You have all the information of people who buy the services and products of Lionhead Golf Club & Conference Centre (Night Club) in the area of Brampton (Canada).
Nowadays the firm has a score of 4.3 over 5 and the rating has been based on 127 reviews.

You know that we do not usually bother to place reviews when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club is included in the category of Golf course.
A challenging one for sure.
I really like this place, their sun room is amazing , their brunch is excellent , specially their egg Benedict, I could eat their egg Benedict all day long
Very Nice Easter Buffet. Great views of the golf course.!
Very well maintained, challenging course. Will need all the clubs in your bag.
Not so welcoming if you are not a good golfer
Always enjoy these courses and always eats me alive every single time I'm hesitant with my game. I'll play here 5x a season. Recommend. Try not1 to get caught during tourneys as in any course.
Only giving 4 stars because of their out dated power carts, beside that Lionhead is an amazing golf course. The legends course is an extremely challenging course rated 3rd hardest in Canada. The masters is more forgiving an more suitable for the “ weekend golfer “
Lovely place and delicious catering.
Lion' Head One of my favorite courses. Conveniently located and the greens are challenging
Great location, good service, good setup and management.
Always great food never busy my family are regulars.
Food was good but salty. Happened twice in two weeks.
Two nice tracks, well maintained. Courses are tough. Couple of wonky holes in Masters. I think Legends is pretty clearly the superior of the two but it's also definitely harder. Green fees steep and the cart guys/starters can a bit over-zealous with enforcing petty rules. We're not children. Overall value rating is 'mediocre'.
Top rated public golf course in Canada , offer 2 course , Masters and Legends , always in fantastic shape. bring your A game , also great dining after golf with friendly service , range also available.
Always a good round here, beautiful course and challenging!
We were here for a wedding. There is tons of parking. Venue is beautiful and quite large. The room for the ceremony was gorgeous. Food service was great. The bartenders were friendly and remembered my drink even though there were 300 guests. Great spot!
Coaarse was in great shape( Legends) 5 1/2 + round really sucked, and the starter was extremly rude. 4 stars was only because of the coarse
Course was on par and well maintained. Play The Legends . Very challenging.
The Legends was a really challenging golf course, with a tight layout and some very long holes from the back. HCPs above 20 will find this course very challenging, even from the forward tees, so I would recommend the Masters course, as I understand it would be a less challenging test. The tee boxes were not in great conditions and the greens were hit and miss condition wise. The driving range has very poor limited flight balls, the grass was very chewed up and the balls were not included unlike some other courses nearby. Also, they trap your clubs in a queue on the cart, meaning you had to walk to the range with your bag or a select clubs. Finally, and most annoying and silly, the pro shop employee said I had to have manager approval or prove my handicap to play the black tees, yet he had idea what Golf Canada was when I told him to check my handicap (which is one of the only official handicapping services in Canada). Maybe hire staff or train them so if they are going to screen players for the back tees, they know what Golf Canada is and how to look up a handicap. Standing around watching an employee "Google" Golf Canada because they never heard of it is pathetic if you are going to restrict access to the tees... Just saying. Also, many of the black tees had been abandoned my the club and is not officially rated by the USGA, something they should mention before playing. Overall, I suggest playing it once for the experience if you're looking for a different place to go, but I wouldn't go back twice unless someone else wanted to go really badly. The course is not worth the money, and there are much better options in the area.
Great, challenging track... pace was an issue that was not addressed by club Marshall's. 6 1/2 hours is not acceptable when there are huge gaps ahead of slow group
If money is nothing to you, then you may enjoy these two courses. For those looking for value, there are much better options. Prepare for a 5.5 hour round.
Very nice. Food was fantastic
Great golf course. One of the hardest and best in Canada!
Recently came here for a wedding event. The hall is was spacious and very modern. I appreciated the slightly isolated location of the hall as well.
Awesome for meetings, engagements & weddings; staff is great!
What a beautiful place we had great time there this is not the first event we attend there. Service is excellent and the views are amazing
Two good tracks that are very difficult when played from the back tees. Always in good shape.
Very nice
Great practice area and amazing courses
I love this place! I go with my friend all the time to the restaurant on site and on nice spring/summer days it can feel like a getaway. It is truly spectacular and the service was great. I'm sure it is even better if we played a round of golf, but I'll be coming back a lot so I'm sure it will happen.
What can I say about Lionhead Legends course for one as our starter said if you haven't played here before bring lots of balls absolutely great time will come back for sure maybe next time we might tame the Lion lol great course awesome staff .
Great course, good layout and very challenging
Pace of play needs to be marshalled better. Food is great. Staff is great. Course is usually in great shape. Speed up the pace and 5 stars
Hard course in very good condition. Greens are quick. Price is a little high...
Very lovely course. Only issue was with the service of the staff. Seemed very unwilling to help.
