A few of my friends left earlier and they made us come back after paying to pay more! They either screwed up billing or they wanted and extra 20$ for tip.... We waited at least 20 minutes for every drink after having to find someone to order from for 10 mins... Ridiculous and absolutely never going back.

Feels like Home. Ali always gives everyone a nice welcome. Good, fresh and reasonable price food (Chicken Wings, Fries, Samosas, Mozzarella Sticks ect.) Good Chichas flavors, Good music. Different night themes. No alcohol but good non-alcoholic flavored beer: Barbican (Mango, Strawberry, Apple, Pomegranate, ect). Milkshakes, dessert card and tea. It's not a big place but normal size. Cozy, Friendly and drama free. You can also ask for a pack of cards (if they have any left) and play a card games with your people. Really nice and fun concept. Definitely encourage everyone to go at least once and see for yourself ????????

Service was slow hummus portion size was too small and it wasn't really proper hummus. Very dirty bathrooms their shisha however is one of the best in GTA and that's why it's soo busy which contributes to the slow service I guess

From my point of view, this place was great before the pandamic but not anymore. Their Shisha is not consistent. Sometimes it's EXCELLENT but most of times the Shisha's are clogged not easily flowy and not breathable, the flavour fades away fast too... Also, their black tea with mint used to be EXCELLENT but now is mediocre just like any other cheap quality coffee shop. Shisha is the main attraction people come for. Mess with it, you are out of business. You cannot take it for granted. If I would have one word to describe your shisha is clogged, nonflowy, non breathable, and sometimes it gives me hedeach fast. Happened many times. We used to love visiting that place but not anymore. Its out of our list. As you expect us to pay everytime we order something, we expect you to continue providing quality service too. It's a two-way deal and not one-way.

I've never wanted to leave this place as soon as i walked in, like i did today. This place has completely gone downhill since the original staff left! The customer service isn't as great as it used to be, and one girl that works here was the rudest employee i've ever dealt with. When I come here, I used to love being here; now, I regret coming here. I don't know what else to say except DO NOT come here expecting to feel welcome.

No stars If you want to get food poisoning. This is the right place, they got no clue how to cook anything. I ordered chicken shawarma plate, the chicken was uncooked, mozzarella sticks were served half frozen and the cesar salad was literally lettuce with two pieces of cucumber! I paid over 75$ for everything with shisha, and I wouldnt pay 2$ for what I was served. Young people working, don't have a clue what's on the menu not to mention the worse customer service. If this is ur only option/place for shisha lounge , stay home

Pretty decent hookah lounge, it seems to always be busy during peak hours but they still have room for a lot of people, the place is very hazy and usually is pretty clean, but sometimes the staff do not come to take your orders or can be hard to find, also the washrooms are incredibly dirty

Even the serving was not that quick. So overall, ok place to go not the best.

It's a really great place to hangout. Great Shesha with good variety of flavours (*they have pan flavour as well*) at very reasonable price and the ambience is also nice. Music plays at a very good level such that you not only hear and enjoy your conversations but at the same time enjoy the music as well. Staff is friendly. They have variety of food as well though i haven't tried it though but people seem to be enjoying their food. The only complaint that I have is they charge $15 extra for their lounge like area where big groups can seat and enjoy but other than that all other seating areas are free as well as conformable. Overall I had a great experience.

Worst shisha place to go to, had food poisoning and my friend came here once before and same thing happened to him. I used to come here all the time a few months ago and it was a lot better. I knew the employee Ryan and he was amazing and this other girl employee can't remember her name but she was really nice. Came here a couple times the last couple weeks and i haven't been having good service, just thought you guys should know, because I used to love going here. The customer service is alright but very unprofessional. Employees sit and smoke there shishas without asking customers if they need anything.And one of the girls working there gave me a lot of attitude because I was having trouble with the shisha. Otherwise the shisha is really good. Just need to work on customer service and food. Also not really comfortable for a mature crowd, more for teenagers.

I visited Habibi’s Lounge for the first time recently and had a wonderful experience! I was seated by this really nice guy named Ryan, but was served by Anna (who is awesome!!) I can definitely say that I will be coming back, the level of customer service I received is phenomenal. These two made my first time memorable!!

Ive been to many lounges across the GTA and around the world travelling to different islands and by far Habibi lounge is by far my favourite. The staff here is amazing, just to name a couple of people who did a wonderful job were Ali the manager and also another waitress forgot her name. They treated me with the most respect and the shisha and food here was just amazing the shisha i would have to give atlas 9.5 out of 10 The food is 8 out of 10 i truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to try this place only thing i found a bit different was the music and and i prefer english but other than that it was great experince.

Hi my name is Tay. And I’m not entirely sure if people read reviews before they go but I can assure you this place isn’t as bad as people make it seem this is a truthful and fully broken down review. Firstly, to the non-respectful customers they don’t really get much of a good experience and to the rude clients which we (my 3-7 friends who come almost weekly) see Habibi lounge exercise patience with them. Now for the respectful AND clients who make themselves known and are patient. You never get a bad experience. If anything isn’t right they fix it immediately at no extra cost and make sure your experience is good. Now with any customer service establishment place get busy and packed, so being understanding on days like Saturdays and taking initiative a bit without being disrespectful goes along way anywhere and any restaurant. Rarely (once literally) do I get a forgotten order. I do send a Shisha back depending on who made it. Sometimes there’s new staff so new people are to blame but other than that my experience is perfect. I always get seating and if not I wait. Always get service but I also use my eyes if it’s too busy I stay in the front till my order done. Normally my three friends and I along with the current staff (November 29, 2019) are very cool and have ZERO issues. Hope this helps.
