When we first walked up and saw a long line I was a bit worried, nightclubs with their generally expensive covers and drinks generally aren't my thing but it was my friends birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised though when the security and hosting staff got us through quickly and completely blown away by the interior to this place. You can't tell from the outside but this is a huge, beautiful space with an amazing lighting set-up decor and the sound system is amazing. Cover and drinks were reasonably priced and I had a way better time than I imagined I would. Q is definitely more akin to a Vegas or New York level nightlife venue than Seattle! Definitely worth dropping in just to see the amazing space and production level. Not to mention the welcoming staff and great DJ's.
If you have a large party, Q is the place. They have quit a variety of VIP tables that are available to reserve. We reserved a table right next to the dance floor and it was amazing. The VIP host hooked us up by personalizing our space with balloons, confetti, masks, party hats and a swag bag full of girly stuff for my wife's birthday. The Djs were on point and the sound system is insane. The staff is almost too nice. Everyone anticipated our needs well and, since they have plenty of bartenders, we never waited for a drink. Definitely the best club in Seattle. Highly recommended.
The djs that this place books are incredible. You can feel the music before you turn the corner, and once you enter the dance floor the bass thumping through your bones carries you through the night. There are some great live performers and great and speedy bartenders to round it out. Not a good place for a first date, unless you want to make sure that you're dating someone who can dance. Save the talking for one of the MANY coffee shops littering the city. ^.^
Kind of teenagish music , repetitive and boring.
A good place for groups and dancing
Great Nightclub, good services and nice crowd
Great place for mainstream clubbing!
From the amazing soundsystem to the staff this place has somthing for everyone!
Aha!! Nice one.
Cattle call. Get in line to pay your dollars
Non crowded nightclub with good music. Drinks are pricy, 11 dollars for a vodka redbull... However it was poured heavy and the rest of the redbull was given as well. Would recommend over other clubs in the area.
Everyone having fun and the music is awesome.
A top venue for EDM in Seattle.
Great staff & music! One of the better spots for electronic music!
so empty on a friday. 20$ cover!!
Who knew there was a wine bar right in the middle of SOMA.... Q Nightclub is beautiful. "Sponsored" + "Wine" should never (/always) be in the same sentence. Yum....
cool nightclub a few minutes walk from Ivan's capitol hill house. he dj's there too sometimes
Happening little bit expensive but very good
The workers at the door are rude and have no personality. No fun !
I chose this club to go to to celebrate my birthday and let me just say I wasn’t disappointed. The music was great it wasn’t too crowded me and my crew seriously had a good time. The only downside was it too way to long for us to get our drinks at the bar. Overall I had a really great time and I would definitely recommend this club to anyone looking to turn up! ????
Best sound system in the city and a great selection of house and techno artists in Thursdays
good music enjoying dance
Lame as club the Muzik sucks if you like hip hop this is not the place for you...
Great DJs on Fridays. Mostly Top 40s, Hip-hop and House music. Saturday is mainly EDM and hit or miss
This is definitely one of the top tier clubs in Seattle, without a doubt! The events are organized very professionally, and the type of people this place draws always makes for a fun time, no drama, great drinks, and one of the best nights out on the town you can have in Seattle.
Nice if you want to impress a date. Lame if you want to get messed up with your friends and dance. 15$ cover with 11$ shots? Bruh.
Q Nightclub has a genuine and unique atmosphere with an amazing facility, performers, and DJs. There is always upcoming talent on the decks and they go all out with their themed parties!
Amazing space and probably one of two or three of its caliber in the PNW. The bar itself is pretty sexy and on the night I was there, they actually had go-go dancers back there dancing on top of it. It has a HUGE dance floor and and a number of really cool little VIP sections including a grotto space in back by the DJ and a large balcony.
great place to get a drink and enjoy the music
Best place to see my favorite artists in Seattle
Well I've been before had fun I like to go get my dance on, I'm really not there for the ladies I just wanna Dance and get rid of accumulated stress throughout the work wk..
I've only been to Q during PAX and so far it has never disappointed. Although, sometimes the choice of music is a little off-putting.
Great family fun.
Amazing! They know how to take care of their people. DJ was great, only downside is when he kept changing the music vibe from dance to oldies/slower songs. Everyone would stand there because nobody wanted to hear it.
Bottle service was reasonable but at the end of the night they are here too make money I just wanna give a shout too the club I went clubbing alone which I never do but if your will too spend decent money just see if the vip sections are open and do it that way solo no joke . The music for hot sauce was amazing will be back again .