Beautiful course, had a great time
We held my 40th birthday dinner for 11 guests at Iggys restaurant and everyone raved about the food. When I was planning I asked for a few accommodations and they went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly as I hoped if not better. The service was amazing we were well looked after and it felt like a private restaurant just to our party. I cannot wait to go back again and again as this was our first visit there and I lucked out after finding them on Google. Thank you Iggy that Lionhead for the best 40th birthday dinner ever!
This place is beautiful and the food is good too. Good place for functions
Had a great time here, it's a very well maintained course.
It 's best golf course with reasonable price
Good course in decent condition but poorly managed. Had a few golfers ahead who were showing everyone down and wouldn't let pass and were heavily drunk... It wasn't the best of experience and I feel the marshals should be on the course which were none being a weekend! Seems the course is interested in just earning nothing else!!
The views and decor are beautiful. The food is good, however, it is a little expensive for what was included in the buffet. The service is good and the parking is free. The golf course is challenging and Darryl was very helpful and informative. Thank you!
Great place with big windows. But the air-conditioning was not good
Amazing building with beautiful multi- function halls.. interior is very cool and relaxing .. i loved every piece of detail in the interior... parking is available..
Great place to host events. Had my workplace Christmas get together there. Decently sized space, fire place, great decor. Would recommend.
It's an excellent place for wedding etc.
Nice place Good service Clean and elegant
This golf course is one of my favorite courses in the GTA. It's beautiful and well maintained. I love Teeing off into a nice view down. The staff is also very friendly. Amazing place to have a foursome lol
Great course conditions. Tough course layout. Top notch service.
Went to a wedding reception at the Lionhead GC & CC. It has very nice decor and it's well setup for receptions. The service staff and bartenders were great. A very nice spot for your receptions needs.
You know the course is in okay shape but yardage markers are basically nowhere to be found. Kind of annoying
This is amazing for wedding photography! Inside this venue has incredible light and space for beautiful weddings all in one location.
Update to story below The lower of reviews and those that care. These people are one that care. After reading the review below l was contacted and apologized to. Unfortunately the manager in charge of all this explained that this charge was advertised to everyone and made aware. Because l called in without viewing anything this detail was not explained. Error on this technicality lead to the charge being reimbursed after insisting to do so. Hats off to a class act. Apology for not taking another route. Here is my story Morher's day brunch. My wife myself and my son drive up the picturesque golf course, plenty of parking. Have a gentleman drive up in a golf cart pick us up at the car to drop us off at the front door. My son loved it. Small line to get to our table. Perfect atmosphere, happy, great food lots of friendly staff. Only thing was spoons for coffee not on table. No big deal. Even the price was great for what we enjoyed. Why the 3 stars? Well its time for the bill. I like to tip on the whole experience even though the servers were obviously younge and not experienced There was a $20 plus charge for " facility charge". If someone can explain this please do. When l called l asked what the fee per person was there was no metion. I guess it would have been better to tell me a higher price at the time of booking! I don't think I would have changed my mind. If l am being unreasonable here please someone point that out! I felt taken.. Sometimes crooks come in unexpected places. Very smart cause l couldn't say much to ruin the mood. I guess this is why l don't own a golf course. Unfortunately l forgot to take a picture of the bill to display it. If this happened to someone else, let me know.
Loved it Sunset during an event makes the place look like it's made from dreams.
Very elegant place. The staff were friendly and hard working
The food at Iggy's restaurant was sensational and so perfectly presented. Service was great as well. It only got noisy when it suddenly filled with golfers who got rained on.
Executive course with excellent service. Well taken care of . Restaurant is above average.
Course is in great shape and friendly staff, as always.
The golf pros are great. Lot of yards to hit here.
Great clean golf course. Service was great but the mobile bar was a bit slow. We saw it twice while playing, one it zipped right by us and we were "thirsty". Played Masters course. It was a nice course. not too difficult (I hear the Legends course is hard). Navigation a bit wonky where you cross paths with many holes, one spot has 4 different holes nearby. Dinner service was FAST. buffet tables constantly being refreshed so no pot ever empty. Food was great too.
We had a great time with our company for our Christmas Dinner. Good food and service.
The course is excellent and we've played many rounds there, but I have to say the new drink cart girl is never around. Fortunately we passed by the Lion's Den and were able to buy a few drinks because it was a scorcher and there was no relief to be found. Stopped by us once near the end of our game after we'd just hit the clubhouse. The new girl with the dyed pink/red hair needs to focus on running her routes, we're convinced she must have gotten lost, only possible explanation for such little contact.
Food and service was good. I attended a 60th birthday party for a friend in one of the rooms. Beautiful setting with windows looking into the golf course.
Course is in great shape and pace was less than 4 hours for 18. Best course in GTA for the price.
