I went there on Friday night as a couple M/F, the place is well hidden, large and just like a normal club with a twist, however...the environment is still a bit crowded, trying to find privacy is almost impossible. Lots and lots of single males who clearly can't respect a simple "not interested" and some very creepy old males. Some of workers are generally very dry and slightly rude if you ask them questions. The lockers area NEEDS to be much larger. It's actually sad considering the space they have. And please...for goodness sake get a decent DJ. Sorry not sorry, just honest, criticism.

Place is run by a group of the regulars who just like to bully others. The ownership caves in to every request they make and will gladly kick people out or ban them from their site for not getting along with certain people without so much as being asked for your side of things. If you are the type of person who will brown nose then you will make it far here. Way better places to go then a basement that people still haven't grown up from high school yet.

We came to M4 a year ago full of all the anxiety that you would expect from first timers. We felt new for all of about 10 minutes. The staff made us feel right at home and my wife was treated like a princess. What was meant to be a one-off adventure has turned into a lifestyle for us. Was really disappointed!!! This was my first time at m4 (have been to other clubs) and I will not be going back. The atmosphere was very grungy and so was a majority of the the clientele...only a handful of people there, I guess I know why!!! The music was very quiet...how are people supposed to let loose and get into it when you can hear conversations in completely different rooms!! Not impressed!! One star is too much for this dive bar.

I was inspired to write this review after reading some of the negative postings. I've been a patron for years and as a general rule people who bad mouth this club either feel entitled to decide who in our community is allowed to have a good time, or are rooting for another club's success. If you have concerns about people of all shapes, sexualities and adult ages being welcomed, that a modest (no sweat wear) dress code is enforced and that bad behavior gets will get you ejected for the club, perhaps you should pass on visiting. However if you have an open mind, and respect for others enjoyment of the club, you should have a great time.

M4 is a fun club. If you're showing up with the expectation someone should have sex with you, you're setting yourself up for disappointment because anywhere in the world, sex doesn't just happen. Yes, it's more likely going to happen here, but go to just have fun. M4 is a fun club, where anything goes. The music is good, there is no attitude in the dance floor and bar area. Everyone is respectful, comfortable with who they are and why they're there. I have never seen anyone grab anyone disrespectfully, whereas at a regular club, that happens too often. Go to have fun, have some drinks and meet new people. It's inclusive, different themes to attract whatever you're into. If something clicks with someone or several people, you have a safe, clean place to go and have more fun.

If your a single male and your not Black you don't stand a chance here. Very racist crowd. Single men are very aggressive and rude. I agree with a previous comment that regulars bully others. The water they serve made me sick I was in the hospital after drinking from there. Absolutely disgusting.

This is truly an amazing club for the Lifestyle. Through the week, there are both afternoon, and night parties. Events change daily to cater to every possible interest. Staff are always friendly, and ensure the members are good. The club itself, is always clean, and well maintained. The owner (Matt) is so very kind, and puts an emphasis on members having fun, while always ensuring its done so safely.

If you're genuinely curious and looking at your options—as I was, I would recommend here over oasis. For one, they don't have stairs. (If you love your heels like I do, this is a huge plus!) Their beds/playrooms are sanitized consistently and well. Their crowd is welcoming of all ages, sizes, orientations, lifestyles... and unconsented ANYTHING is not tolerated. Of course there's risk with everything but do your due diligence and swing by. You will need a membership as it is a private club; I thought it was worth it though.

Worst adult club in the city! If you want to feel like you’re in high school again, then by all means go here. Regulars gossip about everyone and are like a gang who think they run the place. If they don’t like you, they’ll have you thrown out. Entrance fees and drinks are overpriced, as well. Very dirty establishment, especially the washrooms. Urine all over the bathroom floors, completely disgusting! Not properly cleaned and maintained. Club is full of unattractive, and overweight people. I wonder why all the attractive people go to Oasis? Enter at your own risk!!!

Large venue, modern, clean, friendly and attentive staff, most of all a safe and inclusive space to enjoy the Lifestyle. They have events geared to everyone and anyone. Definitely reccomend!

