Originally I had given this place a 5 star about a year ago. However, after my visit from yesterday... Well let's just say the owners attitude is awful. I get it, you're grumpy, been standing all day watching others have a good time. Heck, it doesnt hurt to smile. I walked in with a water bottle and the man immediately tells me no outside food or drinks. If he had allowed me to keep my water bottle I would of spent more money on beers there. The tables are worn down and litey the cues are damaged. I'm giving it a two star because at least the hourly rate is decent compared to most places.

Not enough space, the tables are just close enough to walk through or make a shot without interfering the other table but it gives it a cluttered vibe. 12 ish pool tables, 4 chairs to sit on. DO NOT GO HERE. My mom and brother, Alex (who has Autism), went here for a social gathering with Kerry's Place for Autism. As soon as Alex walked in, he started to wander around like he always does to get to his new surroundings and prepare himself for anything that could possibly trigger him. He was polite and stayed away from the other customers playing. He was then told by the owner that he can’t walk around because he makes people uncomfortable and nervous in a very rude and angry way. The organizer was telling him it’s Alex’s first time and just getting to know his surroundings. Alex was trying to apologize for LITERALLY WALKING AROUND, but the owner wasn't interested in his apology and asked the organizer of the social gathering "if they're all going to be like this." The owner and staff are incredibly rude and unkind to people with special needs. I wish I could give this no stars.

If the pool place is empty, they'll make sure everyone is crowded in a corner (why????), while making you feel very alienated. These are some seriously cheap owners who do not deserve your business. I had high hopes going to this place from the reviews displayed on google. However reality and hopes do not alway meet up. Me and a group of 6 friends arrived to this business. We were told that regardless if the total group is playing or not each group of 4 people WILL need to pay for 1 table. Meaning if your group is more than 4 then by default the additional people will be paying for the extra table even if they are not playing. Not to mention the customer services was absolutely crap ! The person telling us this information at one point said "do you not understand english"We all do as we are university graduates. We have gone to several pool places but never come across such a policy that leeches your money and has such an abysmal customer service. I highly recommend if you have a group of 4+ and don't want to get ripped off go to another place such as Fume, JJQ and The Frigate. In fact look at the pervious reviews people have left. It mentions the owner is biased which is stupid. If you are paying the same amount of money as other people why is it that other groups are getting preferred treatment... Its discrimination especially if you are a paying patron that is receiving less than the value you are entitled too.

Tables in fairly good condition. Sometimes a long wait (over 30 minutes). Might be a good idea to call beforehand if going with a larger group. Limit of people per table also if you're going with a large group, so you would have to pay for multiple tables. Cue conditions are okay.

This poolhall isn't too bad snooker tables are good if don't mind it the 2 non regulation sized snooker tables but they're level to a degree, there's a s**t load of 9ball tables and nice crooked cues found at all poolhalls classy or not. Service was good, never found them rude the handful of times that I've been there! But pricey $14hr for 9ball and $18 for snooker really all the other nicer classier places their price is the same regardless of what your playing p\hr. It's ok if you got no other choice but that's why I'll still spend the $7 in gas to play DT or $4 to sauga for $10-11hr on regulation sized tables and spend the difference on food and drinks.HINT HINT As to the people complaining about the 4 per table rule there's a reason for that you just get in the f****n way of the people that pay to play get that try ur THICK SKULL. Go to a bar if you wanna sit and watch your friends play pool.

Great place for billiards....nothing fancy or crazy. Owner is nice and very friendly. Only wish I could bring my son there who is 10. Not many places in Brampton for kids to shoot pool

Terrible service. I left wild wings after dinner to play a game of pool with my friends. I had 1 beer at wild wings and I was not allowed to play because he smelt the beer, well of course it was a matter of 10 minutes from my last sip. I made it very clear I was not coming to drink, just to play pool with friends who were sober, I was denied entry. I explained how I was not there to cause a problem and he threatened to call the cops on me. It's a shame these people own establishments like this

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR. Got in a quarrel with the owner as he was being racist to my friends and me. He avoids lending tables to people who are brown skinned. Never expected this from a snooker place. Probably wont suggest anyone to go there. Dont waste your time guys.

The owner who sits at the counter needs negative stars if possible! Too rude person , don’t know how the customer based business is run ! Me and my friends would never go there again and its overpriced as well ! He don’t want guys wearing shorts and basketball jurseys ! Lol ! Just do it and you will know ! The owner and other staff are a no-nonsense bunch. Don't jump the queue ball, don't launch it off the table and be respectful. We got warned, we listened, we hand a good time. It is a little unsettling how they're always watching you though.