One of the best places to golf in this city, each course was different, challenging and the scenery was nice.
It's a great location very good service nice area
Nice place for a banquet. Great service.
Nice course, in good shape. Tough for a casual golfer
Surprisingly good prices for awesome quality food. Fancy design and good for banquets
A very nice golf experience playing Legends.
Rough is thick but professional, not as bad as earlier complaints. Course is definitely hard, but a great golf experience. Facilities, conditions, service all top notch. Driving range at club house, so convenient. Bag drop well organized. Nesting bald eagle on hole 10 of Legends, incredible. Play it before it’s a subdivision in a few years. We’ll worth it. I have no complaints. I do wish the carts had GPS, especially for the adventure you’re about to get yourself into.
definitely a treat to play it!! - long challenging course not friendly to your average hacker and a great challenge for us lower handicappers
Pretty much everything is closed, try again next.
Good golf course
I helped a client run a meeting at this facility. Extremely helpful management team and great facilities made for an excellent meeting.
A very challenging course but it is beautiful. Staff are very nice.
Beautiful course what it is and the costs. The rental clubs are outstanding and all the personnel is really nice (EXCEPT the old man Marshall who looks like he’s 85, steer clear of this old guy. Cranky and not friendly. Make the course work not so fun). But everyone else is amazing to deal with. Good public course.
We had the best of Nigerian delicacies around at the lion head golf club.
Over priced, and over rated golf course. Very antiquated system for checking in for golf cart.
Great course, friendly staff
Great course!
Great golf course. Very challenging for beginners, but the greens are very well maintained
A great place to celebrate a milestone
Haven't played golf here, however, went for a corporate dinner. Food and ambiance was mediocre, nothing extraordinary.
Legends course is very challenging. Beautiful views as you cross back and forth over credit river.
Been golfing here a lot recently (particularly for 9 on the masters course) and the holes are challenging and fun! There’s this particular hole across a small little valley and creek after a long drive which was fun to play. The fairway was well groomed and clean but the greens felt kinda weird when putting. I bet this place pre-covid was a lot more lively but it’s great to go when the course is empty and we could take our time! Excited to keep playing this course
Great meeting place. Spacious and multiple rooms available. Good catered food and drinks in conference centre. Bar also available for functions. Great views of the course even in winter.
Awesome, working with Heart House Hospice at "Beat the Pro" par 4.
I actually worked here for a little bit, I helped wash and put away carts, service here is alright but it just isn't super accommodating to new comers, but it's a great place for everybody who knows proper golf etiquette.
Played at Masters. Very nice course well maintained. Wide fairways and fast fine green.. My cart died at hole no. 12. Slowed our game and went under pressure with the next group behind. I was not given another cart.
Course is in great shape as always. Priced a bit high IMO
Played both Masters and Legends course. Legends has incredible views especwduring the Autumn season. Bring your A game when playing the Legends.
Decent location to organize events. Staff is nice and friendly.
One of the best public golf courses in the GTA. Both 18-hole courses are in amazing condition with fast greens, beautiful fairways and overall fun to play
Enjoyed banquet facilities and golf. Course was in pretty good conditions despite dry summer.
Was out with some friends, and we got attacked by some members (they we're hitting balls at us) the marshals came and did nothing because "they're members" Great customer service, never going back.
Awesome course!! Challenging! Beautiful greens and fairways!! Will definitely be back!!
Decent but nothing special
Huge, clean function rooms & yummy food!
Beautiful grounds and indoor facilities. Would highly recommend the looks if you're looking for an elegant evening or de se a wedding. The chairs look like they were for Cinderella out of clear acrylic. (They we're okay for about 30 minutes)I was personally there for a conference and found that the washroom facilities were a bit limited due to a stretcher being parked in front of the ladies. The staff were impeccable-very well trained and able to make everything appear by magic.
A Tournament machine. Fun enough from forward tees.
Pace of Play is awful. Waiting right after the second hole. No excuse for this except for poor managing of the course.
Beautiful venue for our winter Christmas party. Overlooking the course
Great place and nice event
Amazing piece of property. Everything about this course is first class.
Attended a wedding here. Beautiful facility, grounds and food. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
I had my wedding reception here(edinburgh room) on Saturday November 3rd. months prior, my wife and I had no idea how this would go, but the our point of contact Sue Saad was extremely helpful and took a load off our shoulders with the planning. The day of the wedding reception was very elegant and exceeded my wife and I's expectations. The room of the event was beautiful. We came beforehand to take some wedding photos and the staff provided us with snacks and coffee. We were immediately touched by their hospitality. And throughout the whole night, this hospitality continued without any let up. We had an itinerary and everything went according to it, the appetizers, dinner(buffet) and dessert came out exactly on time. Speaking of food, all of it was AMAZING! All of our guest, including myself, praised us for the food and the options as well. Our wedding reception only had 60 guests, and in the smallest room. I can't fathom how much more elegant and amazing a bigger reception would be it Lionhead. Sue Saad, as well as the rest of the staff were pleasant. This should most definitely be a top choice to anyone considering a location for a reception!
