SO LESS FOOD, LOOK AT THE SHISH TWOOK SKEWER.. This was the quantity of the mixed grill that I paid $20 for. Not only was the wait time extremely long, we got two food dishes and, the last one took another additional 25 min. The food became cold, and every server we asked including the manager would say 2 minutes or 3 minutes and would disappear! I know the place is well known, but the level of service was just disappointing, and definitely expected more out of this place!

Just editing my review again after visiting this place after 4 months. This place isn't the same anymore. Extremely lazy staff. No maintenance at all. Menu card looks like its been in world war 2. Furniture looks like picked up from a garage sale. Art on the wall looks like some 12yo kids work (with Fusion spelled wrong as "Fusian"). No toilette paper in the bathroom and the bin in the bathroom looked like paper mountain with all the papers on the floor all over. Poor quality shish and very cheap Walmart feel like food. Never coming back.

Came in with a large party (10+ people) and it only took about 10 minutes for the staff to give us a large enough booth. Haze (competition) gave us 45 minute wait estimate, so Fusion really came through for us.

Place was awesome with modernized interior. Only thing was they had to move us in the middle to accommodate other guests and it was hard to get a hold of a staff member after running out of coals. The staff there is always friendly. The premium paan kiwi flavour with an ice pipe is the best option.

Great place to chill and hangout with friends, watch the game, play the PS4, and lounge around. One thing I noticed was that they were stingy on coals, giving us 2 and 1 half. Aside from this, great place to relax after work.

Fusion Lounge sets the highest standard towards customer experience. The lounge is beautiful, the customer service is amazing, the food and shisha are beyond impressive. Shisha comes out really fast, and always taste amazing. The lounge is massive and has a great ambiance. The music is tasteful and it’s great for big groups and intimate dates. The lounge and selection was great in flavour, but the price was fixed despite one person did not participate, and explained they can't due to allergies. Make sure everyone that is going gets their money's worth. We had to pay extra in food to meet our tab amount. 5/4 people did the hookah, but the bill was still $10 per person. No entry fee, and we were told only after we sat down about how the fees work. The mango ice cream was good though.

Great atmosphere, great shisha flavours, great tea, great fries (for sharing), great music... great place overall. There's a wait time more often than not (ranging around 5 to 15 mins), and the speed in service is pretty hit or miss, but it is always worth it in the end.

Service was fast. Waiting time was less. Cabins are not far from one another. So, it feels too crowdy. The servers should know better how to handle the customers. They might be tired but they shouldn't show attitude to customers.

Visited this place for the first time! It was great ! Didn’t take much time to get a table especially when it’s weekend. The sheesha was great and so was the drink that I had ordered! I have visited several sheesha lounge in GTA and this would be once of the greatest place to visit! What really changed the whole scenario and my mood was the cashier! He behaved as if he is taking the money out of pity ! If the servers aren’t getting enough tips then it’s definitely because of the cashier! That definitely needs an improvement or to be more precise! The Cashier needs manners .. He got lucky that I didn’t have cash Or else it would be thrown at him for sure! Fusion is the dopest place to smoke shisha in GTA. I loved their chicken shawarma platter and orange mint shisha. The decor make the place look so nice and everything comes together so well. Their servers are quick and welcoming. Another must try is the fusion exotic. Definitely reccomend this place.

we told them to change the shisha he went to change it and he give me this one and was soo hard to smoke it because theres nothing on it./ and Service is zero. We asked for a fruit salad, they brought vegetables with a little strawberry, we asked for Red Bull drinks, and they didn't bring it until it was half an hour late and cheese cake wasn't good.

Unless you know someone working here, dont expect any service. My boyfriend and I walked in at 8:03pm and were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. We waited well pass that and saw large groups who walked in after us being seated by their friends who work there. We had to flag down a server after almost 45 minutes and the excuse we got was "oh i was looking for you." We were standing beside the counter the whole time, and it wasnt that foggy with haze that he couldnt see us. After being seated our next mission was trying to place our order. My boyfriend ordered a cup of hot tea and got a bottle of iced tea. Overall, the wait and confused service is not worth it for the quality that you get. Not coming back or recommending this place ever.