Staff: Super friendly and do their best to ensure privacy and discretion from fellow patrons. Ensuring phones are kept in lockers only accessible by locker room employees. This helps when you might no longer be wearing many clothes and not want to keep track of keys. Cleanliness: Entire club is cleaned daily. Sheets are washed after every use on site while towels are sent out. If anything is in disarray management is quick to remedy it and welcomes feedback. Patrons: Everyone is welcome, there will always be more single men unless you come on a couples & ladies only night. This is the nature of the lifestyle...and human nature! Consent is mandatory and everyone is respectful of others requests for space. No one is a mind reader so it is imperative that members communicate to one another what they may or may not be interested in. Prices: Reasonable entry charge for a private club, varies depending on the time and day. Drink prices are NOT like the strippers, reasonable!

Was a bit concerned about the move from Etobicoke, but after our first visit it was a good move. Most inclusive of the GTA lifestyle clubs and this new location offers a much less "70s basement party" feel than the old location. It also is much more thought out for flow as they renovated prior to moving in and put obvious thought into it.

Club M4 is indeed the Cadillac of Lifestyle clubs. It has everything a swinger could possibly offer. They are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and on the weekends they have afternoon play parties for those who don't care to stay up really late but still enjoy having adult fun. The club is huge and I asked the staff and they said they have 5000 square feet of play area alone and that doesn't even include the mingling, dance and bar areas. Single males are allowed to attend any time with the exception of Saturday night. This night is saved for couples only. Club M4 dares to go where no other club goes, they have Fet Nights, Threesome nights and dozens of other themes throughout the week. The club has energy, especially on the Friday nights and you will easily see at least 240 to 300 people there. I myself enjoy the company of the single guys however not all couples are into that so they just go Saturday nights. It's chatters night the last Friday of every month and I am estimate they have well over 300 people at that event. What I love about this club is that everyone is welcome no matter what your size or ethnic origin might be. This is the way we always believed that the lifestyle was meant to be and M4 has certainly lived up to that image. The people are friendly, the staff and owners are very accommodating and the club is perfect. Check it out for yourself as we are certain it will soon become your club of choice as well.

May 28th, made the drive to M4, from the KW region, for their Sexy Plus afternoon. Being our first time there, we didn't know what to expect. Staff was informative and helpful. However, after buying drinks, and finding a spot to observe our surroundings, it became obvious to us that the ratio of sketchy,single men to couples was almost equal. While we realized single men would be present, we weren't prepared for the "vulture factor". As soon as one or two women got almost naked, they swarmed. It was very uncomfortable. Left after about 30 minutes. Probably won't be back.

I paid money for a membership and I walk in the place to ask a question one night and after hearing the crazy door fee this man insulted my outfit. Really put a bad taste in my mouth and on top of that the interior of the place wasn't the best for me at least

Hubby and I had a great time, went on a Saturday for an event called YSS (young swingers) and were not disappointed at all. The mood was light and flirty, music was great, and the atmosphere was so comfortable and sexy, everyone free to be their sexual selves without judgement at all. The play space itself is a very accommodating one with a great many options for where or with whom, or how. The red room was our favourite and we made great use of it with some awesome people that we had been chatting to online for a few weeks prior to meeting at the club. The website and the chat are so user friendly that we really were able to familiarize ourselves with the place as well as well as many of the regulars before even going, you can customize and blog and share photos on its forum, and everyone is so accepting. I think we will be returning frequently and spreading the word about our favourite new naughty hang out. Oh annnnd before I forget, I have read a lot of odd reviews saying stuff about single males on Saturday nights??? there were NONE, and the club itself, we were told has strict policies where that is concerned on Saturdays as it is meant for couples (and single females) only...my only assumption is that perhaps some people have been kicked out of the club for some good reasons and have chosen to review it poorly and go as far as to tell blatant lies about this place. Great environment, we would highly recommend it to anyone desiring to explore their sexual side/s.