Spacious rooms, excellent food and service.
Good golf course, really well maintained
Disappointed in the overall condition of the course, definitely not what it was year back.
Lionhead Legends is a great Toronto course
Incredible course. Well kept. Beautiful scenery
This was the second time we went to the restaurant inside the golf course and the food was good and we loved our visit.
This place is so beautiful, and service was excellent. Not sure about pricing as we attended a few events here but did not host them.
Excellent continental breakfast served at our conference. Exceptionally clean facilities. Great customer service.
Attended a Wedding party at the Golf Club. The environment and staff were just great.
Greens are in terrible shape, so many ball-marks it's hard to pick a line. Shame as I remember it being fun course.
Great course, well maintained. Food at clubhouse is exceptional. Excellent place for a company tournament!
Excellent service and ambiance plus good quality food.
Great place, good service, nice food. Highly recommended for family events.
Excellent course and staff!
We were there to view space for a wedding. The sales associate, Kellie, was very pleasant to speak to, answered our questions in detail and patiently. The rooms were spacious with excellent amenities. I cannot say anything about the service as yet because the event is only next year. The grounds are very well kept.
For the money the course needs to be in better shape. The rough is unfair. It's about 3 inches thick and heavy. Not fair for public play
Overpriced.
Great golf course. Luxury lobby caught my eyes first and masters and legends course were pretty exciting, lots of hazards! Fully satisfied. :)
Stylish location for your small or large events
Golf course is in best condition for years - we played the 'Masters' 18. Food and beverage excellent, and staff are polite and ready to assist.
Really enjoyed this track, from the entrance appeal to the great food at the restaurant it was an awesome day. The course forces you to lay up and play to it's limitations. It's tight and unforgiving if you can't hit a straight ball. If you like Philly cheese steak, order the pizza!
Excellent venue for anyone that wants to hold a meeting or go golfing. I was there for an annual meeting with my company and everything went smoothly. Very nice place.
Classy and the views are breathtaking! We have worked with Kaneff and Lionhead Conference Centre for a lot of or Patient Appreciation Events this year and they always go above and beyond in service and in their food. We always get great feedback from our vendors and attendees. Sue Saad and her team are people you can count on to get your event taken care of. With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is one remarkable person who can over deliver for any of your needs. We will continue to host events for our family and practice here!
Very well maintained Golf Course. Challenging and fun.
Moderately nice venue, not very fancy, not cheap looking either
Tough track and impeccable service!
First time golfing experience and it was absolutely amazing
course is not in the condition it used be but still charging same prices
Beautiful course. Very challenging. Clubhouse is nice and food is good.
Nice golf coarse and location to hold conference's or business meetings
Decorated a wedding here, staff was incredible
At the Friends for Life golf tournament outstanding event great golf course lot of fun!!!!!
Lack of bathrooms on the course, there was only one to begin with and it was out of service. This is not good when you're trying to stay hydrated, and also discourages women players
Only experience is for conference Center & lunch which was varied, hot and satisfying. The parking is ample and not too far from the entrance. There is a lot of space in the lobby for congregating during events and can be decorated to suit the theme.
Check out Iggy's: clean, modem bar with a good food selection and craft beer on tap.
I had my wedding event here a few months ago. The facility is great and staff very friendly. Special thanks to Sue Saad for going out of her way to make the day perfect for us!
Great day of golf. Friendly staff and perfect weather made a great day of golf
Delicious food and great service and even more beautiful grounds
Lovely venue in a lovely setting. Great facility, food & service.
Awesome course! Great conditions, suburb difficulty and awesome staff! There is an tricky island green on the 16 hole. Iggys is always yum. A must play!
Legends Blue 95 . Took 3:45 hours. $100 for twilight seems about right for this course, I wouldn’t pay more than that though. At first I thought it was going to be another Royal Woodbine run around when they said my single booking was going to get bumped, but the marshal was kind enough to get me out on the 10th -this earns a star for that. I must say that only good golfers should play the Legends course, for the average golfer will get eaten alive on the front 9 (don’t even try). The layout is great, yet the greens have taken a beating- it is late summer though. This is the first course I’ve seen with pace of play times on the score card - it indicated an almost 5 hour pace of play! Today it took a little less than 4 hours but I think all courses should aim for a round no longer than 4:15 - any longer and you need to get to the driving range don’t mess up other players days. I would return here again.
Beautiful venue. Incredible staff.
One of my favourite courses to play. Legend course is very hard.
Beautiful course!
