Went bowling here with our nieces and nephew and had a blast. They have new shoes from when we went last, casual seating. I also enjoyed the lighting and tvs that are playing the music. We had a very enjoyable time.

We found out that our session to "book 3 lanes for 2 hours" was actually only for 2 games. After 2 games that's it, you're done. This wasn't actually advertised and we all felt like we wasted our money. Go elsewhere!

It was ok. I was booked from 1pm until 2 pm. Showed up early because we were meeting another child there to bowl for my son's birthday. Was there 10 minutes early but explained to the lady at the desk the we were waiting for another little boy. She assured me that the time wouldn't start until we actually started bowling.. the other little guy showed up at 1:05. At 145. It flashed on the screen the the lane was going to automatically turn off in 5 minutes? ? We hadn't been bowling for 45 minutes yet?? I had to go up to the desk and explain to the same lady I spoke with at the beginning that I had paid for an hour but yet the lane was going to shut down way way earlier.. after talking with her she did indeed set the timer to the correct time.. but I just thought it was stupid. . Not a very good first time.

Four of us paid for two hours, but they gave us only two games. Even after asking their manager simply refused to accept that we paid for two hours. It was terrible service and the worst part about it was it was their manager who did that. I use to go there quite often, I will never go back there. I prefer louise location far better than that!

Their manager took money from four of us for two hours after 11pm and he gave us only two games after asking he just refused to accept that he we paid money for two hours. The worst part about this was that it was their manager himself who did that. We will never go back to that location again. I just wanted my game time and he simply asked for more money! If owners of this location are concerned please contact me. It was so frustrating!

We had some problems with our lane breaking down early on in the night they were able to fix it after a while but was well worth the wait as the staff was great and comped us all a free drink. Over all it was a great time and we plan on going again.

Lane 14 and the first time visiting this location and I have already written this place off. I'll never come back. Even after the wonderful staff member came out and cleaned the lane, you know, by the foul line where you're supposed to slide, I was still unable to slide in that entire area. Thinking it might have been my shoes I tried to slide on the way back from the foul line and sliding was achievable. I bowled on a league for several years but have never encountered a lane as terrible as lane 14.

Waitress was very slow, earlier 20 year olds bowling were acually throwing, shot putting the bowling balls down the lanes and no employees noticed! Very uncomfortable atmosphere for children.

My son and I decided to catch a quick game one day during the Christmas break. We decided to check out glow bowling. We had so much fun!! The staff was very friendly, the establishment well kept. My son and I bowled 2 games and really enjoyed the glowed experience during the day! Decided to order a beverage and a plate of fries while we were there. They were awesome!! Perfectly seasoned, crispy! We will def be back in the future to catch another few games. Happy to see this place in our community still even after all these years!!

Very well kept establishment. As far as lanes go, the pins don't malfunction nearly as much (due to age of the machines) as other alleys in the city. And when they do, staff is swift to fix. Oil on lanes are nice to bowl on. Staff is very friendly. House balls are nice to use.

A full house and all 10 pins taken. Here we are asked to wait for an hour or play the 5 pin right away. Nick is the man, he spotted that a lane was opening up as clients were leaving and he switched us with out even us asking for it. Now that is called superior customer service!! Super happy with the service we received from Nick. You will enjoy the atmosphere and guess what snack lovers, they also have pizza by the slice now available!!! This is now our favorite bowling place to go to in Saskatoon!

Great place if you want a fun night with the family or to hang out with some friends. Bowling lanes have been renovated and the atmosphere is fun. Both 5 and 10 pin bowling available. I recommend the bingo bowling on 5 pin. Lots of fun and more fast paced. Don't sleep on the Wonton soup and poutine that they serve here.

I bowl here every week. Sixteen lanes of five pin bowling and eight lanes of ten pin. Table service for food and alcohol from the restaurant which is supposed to be rather good. When the restaurant is closed there is a kiosk selling beer and soft drinks as well as a machine. While the bowling alley is wheelchair accessible the restaurant is not.

Good fun place. Really nice staff. The only issue we had which wanted me to give them a single star was they couldn't manage the people who were being rude. We were a group of family with kids with us and they first asked us to move from the tables when they were giving a lane to a couple of guys. There was a guy who was drunk and we didnt mind him bothering initially but then he started to use foul language in front of the ladies and kids. We tried ignoring him and he started getting more aggressive. We finally had to leave in between our booking because it was getting out of hand. The staff was helpful but they should have kicked him out a long time ago which would have diffused the situation. Probably one of our worse experience in Saskatoon and would for sure be careful next time when we book an alley.

Always go here during the summer. The kids bowl free program during Summer holidays is a great way to get the kids out of the house and doing something active. This place is always clean and staff is super friendly. They always have the dance lights going and the music pumping. Alot of fun for a casual outing or kids birthday party. Great place to go!

This was a birthday party we were at. Lots of fun and laughter. Was somewhat expensive for the 2 of us(+/-$50) for 2 games and shoe rental. When bowling(5 pin) it seemed like the lanes had ruts in them, where the ball would be going in 1 direction and then get caught in a rut and go a different direction. My opinion is that the alleys need a good sanding and refinishing. The food was good, nothing fancy, good sized portions, but waaaaay too much salt and pepper used. If you order, just request no salt no pepper and you will be good.

