This place used to be amazing not long ago. However since this year, this hooka cafe has worsen little by little. 1. The waiter told us we were only allowed to have 3 charcoals (he gave us 2 only). Back then there was no limit on the charcoal, but he insisted it has always been a limit of 3.. Come on.. whom was he trying to fool? I have been a client for the last 2-3 years. 2. We were rushed to leave the cafe to make room for other clients. 3. Food portion has diminished 4. Asked the waiter to change the college hockey game (which no one is watching) to the NBA playoff game. He kept forgetting and I had to remind him 3-4 times, in the end I asked the waitress instead.

South shore has such a small selection of shisha lounges, its quite disappointing. Ramses has friendly staffs and plays music that I enjoy listening to. The downfalls are the price, especially in the food, your not able to order alcohol unless you order food (apparently shisha and alcohol is not enough), only 2-4 options in flavours and a lot of the younger crowd goes there so it does get rowdy.

Staff helped seat us fairly quick and accommodated our friends who joined us later. But the shisha that we went for wasn't as it is normally (6/6 people on the table disliked the shisha). And the fact that the waiter rushed and obliged everyone on the table to order an item was not cool at all. This is the firs time I've experienced this at Ramses. The place was packed, which a good thing for business. But bad shisha and rushing customers will drive clients away.

Fed up with this place. The service is terrible, the staff is rude and impatient, and always busy talking amongst each other at the bar, so if you need something you really need to get up and go see someone and seek attention, because it's likely nobody will come see you for a while. Food is expensive, and if you want to drink or smoke sheesha, everybody at the table is obligated to order something to eat, which I find ridiculous. Night out might end up costing a lot because of this. The music is always the same and the same songs might come on two or three times in the evening, which is pretty annoying. Got fed up with this place, I don't plan on going back there again.

In short - 1???? because the music is too loud and redundant (I'm 25 still) and a bit too expensive for my taste. Itemized bill: a beer $ 11, a cocktail $ 11, a shisha $ 22 and a bowl of natchos $ 14 = $ 58 + tx + tip. It's a decent shisha place, probably the cleanest looking I've been to. The music is a bit too loud, makes you feel like you're in a club and you have to scream to hear eachother. They only serve 3 flavours at a time which is a bit disappointing