Awesome banquet food and great space
Its true this is the hardest course in canada, it does a better job of beating you up than you usually do to yourself. Amazing course
Did a wedding there amazing picture I took
Beautiful venue for a wedding! Good food and friendly staff.
Played Legend course yestersay. The course layout and condition is good. The Marshall is nice but the guy who is replacing the pin and flags was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I asked him why there is no marker post and he responded rudely saying "don't you see the marker on the ground? looks like you need someone ride with you to measure distance for you!".. five minutes after saw him again at the next hole, I greeted him call him hello sir, but he responded with "you again!".. what a bad guy and he should not be working on the golf course. The distance marker is very misleading. Considering a top end course like this, this is way more disappointing and frustrating. Overall experience is very disappointing. For the amount of money it cost, I would rather go other courses like Angus Glen, Woodington golf course... Would not recommend the Lionh ad course ..
Was here for a co-workers retirement party. Food was okay. I really liked their salad and dessert. The main course was a chicken breast with a side of steak. Steak was a bit overcooked and quite dry. The views on the green was gorgeous.
Went there to attend a wedding. Good place. Ok good.
My husband and I had a Hindu wedding ceremony and reception at this venue. All of our guest gave us nothing but compliments on how beautiful and unique the venue was for our events. The guest loved the solarium room and enjoyed taking pictures with the beautiful landscaping backdrop. We especially cannot thank the food and beverages manager, Sue Saad, enough for all her hard work and great attitude. She was super nice and accommodating. Sue and my family had built an amazing rapport due to her wonderful personality. She was so approachable and readily available to answer any question/help us with anything. The bartending and other staff were also very commendable. Thank you for everything! My brother and his fiancee already booked their wedding for next year. Highly recommended!
Loinhead is a marquee golf course offering two 18 hole tracks, Masters and Legends. The place is immaculate and so challenging. It’s got to be tops in Canada and right up there for North America. I live in Brampton and this is the absolute best course around. If I was considering a membership I would look here first. I would play here every time I golf if I could. The staff is great. Lionhead is beautiful.
Played the Masters. Enjoyed the course and facility. The reason for the 2 stars is that we showed up for our annual buddies round to play the Legends course at 8:12. We were then told that we'd have to be off by 12, as there was a shotgun tourney, or we would be kicked off. Compensation offered was $10 and after time on the Masters. No compensation and a call in advance would have been preferable. The course-closing tournament wasn't booked that morning.
I love the masters course challenging, but fair, and expertly maintained. Friendly staff.
Wonderful visit there I found the course to be I have absolutely amazing
Great course. Just wish the parking was situated differently. Closest parking spot was a good 200 meters away from the pro shop.
Very Good club house and dinner reception.
One of my favorite golf course. Condition is pretty good. Course layout is pretty challenge. The green is not great. a lot of golfers did not fix the ball mark on the green.
Very challenging course and staff are amazing
Not the same as the place was during its hay day, but course still shows elements of how beautiful it was. Still a good challenge regardless.
Beautiful course that will test your skill
I love the place if they charge a little bit less though I know more of us would come out and more people wouldn't notice the long rough. Place seems to be not as full as it should because you can find more cared for courses for less
Solid course, has two 18 hole courses. The Masters course is easier, Legends is for better golfers. Great patio which is now closed due to covid but if it ever opens up again the food is amazing.
This is my second and last review of Lionhead as it will be my last time playing there. I thought conditions were poor 4yrs ago, boy was I wrong... The once beautiful Legends course is just a mess, the only real way to describe it really. Over grown, mostly by weeds, 4ft thistle lining the cart paths, patchy rough and approach areas that are somehow already dead in a lot of areas. I've seen better conditions at $40 cow pastures up North. Even areas that have been cut are just left to look a mess. The entire grounds of Lionhead are just dated and unkempt. Disappointing ???? Ps. Anyone rating this course over 3 stars, especially at $120 is either mad or paid.
The round of golf was very dissaponted. Golf cart ran out of power, took staff almost 4 holes before they showed up with a replacement cart. There were no directions as to where the next hole was. Asked staff, they did not know where the 10th hole was. Will definitely not come back to course as I can play much better maintained courses and for much lower rates.
Very professional courteous staff - went for the BBOT InspiHER presentation - very well done, nicely presented. Food was good, service attentive and the event was awesome, very inspirational - strongly suggest trying to make next years event.
Lionshead is a great course and not overly expensive. Prefer it over Angus Glenn or Eagle's nest.
Beautiful course. Beautiful venue. Food was very good.
Great conference facility. Ample parking, floor to ceiling windows for great light. Only issue was the lack of technical help; we were given an old laptop to connect to and had nearly no audio transmitting.
2 big boy golf courses , conditions were nice but not great for $$$ .
Love, love, love the patio here. Quite and relaxing. Good food and service too.
Superb event, excellent at all levels. Thanks Sue for organizing our event on June 16.