Night life, well Q night club is the heart beat of that life
What is the phone number to get a hold of the management??????
It was fantastic
Bouncers are very rude and on a power trip. One bouncer got mad at my group, threw my friend's drink across the room, and didn't bother to pay him back. The bouncers kicked us out, but said that if I paid them $20 under the table they would allow me in the club. I am not kidding that they tried to extort money from me. Very sleazy. Drinks are overpriced. Wasn't even that good, get your drinks elsewhere. Cover is overpriced. I recommend you take your money on other (better) clubs around Cap Hill.
I've only been here once, so far, but it might be my new favorite. Mint was the night I went, planning on catching more. Enough space, good music, water always freely available.
Be careful about the “undercover” who will approach you and act “interested”. Even if you appear intoxicated or not, they will kick out you and not let you back in.
This place is rad! Amazing sound, great staff and the best music in the city! It's a great place to celebrate and has great VIP areas. Love it!
Requires proof of vaccination
Good music. Terrible organization and management.
Best Nightclub in Seattle !!
Good bar, great staff, less than optimal dance floor and audio setup
Absolutely never go here! The security likes to put their hands on people and rough them up if any patron refuses them or their demands (legal or not). Read through reviews, you see the same thing over and over from people who were not intoxicated and were no threat to themselves or others. And you know what? Even if SOME of these patrons were intoxicated, what gives security (or anyone for that matter) the right to take away your right to feeling safe and not becoming a victim of power hungry security wishing to physically abuse you? They certainly didn't get violent first, not unless all these reviews are from people ballsy enough to attack a big buff security guard. Seems unlikely to me. They preach safety and standards, but this establishment lowers the bar when it comes to how the nightclub attendee should be treated. Then again, if you enjoy having you and your guests roughed up (yeah it seems like they go extra rough of female patrons), then Q may be for you. Otherwise? Keep yourself, your guests, your girl from this horribly aggressive and incredibly demeaning establishment and take your valuable business literally anywhere else where it will be appreciates and cherished, you aren't just someone's punching bag after all. Oh, and if they can't find a logical reason as to why you should be kicked out? Expect threats to call the police or file trumped up charges. Absolutely disgusting behavior and a failure to all event goers.
Great venue! The staff is incredible, especially Katie. Simply Incredible!
I went on a special event night and it was amazing! I highly suggest going to one of their "Madness" nights. Really awesome. The bars were a little under staffed, get 2 drinks to avoid having to wait long regularly
I only come here when Soulection comes through. Club is nice overall and everything is close by inside. Crowds depends on what you going to Q for.
Awesome sound system and amazing lights. It gets PACKED on weekends, but the staff works hard to keep everyone happy. This is honestly one of the more fun places to be in the city, and if you haven't been to Seattle in a long time, something new to check out.
cool staff and clean spot the only people that claim to get kicked out are the one\s that start problems never seen a fight there new music every time i go there don't drink and drive and most important stop going out if your already drunk
Big cover charge, didn't like the DJ playing that night. The bar is probably the coolest part of the club
Fun place to dance in Seattle. Great for a group of friends.
No idea what I saw...
I have been going here for a few years fun place lots of good music there are of course a few to many bros lol
Top 10 sound systems in the West coast along with quite the constant lineup of great techno and house!
The clubs around cap hill just suck! From music to decor to half the people in them!!
Amazazing! High energy, brilliant sound system and everything you could ever ask for from a customer service stand point from the security to bartenders! If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a Vegas style experience, look no further. Birthday party? Nailed it. Bachelorette party? Nailed it. Get your dance on and get your drink on!
Great music, good drinks and great experience Laura

They aren’t requiring proof of vaccination. Gross!
A member of staff aggressively pushed me off a step (spilling my drink) as I accidentally stepped into a VIP area, I walked back up to them asking ‘what the heck they were doing’ & was then thrown out for aggression towards staff... (no refund, no re-entry)
Edit: Filed a dispute with my bank and got the money from my ticket back. Recommend the same if you experience being led-on by this company. - Not sure what was worse: the fact that we stood through 2.5+ hours of sh***y pop ("Pop Friday" really?) waiting to see the headliner (A-Trak, a first-rate electro house DJ) or the exceptionally awkward and rude vibe of the crowd. We left at 1245- when we realized it was almost ONE AM and A-Trak still had not taken stage. Don't advertise a headliner for 10pm if you have no intention of having them up until it's almost last call (and please warn people that you've decided to play pop for 4 hours on a Friday in a nightclub). As well crowd attendees were exceptionally rude or plain embarrassing on a level beyond your average drunk club goers. I will not be back, waste of time and money on a set I was really excited to see but couldn't actually hold out for because the vibe was so cheesey and unnecessarily drawn out it destroyed the mood for my friend and I. Would love to get my entrance fee back but we know that won't happen. The one star is for the restroom attendant. That guy was a gem. Had no problem with staff.
