Absolute shady place. Karaoke rooms reek cigarette and other unidentifiable stenches. The owner was on the phone with Loto-Québec when we arrived, trying to fix one of their slot machines and took 15 minutes to acknowledge our arrival. Then, she passed the phone to someone in our party so they could talk with the technician. I joked saying that since we were helping her, we could get a discount and she said "come on, just help me, I can't give you a discount". Suffice to say that we had wasted enough of our time and left to never return ever again.

Alcohol crazy expensive, the karaoke system is atrocious, runs on an old computer with windows xp operating system and keeps crashing everytime. We had to call numerous time for them to come fix the computer. Buggy interface doesnt respond well. Music on the system is hilariously outdated, you cant use any filters, not even search by artists name or song name. Sometimes the videoclips playing on the screen are ripped off directly from some bad quality internet video or it gives you the song's live version that has nothing to do with the studio version. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all cost, this place is really bad. It's in a basement, dingy, sketchy part of Chinatown. The machines are awful, you can barely search for anything. If you try to filter songs by language like say english...you'll still get a bunch of chinese songs pop up, and that's when it's working. Sometimes it'll just freeze and you call the guy to come and all he does is stand there and tell you to wait until it reboots. Like Really? The alcohol is overpriced and comes in a plastic cup you'd find at a school cafeteria. To top it all off, there is a mandatory $2 tip charge that applies even if you didn't order anything to drink. My friends were told that it would only be $10 because we only wanted to sing for a bit but NOPE. That's right folks, 20% tip for bringing you a glass of water and stopping by when the machine craps out to tell you to wait. Forget about using your cards, they only take cash. Might as well take your cash elsewhere. Don't got here!

We were there last Saturday on 29th February. I set everything up with Amy through the phone. Nice and simple. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and were welcomed by a smiling Hannah who showed us to our room and talked us through how to use the system. The system is very modern and easy to use. If they don't have what you want, you can hook up your own phone and find it that way. Again, very easy. Yep! Very enjoyable. Thank you CEO Karaoke. We had a blast!

Karaoke Done Right Great price - Amazing staff - Awesome atmosphere Ceo Karaoke is truly one of a kind. This cozy establishment combines the fun, exiting karaoke experience with a modern twist. Choose from a huge selection of English, and foreign songs with an easy to understand menu (you won't find a large remote with foreign words on it at CEO!) Can't find the song you like? No problem! CEO allows you to CONNECT YOUR DEVICE and play music from youtube or any other platform of your choosing (this isn't even a feature I've experienced in Asia!!). Couple the great system with a sizable (and fairly priced) drink menu and you have a recipe for success. The best part? A staff that cares about your experience. The staff was very patient with our group and went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying our experience: it felt like going to a good friend's house for karaoke night! All in all, one of the best karaoke experiences I've ever had. Can't wait to come back!

This Karaoke bar is located in the basement of an office building, making it anything but conspicuous. Once you overcome the hurdle of finding it, however, you will find yourself in a pleasant bar with an obviously heavy Asian influence in the decor, fit for a bar in Chinatown. It has comfortable and spacious private rooms for large parties to rent at a low price per person, saving you and your friends from having to embarrass yourselves in front of strangers. But if you are into that, there is a main public room with a large bar and a screen. The drinks have the expected markup for a karaoke bar, but are still reasonably priced and there is a surprisingly large variety. Overall I've enjoyed my experiences here, it's not quite a 5 star establishment, but it is certainly worth a visit, and is very fun.
