This place has definitely drifted the wrong direction in the last 10 years. The upstairs martini bar is the only reason I was able to give 3 stars. Service was prompt and friendly at the Martini Bar. I know it's a college town and a college bar, but it's flat out uncomfortable and dingy with a heavy dose of suspect characters nowadays. There are many better choices within a couple blocks. Wish it wasn't so.

Very unorganized (for the drinking late night crowd) got kicked out for standing in the entrance trying to here someone on my phone for having a drink in my hand they spilled my drink and disrespected me. Will not be coming back. This review is all because of the 2 bouncers at the main door.

This place is like going to a house party. The Pub is the kitchen where everyone hangs out, there’s a basement bar called the Keller where all the stoners go and they have a bunch of side rooms to check out but no one hangs out in. All the parents are upstairs in the martini lounge chit chatting about how they are just glad the kids are drinking safely at the house while you wander around trying to find your drunk friends in this maze.

The college hangout of St. Cloud, and has been for 20+ years. This bar provides numerous rooms/venues for dancing, drinking, music, and more. The martini bar has a nice vibe to it. We've attended special events here and enjoyed it.

This is such an interesting place. It's a massive nightclub with several bars in one. We went there on New Year's Eve, and it was packed (as to be expected). It almost seems like it gets divier the farther you go down. You start at the top at the martini bar and make your way down. Each bar seems to be playing a different genre. An experience for sure!

This is by far my favorite downtown bar. The martini lounge: great weekday happy hour; with 2 drinks you get a food bar (fresh fruit, meat and cheeses, bars, and a homemade main made by the talented kitchen staff... In the summer there are even freshly grilled burgers made on the deck bar!) This is my favorite time to go. During the night it can get crowded, bartenders and servers always busy their butts trying to serve everyone in a timely manner. Wait times can be a little long, but mostly it's because of entitled drunk kids barking at staff. If you wait patiently and tip well you will have better service. Great variety of fun drinks. Check out Tuesday and Thursday nights when martinis are discounted. The pool hall: pool, darts, ski ball, ping pong. Tons of fun. The pub: they serve brats and hot dogs at night. Good specials, Dj's playing, definitely the "club" part of the bar. Check out the red room around the corner for a little quieter Vibe The main stage: music, drag shows, and burlesque shows all the time. Pretty good venue but limited seating at times depending on the show. I always enjoy coming to shows here! The Keller Bar: in the basement, has a divey vibe. Lots of shows here, also open mic night for comedy on Wednesdays. They serve heggies pizza! I love the red carpet, any time I end up there I end uo having a good time. As long as youre not belligerent and unruly you should have a good experience!

After hearing that Dave at Barstool Fund made the call to The Red Carpet, one of my favorite st cloud nightlife experiences during in college, I knew I just had to go and get a delicious martini from the infamous martini lounge. I was excited by what private enterprises like Barstool could do to help, and I wanted my private actions to help contribute to the continued success as well. My date and I showed up early, around 6pm. Nobody was there except us and staff. As we were walking toward the bar to take a seat, I was reminded by the bartender to bring my mask up. Annoyed since there was no one else there, I brought it up to my face for the remaining 5 seconds of my walk to the bar. Then pulled it down. We ordered martinis and proceeded to chat intermittently with the bar keep. We asked what events may be coming up. They said they would be having a musician to test out if "people could handle the responsibility"...that annoyed me even more. Responsibility of what, exactly? Freedom? Those words rang around in my head for the rest of my time there. Was freedom not a god given right but rather a privilege we as citizens should be grateful our authoritarian betters have allowed us to have? I was shocked. About half way through our drinks a few more bartenders came into our viewing and hearing zone. Two of them were talking about upcoming plans and whether or not to visit Florida since "Florida is mostly open right now" one remarked. The other chimes in that "yeah that's because Florida is a wasteland". Without any more context the best I can tell is that they were referring to Florida as a negative place to go to due to Florida's resistance to dictatorial policies like those we live under here in Minnesota. To sum up, I was disheartened to see young people have such a low opinion of freedom in general and also the belief that individuals can not possibly make the best choices for themselves. I try hard not to blame these young people too much- their young and have a lot of learning to do but also have the world at their fingertips like I do. The social pressures are way more now than when I was in college. I hope they snap out of it fast. I wonder how Dave would feel if he knew his funds were keeping employed people who in my opinion could stand up for freedom a bit more.

My mom, sister and I went to watch my sisters boyfriend play in his band and arrived early to ask what time the band played. When we came back we where refused entrance inside even if we where watching the band. The bar had hardly any people. Will never go again. Can’t believe they refused our service and money!

Ordered a Cabernet and a Manhattan. Was over charged on the wine (see photo) and the Manhattan wasn't great (a splash of whiskey topped with water and cherry juice). The waitstaff was enthusiastic and friendly, however.

I love the feel of this place. It’s very classy. The staff are great and there’s a lot of different rooms to mingle in ranging from a quiet martini bar, an arcade and a show room sometimes featuring burlesque. I like the variety and the atmospheres I find here

Sat for 25 minutes.... bartender never once asked my group if we wanted drinks. We even sat at the bar, Derek the Bouncer was super professional and respectful. But the Bartender didn't care about my group. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I love watching my son's band King Kadabra preforming regardless of where they're playing. The Keller bar just happens to be the bar where they play the most.

Very poor service, the manager was seriously lacking social skills which was immiedailty apparent. Both of the bar tenders were uninterested, paying more attention to their phones then the customers. my suggestion is avoid the red carpet and go to a place that is concerned with your being their. Seriously disappointing

Drove an hour from Minneapolis to see a concert. There are 3 unmarked entrances. The main entrance is small so getting out is difficult if people are coming in. A lot of congestion here. The bar tender was on his phone, looked at us walk up, then continued on his phone for another 30 seconds. The acoustics was bad and every inch of the place was loose which caused rattling from the bass. I've been to a lot of concerts over the years and never saw security tell someone to not smoke weed. But if that's a club rule so be it. I just thought it was strange when security rushed up to a guy and grabbed him on the back of the neck and said to stop. The only time I've ever seen security treat a guy like that is if it's well deserved and they're causing others trouble. Followed by kicking out. I was enjoying the show and was pushed about 7 times by security and they rushed the crowd to others to say stop smoking. People quickly realized to just blow smoke down and not up. I saw a guy get kicked out for dancing too much. Not kidding. He paid double the price to have a meet and greet and was kicked out for dancing. On a dance floor. He wasn't bothering anyone but security it seemed. Then I saw two fights break out within 10 minutes. One with dudes and one with woman. I've never seen a fight break out at a concert out of the 50+ concerts I've been to. I've never seen security harass people for smoking.

Asked the dj for a song a request and got thrown out the club and bum rushed by their overly aggressive bouncers. I suffered two gashes in my head and a cracked ribbed as a result and all I did was ask for a song request and my property that I entered the building with (hat,jacket) worst experience of my life I wouldn't recommend this nightclub at all.

Certain parts of it are great but I am 30+ years old and when I go out I don't want to be annoyed by college kids and refugees. The Martini bar is pretty good with a couple of good bartenders.