The cool entry hallway, inside lighting and decor all make it for a good club to have fun.
The most trendy nightclub in Seattle.
Q has an interesting reputation depending on who you ask. If you're looking to just go clubbing for the heck of it, this probably isn't your kind of club. I come here for specific artists that roll through town, and they certainly attract some talent. I have seen Toro y Moi and Jody Wisternoff here, both amazing performances. The club has a nice layout, with a circular bar near the entrance, and varying places to stand, sit, lean, or dance depending on how you roll. The music can be heard throughout the club, even while you're standing in line for the bathroom, which I love because I hate to miss a good set. The only downfall of this place is the coat check. During my most recent visit, I checked my bag and coat, and when I went to get my things, they said that they weren't in the space corresponding to my ticket number; I panicked a bit. They were finally able to find my things in another shelf, but made me wait until their manager got there to verify that I was the owner. My ID was in my wallet which I gave them permission to open, so I don't know why I had to wait 15 minutes for their manager. Whoever checked my belongings had put it in the wrong slot. So if you decide to use their coat check, please save yourself the hassle and verify that you have the right ticket and that they put it in the right slot.
Q nightclub is a good nightclub that mostly serves a younger audience in their 20's. The club is not as large as photos make it appear. There is a main dancefloor, a VIP room and a main bar. The music is excellent- the leadoff Dj was good and the main act-Ducky on the night I went was outstanding. They have bottle service (as I recall it was 600$-I politely declined- a female employee approached me and asked if I was interested in it (probably because I was older and better dressed than most in the club since I had a sports jacket and dress shirt on). Most of the males in the crowd were wearing a polo shirt or a tshirt and jeans (i would recommend wearing a nice polo shirt and decent jeans if you are a guy). The audience comprised about 75% male the night I went and I did not see many people hooking up the night I was there (most people danced with the people they came in with and I did not see much mixing with other people from my observations). If you are looking for a good dance club this is a good place to go-the main drawback is the high price-it cost 20 dollars for me to enter (and I bought ahead of time- it was even more at the door) which is why I did not give the club a higher rating than 3/12 stars since the music was excellent and I enjoyed myself. Worth a visit if you like very good music and the price is not a deterrent.
They're pushing the envelope as far as music goes. Always trying new things and keeping up with the streets. It's very important
This is a decent club except that their music ranges from poor to mediocre. The quality would be much improved if they just played a mix from Pandora every evening instead of the mediocre DJs they normally have.
Music was trash
Went here for Halloween the last two years. Definitely recommend it
Tiny venue, but the staff are super nice and it has a cool feel. Definitely grimy though. I wouldn't go back except to see a specific artist.
This is great if you like only EDM loud techno type of music. That's all they played the whole night. It was a fun place, everyone was dancing, but the music got very repetitive very fast. It's a cool place though, fun lights, lots of people, decent service.
wanna dance and listen to house music? this is the place!
Neat club. Drinks are super expensive
The crowd was okayish.
Had an amazing time.
Q Nightclub is amazing. The staff is friendly, the music is amazing, it has the largest dancefloor in Seattle and the sound system is one of the best in the nation. It is the place to be on the weekends.
Nice place. Great sound system/light show. Not too big.
This was my first time here. They play some good quality hip hop music. The place seems very big in pictures, but in fact it's not that spacious. But overall it was a good experience being there
No notice, no refunds. Thanks for the update!
My favorite club in Seattle. Amazing funktion one sound system. Love the style inside.
Good service in tickets exchange and very helpful staff. The club decor is also very nice.
Got drugged here 2 years ago. Would suggest not going :)
Q is so much fun!! They have the best sound system in the northwest (literally). The staff is super nice and the djs are always amazing. Get there early to avoid lines.
This place is for one thing and one thing only. Getting wasted off cheap alcohol while "dancing" to awful house beats. I happen to hate both of those things. Not only were there a plethora of creepily aggressive men there, and did they charge an insane cover, but the music was the same literally for an entire hour and even drunk I could not get into it. Lost bro souls go here to forget about everything, including their respect for women.
Q is really fun. I think the club vibe is kind of weird. But the club decor/layout is really neat. You also kind of need a very specific music taste for the club.