The servers were great. They were very attentive. The food was better than what you you would find in most shisha lounges. They also had a variety of flavours for the shisha. The prices are also cheaper than average. There are 2 PS4 that are free to play. You just have to give them your ID before they give you the controllers, and you get your ID back when you return them. Definitely worth the visit.

I don't know why a lot of people talk badly about this place, I have been going occasionally for the past 3 months. The food is amazing, fries, poutine, and burgers are HIGHLY recommended. The shisha is VERY flavourful, the orange mint tastes like oranges. It is very busy on weekends and has quite the lively vibe to it. It is a great place to go to for some food, relax and smoke, or even to just hang out with friends or coworkers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Fusion lounge is probably the best shisha lounge I’ve been to in Toronto. The shisha itself smokes great with a good variety of flavours, the service good, the music the good, even the good they serve worth a mention. If I were to recommend a shisha place to go to with friends, I would definitely recommend Fusion Lounge as it provides that upscaled hookah lounge feeling but at an amazing price range

The worst hookah lounge I have ever been to. Their mango shake tastes like the pulp you get at Wal-Mart mixes with warm tap water. The poutine tastes like chicken salan mixed with store bought potatoes. When I asked for a glass with ice I was told that they are not allowed to serve ice due to some house rule. The furniture has burn marks all over it and the floors sticky and gross. If you are looking for a gross and grimey place I would totally recommend this place.

I've been to this lounge before when they had their old location (at the back of the plaza) and when I went yesterday I was completely impressed with the new location and the redesign of their entire place. Before it was fairly dingy and dark, and wasn't a place I would recommend for an actual night out but the place looks amazing now. They did a great job at turning the place around and giving it a good ambiance. We had a table of 19 for my wife's birthday and they were able to accomodate us well. The food and the shisha was also pretty good overall. Portions weren't huge but enough to feel filling. Overall this place may become one of my favorite shisha lounges in the west end. Please note that they do not take reservations. You have to come in at a decent time on Friday/Saturday to ensure you aren't waiting a while for a seat. We arrived at 7:30 to be seated for 19 people and had to wait maybe 10 minutes to be seated. When we left at 12, there was a lineup of people waiting to be seated.

UPDATE: changed it from 5 to 3 stars. If you buy coconut coals and run out, you have to pay more to get additional coconut coals .Also while the coconut coals were on the shisha, there was barely any smoke coming out. They need a proper set up to integrate the coconut coals with the sheeshas. This is a big shisha lounge. You can get a table pretty quickly usually. Shishas are good and food is amazing as well

Service was below average. Food was not bad. We ordered a poutine and sweet potato fries and the poutine was pretty good. There was a short black curly hair in the chipotle sauce that came with the sweet potato fries which they excused with "All the cooks wear hair nets". No apology, nothing. And we were 3 girls with long straight hair so clearly didn't belong to us. If you're just looking for an average shisha place just to hang out then go for it. If not, go to mazaj or haze.

Old and bad sheeshas that seem like are about to break into pieces. Extremely rude and inexperienced manager who doesn't have basic customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Because of his lack of etiquette my 8 friends and I went to a different lounge (Mazaj). on an issue that didn't require us to leave. According to him, moving the table closer to where we sat required permission. We apologized and said "Fine, can we move it now?" His response was vague and along the lines of "the place looks less full". He continued to argue which made us leave. I hope your place looked "fuller" after 9 people left. NEVER going back.

I love this shisha joint! The crowd can be a little unsettling with a lot of guys just staring at you but that’s not the restaurants fault. The shisha is good and the food is probably the best food out of all the shisha bars in Mississauga! I recommend the deep fried Oreos, the desi chai and pan flavoured shisha! If you are lucky enough to get a secluded spot you would find yourself here for hours!

I’ve been going to fusion for the last 4 years. Personally, I think the shisha quality has gone down but the surrounding environment has improved. Service has improved. Food has improved and just the experience has improved overall. They’ve come a long way and I would recommend this place over majority of the shisha cafes that are in the region if you’re looking to socialize with friends. If you’re going for the shisha specifically, not the best place to go.

I used to visit this place all the time, they have one of the best shessha in Brampton. After renovations this place has transformed into something amazing. With more room for seating than before. The only thing I have an issue with is that at times it's really difficult to get the attention of the server.

