Beautiful atmosphere, ambience is top notch. Stayed at the Sandman and attended at Paint Nite here. Very relaxing venue with amazing wines.

This is a great little find at the Sandman Hotel. We went for Paint Night and stayed for the dinner. It was delicious and abundant. The service was prompt and the place had just the right amount of people. The drinks, although on the higher side were well made and tasted good.

Super slow service. 15 mins for a beer and food is normal. Otherwise not too bad.

The 'lady 'barkeep' was lovely - the Food was horrible - The Rice Bowl was soggy and tasted like some second rate frozen dinner - the Prime Rib Iceberg Mix Cobb Salad came with burnt fried bits of what appeared to be leftover beef and chopped up sad more yellow than green plain iceberg - no mix - 'decorated' with a few whole grape tomatoes and a small mound of likely prepackaged grated cheddar cheese plus a couple of other items - disgusting for what otherwise appears to be a moderately nice environment. Both were refused.The Sandman Hotel is going to lose clientele to the competition if it doesn't do something about it's 'food prep' kitchen staff.

An excellent place to chill out! It’s in the Sandman Hotel in the Sandman lobby and had heard some great reviews about this place So Lobby the Lounge hosts paint nights and has people come over for drinks and appetizers It’s an awesome cool place I was there for a paint nite The arrangements made for the paint nite were very good and professionally organized The server offered a drink and the food menu The alcoholic beverages are very reasonably priced it was $7 for a double shot which was great and excellent food and appetizers at great prices too It’s got super ambiance, excellent seating arrangement with tables chairs and couches The service here is beyond excellent too very professional A cool place to hang out in the evenings or weekends with food and drinks The only drawback being the washrooms are a bit far from the lobby area but I loved it here Am definitely coming back here with friends soon

I attended a Paint Nite here and had a really amazing time. The service is top notch and for a higher end establishment their prices are very good. Their food is also excellent. I cant wait to go back. Perfect for a mature crowd.

Almost impossible to find. Built into the hotel with only one sign frosted on the glass. Wait staff was rude. The only reason to go here is if you are in the hotel already.

If I could give negative stars I would... ordered a glass of tap water while at a paint nite hosted by lobby the lounge. Was brought a filthy glass which I told the waitress about. She brought me a second equally filthy glass and when I againt brought it to her attention she became argumentative with me. She told me that was the way the glasses came out of the dishwasher and what did I expect from her. I said, a clean glass. She kept saying this was what was coming out of the dishwasher and that was that. I said ok so then can i have bottled water? She said yes and I said I'm not paying for the water. If the restaurant cannot provide clean dishes then they can at least provide complimentary bottled water. The waitress tells me she can't do that and again kept asking what I wanted from her. I again said, a clean glass. She refused, saying I could speak to a manager. Then she let it slip that those were the dishes used for paint nite events. So, paint nite goers beware! Lobby the lounge doesn't properly clean dishes that may have paint or other dirt on them and expects you to use them. Last I checked in the restaurant business clean dishes are non-negotiable. For lobby the lounge, this is their expectation. Will not be returning.

We came here for a paint night. We did t order anything from the bar bit the atmosphere was nice. Since it was part of the Sandman hotel, parking was a bit of a problem since it seemed to be a busy night at the hotel.

Ambiance is good, food taste ? If you like fast food. Long wait from food, desert to bill payment.???? Guess they need more staff.