The club was popping. A lot of people with good attitudes, a lot of dancing. The place was crowded, but not too crowded so there was plenty of room to move around without bumping into people around you. The DJ I saw was pretty cool. But, if you're like me and don't really like EDM, it all gets repetitive at Q and you'll be dying for a pop or hip hop song to come on. The drinks were solid and expensive, but definitely not as overpriced as they could have been given the reputation of Q. I had a really good whiskey sour for $9. They have free water that's easy to get to, which is great, and a $3 coat-check. The cover varies, I've heard people get in with a $10 cover, but we had a $25 cover.
One of my favorite clubs in Seattle to catch a gig... Best sound system in the north west
Never disappoints
Q hands down has the best audio engineering of any club in Seattle. Relatively posh with a cool layout that really highlights the DJ. Lots of awesome talent comes through, including my two favorites of 2016, Duke Dumont and Gesaffelstein. Pretty chill vibes and good for dancing.
I am soooo happy my friends and I ended up at Q! My coworker suggested we go and I was hesitant at first because we've heard there are long lines, but we got in super quick and had a great time!
No. Place was crowded. Dirty. Super slow service. Heather A
Love this club but I wish they would play more hip hop and would havr shorter coat check line... I once waited 30mins.
been to Q twice. first time, mediocre music, lots of security, lots of douche, someone spiked drink of my girl and I - we were sick all night. thanks for nothing security. gave it a 2nd chance, after sat of freaknight cancelled. stood in line for, literally, 1.5 hours. then some "security lead" comes up, asks what we are drinking. it's a coke from QFC, and how is that your business? but we cooperate and let her smell it. she says our coke smells suspicious and banishes our friend from line. wtf, 1.5 hours in line and you think you are a police officer enforcing open container laws? I've spiked a coke or two in my time, but this one was just coke. and also, again, are u a cop? who cares what people drink in your 2 hour line. there are better clubs, this one can't decide what it is and will always be second to Foundation . their staff need to wake up
Went there for a friend's birthday party not too long ago and was kicked out after looking for my friends girlfriend who went missing. The bouncer accused me for slurring my speech even when I have a stutter and a speech disorder. I hope this discrimination ceases to exist ever again. I only had one cocktail and never even finished it. The bartenders were chill, the ticket booth was chill, the bouncers and the manager that didn't help at all should be fired and thrown out. You just lost a customer ???? bye Felicia!
Cool vibes, fun lighting, chill people, sometimes the bartenders can be rude though.. bathroom guy is always super funny and chill though ☺️
Definitely worth the long wait, but it also helped that I was seeing **ELIJAH WOOD**. Anyway, most of the bartenders here know their stuff and are super fabulous.
One of the bouncers told us to wait in the wrong line to get in. After 30 minutes when we got to the front we found out we had been in the incorrect line. He even remembered telling us to be in the wrong line. His only solution was to get in back of an even longer line and wait another hour, as opposed of rectifying his mistake. It was a huge waste. Won't be spending our money there again, it not worth the time.
This is home. I absolutely love the attention to hospitality and detail the Q team perpetuate month after month. also, the beards.
Great energy, great DJ's and amazing staff!
it's alright
Great location
It reminded me of an inexpensive LA club. I've gone back two days in a row.
The best place to go for great dj's. Sometimes the crowd can be not the best because it is one of the main nightclubs in Seattle. Don't hate the game, hate the players (the muscle bros who advance on women without their consent.) Remember bros, consent is sexy. The drinks are stiff, security is good. The bathrooms are nice.
Great vibe, top quality music and sound system. Staff is super friendly! It's always a good time at Q.
This place oversells all of their events to the point where you can't even move let alone dance. Good luck getting back to your friends if you need to leave the "dance" (more aptly named the get shoved every 3 seconds by people and not dance) floor to use the restroom or get a drink.
Nice different
Good place to have some drinks with high thumping music around. It has a good dance floor with good lighting and sound systems. There are places to sit/stand and chill either at tables or at the bar if you dont like be on the dance floor. Con - You wont get anything to eat.