Good food but needs better staff. Asked for a few things that never made it to the table. When we asked to see the bill, we were actually charged for them. Ordered a chicken humus plate, but it only came with a few pieces of bread. When we asked for forks to finish our food, waiter said okay but never came back. Chicken got cold and we couldn't eat it no more. Shisha flavour was really good though. Drinks were also good ????

Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. Sheesha was okay. Paid for 2, & immediately after it got busy we were continuously asked to leave our table. When we said no (because we paid to be there) we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs. I'd understand if we had been there for a long time already, but we had not even been there for more than 45 minutes at this point. We still had our tea to finish and were waiting on an uber to arrive and pick us up. As someone who has worked as a server, I understand the boundaries of overstaying at a table- but when a guest hasn’t even been there for a full hour, and is still finishing items they paid money for, you leave them alone, or at the *very* least- ask politely. On the top of that a guy in his casual wear I don't know if he was the owner or the manager of the lounge had that audacity to tell me after I paid my bill at the counter to leave the lounge as I was done and I couldn't even stand for a sec to wait for my girl who was in the washroom. Pathetic People and Pathetic Service! I wish I could give zero stars.

I seriously didn't understand the concept of 1 and half coal when served. The shisha head didn't last even for 30 minutes when smoked by 1 person. Serving shisha with 2 lit coals would save time to burn another coal and staff says they use AL Fakher brand flavor which is not true.

When I came to fusion lounge approximately 3 years ago it was not as fancy as it is now, but the atmosphere was much nicer with infinitely better service. Im SO disappointed with the way it has turned out. Wont be returning, but will always have the wonderful memories of my times at the old fusion. PS the guys that brought our drinks and the sheesha did provide excellent service.

Great vibe. The outside lounge had lighting all around and looked beautiful. Food was appetizing and the presentation was marvelous. We had to wait a little in line as they were very busy. The manager (Punjabi Guy) was great and accomodating when we asked for a different table. They missed our drinks with the order but Manager was great in making sure we get everything on time. Having visited most of the hookah bars in the GTA, I can definitely say that Fusion is the best hookah bar in town, maybe even all of Canada. They have smooth shisha, a nice menu with items for vegetarians, and most of all, great customer service. Not to mention they have great desserts. In recent years they have expanded what was once a small, dark space into a much larger, elegant and classy space that you could bring your relatives to who are from out of town. The people that visit here are peaceful and respectful. The atmosphere is chill. It is an elegant space so if they ask you to remove your hood, let it be, you will still have a great time amongst friends. I’ve been here many times in my life and will continue to visit. Highly recommended.

Wow! I am really impressed. A fully halal spot with amazing ambiance and great menu. They have renovated this place and now it is huge, with lots of seating and great for groups! After the make over we have increased our visit to Fusion. Before it was too dull and congested. They have extended the sitting area with increased number of booths and group sitting. It more brighter than before for sure. Even after extending the area you might find waiting time on weekends. I would recommend to call in before your arrival. Being a Sheesha lover I won't mind suggesting this place to others. On weekends the service is slow, but Sheesha and the flavors options are good. Should have added more vegan or vegetarian option in food as lot of people are moving towards it.

This place has amazing decor and it is huge. However, the service is something you will always complain about. They don't check on you, & they take forever to get to you. Made a mistake of going on saturday night, there was a long queue. We returned on Tuesday and had a wonderful experience. The Sheesha is great but a special mention to the Chicken Shawarma Pizza. It was really amazing and we ended up ordering another!!! The service can be worked on as the staff kept disappearing and food took too long. Also should have mentioned before they do serve coconut coal as we are not fan of the magic coal that is served.

Shisha wasn't all that great for a place that overcharges. Be warned, they add a "covid surcharge" at the end of the bill. (Ask for your receipt to see this at the bottom of the bill!!) We ordered 2 shishas, 2 drinks, and some food.... We paid almost 100$. It should have been close to $70-something... But do you know how much they charged for tax? $20!!!! $11 was a "covid surcharge". ???????? We were so disappointed because the service wasn't amazing and the shisha was mediocre. We had to add so much coal for the flavour to come through. There are so many other places in Mississauga that serve BETTER shisha and for a more affordable price. (NOT with hidden taxes and surcharges). Look for those and steer clear of this joke of a place.