Great courses. We'll maintained. Challenging
I been enjoying driving range at Lionhead with your 2 for 1 coupon! Thank you for additional coupons!!!!!!
Must say its perfect in facilities services and overall nice clean area. must come and visit this place don't miss it . highly recommend to all my friends.
We had lunch at Iggys. The food was delicious.
Played the Legends course, was in very good shape. It was a very challenging course for a novice golfer like me, the masters course would have been better for me but it was still a great time out. There is a practice range for a fee and clubhouse with food and drinks. They are a cashless course so you need credit or debit only, no cash.
I booked this space for our engagement and we couldn't have picked a better venue. I am beyond thankful for the service Sue (the head of the food and beverage) provided for us from the very beginning She was very professional and met all our needs and requests and helped coordinate a perfect day. Everyone was impressed by the beauty of this panoramic venue and I would definitely reccommend this place for all your events. It will make you day a 100 times more extravagant.
Love the courses. Clean and tidy. Treated very well by staff. Price is right too.
One of the toughest courses out there. Really enjoyed the view and the green was great.
Friendly staff. Good job guys
Very efficiently run golf course. Staff are friendly and very professional in their work. Food at Iggy's was delicious. Servings were huge. The course itself was in top notch condition. Challenging greens and fairways.
A unique golfing experience. Very enjoyable. Highly recommend playing the course.
Great brunch atmosphere on the restaurant patio.
Fun course. Harder than expected. Can't wait for another shot at it.
One of the best venues I've seen. The food was really good, and the hall was spacious. The outside part of it could be used, which has a really cozy fireplace. Havent been to the golf course at all, as I dont play golf, but it seems like there is a good space for it xD The service was indeed good as all the staff were greatly trained and took care of every guest
This course was so beautiful and well drained that I enjoyed my day despite the fact that it rained all day long. Fabulous facility as well. Food was superb. I'll be golfing there again soon!
Very pretty to look at. Nice seating areas.
Great course and clubhouse, although I found the food could have been better.
I recently had my bridal shower in the Aberdeen Terrace room. The food was great, the service was even better and the place was beautiful. Sue was so amazing to work with and really worked hard with us to make sure we had a wonderful and stress-free experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue for anyone. This won't be my last event, that's for sure!
was there for a function at the banquet hall on 8th of October, the lady in the office was extremely rude with loads of attitude and helpless she definitely needs to retire, she was also really rude with the staff as well literally yelling at the hard working staff. There is definitely no room for people like her in Canada.
Sue is an amazing person, excellent customer service she is great
Very nice golf course
3 stars because its not as good as it should be for the price. carts have ball and club washers, but no water in reservoir. no sand seed mix in divot bucket either. the cart was in general poor condition and pulled to the right constantly. the rain cover wouldn't stay up either...just a bad first impression. course was not in good shape, a lot of weeds everywhere. greens needed attention as there were quite a few spots of dead grass. no yardage stakes? no GPS in carts? first time playing legends, so I don't know if that's normal, but that didn't factor into my rating. maybe that's why its rated hardest course in the universe...well I joke. no Marshall's to speed up play? surely there has to be some type of control even in these times of covid. I understand no drink carts...maybe something temporary at halfway? nice course if it was better maintained, 3 stars because it is a nice challenge, but only 3....i suspect kaneff has lost interest...it certainly shows that at his other courses too, namely streetsville glen. fortunately, there are many courses to choose from, im not returning to this one.
Love the Legends track, it's my favourite golf course.
Good golf courses. Greens could be in better shape like their practice putting greens. Some very tough holes to be sure . Biggest problem is pace of play can be really long especially on the weekends at peak hours, especially the legends course.
I played this course 4 years ago and had a great time. It still a Great challenge but it’s a shame to see the condition its in now. Feels more like a northern Ontario bush course with how overgrown and unkempt it’s become. Clovers and weeds all over the green side rough, cart paths deteriorating and some closed off due to poor condition and Patchy fairways near the landing zones. It just feels they’ve cut their maintenance budget in preparation for a land sale. Not worth the green fee anymore
If I could give this facility more than 5 stars I would. We booked one of the banquet halls for a wedding reception and the event coordinator Lara was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. She was very accommodating to our needs and made an otherwise busy and hectic time smooth and comfortable. On event day the staff were so friendly and professional and we literally had no complaints. Lionhead provides a classy venue for all events and we are so glad we chose it for this special occasion. I have also played golf here on several occasions and it is one of the finest courses in Canada to say the least. 5 stars and more for this top notch facility and staff!
Had great time with my friends
Fantastic golf course and it's has two 18 championship hole and both 18 are tough you must choose your tees carefully.
DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE!!!! Played a round here last week and could not believe they do not trust there staff enough to accept cash. They do not accept cash anywhere on the course, even the snack carts. I was upset as I had only cash with me, as many golfers do, and had to have a friend pay. Very embarrassing. I understand all Kaneff courses are like this. Very sad. On top of that we received a cart that had not been charged and had to be exchanged on the 14 hole after we had to push the cart up a hill for safty. WILL NEVER GOLF HERE AGAIN
Beautiful course and well maintained. Had a small issue that the manager dealt with posy haste.
Awesome challenging course, friendly staff, great food at the turn it was a nice treat to see the salmon in the river aswell.
Nice decor, good is not great.
Great relaxing environment. Food is superb. Staff is amazing. Try anything on the menu, it's all good.
Great golf course but the weddings and the music should not be allowed to go in to the parking lot which is surrounded by multiple holes. Don't need to hear music/people shouting when I'm teeing off.
Challenging but fun course. Service was very good and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable
Beautiful course! Tough though
2 really beautiful and challenging courses from any tees.. well kept. Beware of the rough 2021..... Crazy long! Oh, and slow, especially if your playing late morning or afternoon.....
Great public golf course and facilities. Super nice and attentive staff.
Beautiful facilities, however some staff lack customer service skills.
This is a wonderful place to book your event. Whether a wedding reception or a Christmas party, it is an elegant venue with excellent food
Great course. Challenging course and good price. Not for beginners imo.
Excellent condition, safe from vivid???? wonderful, friendly staff!????
Great service and a decent course
We had our wedding here in September. This is a beautiful venue, the staff, surroundings and the setup was amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this venue, our expectations were exceeded and our wedding was executed perfectly. I would like to give special praise to SUE SAAD. She is a very professional, polite and courteous lady. We worked with her from the day we booked the venue to the very day of the wedding. She was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, she ensured that we had everything that we needed leading up to the event and gave us recommendations on how to arrange aspects of our wedding ceremony. She is extremely experienced and was by far the best person that we worked with throughout our entire wedding process. Lionhead is very lucky to have her and we wish everyone would be as easy to work with as she was. Thank you Sue, we wish you all the best.
This conference room was so pretty.. nice place fr a wedding reception.
Yesterday is my first day taking my course! Wow I love the place especially the Instructor very Polite! My first day is Excellent :)
Beware of Ticks!!!!!! The Legends course is in good shape. The rough truly keeps you humble.... it’s thick thick and spongey........ you need to keep it in the fairway if you want to score well.
Played the Masters course which was nice. Fairways were in good shape but the greens were chewed up. At the 10th hole they inserted a group of five between my foursome and a slow twosome.
Beautiful facility, brunch and lunch is fantastic! The food and beverage manager is an amazing woman! Thanks to everything Sue.
Very nice 18 hole golf course with two distinct courses. Staff are friendly and helpful. Grounds are very nicely kept. The greens are immaculate. I'm not a member and was there as part of a charity tournament and everyone was pleased. The nicest part is how close it is to downtown Toronto (40 minutes).
The course is in decent shape. Disappointing to have on course service stopped by 630 pm.
Played a week ago and course was in great shape considering the time of the year. Had a tee time today and it was just drizzling, we went in and paid but then the rain really started to come down. The pro shop kindly refunded us. Great customer service. Will definitely be back.
$50 to walk the Masters course was a good deal with a Tri-City Golf Club membership. Greens were great. Course conditions in other spots were so-so. They could certainly pay more attention to course conditions (weeds in odd spots etc.) They also are having major drainage issues. It was really wet in areas.
The banquet hall was very well furnished. The big windows with a view of the golf course was beautiful. The green it self Is well maintained. Got that nice green glow like a golf course should have. Staff was very friendly and acommodating. Next time deffienately gotta bring a set of clubs to get around in.
beautiful course. Challenging but very rewarding. friendly staff. Shoutout to Sergio
Great golf facility 2 of the best golf courses in the city
Had a chance to just relax and chill on the patio. Very comfortable, great views and a great menu! Good selection of apps and drinks!
Christmas party event was beautiful and the meal was delicious.
Beautiful venue
I've been for offsite corporate meetings. They were able to accommodate me with a vegan meal. Leaving after an event takes awhile since there is only one way out
We were there for a birthday party. The food was okay, however it was not refilled fast enough.
Awesome experience .
Very well maintained grounds. Food is great.
The golf pros are great. Lot of yards to hit here.
Played the Legends course. One tough track! Better have your "A" game!
Fun and maintain good..green is a bit bumpy But consider is just open
It's the first time I played here and would be the last time for sure. The course is not maintained well. Green speed is vary hole by hole. And I have to say the marshal is the worst of all golf courses I have ever played, talking to people in a really rude way. There's a severe thunder storm at the day. I was cought by it with other more than 10 players who also didn't get any warning. A tree was blown down in the car path on the way we back to club house. Lucky enough, none of us was hurt. It turned out that they blow warning horn in front of the club house only. All players at far side of the course is on themselves.