Friday was the first night we have been out since the lockdowns. The place was very clean and staff were helpful in explaining the rules and answering my questions. Our membership was frozen and still working from before the lockdown which I did not expect and that shows me that the guys running this place are really going above and beyond for customers. My fiance and I went last night for our first time. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was really nervous - and for no reason it turns out. I felt so comfortable once there. It had such a mellow, mature vibe. We had an amazing time and will be back as soon as possible.

We hit the new location Saturday night, June 29. A lot has improved. But a couple critical things.... Improved!: - The Bar & Dance area were greatly improved. Lots of areas where you could be hanging with a lot of people, or a small group, or smaller. - Locker area much nicer, more open, better lighting but not too bright just right. - The 'Library' area is much better! Bigger, but well set up with a lot of intimate areas/corners with great equipment to be used etc. About the same: - In the playroom, the 'pit of beds' and more intimate, darker room of raised beds has been recreated. The darker room is a bit bigger with more room to walk and watch. We felt it could use a a couple more places to sit for watchers...wall benches or something. -I only counted three rooms, same as before. We were back there from midnight to 3 and the doors barely opened. We thought people really were kind of hoarding the rooms but what you gonna do when there's only 3? Consequently, we didn't see inside any of those rooms. Issues we observed: - The men's room was far worse than we expected for a new updated location. It reminded me of the washrooms I'd see in local hockey arenas in the 70s and early 80s. . . no mirrors, garbage was overflowing throughout the entire night. Could use some mouthwash in there. . .saw empty little plastic cups on a tray by the sink...they were there all night, but if there was supposed to be mouthwash there; well that was MIA. There's a shower there, but no shelves or anything to keep/put any toiletries, someone's bottles and soap are just sitting on the floor in there; it didn't look like anything we'd want to go use if we could avoid it. The washroom is important! We're all there for a certain reason that requires a level of hygiene...I thought it was strange to go from a really clean and slick bar area to that kind of bathroom. . .This really needed work, I thought. -The locker room staff needs work. They try to ignore people (not just us) until they finish a conversation and look at people like everyone's got the plague and address everyone like it's annoyance to go and unlock the locker. We both had not seen any of these locker girls at the old location when we had visited. Don't know if they were new, but they definitely put us off. We expected more from a private club. -The more open part of the playroom, around the private rooms...is waaayyy too open. There's not much to play with/on back there. There's a wavy chair, a couple couches, benches around a wall and a half-wall, and in the middle, a couple elevated beds. But there's a lot of empty, dead space and it seemed to encourage a lot of 'sit/stand around and act introverted'...We found it was like going to the Rogers Centre for a game as opposed to the ACC...the dead space and distance encourages shyness; we felt they needed maybe a corner with a half wall and something to play with behind it...a couple more pieces of furniture here and there to play with...things that would encourage more than a few people to play. Hopefully these issues will improve. We'd like to continue going; but for now, we feel there are other options better for us.

We've only been here on a Friday night so I can't give a full review of the crowds because single men are allowed on a Friday. The club itself is nice with bar when you walk in and one in the back play area which is a nice bonus. We did wish they had some private play areas. I don't like how it's in a sketchy area, but am curious about the crowd on Saturdays.

My partner and I attended last night for our 2nd visit and had an incredible time. As newbies, we have yet to feel pressured to do anything we weren’t interesting in and we’re amazed of how we already feel like seasoned vets. The staff are always friendly and the space in clean. There are people of all ages, identities, shapes and sizes here and it doesn’t appear that people are made to feel uncomfortable as a result of any of these facts. We feel the music could be a bit better and louder but understand the volume allows people to chat , so it’s cool. We have yet to “play” with anyone else but love to watch and be watched, and this place allows for that perfectly. Drinks are reasonably priced but the Saturday night cover is a bit steep at $60/couple WITH a $30 yearly membership. We’re having fun learning as we go and appreciate the help doing so from M4. Looking forward to going back soon.

Club maybe unique. However site admin, mods on their chatting and matching sites have very poor judgment. They will make a personal and very poor decision and delete your account and photos within a heart beat. I am no longer a customer of M4. So, find another customer to pay your bills. Music was horrible, every now and then there was one song that you could dance to. Never knew there was so much music with the exact same beat! Plenty of clean sheets & towels, but it simply doesn't feel clean. Very noisy in the playroom (and not the good kind of noise). Staff were very friendly and bar service was fast. Crowd was fine.