So a short and nice review: this place is not bad, the flavors and food offered are good. It cost 17bucks + tax for a flavor and the place itself is nice. They have the room lights on which was new to me in a shisha bar. Go if it's close to you. The longer version: Some of the servers were really rude. They keep patrolling the area and it felt like a teacher making sure your paying attention in class. You can NOT wear your hoodie indoors even if you are leaving. Put it on when you are outside which is such a weird rule, I feel like I'm back in high school. The space in the booth for 8+ people felt really small. The tables were so close and I had no space to comfortably sit and enjoy myself. They kept playing drake songs over and over like damn, I love the 6ix and all but add some flavor to your playlists. All in all not a place I would willingly go to unless friends pay for me.

HORRIBLE experience. I was there on Sunday night (August 22nd) with 8 of my family members. We were not assigned a table until after 30 minutes of being there, despite seeing numerous tables available on their patio. We were finally seated inside the lounge and that's when it got even worse. We ordered a total of 3 shishas and 1 was defective. We tried to get the attention of a server in order to try and get it fixed, but had to wait about 5 minutes when finally a female server came up to us. She said to "give her a second", but we noticed she had done nothing at all, as we saw her attending to other tables. Once again, we tried to get the attention of another server and I kid you not, this one server was literally AVOIDING our table. He was not even trying to look in our direction when we were clearly in his peripheral vision. Like the female server from before, he was attending to other tables with no hesitation. I really don't want to include any sort of racial preference, but it really felt as if the servers were not attending to us because of how my cousins and I looked. While we were being ignored, they had no hesitation in attending to the other tables and coincidently, the tables they were attending to were the same race/nationality as themselves. All in all, the shishas itself were okay, but the service is absolutely garbage. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider choosing another shisha lounge other than this place.

Ordered 2 shishas, 3 shakes, and 3 burgers. The server brings 1 shisha right away and the other one after were done eating. Note: we haven't even gotten our drinks yet. Once time to pay, I politely gave the manager feedback about what happened and he didn't seem to care.

Great assortment of shisha flavors, would recommend Gummy Bear flavor ( blueberry,pomegranate,orange mint) and food quality is good. Staff were friendly and active in asking if everything was ok during our time there.Only negative thing noticed is window ledges and dividers between booths needed cleaning. Easily spotted since booths are on the smaller size. But overall great experience

This has to be among the best shisha spots in North America. I’m in 2-3 different cities across Canada and all over the US every week or month. Toronto Shisha scene is the best on the continent and this place is the best in Toronto overall for quality, price, and service. Staff are great, shisha is on point, Add to that fabulous decor and ventilation, and ambience tuned in for people to have a good convo. LA, San Fran, Nashville, Boston, Houston, New York, New Jersey (which has a great shisha scene), Orlando, st Louis, Buffalo, Detroit (also a good scene), and more I’ve visited multiple times this year and haven’t found a spot this good so if you have - let me know!

Came here on New Years Eve and got the worst service ever. We got seated in an area that was too small and we told our server we had more guests coming and he didn’t accommodate us to a larger area. Horrible service. I'm not sure why people are giving this place good reviews unless servers pick and choose who they want to serve. They didn't clear our plates for so long, so we had to ask them to so we could play our card game. After they cleared 2 of the plates they left one behind and never cleared it the entire time we were there. When we asked a server they said they said its not their job to clear the table and they only take orders. One of us had to go to the front desk when we wanted to order more food. And when our server came back he was very rude. At thr end of the night they didnt even give us a receipt of the breakdown of our bill. We were in a hurry so we paid but later we realized they overcharged us. If you do go here double check your bill!!! im giving them an extra star because the food and sheesha was good.

Great spot. Flavours are clean and smooth and the prices are fair. I would recommend that they come around more often as I wanted to order more but no one was around. Went to fusion on Tuesday with some of my co workers. Overall I’m giving this place a 3 star mainly because the service is terrible. Tuesday it was surprisingly not bad but I’ve gone to Fusion multiple times and they really need to hire more people so they can accomdate on the large crowd that does come in. Shisha and good is average but the ambiance of this place is very nice. Because it is a huge place and is definitely a good spot for large group hang outs, I honestly would even settle for shisha and food if their service got better.