Always tough AF… but legends is no joke. Long and tight
Very difficult golf course but in AAA+ condition had a lot of fun thanks ???? ????
calm peaceful and beautiful greens
Great golf course and great food. Went for a golf tournament.
Awsome coarse if you are just starting better bring a psycotheropist cuz youll be losing mind or bring some valium cool coarse coming back
The place was great. I went there for a conference and actually missed it when driving in. It was beautiful inside. It looks like a nice place to golf.
Great course! Legends was a challenge and you need to be on. Greens are well maintained and hazards are a challenge. Will play again!
Excellent state of the art meeting facilities.
First-time at the course, very tough course for beginners...very nice banquet hall... and pro shop....great for work function.
The power went down in the middle of our New Year party and they could not find the fuse to turn it back on. We had to go home.
The halls are beautiful and perfect for our fundraising events. The conference centre is centrally located and convenient.
Very poorly organized in the pro shop. Mediocre conditions, tee boxes were not cut in a while.
Played the Masters course and enjoyed the layout. Course was in great shape and the greens were very consistent. Can't wait to go back! ????
An absolute gong show. The staff has not been informed on how to serve customers during Covid 19.
Wow the coarse was very challenging!!! Btw the coarse won!!!
Great course, we'll maintained, very tight fairways, you'll need to trust your swing on this course or bring a few extra dozen balls.
Played the Masters course - it's in fantastic condition. Challenging, interesting layout that'll make you use every club in the bag. And yes, like every Kaneff course they are cashless. They accept every form of card, tap, apple wallet, Android pay or any other electronic payment you can think of. Since you'll probably have your debit or credit card to check in, just keep it in your pocket and you won't have trouble all day. What golfer doesn't carry a wallet or a couple cards with them? :)
Disaster. Car path only slows down but 6 hours to play this course is too much. Someone should push slow players.
Great place to host events excellent service good quality food and beautiful facility, had my son baptism launch there. thanks for the staff and Food and Beverages Manager Sue
Very nice restaurant and surrounding I did not eat here but was very impressed with the place....... Definitely be back
The minute we walked into Lionhead, we were floored. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly how we had envisioned our wedding venue to be. Along with that comes an exceptional team. Sue is the in charge for events there and extremely helpful. You simply have to tell her what you want and you know it will be taken care off. The food was one to remember. Our guest can't stop talking about our wedding! Thank you Lionhead for making our day so special!
Had a company function at Iggys...atmosphere was very nice...service was very good as well.
Beautiful course, I literally played the best game of my life here.
Great golf - service not quite what it used to be
Tough but fair track
Lionhead always provides an excellent challenge, both Masters and Legends courses. Lots of newer novice players recently during Covid who struggle with the difficulty and course rules and thus create slow play. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great practice facilities. Very good membership packages. Beverage carts are readily available. Course conditions are always excellent, thanks to the great grounds crew. Carts are well naintained and always clean and sanitized. I would readily recommend Lionhead for a great round of golf.
Their service is terrible. I called and left over 10 messages and they never called back. They just don't care. I spoke to some friends who did the same and they got the same service. Will never join this club.
Great service. Perfect for a private function. Food was delicious and music oh so wonderful!
We hosted our engagement party at Lionhead and the whole planning process was absolutely flawless thanks to the AMAZING food and beverage manager, Sue! We can't thank her enough for her hard work, attention to detail and genuine interest in making our event perfect. The food was also very delicious! All our guests were happy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lionhead. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to host an event in Mississauga.
I worked cleaning there and I can tell everyone the kitchens are disgusting, I don't know how people didn't get poisoned there. 5 stars where?
I have been looking forward to playing this course for a very long time and it was not what I had expected. I played the Legends course and was quite disappointed. Now, I did play the course after a large tournament but there is no way the course should have looked liked it did. The pictures on the web are of a well manicured and picturesque course - what I played was not: tee boxes were messy and muddy. The fairways were unkempt and the grounds keeping inconsistent (some areas cleaned ... most not). The driving range was in horrible shape but the putting green was excellent. It was not worth the price point. It was not the experience for which I was hoping. Saying that, those working were excellent - starter was excellent. The pro shop staff looked tired but still managed to be cordial. The cart staff appeared a little disorganized but equally as helpful and cordial. I seriously tried to enjoy the round but simply couldn't given the price point and the state of the course. I was unimpressed. I give the course one star because of the staff and their helpful nature - the course itself gets a fail. It is very unlikely I would ever go back.
Nice course fairly well maintained. Legends course is a great course worth trying that over the Masters. Either way you won't be disappointed. The course marshal's are quite efficient and do a fairly good job of speeding things up especially when there are a number of slow golfers.
