the music to the point it gets irritating.
Best club in town. Loved it
This is one ghetto ass club! I went for NYE after my plans was squashed. Bouncer hassled my friend because of his hat but allowed his peeps to wear theirs in the club. The coat check lady was rude AF. Bartender was drunk -.- Music was great but it's the first and hopefully the last I'll go to that club.
Had the mistake of spending my new years eve 2014 party here, honestly, never have been to a place where the prices for drinks fluctuate so often throughout the night. The girl working the bar we started at was stating like twice what the other bar within the same club was charging. When my boyfriend asked later in the night, she just flirted her way out of it, and asked him to buy her a shot...RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Such a disgusting place
It wasnt a bad club, just the coat check was terrible. The lady didnt give us all of our coats and she started to curse out my friend and it was ridiculous.. needless to say she was negligent and her coworkers decided to put the blame on my friend which was not right.
Luxy Club is the best in Vaughan. Good music, good people and lots of fun
If you are a guy and have dark skinned guy friends, forget about it. They are not coming inside with you. Racist Bastards. I know someone who is working on this issue, wait for this club to be shown on a news channel. LUXY IS GOING DOWN
Located between a haunted AMC and the club my uncle Steve hangs out at, this place has everything! People who showed up by accident, people who showed up on purpose, and people who work there. Luxy has a fun yet suspicious vibe like when your boss starts laughing at all your jokes during a lay off period. On Fridays sometimes my ex from high school will show up in just a bra from the clearance rack at la vien rose which startles the parents and children leaving putting edge. That's also their shot special night. Plus, if you show up early boston pizza will let you use their bathroom for free!
The Saturday night is a mixture of soca and reggae with the second room being strictly hip hop. Always packed and a good vibe.
Very unprofessional security who have absolutely zero knowledge of their job!! I have been physically assaulted with no cause at this place. I decided not to press charges at the time.
The dj here is pretty good, and the place is packed but a great atmosphere.
beckford is the best security ever! so much respect
The light , the music and the people are wonderful in this place. You must come to check the different performances and new hits!
You will always find parking. Lines move faster than downtown and prices are decent. Performances are worth going to and they generally pick good DJ's
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!! My purse got stolen here. Placed it on the counter at the coat check to take my jacket off and as my eyes left it it was gone. The security was able to show me the surveillance video of how it happened but basically told me it was my problem. Left without a phone, car keys and bank cards, I asked if I could use a phone to make a call, security said no. I asked for the cover charge back, they said no refunds. They did not even ask for a phone number to call if it did show up at the end of the night. No empathy or accomodation. I just wanted my house/car keys and driver's license back. Had to eventually seek assistance from the police who by the way were super helpful. The way the whole thing played out, it seemed like the theft was orchestrated by the security. Stay away from this place, spend your money where you would be valued as a paying patron.
Worst club ever... The staff was very rude.
Worst Club I ever went to don't go save your money
My personal favorite night club. Very clean, entry fees are reasonable. Rarely any underage guest. Lots of big artists perform there. Perfect place to celebrate birthdays.
It wasn't bad.
This is a fashion place, with great music and nice people.
This place is so racist. My husband and I can't get in without being harassed by the bouncer and the bartenders there don't give us the time of day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAY FAR AWAY
Amazing music on the weekend!!
Use to be a decent nightclub, it's spacious but the staff are rude and treat you like animals. And the cover charge is overpriced
Worst club I've been to. Rude staff. Tried to get the name of the owner and none of the employees would give it to me. I sent an email to the email address provided regarding an incident and it just bounced back.
Even though it's probably been 10 years since I've been. Worst club I've ever been to. Arrogant security who think they're cool when they throw someone out
West Indies
Parking was convenient
The new generation for this time! It´s a good place to meet people from different cultures. Come and enjoy !
Worst club I've ever been to. Stepped outside to get some air and they kicked me out. I was on the VIP list and they still kicked me out. I kept telling the bouncer I was on the list and he asked me to show him proof. How the hell am I supposed to show proof if they take your VIP pass when you enter? You know what's funny? The same guy who told me to show him my VIP pass is the same one who TOOK my VIP pass. 1 star all the way, **** this place.
One of the WORST club experiences I have ever had. The bartenders were incapable of making a proper drink and their POOR attitude made it worst. I basically paid for an expensive soda. The staff & security was rude and disrespectful. Would NOT recommend this club to anyone looking for a good night.