Great venue; bad service. I’ve been to this place a few times and it’s always been the same experience. However, my experience last night was the worst thus far. Before I get into the negatives I will say that the music, design and ambience is great. The desserts are great as well. They have the option of ps4 by the back couches which is a great touch. However, the service was and is still terrible, the waiters never checked in on us to get our orders or to make sure the order they brought was correct. We were constantly flagging them down and they brought the wrong order to our table at first. At one point in the night, after we made multiple orders, one of my friends ordered an appetizer to share. The portion size of the app, which was under one of their “shareable” options, was way too small. We asked the waiter if we could switch it for something of a larger quantity and they refused. The manager came over and mentioned that we “should’ve known the meal was going to be that size” and still wanted to charge us even though we didn’t touch it. He eventually traded it for nachos when he saw we were visually upset. I’ve never experienced service like this at a food establishment. We were all very disappointed. I won’t be going back there. p.s. We wanted to use the wifi and the ps4 and they lied to us and told us it wasn’t working. Unacceptable.

Great atmosphere. Amazing service. Sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn't work, but they always have great music. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful, as well. The food is awesome, and their drinks are delicious and varied well. I have been going to fusion for about 5 and a half years, and am now a regular with my girlfriend for 2 years. I know some of the staff on a first name basis, but no matter what the staff always try to be friendly with you and remember things like where you like sitting, what you like eating, which shisha (which is also very good) you like smoking, etc. They recently had a huge expansion to open the place up and add more seating space, and make it less crammed like the old space. It looks for more up-scale than any other shisha place nearby. When they're at full capacity and have a line-up going out the door, you're not shoulder-to-shoulder with other guests like you would be at some other places. All in all, it's a fantastic place to smoke shisha and kill time, have some good food, and even make new friends.

Great shisha flavour in a nice, big, spacious atmosphere. I'm used to the tiny cramped shisha joints in Mississauga, this isn't like that at all. Minus one star as there is no free water, you have to pay for a bottle.

It is for sure a popular establishment given that it is located in an industrial area. This being said, it isn't necessarily a clean establishment, the wall paper is peeling, the furniture is old and dirty, and the staff is not very attentive. While this all seems negative, it is an atmosphere that works.

I am from New York but recently visited Canada! It was a 4 day trip to Toronto and we came across fusion lounge. First of all, their hookahs are great. Great atmosphere but service could’ve been better. Over all with food and hookahs, it is a good place to chill.

Very nice shisha lounge with surprisingly good food. We thought one of the orders was incorrect but we were wrong and it was correctly made. The manager prior to finding out the food was correctly made had provided top notch service. We had a party of 5 and they said they could only split the shisha 4 ways so we just paid a single bill, only later to find out we had an extra item added that was not ordered, accidents happen. The place is highly ventilated and has nice booths that allow the hookah to be placed in the center. Overal very nice, one of the cleaner lounges.

Went to Fusion on a Thursday evening for my cousins birthday. Usually service is great but this time there were many new waiters, so the serving was very slow and lacking. However, the manager, Akash made a complete recovery to make it a memorable meaning.

Known for their shisha flavours and subpar looks, the Fusion Lounge of old is no more. Fusion has finally been welcomed into the 21st century with a tasteful renovation. They have decent shisha options and food, and a better ambiance. This is probably the best looking shisha lounge in the GTA. The shisha sometimes comes out extremely harsh, but this is infrequent. All in all, 4/5.

Great big location and it's decent but the ventilation is really bad here and they need to update or have a good ventilation system. We walked in and you could see smoke everywhere, even though it's a hookah place other hookah bars have ventilation systems that aren't like here.

The breast chicken burger not cooked properly - was really hard and chewy; the burger itself were really DRY; the Humus too were not truly Arabian had a lot of herbs kinda stuff in it - not a good option for someone who knows and loves humus from the arab side; However the Veg spring roles were nice; french fries are good Hope this helps u guys to pick better option in their vast menu ????????????????