Impressive! That's the first word I think of when I think of Q. From the limited signage outside to the expansive, sleek, clean hallway that leads to the main entrance, I was blown away when I finally saw the main floor at Q. What I first noticed was a complete lack of garbage, sticky spots and that after hours bar/club smell you so often find in other late night venues. Q is actually very gorgeous and not only is it spotless, it looks like it cost about $2 million dollars to build!! No crappy plastic furniture, no fake leather sofas... Everything here was well planned and well executed. With modern materials like concrete, high gloss paints, industrial lighting and a great big u-shaped bar, this is the type of place I can see myself actually frequenting. As someone who isn't a big fan of Seattle's club scene, Q really seems to have the upper hand here. It's not just another sticky, dark club. It's sexy, it's spacious, and there's even a bourbon bar in the back and a second level for folks looking for a VIP area. So not only is if perfect for a huge weekend crowd, it's great for smaller events, private events and even just for visiting the bar in the evenings before the dancing gets going. I have only visited just once but on my list of things to get done in 2013, getting my groove on at Q is at the top!
Super music and very nice new years eve there ... rocking place

They overcharged for 4 bottles and we only received 3. When we asked about it they told us to leave and kicked us out. Worst club and worst experience at a club I’ve ever had.
It's a nightclub
Q Nightclub is what you expect from a modern nightclub. It has a clean modern look that's sharp and makes the most of the medium-sized space. Security is professional and held onto my army knife. In-and-out privileges are easy; just show your stamp after you get back through security. Bag check was $3 and also worked well. The bar won't be cheap like a dive would be (the special was $7) but I've heard they're generous with their alcohol, but note that they're also generous with their ice. I went to see Hoodboi on a Thursday and the dancefloor didn't get lively until 11pm, it wasn't worth showing up earlier for the warmup stuff. The space has a bar (could fit 30 people all around it), a handful of small tables, a VIP area with 4 sections each for 3-5 people, and the medium sized dancefloor. The sound systems blast loud with massive speakers all around the dancefloor, but it won't be quiet around the bar either, so if you aren't a fan of super loud music then make a plan. The lighting looks kinda cool but the video screens didn't add to the hype like they can at other venues. I had fun (unlike the "meat market" "mating ritual" review, don't know why they're going clubbing lol) and Q is a good value but if you want something super spacious or super cheap then check elsewhere.
The staff is phenomenal and I have a great time every time I go!
Haven't had a worse experience..you pay $ without getting the drink you ordered and the security is rudest ever!!
This place is huge and shiny and LOUD. The pounding bass can be heard throughout capitol hill and the people flock like moths to a flame. Gather up a bunch of your friends and throw on your party hats, this place is wild and crazy. Probably the best nightlife experience you'll ever have in Washington state (and beyond)
Super annoying that the bouncers can’t tell the difference from a real ID and a fake. My friend and I are both from out of state, and they would not let us in because they thought both of our IDs were fake. We waited 30 mins outside for the cops to come and verify them, just to get inside and get served an awful drink.
Bad experience
Active nightclub with good drinks, and variety of music. Just double check the line up to see if it's your type of music.
Don't get killed there. Not worth it.
This is one of the nicest venues I've ever played at. The staff is always on point. The best part for me as a Dj is the crowd! Its very diverse. Everyone feels welcome at Q. If you have never been there I highly suggest you come see why people love this place. From having one of the top rated sound systems in the nation to the high end lighting. Q has it all.
The sound is unbeatable in seattle. The guy dispensing soap is also great, real friendly!
Gotta say I've REALLY been enjoying the music that's been coming to Q lately! Almost too much for me to keep up with… But I'm trying! Also the sound is some of the best around & the lights/lazers are top notch too. Stands up to a lot of the clubs I've visited internationally!
Nice one)
Nice venue, good people, but the sound engineer could do a better sound eq. Sound is powered by Funktion One speakers, which are one of the best in the market, but they could sound better.
Wednesday - Sunday, Q is off the hook. Studio 4/4 Thursdays are one of the best and fastest growing nights in the city. Get down there to see what we're talking about! Oh.... and FUNKTION 1
Great place to dance.. been both on Friday and Saturday.. not to crowded and the music makes you move
The cover charge was unnecessary
Was definitely drugged here while hanging out with security upstairs. Worst night of my life.
Amazing! Such good vibes there. I'm always happy when I make it out to Q! Good people! Thank you! <3
The night ends at 2AM. The atmosphere is great!
$120 for a table? lol at first we thought it was $120 per person but then the vip host was like “$120 for the whole bottle including gratitude” so we ordered 4 bottles lol Seattle is so much fun, girls there are just different “nicer, polite, respectful” & the chicks at this club were such a vibe ???????? the music was great a lot of EDM & high energy music, the bouncers were always watching our table, we felt like such ballers with our 4-5 bottles that night lol Amazing customer service, amazing security. See you guys again this summer.
Been here twice for electronic music shows and the venue is a blast. Great sound system, clean bathrooms, friendly bartenders, the security guards are cool. Good time all around.