The lane we were in wasn't working properly, it made us waste so much time of playing and we got changed to a different lane when we only had 20 minutes left of playing. Horrible conditions during the pandemic. They had five to a lane, which is illegal during the pandemic, and when I asked about it I was told it was “special circumstances”. I was also told that it I had to wear a mask unless drinking and eating, but the lanes around us rarely wore masks. On top of that, the server was rude, they double booked me so we couldn’t get bowling until 11 like was promised to me. Don’t go here, go to east view instead.

Arranged a Birthday Party for 20 5-6 year olds for 2;30-4;30. There was a Men's Provincial bowling tournament going on (( these Professional Bowlers ))) there were some of the bowlers that threated to throw the kids off the lanes if we couldn't keep them under control. (you try and control 20 excited kids when they have to wait) Paid $200.00 for the party the kids didn't get on the lanes till after 3;00 and only had time to bowl 5 Frames. This is crap THEY KNEW there was a tournament going on they should have mentioned this at the time of booking or NOT Overbooked or booked us later

Booked 5 pin and a 10 pin lane. We were told the 10 pin lane was broken so we resolved to just bowl the 5 pin lane. About a game and a half into playing, we were told we could move to the 10 pin lane, which we did but this lane continued to break and resulted in us changing lanes yet again. The company waived the shoe rental fee for the trouble. One person in our party with a size 10 men's shoe tried mutiple pairs of shoes as he felt they were sticking and he was unable to slide. Overall, not a horrible experience. Just room for improvement.

Fun place with a great atmosphere. Was nice and clean and when we were there it was packed. They would of gotten five stars, but we found the service was slow. It was better for us to get drinks ourselves. And the lane we were on kept resetting a pin which was frustrating. I do recommend the place as the service may be better on slower nights and I doubt the pin resetting was normal.

It's one of the better place to bowl in town. But if you have thicker fingers, your options for 10 pin bowling are limited as I've only ever seen one ball there with the extra large holes and it's one of the heavier balls.

We came to bowl at 8pm being told we had the lane booked until 11. Upon arrival we were told we could only bowl until 9pm because at 9 they were “at capacity”. During our hour we saw a lane with 5 people together, (even though me and my 4 roommates had to be separated) a lane that didn’t wear their mask at any point, (even though we were rudely told we had to wear a mask at all times) and servers with other lanes hugging and generally not respecting social distancing. At 9pm we realized the other lane that was booked to bowl were friends with the lanes already there and they were all hugging and socializing. Staff were atrocious. I did NOT appreciate the blatant special treatment these people received. I only wanted to bowl all night with my roommates. Horrible.

Hey Guys. I felt responsible for leaving this review for this location because we had such terrible time when we went over there for our daughter's birthday party. Her 6 friends and parents came. We we promised the party room which was downstairs and our party was booked for 2 hours. First hour for cake and presents and 2nd for bowling. When we went there they actually moved the cake time from 2:30 to 3:30 without asking even though I called in the morning of the day of the party to make sure everything is in place. They assured me that everything is okay. And when I told them that they made the mistake, they didn't give me the birthday party room which is downstairs, they moved our party to the bar upstairs. Where everyone was in and out holding drinks and kids were running around and going upto the bar also which was so uncomfortable. One guy almost spilled the drink on the kid. All the parents seemed unhappy with me since that isn't the environment for a 6 years old to be in. That bar had two entrances, one from the main door outside and one from the bowling area. And people were in and out every second. It was crazy. We were not able to enjoy the party at all. Since we had to make sure that kids are safe. Lighting was obviously wrong for the occasion. It was so dark. The photos and videos came out not good at all. The food was late since they booked it on the wrong time. Kids were sitting hungry. The passes were not given also which came in the package. think they like to entertain the big party only , if you are just someone like me just with 6-7 kids coming to the party, it might not be the place for you. I wish I had read the reviews first. When I called the next day, talked with the manager, he was understanding and asked me to come and get the refund but I was too busy to go. Then today I think it was the owner of the place , he told me that the manager overstepped his boundaries. I really didn't care about the refund otherwise I could have rushed to the place, it was the tone of the owner who just called me. He was rude and demeaning. He asked me what is so wrong if the kids were having party in the bar area. And they can actually move the place of the party. When I said that I wasn't informed that the place isn't available anymore, he said to me, "but you still celebrated your daughter's birthday here right?" I was surprised. I asked what else could I have done since I booked that place and kids and parents were coming in. I couldn't change the venue 5 mins prior to the party and he laughed and said that he doesn't understand any of this. He said if you book the place, it is an unsaid thing that that they can change whatever. Clearly he is unapologetic, rude and demeaning. I felt disrespected just talking with him on the phone. After every sentence he kept saying, " What else" ? Like he cant seem to understand the problem . So he told me that place and timing can be moved. If you are going there, you are on their mercy even though you are the one paying.I don't even want to give one star to this place but can't do that. I will obviously wont go there and give this mean and disrespectful guy anymore business. And warn my friends and family as well. Like they say "every penny counts".Save your money, time and peace .Thanks for reading

Horrible service, lady literally picked up a mop when we're about to order. After she was being all fast and pleasantly nice with numerous people before us. Never again.

Poor customer service from multiple staff members. According to the website, the restaurant is open Monday-Friday from 5:30 to close, but when we arrived at 6 pm, it was closed. We asked a staff member if it would be opening and she explained in a rude tone of voice that "Obviously it's closed until the new year." The 10 pin bowling lanes we played on had multiple issues and made numerous errors. Very disappointed in this place.