Did not find this club professional. Alot of single guys walking around fully clothed. Just walking around in circles keep looking at the only male female couple in the place. You cannot even have a key for your own locker you have to wait for an attendant to come and open it. It was not busy and still had to wait about 20 min. Wouldn't want to think about how long the wait would be on a busy night.

This is by far the best club in the world. Was there with my girl and she loved the safe, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Actually been here so many times, its become like home :-). Its got something for everyone and everyone goes home happy. The bar choices and prices are great. Well done Matt in creating magic and now the hope is that you replicate this magic in vancouver and the other cities in the west. We are a couple that discovered the lifestyle by chance. We went one night and have been going back since. Been about a year and a half. They have events for every evening and most afternoons ... We like the Saturday evenings for couples and the single women (plus the themes are fun).... the Friday nights are fun to!! The staff is great, the drinks don't cost to much and the people are friendly. We always have fun at this club and recommend it to anyone that is looking to try out a club. Come and say hi!!

We're a couple on vacation in Canada and decided to visit club M4 and it was fantastic. On arrival into a lovely bright spacious reception we warmly were greeted by two very helpful staff who helped us get signed in, shown around and settled in. The tour was carried out by another warm friendly girl who ensured we knew everything we needed to know. The club has a great welcoming and inclusive feel to it, nicely decorated and the facilities are great. There were plenty of couples, single males, transgender, so basically caters to all. Everyone was respectful, friendly and approachable. All in all we had a great time, can highly recommend Club m4 and we will visit again before we leave Canada.

Rather go to Xclub or another club. People who work in the back are lazy and seems like they don't want to be there. Don't waste your time or money on this so called LS club. It's in a basement and you feel like you are in a dungeon. Not worth a dime in our opinion

We decided to check this place out recently. The club had a nice vibe, dance floor was hopping, staff was great. Best part is, even though it is GTA, it does not have GTA prices on the drinks. We would go back for the dancing and the drinks any time.

This club provides a very wide range of themes and events across the sexual spectrum. The associated web site does an excellent job of providing information and allowing members to communicate. The staff at the club are friendly and helpful. The bar charges are pretty reasonable given the club setting. The afternoon events are more interesting as there are a reasonable number of people and the times are convenient. On the negative, the space is a bit dingy. The evening opening time of 9:00 is quite late for anyone working the next day. The practice of having someone open a locker for you is very inconvenient and can lead to long delays. I think that the biggest negative is the ratio of single men to women. As a single man, unless you are Adonis, or just interested in being a voyeur or exhibitionist, you are probably going to be disappointed. I took a female friend to M4 once, and she found the overwhelming number of single males so oppressive that we left pretty quickly.

Went to the club tonight with my partner. Generally disappointed with the evening. First and foremost the single men out number the couples and women by a very large margin. Surprising seeing it was an evening to determine which male was hung the most of all the guys in the contest. The acoustics were dreadful still do not know who won and the whole contest in my and my partner's opinion was lame at best. It was so crowded with single guys surrounding the three women who were blowing the contestants if you were not in the front row you did not stand a chance to view the show. All in all a major disappointment. Went to a tgurl Tuesday and a some what different crowd and certainly more enjoyable. The British female bar girl was way more personable also. For my partners first visit I must say she was not impressed whatsoever. Maybe we need to come to a couples event where single guys are not welcome and then it may be a whole different atmosphere and environment. Other reviews refer to shady characters and not particularly well dressed and this in my opinion was also the case this past evening. We will give it a couple more tries and either choose our events more diligently or simply not renew our membership in the event it does not meet our expectations.