Too packed. Too many old people. Way too hot.
My favorite party is Studio 4/4. Lots of college kids and drunk people that don't appreciate music. Awesome sound system.
This club was clean and "bright" very open. Staff was so sweet and on top of any mischief. The music was so fun to dance to!!! I will be back!
Just another overpriced meat market where people hold their mating rituals. Not worth your time or the money to have a headache and hangover the next morning. Better things to do than that!
Worst bar in town
Good club and vibe, but annoying hard trance music. Not even one hit song. I have been there 3 times and frustrated with the music. Like you can't enjoy that club unless you're high on extacy or something.
Long wait to get in. However it's probably the best nightclub I've ever been in.
Super fun. Relaxed. Safe.
Literally the worst customer service, complete lack of respect for customers, from the bathroom attendant to the security guards, just plain rude. What can you expect from a ratchet club on broadway, if you have any class at all, don’t go here, out of town, don’t go here, unless you are a desperate. Literally the nastiest trashiest club I have I have been to in Seattle.
The security is stupid, they wouldn't let us in after we placed our cards at the bar and then came out for a smoke. We weren't even that drunk. That's stupid and robbing us of money! Stay away!
Went there the Friday before Halloween and they played fun music, mostly 90s hip hop. Fun time were had by all.
Do not go here. It is a dangerous place.
Sketchy business
What can I say?! The staff is awesome, from the security to the bathroom lady. The music, lighting and sound system makes this place awesome. Everytime I come here, I have the best time. This may be the only club in Seattle that charges tax on drinks, but who cares when my drinks are stiff as my....well, I can't say that, but I'm sure you know what I'm getting at. The drinks are strong enough for me and my alcohol loving friends. When I have friends come in from out of town, I bring them here and we've always had a blast. This place is worth going back to.
nice space
This is my first time I came here I really like it and having a great time literally now and will recommend to all my friends
Was very disappointed staff was rude. The music was good
Bad crowd, if you're looking for a place to go dancing this isn't it. The place is really nice once you go in but the DJ doesn't know how to pump up the crowd. He tried to do it by attempting to blow out our eardrums.
Club boring and overpriced for this level. The main part of people not dancing. Other just marking time in one place and talk as they came to the cafe. I ordered a Moscow Mule and the bartender not added there ginger ale. My friends ordered cocktails and they also did not like. also we ordered tequila and it was served without lime and salt. ICON played there and if he is the best in Seattle, what can you say about others. Had better he work in a factory or cashier. The only advantage of it may be noted a large number of pretty girls.
They don't accept Canadian ID when every other club and bar does
Kicked out by a bouncer for no reason, don't stand in front of a bouncer. $50 tickets for me and my girlfriend wasted, what bullshit, that is not how you run a business. Never going back, I want my money back.
(Translated) I am utterly indignant. Typical student club. NO outdoor area - a dance floor of insufficient size, but with maximum occupancy - where hip hop is almost an impossibility, and then a juicy 2000/2010 playlist. Might throw up, good night (Original) Ich bin absolut entrüstet. Typischer Studentenclub.
Great nightclub.
Best place ever!
garbage line to many thieves people cut
Not good.
The worst nightclub I've ever been to. Payed $20 to get in for there to be a terrible DJ playing the same beat over and over again in a small room. Don't waste your money.
Great spot
It’s so bad. Don’t waste ur money!
They stopped carrying Rainer, now they only have Rolling Rock in tall boys. Strangely, this happened after Rolling Rock went down in price. If I'm paying $4.50 for a tall boy you could at least carry what I want to drink.