Came to this hookah lounge with my family while being on a trip. The food isn’t bad and ambiance is nice, but the hookahs and service are awful: there is absolutely no signage or notice stating that they will SNATCH the hookah pipe away from you fifteen minutes prior to their posted closing time. They overcharge for their poor flavours and cheap quick-lite charcoals. Their business process is poorly managed, and will continue to cost them customers. When we inquired as to why they were taking the hookahs away by force, they told us it’s management’s policy. If such an absurd policy is to be in place, do your customers not deserve to be informed at the least with signage???

My sister visited this place with a family friend. The night raptors one. While my sister went up to pay for the bill she collapsed and passed out. paramedics where called and she was brought to the hospital. When she arrived at the hospital they started running tests on her. In the middle of that the doctor found out from the paramedics that when they where in there removing my sister there detectors on there vest went off. There was a carbon monoxide leak. My sister was poisoned from it. She Was more toxic then our family friend who was with her. My sister almost lost her life from what the doctor continued to tell us. We are very lucky to have her here with us. Now reason for this review is this place did NOT have detectors to let them know of this type of leak. A life was almost lost because of this. Now with our family friend who had it mild and had to be out on oxygen , now imagine all the other people who was exposed to it. If you where at this place thag night. Go see a doctor to make sure you are ok. Another reason for this post is I tried to make a comment on there instagram and tell them what happened and they deleted the post. Then I went back and tried again they deleted the pic and post. So I tried one more time and guess what they blocked me. I’m sorry but what type of people do you have managing this place. Reading the comment knowing a life was almost ended from this place. Could of at least said sorry for what happened noooo they deleted me. Now if that doesn’t show how horrible this place is then I don’t know what is. It’s not right for what happened to my sister. All of this could of been prevented of this place had those detectors. And just so this place knows I have screen shots from trying to leave a review on IG and the. Being deleted and being blocked. I think what you guys did says a lot. Very lucky to have my sister here with us.

Amazing renovation!! Great decor. Good staff. Really going after the chic and classy vibe which is really interesting/nice/unique for a shisha place. Shisha was made well and strong. Ice pipes are nice. Extra coals are free. Have cards available for play. Fusion fries are very good. The ground chicken patty in the burger is very good but the burger itself is not really worth the price. Overall a great place for shisha, Will definitely go back.

Food is pretty good. Prices are pretty good. Shisha is okay (so far only tried gummy bear, and paan shisha), their coconut coal is a bit pricy to use but burns well. Atmosphere is great though. 5* bcuz overall I am very satisfied and have returned multiple times.

Super Rude Customer Service ???????????????????????????????? I have been to Fusion a number of times but there is a polite way of talking to the customer. You can't SCREAM on the customers if you have a bad day. I lifted the shisha and the customer service manager was shouting saying that it is a $500 Shisha and if it breaks i need to replace. Completely UNACCEPTABLE.This isn't the right way to interact with customers. Especially if you are a manager not setting the right example. A BIG NO NO on the customer service. Fusion needs to improve,value and respect customers. Completely disrespectful behavior. SUPER DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

The food here is fantastic and as for customer service all of the servers at fusion are extremely polite. They’re constantly checking up on all customers to ensure everything is okay . I love this place I come with my girl all the time! The shisha is great and plenty of flavors to choose from. The food and desserts are awesome too, they have whatever you’re craving whether it be quesadillas, burgers, pasta, steak, shawarma, they have it all and no matter what you order it tastes good. They also have deep fried oreos and deep fried mars on their dessert menu which is so unique and honestly my favorites. We always get served by Jasmine and we love her! She’s super attentive and so sweet! We always look forward to seeing her everytime we come here!

The paan flavour with ice pipe is definitely recommended and is one of their popular and best flavours. Edit: Reducing my review to 1 star. This place is quickly going downhill. The staff has developed a lot of bad attitude. The shisha itself is still good but the customer service is horrendous. The staff is rude, it takes forever to get seated and to get service. When the servers actually come over, they behave like they are doing huge favour by serving the customer. During NBA final, this was the only place charging cover. They failed to mentioned this on the phone. No bars, restaurants or other shisha lounges were charging cover. Do yourself a favor and go to other shisha places in the area.