We went to the new M4 last night and WOW we absolutely loved it! We have been to the old location but did not love how stuffy and hot it got in the basement. The new location has great parking, an amazing layout and the red lighting throughout the club really gives off a classy vibe. So many sexy people there last night, great atmosphere and the single guys were not overly aggressive. They do such a great job at policing, always felt safe and comfortable. For a Friday it was busy as usual but there is far more room to move around. The a/c is amazing, so comfortable. The old club often felt over crowded and was tough to move around. Great high ceilings vs low basement ceilings is so much better too. Staff was amazing as always, we will be back soon! Great job on the new location M4...well done!

Here we could describe some of the shortcomings of this club, but all this pales in comparison with the rudeness of some employees. Dear business owner, please explain to your employees, ESPECIALLY to the woman with pink hair, who is positioned as a mask inspector, as well as to the man who stands at the customer registration desk (he looks over 50 years old, small in stature) that they cannot raise their voice to customers, be rude to them, and also talk in a mentoring and instructive tone, in fact, their behavior humiliates human dignity. You can invest as much money in your business as you want, but if your employees yell at your visitors, be rude and close their mouths (in the literal sense, they say "be silent and listen when I speak"), then your business will incur losses.

I've been going to this club one or twice a year since 2014. I dont know why he does not want to renovate his club. It ia very old, badly design for a swinger club, improper beds and bedding, not enough shower and warm water and very old carpet floor. You feel unclean. Staff or ok and professional. I like the club and have respect for him and the service he is providing to Torontonian, and writing this with a low star to let him know and encourage him that it is really time to take an action and spend some of the money on the business itself. All other clubs are well renovated except M4!

I'm not a part of The Lifestyle, but I'm always up for fun and adventure. With that in mind, a female and male friend and I checked out Club M4. It was a hoot! Friendly staff and decent booze prices kept us drinking and jumping around in the front section. We donned towels for kicks and walked around as if in a party sauna; we felt we shouldn't look like tourists. No pressure to partake in sex and we didn't. But it was a release to hang out in that environment. Music isn't my style (it was more electro dance stuff), but that was okay. Might go back for another fun time.

Brown cpl, went on a Thursday night, not very busy, quality of guys there was not good,several looked as if they had walked off the street, some in sandals and slippers, lacked any clasy guys. No DJ was present. We love the dancing before playing. Will give it a try on a Saturday night to see if any better.

The only reason it gets two stars and not one is because the staff was super friendly. My wife and I went on a night that was meant to be a young swingers night, so we were shocked and turned off to see that at least half the of the club were closer to 50 and dressed very poorly. It wasn't so much the age that was the turn off, it was the type of people they were. Very sketchy looking to say the least. We figured at a place like this, you dress nicely and groom yourself to look presentable . Most of the older people gave off the "trailer trash" vibe with the way they were dressed coupled with their lack of grooming. A few of the patrons also looked like their were under the heavy influence of narcotics as well. The set up of the club is a bit trashy too, mostly just a bunch of mattresses thrown on the floor along with a few couches. It looks like someone just decided to make a club in their basement one day. It was our first and last time going to this club. The entire M4 experience was such a turn off that we didn't even end up having sex. I can only recommend this club to the unsophisticated types that don't care about grooming or dressing nicely or don't mind a group of 50 year old sketchy people masturbating while looking at you.

They have fun cocktails at the bar, at fair prices for Toronto, and fun cock tales when playtime starts! Sometimes they even have 2 bars running... one in the front and one in the back. People are dressed in sexy outfits or lingerie or some just in regular club clothes. Everyone is really welcoming and accepting of all types. Great place to hang out, and explore options, for open minded people who are comfortable with other people expressing themselves in an alternative lifestyle, at all levels...Some people like to dance and party, some like watch or be watched, and everyone is different and into something different which is what makes M4 so fun and exciting. All the people I have met have been very respectful of the boundaries I express, and the staff are always nearby checking in everyone. They make me feel very safe while being sexy! We had an amazing time tonight. The drinks and atmosphere were fantastic! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Dont listen to others that say otherwise! We feel safe, comfortable with zero judgment by anyone. We can be free to dress and dance how we want. At around midnight most people went into the play areas which we gladly did. It was great to see everyone being so free and passionate. It was incredibly hot!!! We will DEFINITELY be back again...probably every weekend!