A member of our party tripped over a stair because of the strobe lights and the fact that there's a million people and they kicked us all out
This may be the Christmas season, but clearly the only thing you will find at Q Nightclub is the embodiment of Scrooge. Though I think Scrooge can run a better nightclub than this. Based on the reviews, I would never have come here, but my wife really wanted to see Tokimonsta on the 23rd. And I don't think $70 for a half hour set was worth it. The first impression we had was when we were having dinner at 8 oz across the street and police cars came screaming down the street, and our waitress said "Oh, it must be Q Nightclub again". Sure enough, cop cars still out front when we got there. I've only ever been frisked twice before at a club. Once in a dangerous part of Orlando. Once in a dangerous part of downtown San Jose. And now...in Capitol Hill!? The funny thing is that the women weren't frisked. Clearly these are former TSA agents with their completely ineffective security theater. I'll be sure to give my gun, box cutters, and molly to my wife next time. After several layers of security, each more rude than the last, we managed to get inside. Given the rigamarole getting in here, I was expecting this to be on the league of XS or Marquee in Las Vegas. Or perhaps Edison in Los Angeles. Nope, just a warehouse looking room with Christmas lights, and a bar with a selection about as impressive as my nephew's collection of soft drinks. 45 minutes later of waiting for the main act, I decided to at least try to get an overpriced drink. After being ignored in favor of several other groups, the bartender finally just gave us a sullen look. I assumed that was an invitation to order so I said my order. Zero acknowledgement and she just vanished. Then another bartender came and asked our order so I gave it to him, assuming that perhaps the first bartender had gone off for a nap. As soon as he was done making it, the first bartender came back with our drinks and lectured us about "double ordering". How about you let me know you're actually making the drink, provide a semblance of proper customer service, and try communicating behind the bar, instead of being lazy? The second bartender joined in the lecture and smugly asked us for $30 (charging us for 2x the drinks). Given the bouncers outnumbered the patrons, I wasn't going to make a scene. I don't mind getting kicked out, my wife really wanted to see Tokimonsta. So I paid it (zero tip). Rest assured Q Nightclub, you made such a big deal over $15 - I made sure to cost you far more than $15 that night. And FWIW the "Moscow Mule" my wife got is an insult to Moscow I had two different people spill beer on me later - also has never happened anywhere else. My leather jacket, and sweater now get to go for dry cleaning. And the act my wife so badly wanted to see finally graced us with her presence at 12:30, an hour before closing. At 1 am, I decided that continually having things spilled on me, and dealing with about as much professionalism as , was not worth it. So we left, and it surely felt like being released from prison.
Good food
Great place!!
The security is appaling. Putting multiple people in danger. If you are looking for safe place to enjoy Friday or Saturday night this is not the place to go.
I forgot my jacket there last week and i tried to e-mail them, but they said they would get back to me but i still haven't heard back from them' and they have no contact number or anyway of getting a hold of them unless i drive all the way over there!
Amazing experience...I really wanted to show my wife a birthday that she wouldn’t forget and that’s exactly what happened...Megan hooked me up with a great VIP room, with 4 bottles, for a very very reasonable cost...Her and the servers made my wife feel like the Queen of the night...The club played great music and the security team was very professional and made sure that no drama took place... I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.. -Jeff Brave
The music is always amazing and the staff seems to really be enjoying themselves. I'm there at least twice a week.
it was ok
Okay club was expecting more but I been to a lot of NYC clubs much different vibe.
I love going to Q I always have a great time. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help with anything and the best security team in the city. There is no shortage of great people to mingle with along with the best sound system you'll probable ever hear in a club. Sometimes you might have to wait a minute to get your drink, cause it gets busy but the bartenders and server girls will take care of you pretty fast.
Amazing staff and good venue.
Went there on a Friday night. They jacked up the cover even though there wasn't a special event. But the main reason I'm giving this a low rating and will never go again is because the coat lady (or whatever you call the person who collects the cover) was incredibly rude when we asked her "is it really $30?". She mocked us and was very rude. No way to treat patrons, even if you think they deserve it because they are intoxicated. I obviously wasn't intoxicated enough since I remember her rude behavior. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the bartender was very nice and made us really good shots, and had a good attitude unlike the sloppy looking coat lady. Owner should reconsider the face of his/her club by hiring better people to be in the front.
Q bar is one of the most racist club in the Capitol Hill. If you are not white be ready for being thrown out as shown as you enter the club.
Pros sound system and music Cons: Bad service for "vip" bought a 500$ table and by 1230 am it was overran by the entire club. Security saying we close vip around midnight LOL. In essence we forced to pound 2 bottles down. Best part was when manager invited someone else in our area and poped a bottle of champagne in our area and sat him down in our section and drank on the job with him. LMFAO Summery :Felt sick giving my money to people who didn't respect my time or my money. Worst bar/nightlife experience of my life. I saved money to go out and split this with 5 friends.
Q Nightclub was an incredible experience, I reserved a table for my birthday there and had an absolute blast!!! They club layout is awesome and big, it was a giant party all night; by far one of my favorite clubs in Seattle! I will be returning often and bringing more and more friends
Diverse crowd
$15 cover and $9 cocktails (made quite strong). Not bad for some quality hip hop music and dance floor. It did get a little too hot on the dance floor though. Bathrooms are poor, with long lines and an inattentive bathroom attendant who rations out the soap and paper towels.
absolutely love this place! amazing vibe, amazing music, amazing staff... 360 degrees of AMAZING!!!
Good music if you like to dance, usually expensive cover and expensive drinks.
I am glad to hear that Q won so many DList awards last night because my experience there was nothing short of amazing. Myself and 5 girls went to Q, on a Friday, about a month ago and have been back ever week since. The line was fast, security was friendly, the music kept us dancing and although the bar was slammed, the staff was efficient!
Had such a good time here, the line was very long but on of the mangers saw us waiting and let us come in without a cover as well, not super crowded either. GREAT for a ladies night
Usually the best music in Seattle!! Always! That's for sure!! but some of the ladies who who work here such as the one who does stamps sometimes (skinny white with black hair, and the Bigger Asian bouncer at the door) have bad attitudes... The Bigger Asian lady will grab your arm forcefully for a stamp (like a cop). And the one girl rolls her eyes when I use guest list instead of pay. Just really rude from what I'm used to at this venue. My shoulder hurts from it being yanked back to show a stamp she just saw me get. Very rude and not a good fit for the venue.
Love this spot! It's a complete opening in the ground yet those are my #1 foundations! It's an exceptionally loosened up environment. The menu has a huge load of delectable choices (bar style food obviously) and probably the best costs around! The workers are agreeable and..themselves..of that bodes well. I don't feel anything counterfeit with regards to this spot. It's a truly extraordinary spot to two or three beverages, play a round or two of pool and simply shoot the sheet with your companions. My main thing likewise is it doesn't make any difference what you resemble. You feel invited notwithstanding in the event that you put an entire face of cosmetics on. Or then again in case you are I showered wearing workout pants! Most certainly suggest this spot! Goodness and they do karaoke also!
unsafe environment. Very sketchy security guards and staff. Was having a wonderful time and got grabbed at the bathroom by staff and wouldn’t let me wait for my boyfriend to come out of the bathroom with my phone. As I tried to speak up and say “hey maybe I should wait so I can speak to who I came here with as we drove along way” they grabbed both of my arms and forecfully pushed me out even as I willingly walked. As I was waiting outside I almost got attacked by a homeless person as I was waiting outside the car. Thanks Q night club. Worst night club experience of my life.
Yeah, we got this club jumping, really. One of the best night we spent in LA. Too much fun, the best DJ's. We were too warmly greeted by the hostess and escorted to the table we reserved. We were surprised by reasonable alcohol prices. Had a feeling of VIP service(or we were a little drunk, lol). Didn't expect too much of the hookah but it was fine. Bring it in, folk!
Electronic music on a Thursday. $15 cover. Nice venue and sound.
Went there with friend, he puked, got kicked out, understandable, double vodka with orange juice and no ice killed him. Price is $$, water was always available
I have a lot of fond memories of this place. I really hope this place is still around after the pandemic ends.
I had my stagette here and really enjoyed it! We weren't planning on staying in one bar the entire time but they managed to convinced us to get bottle service and gave s a deal so we stayed there since we didn't have to wait in any line ups for drinks and they kept our drinks full all night. I didn't make a reservation but it seemed they were ready for whatever type of party they got. Our server gave me a little dance just for fun and she kept getting up delicious shots and took photos of us. They also gave me a boa! I wish I could remember her name she was great. They escorted our group of girls to an uber at the end of the night and even payed for it for us. I really appreciated the treatment we got there and it made my night even more special.
love this club but I was super nice when I asked for a straw for my mixed drink, and this long haired brunette chubby guy replied to me "do you not live in Seattle? do you not know the laws or are you not from around here??" I work at a bar in west Seattle and we pay a little extra to have compostable straws.. he could have said a simple no or anything else but decided to shame me for asking for a straw. it was not cool or professional. living off tips myself idk how anyone would treat another human like that that's paying your bills but ok. never ordering a drink from him again or giving him any money. car barring it is now ????
Security here is a joke. Overcrowded and garbage service.
To expensive, to loud, all under age.
Surprisingly quite a few bad djs the last few weekends. Kind of hard to dance too, maybe I'm not drunk enough, too bad I can't afford more drinks at this place.
Security gaurd gave me a couple animal crackers, he' the plug for that lol. They get you in as fast they can!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! The male security are extremely aggressive, mean, nasty and man handle women inside the club if it gets even a little crowded. The male security they have working there are dangerous and it is unsafe for all women.
Nice place, a little small though
Very pushy rude staff. Push customers physically out of the way if you are in their path without saying excuse me. Drink prices are average and the club tends to oversell their events so it is absolutely mobbed.
